비평탄 지형에서 이족로봇의 강인한 보행 알고리즘 (Robust Walking Algorithm of Biped Robot on Uneven Terrain)

  • 이족로봇은 높은 자유도로 인하여 기구적인 불안정성을 내포하고 있기 때문에 보행 시 자세 안정성의 확보가 중요하다. 일반적으로 평지에서는 안정적인 정적 보행이 가능하지만 평지가 아닌 비평탄 지형에서는 보행의 안정성이 현저하게 떨어진다. 본 논문에서는 비평탄 지형에서 이족로봇의 자세 안정화를 포함한 강인한 보행 방법을 제안하였다. 이족로봇의 중앙에 장착된 자이로 센서와 가속도 센서 값을 기반으로 보행 순간마다 센서 값을 감지하여 로봇 몸체의 기울어진 각도를 인식하여 보행 자세를 안정화하는 강인 보행 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 비평탄 지형 보행은 로봇의 기울어진 각도를 인식하여 그 상황에 맞게 관절 각도를 변화시켜 이족로봇 상체의 각도가 평지보행에서와 같도록 하체관절의 각도를 보정하여 보행에서의 안정성을 높였다. 제안된 보행알고리즘은 실제 제작된 이족로봇을 사용하여 비평탄 지형에서 실험하여 제안된 보행 알고리즘의 성능을 검증하였다.

Identification and Quantification of Glucosinolates in Rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) Sprouts Cultivated under Dark and Light Conditions

  • BACKGROUND: This study was performed for the identification and quantification of glucosinolate (GSL) contents in seven varieties of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) sprouts cultivated under dark and light conditions. METHODS AND RESULTS: Crude glucosinolates (GSLs) were desulfated by treating with aryl sulfatase and purified using diethylaminoethyl sepharose (DEAE) anion exchange column. Individual GSLs were quantified using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with electrospray ionization-tandem mass spectrometry (ESI-MS/MS). Eleven GSLs including six aliphatic (progoitrin, sinigrin, glucoalyssin, gluconapoleiferin, gluconapin, and glucobrassicanapin), four indolyl (4-hydroxyglucobrassicin, glucobrassicin, 4-methoxyglucobrassicin, and neoglucobrassicin) and one aromatic (gluconasturtiin) were identified based on the fragmentation patterns of MS spectrum. Aliphatic GSLs were noted as the predominant group with average 85.2% of the total contents. The most abundant GSLs were progoitrin which was ranged at $8.14-118.68{\mu}mol/g$ dry weight (DW). The highest total GSL amounts were documented in 'Hanra' ($146.02{\mu}mol/g$ DW) under light condition and 'Mokpo No. 68' ($86.67{\mu}mol/g$ DW) in dark condition, whereas the lowest was in 'Tamra' (30.13 and $14.50{\mu}mol/g$ DW) in both conditions. The sum of aliphatic GSLs attributed > 80% in all varieties, except 'Tamra' (67.7% and 64.9% in dark and light conditions, respectively) in the total GSL accumulation. Indolyl GSLs were ranged $2.41-15.73{\mu}mol/g$ DW, accounted 2.78-33.6% of the total GSLs in rapeseed varieties. CONCLUSION(S): These results provide valuable information regarding potential beneficial GSL contents individually. This study attempts to contribute to knowledge of the nutritional properties of the different varieties of rapeseed plants. These results may be useful for the evaluation of dietary information.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented bio-signals transmission and storage system using wireless sensor network based on ZigBee. Wireless sensor network is organized with routing protocol based on tree structure. The data is transmitted to monitoring system based on SIP. ZigBee will be used as various combinations with other wireless network technologies for application purposes.

생물학적동등성 인정 제네릭의약품에 대한 인식도 분석 (Analysis of Perception on the Bioequivalence-assured Generic Drugs)

  • Objectives: Bio-equivalence(BE) test is important not only to ensure the quality of generic drugs, but also to promote drug substitution under the separation of prescribing and dispensing practice(SPD). This study was intended to investigate the perception of consumers, doctors, and pharmacists on the confidence of bio-equivalence(BE) assured drugs. Methods: Nation-wide telephone interview survey was conducted for 1,018 consumers, 800 doctors, and 806 pharmacists from September to October in 2003. Descriptive analysis and ${\chi}^2$ analysis were conducted. Results: Even though people showed higher confidence level for the Bioequivalent drugs compared with Bio-inequivalent drugs, the confidence was generally low. Among those asked about the therapeutic substitutability of original drugs by BE versions, 95.78% of pharmacists responded "positive", while only 39.33% of consumers and 31.13% of doctors said so. The elderly, the less educated, who takes chronic disease medicine, pays high cost of prescription drugs, and are in the low income responded less aware of that. Also most consumers got information such as effect of drugs from either media or doctors. Conclusions: In order for people to believe that BE drugs and original drugs are equivalent, we need to strengthen health education, and to clarify any misunderstanding. It is also necessary for the national policy to provide accurate information about drugs to the public.

다중 SVM 알고리즘을 이용한 스트레스 지수에 따른 생체 감성 인식에 관한 연구 (The Study of Bio Emotion Cognition follow Stress Index Number by Multiplex SVM Algorithm)

  • 본 논문은 사용자의 생체 정보(맥박, 이완기 혈압, 수축기 혈압, 혈당)를 무선 센서들을 통하여 획득한 후 스트레스 지수에 따른 감성을 인식하여 대응되는 컬러와 음원을 분류하는 시스템으로서, 맥박 센서, 혈압 센서, 혈당 센서 등의 입력치를 받아 데이터베이스에 저장한 후 다중 SVM(Support Vector Machine) 알고리즘을 이용하여 스트레스 지수에 따른 감성을 분류한다. 2,000개의 데이터 집합을 사용하여 다중 SVM 알고리즘을 학습한 결과 약 87.7%의 정확도를 가졌다.
