GIS를 이용한 도시민의 야외 운동장소 접근 특성 분석 - 서울시 공원의 운동기구 사용자를 중심으로 - (Characteristics of Citizens' Access to Outdoor Exercise Places by Using the GIS - Focused on the Users of the Outdoor Exercise Equipment Installed in Parks, Seoul -)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the accessibility to the place for outdoor exercise. For that, the departure (resident) location of the users of outdoor exercise equipment within 12 parks in Seoul have been investigated. A total of 1,733 people have been surveyed during the two-week period between Aug.2 and Aug. 15 and 815 cases were analyzed. We also investigated demographic characteristics, access method and related factors such as location, climate and visiting time. The results were coded through ArcGis program and the accessibility to each exercise location, difference in regional accessibility and accessibility characteristics in terms of climate and time have been analyzed. The results are as follows: First, visitors to the Han River start from the places further than the visitors to the streamlines. Second, the average moving distance is longer for the users aged under-60 than for the users aged 60 and over to reach the exercise place. And the average moving distance for visitors to the Han River destination is the longest with 748 meters, followed by 203 meters for general parks and 92 meters for streamline parks, respectively. Third, in each non-waterfront parks, the moving distance by users under-60 was longer by about 230 meters than that by users 60 and over. Fourth, exercisers in the weekend travel more by 244 meters than those during the midweek users to reach the exercise place. Fifth, the number of visitors to the Han River increased in the weekend while visitors to the streamlines decreased in the same period. Sixth, the traveling length for bicycle users is three times as much as that for pedestrian visitors. And the departure locations of bicycle users were more widely distributed.

인슐린비의존형 당뇨환자의 운동처방에 관한 연구 (The Study on Exercise Prescription of Patients with NIDDM)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the glucose and lipid metabolic changes physical exercise of patients with NIDDM. The physical exercise consisted of 15 minutes per day on a bicycle ergometer at $70\%$ maximum heart rate. The results of this study which were calculated from the level of glucose and lipid metabolism of the preexercise and after 2weeks exercise were as follows. 1. Blood glucose was siginificiantly decreased after physical exercise of two weeks(P<0.005). 2. Total cholesterol showed a tendency to decrease after physical exercise of two weeks, but the difference was statistically insignificiant. 3. Triglyceride showed a tendency to decrease on female, but triglyceride on man was inclose after exercise. 4. HDL showed a tendency to increase after physical exercise of two weeks, but the results were statistically insigificiant. 5. LDL showed a tendency to decrease after physical exercise of two weeks, but the results were statistically insignificiant. 6. HDL/cholesterol showed a tendency to increase aftre physical exercise of two weeks, but the results were statistically insignificiant.

대퇴근활성화에 대한 자전거 운동 시 근전도와 슬관절 각도와의 상관관계 연구 (A Study of Relationship Between EMG Activation of Thigh Muscle(Rectos Femoris, Vastus Iateralis Muscles) and Knee Angle During Bicycle Exercise)

  • 본 연구는 자전거운동에서 슬관절 각도와 대퇴근 활성도의 관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 총 16명의 20대 남성을 대상으로 실험을 진행하였으며 대퇴근의 대퇴직근과 외측광근에서 EMG 신호를 측정하였다. 실험은 안장거리에 따라 총 5단계로 나누었으며 단계별로 1분씩 60RPM, 200W의 부하로 운동을 하였고 슬관절 각도는 동작분석 장비를 이용하여 측정하였다. 실험결과는 슬관절 각도와 대퇴직근 외측광근 각각은 상관관계가 Step 1에서만 높게 나타났으며 그 외에서는 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 이유는 개인의 습관에 따라 두 근육의 활성도가 다르기 때문으로 사료된다. 그러나 대퇴근의 근전도와 슬관절 각도를 비교한 결과 높은 상관관계가 나타났다.

운동과 발전을 동반하는 학습게임 설계 및 구현 (Implementation of Educational Game to Accompany Exercising and Generating)

  • 본 논문에서는 컴퓨터 게임의 부작용을 막기 위한 운동과 발전을 동반하는 학습용 기능성 게임 시스템을 구현하였다. 구현한 기능성 게임 시스템은 운동부와 게임부로 나누어 설계하고 구현하였다. 전신 운동을 하기 위한 운동부는 하체 운동을 위해 헬스 자전거를 부착하고 헬스자전거의 뒷부분에 상체 운동을 할 수 있는 구조를 구성하여 부착하고, 각 힘점마다 발전기를 부착하였다. 그리고 회로 보드와 논리 프로그램을 구성하여 힘점에 부착된 발전기를 통하여 운동 강도 조절과 운동량을 측정하고, 컴퓨터와 통신을 할 수 있도록 하였다. 게임부는 폭력성을 배제하고 재미를 유지하면서 교육적인 효과를 살릴 수 있도록 구성하였다. 구성한 게임 시스템은 가르노의 재미의 14가지 요소를 통해 효과를 확인하였다.

가상 자전거 시스템을 이용한 고령자의 평형감각 증진에 관한 연구 (Study on the Improvement of Equilibrium Sense of the Elderly Using Virtual Bicycle System)

  • In this paper, a new rehabilitation training system was developed to improve equilibrium sense by combining virtual reality technology with a fixed exercise bicycle. The subjects consisted of two groups. A group of young people, was compared against a group of elderly. We measured three different running modes of virtual bicycle system with two successive sets. The parameters measured were running time, velocity, the weight movement, the degree of the deviation from the road, and the variables about the center of pressure. The repeated training, our results showed that the running capability of the elderly improve compared, In addition, it was found out that the ability of postural control and the equilibrium sense was improved with the presentation of the visual feedback information of the distribution of weight. From the results of this experiment, we showed that our newly developed system might be useful in the diagnosis of equilibrium sense or in the improvement of the sense of sight and, somatic, and vestibular sense of the elderly in the field of rehabilitation training.

  • Comfort concept of heating and cooling between body and environment is modified by the clothing. So were can say the clothing is one of the environment. To maintain“pleasantness”, clothing must have the elements of comfort and function. This study carried out for the 1st step to describe the relation between clothing and the human body I aspect to the emvironmental elements of temperature and working part of the body. Observations of skin temperature were taken on young adults female subjects in training wear and the skin temperature was measured onto 9 points of the body while taking part in two physical exercise, with Rawing machine and Bicycle ergometer. The results obtained are as follows; 1. The skin temperature after physical exercise is lower than that after repose. 2. After physical exercise of the lower part of the body, the skin temperature is less than that after physical exercise of the upper part of the body. 3. After physical exercise of the upper part of the body, skin temperature of the lower part of the body rises a little, and vice versa.

다양한 강도의 자전거운동이 비만중년여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질 및 지방대사에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Body Composition, Blood Lipid & Lipid Metabolism on Bicycle Exercise of Various Intensities in Obesity Middle Aged Women)

  • 본 연구는 다양한 강도의 자전거 운동이 비만 중년 여성의 신체구성, 혈중지질 및 지방대사에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 35~55세의 비만중년여성 17명을 대상으로 저강도 그룹 5명, 중강도 그룹 6명, 고강도 그룹 6명으로 무선 배정하여 주 3회(월, 수, 금) 1일 20~50분의 다양한 강도별 자전거운동이 신체구성과 혈중지질, 지방대사에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 비교·분석한 결과, 신체구성의 변화에서는 그룹 간 유의한 차이를 나타나지 않았으며, 혈중지질의 변화에서 글루코스의 그룹별 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 지방대사의 변화에서 그룹별 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 또한 시기, 시기×집단의 상호작용 효과에서도 모두 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 이상의 내용을 종합하면 통계적으로 유의미한 효과를 나타내지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 다양한 각도에서 관련 전공 분야의 연구와 개선을 위한 기초적인 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

최대하 운동부하시 Caffeine의 투여가 운동선수의 혈중 Energy Substrate 변화에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Caffeine Administration on Energy Substrate Change During Submaximal Exercise)

  • The purpose of this study was to describe the effects of caffeine ingestion on the metabolic responses during submaximal exercise. Ten male of rowing player aged 18-22yrs. participated in the study. No subjects had any remarkable medical history and none were taking medications. According to the administration of dehydrated caffeine(CA) (6mg/kg) or placebo(PA), they were classified into two groups such as caffeine group and placebo group. A randomized, double-blind, crossover protocol was employed using either CA or PA. Subjects underwent a submaximal bicycle ergometer. Blood was drawn intravenously prior to 60 min., at rest, at 30, and 45 min. of exercise, and recovery period. Plasma concentrations of glucose, free fatty acid and lactate were obtained using enzymatic method. Followings were obtained by the tests and analyses; 1) Blood glucose(BG) of 45 minute of exercise was significantly decreased in CA group of 76.3$\pm$14.8 mg/100ml compared with PA group of 94.9$\pm$11.2 mg/100mg(p<0.5). 2) Free fatty acid(FFA) of 30minute of exercise was significantly increased in CA group of 720$\pm$80 $\mu$Eq/1 compared with PA group of 360$\pm$120 $\mu$Eq/1(p<0.5). After exercise, FFA was significantly higher in CA group than those in PA group(p<0.1). 3) Blood lactate(BL) was not significantly different between the two. After exercise, BL was significantly different in 30 minute(p<05).

운동요법과 이완요법이 직장근로자의 ACTH와 Cortisol 호르몬에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Relaxation Therapy and Exercise Therapy on the ACTH and Cortisol Hormone Level in Workers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise therapy and relaxation therapy on the level of ACTH and cortisol in workers and to determine, from this information, the effectiveness of applied exercise therapy and relaxation therapy as a nursing intervention method for workers experiencing stress. Method: The subjects were divided into an exercise therapy group. a relaxation therapy group, and a control group. The research design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design (exercise therapy : n=12. relaxation therapy: n=12, control group, the group without exercise or relaxation therapy: n= 12). The subjects in the exercise therapy group were given a particular intensity for each kp over 30 min, bicycle ergometer which uses the LX PE training system before and after four weeks of training. The subjects did 60-70% exercise intensity exercise therapy for eight weeks The relaxation therapy subjects were trained using a modified Jacobson's relaxation technique for eight weeks. The exercise and relaxation therapy groups were trained at the following intensity for eight weeks (3 times/week, 30 min/day). Changes in the levels of ACTH and cortisol were identified. Two-way ANOVA and multiple range test (SNK: Student Newman Keul) were used to examine the effects of exercise therapy and relaxation therapy at four and eight weeks. Result: 1. Changes in the level of ACTH in the relaxation therapy group were statistically significant at .05 level, and were better than that of the exercise therapy group after eight weeks. But there was no significant difference between the exercise therapy group and the control group. 2. Change in the level of cortisol in the relaxation therapy group were statistically significant at .05 level as compared to the exercise therapy group and the control group after four weeks, but not after eight weeks. Also, the relaxation therapy was statistically significant at .05 level after four weeks compared to before treatment, but there was a tendency toward increased cortisol after eight weeks. Conclusion: Relaxation therapy was found to be more effective in stress treatment than exercise therapy and as such is a desirable nursing intervention method for stress hormone reduction in workers.

실버세대를 위한 기능성 게임 콘텐츠 개발 (Developing Functional Game Contents for the Silver Generation)

  • 고령화가 진전되면서 실버세대가 경제적으로 차지하는 비율도 매우 증가하여 생산과 소비의 주체가 되는 시대로 변모하고 있다. 실버세대의 경제적 활동이 증가하는데 반해 여가 활동을 대비하는 실버 콘텐츠개발은 아직 활성화되지 못한 실정이다. 실버세대는 신체적 노화로 지각능력과 학습능력, 운동능력 등이 젊은 사람에 비해 상대적으로 낮으며, 이동성이나 활동성 면에서도 취약하기 때문에 실버세대를 위한 기능성 실버콘텐츠와 사용이 용이한 인터페이스의 개발은 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 실버세대의 여가 활용과 건강을 유지할 수 있는 하체 운동 효과를 갖는 게이트볼, 체감형 자전거, 두더지 게임 콘텐츠를 개발하기 위한 방법을 제안한다. 게임으로서의 재미와 함께 실버세대의 인지능력, 신체 활동 능력에 맞는 기능적 디자인 요소를 고려하였고, 실버세대들이 사용하기 쉬운 체감형 인터페이스와 개별적인 특성에 따른 맞춤형 진행 방법을 통해 지속적인 흥미와 하체운동 효과를 유도할 수 있도록 하였다.
