IT기술의 발전은 기존의 컴퓨터 환경과 더불어 수많은 모바일 환경 및 사물 인터넷환경을 통해 사람의 삶을 편리하게 하고 있다. 이러한 모바일과 인터넷 환경의 등장으로 데이터가 급속히 폭증하고 있으며, 이러한 환경에서 데이터를 경제적인 자산으로 활용 가능한 Big Data 환경과 서비스가 등장하고 있다. 그러나 Big Data를 활용한 서비스는 증가하고 있지만, 이러한 서비스를 위해 발생되는 다량의 데이터에는 보안적 문제점이 있음에도 불구하고 Big Data의 보안성에 대한 논의는 미흡한 실정이다. 그리고 기존의 Big Data에 대한 보안적인 측면의 연구들은 Big Data의 보안이 아닌 Big Data를 활용한 서비스의 보안이 주를 이루고 있다. 이에 따라서 본 연구에서는 Big Data의 서비스 산업의 활성화를 위하여 Big Data의 보안에 대한 연구를 하였다. 세부적으로 AHP 기법을 활용한 Big Data 환경에서 보안관리를 위한 구성요소를 파악하고 그에 대한 우선순위를 도출하였다.

The amount of Big Data generated from multiple sources is continuously increasing. Traditional storage methods lack the capacity for such massive amounts of data. Consequently, most organizations have shifted to the use of cloud storage as an alternative option to store Big Data. Despite the significant developments in cloud storage, it still faces many challenges, such as privacy and security concerns. This paper discusses Big Data, its challenges, and different classifications of security and privacy challenges. Furthermore, it proposes a new classification of Big Data security and privacy challenges and offers some perspectives to provide solutions to these challenges.

Recently, spread of Smartphones caused activation of mobile services, because of that Big Data such as clouding service able to proceed with large amount of data which are hard to collect, save, search and analyze. Many companies collected variety of private and personal information without users' agreement for their business strategy and marketing. This situation raised social issues. As companies use Big Data, numbers of damage cases are growing. In this Thesis, when Big Data process, methods of analyze and research of data are very important. This thesis will suggest that choices of security levels and algorithms are important for security of private informations. To use Big Data, it has to encrypt the personal data to emphasize the importance of security level and selection of algorithm. Thesis will also suggest that research of utilization of Big Data and protection of private informations and making guidelines for users are require for security of private information and activation of Big Data industries.

본 연구의 목적은 빅데이터 보안 분야의 기존 연구를 분석하고, 향후 연구 방향을 모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내외의 총62편의 논문을 식별하여, 발간년도, 게재 매체, 전반적인 연구접근 방법, 세부적 연구 방법, 연구 주제 등을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 빅데이터 보안 연구는 매우 초기 단계로서, 비실증 연구가 압도적인 비중을 차지하고 있고, 관련 개념/기법에 대한 이해를 해나가는 과정으로서 기술-관리-통합의 단계로 진화한 정보보안 분야의 연구 동향에 동조하여 기술적인 연구가 주로 진행되고 있다. 연구 주제 측면에서도 빅데이터 보안에 대한 전반적인 이슈를 다룬 총론적인 연구들이 보안 구현 방법론, 분야별 이슈 등의 각론적 연구에 비해 높은 비중을 나타내는 등 초기 단계의 모습을 나타내고 있다. 향후 유망한 연구 분야로는 빅데이터 보안에 대한 전반적인 프레임워크 수립, 업종별 빅데이터 보안에 대한 연구, 빅데이터 보안 관련 정부 정책 분석 등을 들 수 있다. 빅데이터 보안 분야의 연구는 본격적으로 시작된 지 얼마 되지 않아, 연구 결과가 상대적으로 매우 부족한 편이다. 앞으로 다양한 관점에서 빅데이터 보안과 관련해 풍부한 주제를 다루는 연구가 진행되기를 기대한다.

The big data term refers to the great volume of data and complicated data structure with difficulties in collecting, storing, processing, and analyzing these data. Big data analytics refers to the operation of disclosing hidden patterns through big data. This information and data set cloud to be useful and provide advanced services. However, analyzing and processing this information could cause revealing and disclosing some sensitive and personal information when the information is contained in applications that are correlated to users such as location-based services, but concerns are diminished if the applications are correlated to general information such as scientific results. In this work, a survey has been done over security and privacy challenges and approaches in big data. The challenges included here are in each of the following areas: privacy, access control, encryption, and authentication in big data. Likewise, the approaches presented here are privacy-preserving approaches in big data, access control approaches in big data, encryption approaches in big data, and authentication approaches in big data.

최근 국내 주요 금융권 및 방송사를 타깃으로 사이버 테러가 발생하여 많은 수의 PC가 감염되어 정상적인 서비스 제공이 어려워졌으며 이로 인한 금전적 피해도 매우 큰 것으로 보고되었다. 빅 데이터의 중요성 인식과 이를 마케팅에 이용하려는 노력은 매우 활발한데 비해 빅 데이터의 보안 및 개인정보보호에 대한 노력은 상대적으로 낮은 수준을 보이고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터 산업의 실태분석과 지능화되고 있는 빅 데이터 보안 위협과 방어 기술의 변화에 대해 알아보고, 빅 데이터 보안에 대한 향후 대응방안을 제시한다.

본 논문은 미국 정부의 빅데이터 정책과 보안 이슈에 관해 고찰하였다. 빅데이터 R&D 이니셔티브 전략과 계획, NITRD 프로그램, 정부기관의 빅데이터 전략을 소개하였고, 또한 미군에서 빅데이터 운용환경, 군사 작전에 사용되는 빅데이터 정보, 주요 연구기관과 주제, 보안가이드라인 등에 대해 살펴보았다.

정보보호시스템(Information protection system)기반의 IT 환경 구축이 보편화되면서 공공기관 및 기업체에서는 정보시스템 자원의 활용과 통합을 위한 하나의 필수적인 환경으로 인식하기 시작하였고, 클라우드 시스템(Cloud System), 클라우드 보안(Cloud Security), 빅데이터(Big Data), 빅데이터 보안(Big Data Security), 산업보안(Industry Security)등이 이슈화 되고 있다. 이러한 영향으로 인해 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 구축에 따른 내외부적인 보안 위협요소 분석과 대응방안 수립하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호시스템(Information protection system) 도입에 따른 여러 가지 보안 위협요소를 알아보고 특히 산업보안적인 측면과 내외부 보안위협요소에 관한 측면을 조명하여 대응방안 수립에 관한 기반 지식을 제공하고자 한다.

In this paper, we propose an analysis framework to capture the trends of information security incidents and evaluate the security policy based on the incident analysis. We build a big data from news media collecting security incidents news and policy news, identify key trends in information security from this, and present an analytical method for evaluating policies from the point of view of incidents. In more specific, we propose a network-based analysis model that allows us to easily identify the trends of information security incidents and policy at a glance, and a cosine similarity measure to find important events from incidents and policy announcements.

본 논문은 지난 2012년 이후 떠오른 개념인 '빅 데이터'의 등장으로 정보보안 환경이 어떻게 변화되고 있는지, 빅 데이터와 관련된 분석 기술을 바탕으로 보안위협으로부터 어떤 통합보안시스템을 구축해야 하는지 제안하고자 한다. 빅 데이터 분야에 대해서는 최근 활용 분야에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행 중이며 APT(Advanced Persistent Threats)와 같은 보안 위협으로부터 보호하기 위해 빅 데이터 기반 통합보안관리시스템에서는 어떤 요구사항이 필요한 지 살펴보고자 한다. 또한, 기존 통합보안관리시스템과 현재 빅 데이터 기반 통합보안관리시스템을 비교 분석하며 한계점은 무엇이며 보완되어야 할 점을 제안하여 개선된 통합보안관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다.
