Sharing economy which is sharing and borrowing goods, space, and services as a social and economic activity based on the Internet and smart phones is a new research topic in convergence area. The most representative areas of shared economy are space sharing and vehicle sharing. This paper aims to explore the factors affecting sharing intention of vehicle. We have identified the independent variables which include economic benefit, social benefit, social influence, psychological benefit and perceived risk. We also have done how these variables affect on sharing intention. Unlike Korea, in China vehicle sharing is legally allowed and has a large scale economy. To prove the hypothesis, we performed questionnaire investigation in China and analyzed with SPSS program. The result of hypothesis is the followings: The economic benefit, psychological benefit, social influence and perceived risk are affects sharing intention, and social benefit is not affect sharing intention and sharing intention is affect sharing behavior.

The study aims to test the model of Yang et al. (2017) for the overall assessment of the transportation sector in the sharing economy and add some new elements on the benefits of customer loyalty from some previous studies that were not mentioned in Yang's model. This study will take examples from the two big brands of car-sharing apps in the sharing economy in Vietnam - Uber, and Grab. This research focuses on customer loyalty in the sharing economy with Uber and Grab as the transport sector in Ho Chi Minh City. Based on the survey data of 380 customers in Vietnam, the research results show that two independent factors positively impact commitment and satisfaction: social benefits and economic benefits. Simultaneously, economic benefit has a positive effect on satisfaction while trust benefit has a negative effect on commitment. Finally, commitment has a positive impact on customer loyalty in the sharing economy. As a result, companies in the sharing economy can identify which are the key factors that strongly influence customer satisfaction, commitment, trust, and loyalty to help managers to devise the appropriate solutions for promoting the strengths or overcoming limitations to contribute to perfecting and improving the quality of the company's services.
In spite of its popularity among practitioner and academic audiences, few existing studies go into any detail in examining the mechanisms of creating shared value (CSV), especially as applicable to the context of everyday operations. Nor do they provide recommendations to practitioners with regard to facilitating CSV concept. In response to this problem, I introduce benefit-sharing practice which I argue provides a solid route to the concept of CSV. Based on observations from the case study, 10 networks' benefit-sharing practices are analyzed and its featured characteristics are extracted accordingly. Findings demonstrate that such benefit-sharing models as 'Green-Development', 'Protection of the Environment', and 'Accreditation for Food Safety Management' can solve critical societal challenges while simultaneously driving greater profitability for both buyers and suppliers. The findings also suggest that benefit-sharing is a good vehicle of the realization of the CSV concept. I conclude by assessing how the findings add to the existing debate around collaborative supply-relationship and shared value. I suggest that benefit-sharing can contribute positively to the feasibility of CSV concept and, thereby, counter the assertion that CSV is the only immature-concept that lacks clear criteria of demarcation and cases for businesses to follow.

Traditionally, a domestic construction industry has recognized the relationship between a primary contractor and a subcontractor as a subordinated trade connection. To improve this unfair connection, the primary contractor and subcontractor's relationship must be recognized as Co-Development, and a new construction circumstances are needed, too. To apply benefit sharing to this relationship for Mutual Corporation, this needs the application method which could be reflected the specific aspects such as construction production method and production organization. Therefore, this study is aimed for the suggesting of basic data for Benefit Sharing application in the domestic construction industry by researching the problems and Benefit Sharing application States.
This study examines the differences of enacting models and influential causes of benefit-sharing practices between Korean automobile networks and the Japanese networks. The case study method is chosen for this research because only small numbers of supply networks adopt benefit-sharing practices. I employ semi-structured interviews with managers from four automobile manufacturers and eight of their suppliers in South Korea and Japan. I find that Japanese automobile networks have adopted a higher level of trust-demanding, with a higher level of value-creating models such as supplier development, joint-new-product development. Whereas, the Korean networks have adopted the lower trust demanding, also less profitable models such as supplier's suggestion and buyer's suggestion. In terms of work-related cultural values, I find that Japanese networks emphasized collectivism. Both buyers and suppliers in the Japanese networks are supposed to have common causes. In contrast, Korean networks emphasized individualism. Both buyers and suppliers of Korea generally do not identify that they are common group members with a common cause. I also find that a slight differences of the enacting models and the causes between foreign-owned networks and domestic-owned networks within each country. Foreign-owned networks have adopted lower trust demanding, also less profitable models. The findings demonstrate that the cultural values have a decisive influence on the adoption of benefit sharing models for the networks in Japan, and South Korea.
The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement plan for an effective benefit sharing support policy through empirical analysis on the benefit sharing operation of government as well as the benefit sharing support policy of government affecting firm performance. Therefore, this study analyzed current problems on benefit sharing operation of government as well as performed a survey for 225 participating and cooperation firms regarding firm performance. This study found some improvements such as insufficient diverse incentive measures leading to the difficulty of participating firm's increase and spread, insufficient substantial benefit sharing such a cash allocation between consignment firms, the increase of biz management system model failing to induce innovation of new technology or product, and difficult spread into 2nd, 3rd cooperative firms besides 1st ones, meanwhile, verifying the positive influence of government benefit sharing support policy on both participating and cooperation firms, especially on the performance of cooperation firms. As a further study, it is necessary to increase the objectiveness and accuracy of a research through verification of the interrelationships between firm statue and performance on the basis of more objective and quantitative data such a sales increase or R&D capability of cooperation firms.

In this study, based on the principal-agent paradigm, we investigate a joint cost reduction activity in a buyer-supplier supply chain where a buyer motivates its operations department and a supplier to reduce the supply chain's production cost. We construct a benefit-sharing model based on the target cost scheme, a basic philosophy in practice which has not been explored in previous studies. The model also incorporates various supply chain issues such as the cooperation of multiple agents, the opportunity loss, and the degree of strategic relationship between the buyer and the supplier. Based on the analysis of the principal-agent model, we investigate the benefit-sharing rule to control agents' actions, and we also provide important managerial implications into supply chain practices via extensive comparative static analyses.

This research evaluates cooperation in transboundary rivers with special reference to the Great Mekong Subregion (GMS) program in the Mekong River Basin. The benefit sharing approach has been deployed as a theoretical framework to analyze the extent to which the riparian states have achieved cooperation. The river basin governance led by the Mekong River Commission since 1995 has not adequately performed due to non-participation of upstream countries and the lack of law enforcement mechanism. Since the late 1980s, China has undertaken hydropower development unilaterally, thereby triggering discomfort from the Lower Mekong countries. The GMS program has led China to strengthening economic ties with the downstream countries through hydropower development as investors and developers. The program has also supported the establishment of economic corridors, and removal of physical barriers and has paved the way for cooperation in other sectors, such as the environment, agriculture, tourism and energy. There are challenges for further cooperation, including the development gaps between China and the downstream countries, political tensions and environment impacts of hydropower dams in the river basin. The Mekong River Basin shows the possibility of cooperation through benefit sharing. Sharing benefits accrued from the river and beyond the river between China and the downstream countries have enhanced economic ties, thereby consolidating cooperation each another.

This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of SCM on PM's capabilities and sustainable benefit sharing in leading global companies. To achieve this, statistical analyses were carried out through an empirical questionnaire survey of 426 PMs in SCM companies. The results showed that SCM commitment, vision and goal sharing have positive effects on PM's capabilities in leading global companies, boosting PM capability. Moreover, sustainable benefit sharing was improved along with SCM trust building, vision and goal sharing in global leading companies, supporting the usefulness of these variables. In contrast, SCM information sharing and trust building did not lead to significant acceleration of PM's capabilities, rejecting these variables. These findings indicate that SCM information sharing or trust building does not really help simple members to accelerate PM's capabilities.
