The rail transport system is developing into a smart railroad that pursues intelligence beyond the automation stage of each component in recent years. Smart railways based on ICT (: Information & Communications Technology) technologies such as IoT (: Internet of Things), big data, deep learning, AI (: Artificial Intelligence), and block chain are expected to cause many developmental changes in domestic and foreign railway technologies. In this paper, we look at the domestic and international standardization trends of railway communication technology, which forms the basis of such smart railway system, and discuss the direction for train control technology(CBTC) in Korea's railway transportation system to become a leading technology(UBTC) in the world railway industry in the future.

With the everyday use of the Internet and the spread of various smart devices, users have been able to communicate in real time and the existing communication style has changed. Due to the change of the information subject by the Internet, data became more massive and caused the very large information called big data. These Big Data are seen as a new opportunity to understand social issues. In particular, text mining explores patterns using unstructured text data to find meaningful information. Since text data exists in various places such as newspaper, book, and web, the amount of data is very diverse and large, so it is suitable for understanding social reality. In recent years, there has been an increasing number of attempts to analyze texts from web such as SNS and blogs where the public can communicate freely. It is recognized as a useful method to grasp public opinion immediately so it can be used for political, social and cultural issue research. Text mining has received much attention in order to investigate the public's reputation for candidates, and to predict the voting rate instead of the polling. This is because many people question the credibility of the survey. Also, People tend to refuse or reveal their real intention when they are asked to respond to the poll. This study collected comments from the largest Internet portal site in Korea and conducted research on the 19th Korean presidential election in 2017. We collected 226,447 comments from April 29, 2017 to May 7, 2017, which includes the prohibition period of public opinion polls just prior to the presidential election day. We analyzed frequencies, associative emotional words, topic emotions, and candidate voting rates. By frequency analysis, we identified the words that are the most important issues per day. Particularly, according to the result of the presidential debate, it was seen that the candidate who became an issue was located at the top of the frequency analysis. By the analysis of associative emotional words, we were able to identify issues most relevant to each candidate. The topic emotion analysis was used to identify each candidate's topic and to express the emotions of the public on the topics. Finally, we estimated the voting rate by combining the volume of comments and sentiment score. By doing above, we explored the issues for each candidate and predicted the voting rate. The analysis showed that news comments is an effective tool for tracking the issue of presidential candidates and for predicting the voting rate. Particularly, this study showed issues per day and quantitative index for sentiment. Also it predicted voting rate for each candidate and precisely matched the ranking of the top five candidates. Each candidate will be able to objectively grasp public opinion and reflect it to the election strategy. Candidates can use positive issues more actively on election strategies, and try to correct negative issues. Particularly, candidates should be aware that they can get severe damage to their reputation if they face a moral problem. Voters can objectively look at issues and public opinion about each candidate and make more informed decisions when voting. If they refer to the results of this study before voting, they will be able to see the opinions of the public from the Big Data, and vote for a candidate with a more objective perspective. If the candidates have a campaign with reference to Big Data Analysis, the public will be more active on the web, recognizing that their wants are being reflected. The way of expressing their political views can be done in various web places. This can contribute to the act of political participation by the people.

As we took a look at above, this researcher suggest following device to extend Korea's private security industry's area. First, it is necessary to extend private investigation law's area grafting private security together. Second, it is necessary it is necessary to think of private security's role related key figure law, corresponding terror law, Presidential Security Service Guard law. Third, as a draft of a proposed law related prevention flowing out of industry techniques among industry security related law, passed, it is necessary private security's diversity, subdivision, composition through an enterprise security, and private security industry area's grafting together. Fourth, a research about private security company's investment and professional area's bringing up as well as business's extension device should be groped for the security consulting though total system management service. Fifth, there are no big difference education course and purpose, duty about a security police man law and security law's unification, so it is necessary to drive forward actively unification through government organization's cooperation. Sixth, a paradigm shift should be occured about private security service among policeman, citizen, and private security guards. Seventh, it is considered the role of security association is important. Lastly about a matter communication between the National Police Agency, and Security Association, not only look at from an authority's angle, collecting information, corresponding ability but now it is considered to grope each other cooperation device together among organizations not only the National Police Agency but also, National Organization, National Intelligence Service, the prosecution, Presidential Security Service Guard, Army etc.

Background : As each human has a look in the face of oneself, he or she has a look of him or herself in the shape of the body also. And for the shape of the body which gives a big clue in diagnosis in musculoskeletal disorders. Therefor many means are used and developed for diagnosis through body shape or posture analysis for musculoskeletal disorders. X-ray, CT, MRI has been used for diagnosis through image in this way to tell about the inside of the human body. On the other side, moire topography was used for information about the exterior of the human body, but yet only minimal information such as the number of contour lines in each side was available. Therefor there were a few studies to use moire topography or other methods to get information about the surface of the human body in numeric values. The instrument used in this study which is a laser projection moire, is another trial to get numeric data about the surface of the human body. The instrument is composed of laser projector and a computer software to recompose and analyse the image data into depth, height, angle and length. Objectives : The study was focused on whether the instrument is reliable for clinic use, and to seek the proper environment and posture for the examination, and among the data the software provides, which items are more reliable and useful. Methods : For reproductivity and repeatability, 4 testers tested 2 persons. And to how if the body shape changes according to the posture and which posture gives the most reliable data, the test was performed in 6 different positions. Results : Result, the instrument showed sufficient repeatability and reproductivity for clinical use. And among the items the software provides, the length of the back, the angle of the back in the sagittal and coronal plane showed reliable results. And there was difference in the results according to the posture, and Therefor, in following studies using this instrument or similar type of posture analysing instruments, the length of the back, the angle of the back in the sagittal and coronal plane could be reliable item to use.

The purpose of this study is, as to verify the effect of IR announcements, the IR activity to look at the usefulness. In previous study, they found that the IR announcement leads to reductions in information asymmetry, effect to positive stock price. This study examine the abnormal returns between group by corporate characteristics. The data used in this study are daily stock market returns taken from the KOSDAQ listed company with IR announcements during the 2005-2012 year(8 year). We find that follows. First, the capital market is accepted IR activity as the positive information. Second, abnormal returns of small company is higher than big size that. We show the difference of abnormal returns between the venture company and general company, the venture company's high. The abnormal returns of corporate with high ownership is above the group of low ownership. Additionally, consider interaction by firm characteristics, we show the interaction between firm size and business type. The result of two-way ANOVA is that venture corporate with big size are more abnormal returns than others. Also, we demonstrate that firm location is the factor of difference on information effect in venture firm.

Contrary to the fact that the old films contain artistic and include contemporary literature, religion, and philosophy, latest films are produced with focusing on external interesting composition and sensational scene. A good movie emotionally express the directors' topic message exuding from an interesting story, and empathize with the social agenda which shows a sharp look of the directors' on contemporary social aspect. In the movies of the Coen brothers, it seems like an entertainment movie as typical black comedy genre through irony and happening, but in fact, it inserts a lot of social problems in the film to show that they cynically express their social agenda from a contemplative view. In their movie "The Big Lebowski (1998)", it seems like they are creating comical content through the main characters' unaffected attitude. However, it is director's excellent director of the sub-text that expresses American social issues such as Vietnam war, post-modernism and an obscurantist policy and au fond the comedy about the historical facts of mass production of social maladjustment into black comedy. We expect to contribute to make a step forward in the Korea film industry by analyzing such movies that has the cultural power of influence.

Based on the study, the issues and trends in the current functional sandal designs on the same product line will be examined for the future developments for the functional sandals and the results were obtained as follows. First, the sandals must have a high front heel with wide floors that meet the ground. Second, the preference for the chromatic colour is stronger than the achromatic colors. Third, the sandals must be designed in curves in terms of the height and shape of the heels and design must consider the shoe's balance. Fourth, the product must appear big to provide a sense of stability. However, the sandals must not be designed too big to make them look crude or cause inconvenience while exercising. Fifth, the sandals must not be designed in too complex ways. This study has investigated and analyzed the external design of functional sandals and the user reviews on the actual sandals were not done. Through more detailed studies, the diversity in the design of functional sandals must be south and Korea's competitive edge in the industry and design must be secured for the future.

This study identifies the aspects and characteristics of 'Digital Sexual Crimes' that changed rapidly in recent years. It has identified the so-called "Telegram sexual harassment and exploitation" incident on the front page. We also want to analyze this and draw up policy suggestions that can help prepare social measures. In the wake of the Telegram sexual exploitation scandal, The National Assembly is quickly proposing related bills. However, the reality is that even a clear concept and definition of "Digital sexual Crimes" have not been made yet. The effective support system for victims is also insufficient. Therefore, this paper examines the definition and concept of child sexual exploitation and harassment. We will look at the features, causes, and conditions. In addition, it will examine the current status of Digital Sexual Crimes distribution and deletion of domestic, foreign platforms. Major foreign countries, including the U. S. A. refer to cases in which big data and artificial intelligence technologies are actively used to protect victims and track perpetrators.

Our previous study on tiny pores (R < 2") observed by HINODE/Solar Optical Telescope (SOT) revealed that the plasma in the pores at the photosphere is always moving down and the pores are surrounded by the strong downward motions (highly red-shifted) of neighboring granulations. From this study, we speculated that the flow motions above the pore should be related with the motions at the photosphere, since the pore is strong magnetic field region. Meanwhile, SNU and KASI installed Fast Imaging Solar Spectrograph (FISS) in the Cude room of the 1.6 m New Solar Telescope (NST) at Big Bear Solar Observatory. FISS is a unique system that can do imaging of H-alpha and Ca II 8542 band simultaneously, which is quite suitable for studying of dynamics of chromosphere. To get some clue on the relationship between the photospheric and low-chromospheric motions at the pore region, we took a coordinate observation with NST/FISS and Hinode/SOT for new emerging active region (AR11117) on October 26, 2010. In the observed region, we could find two tiny pores and two small magnetic islands (SMIs), which have similar magnetic flux with the pores but does not look dark. Magnetic flux density and Doppler velocities at the photosphere are estimated by applying the center-of-gravity (COG) method to the HINODE/spectropolarimeter (SP) data. The line-of-sight motions above the photosphere are determined by adopting the bisector method to the wing spectra of Ha and CaII 8542 lines. As results, we found the followings. (1) There are upflow motion on the pores and downflow motion on the SMIs. (2) Towards the CaII 8542 line center, upflow motion decrease and turn to downward motion in pores, while the speed of down flow motion increases in the SMIs. (3) There is oscillating motion above pores and the SMIs, and this motion keep its pattern along the height. (4) As height increase, there is a general tendency of the speed shift to downward on pores and the SMIs. This is more clearly seen on the other regions of stronger magnetic field. In this talk, we will present preliminary understanding of the coupling of pore dynamics between the photosphere and the low-chromosphere.

The fourth industrial revolution will greatly contribute to the entry of objects into an intelligent society through technologies such as big data and an artificial intelligence. Through the revolution, we were able to understand human behavior and awareness, and through the use of an artificial intelligence, we established ourselves as a key tool in various fields such as medicine and science. However, the fourth industrial revolution has a negative side with a positive future. In this study, an analysis was conducted using text mining techniques based on unstructured big data collected through social media. We wanted to look at keywords related to the fourth industrial revolution by year (2016, 2017 and 2018) and understand the meaning of each keyword. In addition, we understood how the keywords related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution changed with the change of the year and wanted to use R to conduct a Keyword Analysis to identify the recognition flow closely related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution through the keyword flow associated with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Finally, people's perceptions of the fourth industrial revolution were identified by looking at the positive and negative feelings related to the fourth industrial revolution by year. The analysis showed that negative opinions were declining year after year, with more positive outlook and future.
