As the interest in the business-to-business(B2B) electronic commerce is increasing, many companies are participating in the B2B e-Marketplaces. The e-Marketplace is defined as the virtual market that many players take part in to transact. The e-Marketplace has an influenced on the manner in which organizational buyers and sellers interact. As a result, it is important to develop an understanding of the behaviors of firms that use these electronic marketplaces. The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive model for trust and commitment of B2B e-Marketplace and empirically to examine their structural relationships. Drawing from trust and commitment theory in the interorganizational relationship and B2B electronic commerce context, this study identifies network externality, interactivity, justice, quality of information sharing, institutional assurance as the determinants of trust and commitment of e-Marketplace. The proposed model hypothesized that (1) trust is a function of network externality, interactivity, justice, quality of information sharing, institutional assurance, (2) attitudinal and behavioral commitment is a function of trust, (3) behavioral commitment is a function of attitudinal commitment. The proposed model is tested using organizational-level survey data from 187 buying organizations that conduct business in MRO e-Marketplaces. The data were tested by reliability test, correlation analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis. The results indicate that (1) trust is influenced by network externality, interactivity, justice, institutional assurance, (2) attitudinal commitment and behavioral commitment is influenced by trust (3) behavioral commitment is influenced by attitudinal commitment. Also, the empirical results confirmed that trust play a strong, central role in determinging e-Marketplace commitment. The key theoretical contribution of this research is that it begins to extend interorganizational information system literature in areas such as B2B Internet e-Marketplace. Managerially, this study contributes tn the understanding of the role of B2B e-Markeplace providers in Internet situation. And Limitations of this study and guidelines for future researches are also discussed.
Objective: As a manual accupucture method, the twirling-needle treatment has been known more effective in relieving pain than the conventional simple accupuncture treatment. Finding a proper treatment condition is difficult because of the lack of a quantative measurement of the alleviation of pain made by acupuncture. In this research, the authors propose the use of infrared thermal images in a formalin test to quantatively verify the effect of twirling. Methods: After injecting 10%~20% formalin into the tail of rats, the infrared thermal images(ITI) have been obtained to estimate the thermal distribution caused by inflammation. The authors propose a processing method to measure the thermal distribution from the thermal images obtained from the infrared camera as a pain model of the formalin test. Results: The pain model obtained from the infrared thermal image has two phases. The first phase, which is a transient period, is the initial 20 minutes when the pain is developed after the formalin injection. The second phase, which is a steady state, is where the development of pain lasts for 60 minutes or more after the first stage. This characteristic of the proposed model based on ITI is consistent with that of the pain model reported by other researchers whose works are based on the time-course of flinching and licking/biting, following a different concentration of formalin. It is noticed that the response of the thermal distribution obtained from ITI shows very high correlation to the behavioral response in the formalin test performed by Kazuhiro Okuda and four others5). In addition, the authors propose an ITI method to determine the pain-reducing effect of the acupuncture. The thermal distribution obtained from the experiment shows that there is significant pain reducing effect made by the twirling-needle method.
In the design of foundations for the super-structures such as transmission towers and oil-platforms, the foundations must be considered as a medium to resist cyclic tensile forces. In this study, the uplift capacity of the drilled shaft used as the medium resisting to this pattern of forces is investigated by performing cyclic uplift test of a small model-drilled shaft constructed in compacted granite soil in a steel chamber. In this test, the behavioral difference between a pile loaded on the top of the pile and a pile loaded at the bottom of the pile was investigated intensively. The load transfer curves obtained from the test were investigated by changing the confining pressure in the chamber. The load tests also included creep test and cyclic test. It is found from the tests that uplift capacity of the shaft loaded at the bottom is greater than that of the shaft loaded on the top of the pile. It is found also from the creep test that the pile loaded at the bottom was more stable than the shaft loaded on the top. If a pile loaded at the bottom is pre-tensioned, the pile will be most effective to the creep displacement. It is found also from the cyclic tests that apparent secant modulus obtained in a cycle of the load increases with the number of cycles.

Cnidii Rhizoma (CR) was subjected to extraction with 70% methanol and tested to determine whether it has anxiolytic activity in mouse by employing staircase and rotarod tests. In addition, to understand the mechanism of anxiolytic action, CR, picrotoxin, yohimbine, isoniazid and strychnine were utilized to deliniate the potential involvement of GABA and glycine receptors in the action of Cnidii Rhizoma. To gain insights into the safety of Cnidii Rhizoma extract, behavioral and MTT tests were carried out. The results were obtained as follows: 1. CR extract had little effect on climbing numbers in the stair case test. 2. CR extract had considerable anti-anxiety effects as evidenced by the reduction of rearing numbers in the stair case test. 3. CR extract had little effect on muscle relaxation. 4. Anxiolytic actions of CR extract appeared to be mediated by glycine receptor activation. 5. Cytotoxicity in the neuronal cell was not observed and no strange behaviors were found. In short, these results indicate that CR extract has the ability to exert anxiolytic activity, possibly by activating glycine receptor with little side effects in mouse.
This study aims to examine the effects of art therapy on challenging behavior of schoolchildren. For this purpose, I selected one class of 4th year student of S primary school, located at Jeongeup city, Jeonlabukdo, and selected 4 study subjects through examination of K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation scale, characters, school life and K - HTP test. With regard to procedure of this study, I carried out art therapy program at the art class for 60 minutes one time a week for 4 months, a total of 17 sessions from Apr. 3, 2007 to July 24, 2007. I made this program with some modification in reference to Arts Therapy Technique (Counpia Remote Training Center, 2005), Group Art Therapy (Choi Seon Nam. Kim Gap Sook. Jeon Jong Kuk, 2007) and the Effects of Peer Group Art Activity on Sociality Skill of Offensive Children (Park Ju Yeon. Lee Byeon In, 2005). For each child, I compared and analyzed the changes in score of K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation scale, behavior by K-HTP (dynamic house-wood-human figure test) analysis and by school life(KSD) image analysis before and after treatment. I also carried out qualitative analysis on behavioral feature of each child for each session. This study obtained the following conclusions. First, child A showed positive change in comparison before and after art treatment program of score K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation, K-HTP image test and school life. Since he was so active and wanted to obtain good evaluation from anyone that he frequently had quarrel with friends, spoke against others well and beaten others much but was changed and did not speak against others or beat. Second, child B showed clear difference in comparison before and after art treatment program of score K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation, but no significant difference in K-HTP image test and school life. However, I observed substantial changes. While he could not speak frankly to others, felt empty in mind and was offensive in personal relations, he was changed, did not have quarrel with others or speak against others that much and improved his relationship with friends or teachers. Third, child C showed positive change in score of K-CBCL children juvenile behavior evaluation after art therapy program. In comparison of K-HTP image test and school life treatment before and after treatment, he still longed for mothers in mind but found rather stable after treatment. Fourth, child D showed positive chance in score of K-CBCL children. juvenile behavior evaluation scale after art therapy program, but almost no changes in K-HTP image test. But he depicted good relationship and socializing with other friends in school life. While he could not carry his point due to social immaturity and felt depressed, he got more confident. This result of study showed that art therapy had positive effects on correction of schoolchildren.

Objectives : This study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of Metadate CD (MCD) when given to Korean children and adolescents with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). We also explored the effects of the drug on diverse neuro-cognitive functions. Methods : Ninety-one subjects with ADHD (mean age 8.6${\pm}$2.2 years) were recruited at 6 outpatient clinics in Seoul, Korea. We used the ADHD Rating Scale (ARS), Clinical Global Impression (CGI), and comprehensive attention test (CAT) to measure the drug's effects. Results : After 0.92${\pm}$0.32mg/kg/day of MCD were administered for 57.4${\pm}$7.6 days, there was a 48.5% reduction in the mean total ARS scores (p<.001). Fifty-seven subjects (64.8%) showed either much improved or very much improved outcomes on the CGI-Improvement scale. The CGI-Severity scale also decreased from an average of 4.7 to an average of 2.9 (p<.001). Errors and response time standard deviations of the CAT, sustained attention test-to-response tasks, the flanker test, and divided attention test scores decreased after treatment (p<.05). The forward memory span of the spatial working memory test scores increased (p<.05). Thirty-five patients (39.8%) experienced side effects, of which the most common were headache (14.8%), nausea (12.5%), and anorexia (9.1%). Conclusion : This open-label study suggests that MCD is effective and safe in improving the symptoms and neurocognitive functions of Korean children and adolescents with ADHD.
The primary goal of virtual prototyping is to eliminate the need for fabricating physical prototypes, and to reduce cost and time for developing new products. A virtual prototyping seeks to create a virtual environment where the development of a new model can be flexible as well as rapid, and experiments can be carried out effectively concerning kinematics, dynamics, and control aspects of the model. This paper addresses the virtual environment used for virtual prototyping of a passenger vehicle. It has been developed using the dVISE environment that provides such useful features as actions, events, sounds, and light features. A vehicle model including features, and behaviors is constructed by employing an object-oriented paradigm and contains detailed information about a real-size vehicle. The human model is also implemented not only for visual and reach evaluations of the developed vehicle model, but also for behavioral visualization during a crash test. For the real time driving simulation, a neural network model is incorporated into the virtual environment. The cases of passing bumps with a vehicle are discussed in order to demonstrate the applicability of a set of developed models.

The purpose of this research is to study the performance assessment made by high school home economics teachers : their awareness and attitudes toward the assessment correlate with the qualitative output of the executions of it. as well s to determine how their awareness and attitudes toward the assesment correlate with the qualitative output of the executions of their performance assessments. The research has yielded the following results : 1. The attitudinal score shows above average of 58.7/90. By the sub-factors. awareness of the characteristics of performance assessment is 20.6/30 : the favorable attitudinal score is at 20.0/30. the behavioral attention at 9.5/15. and the effects of performance assessment on the teachers and the classes at 8.6/15. 2. In a single semester. the highest frequency of executing performance assessment is between 1 to 2 times (58.7%). and practical skill test is proven to be the most frequently used category at 79.9%. 3. The correlation between the overall attitude on performance assessment and the quality of actual performance assessment executed is high. indicating superior quality of performance assessment. which is directly proportionate to the enhanced attitude of teachers on performance assessment.
A significantly larger lateral load and moment are applied on a high speed railway bridge foundation than other bridge foundations. Therefore most of bridge foundations on Honam high speed railway project were designed by high strength steel pipe piles to resist lateral load and moment, which caused the increase of construction costs. In order to perform optimum design, it is important to estimate accurate lateral resistance when designing this type of structure. Lateral load tests were carried out based on the field design data with the purpose of examining the lateral behavioral characteristics of a railway bridge foundation. The standard load test method(ASTM D 3966) was used for field tests by applying twice of design load. Total four load tests were performed on high speed railway bridge foundations with strain gages installed by every 1m along piles to measure load-resistance characteristics under applied lateral loads. The back-calculated P-y curves from strain gages were compared with estimated P-y curves using theoretical methods based on geotechnical investment data. Back-calculated P-y curves from field tests for sand and clay ground conditions were presented in this paper, which are different from theoretical P-y curves. By using the research results of this study, more accurate estimations of pile design under lateral loads can be available for similar geotechnical conditions.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the application of the multidisciplinary model, which is customized evidence-based counseling for abused preschool children done by a day care center teacher. Methods: The participants were 16 preschool children which were abused by a day care center teacher and their parents. The data were analyzed by using the Wilcoxon Signed-rank test. Results: The multidisciplinary cooperative service model based on customized evidence-based counseling for abused preschool children, their parents, and day care center teachers was developed. Based on this model, customized evidence-based Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) emergency intervention was provided to preschool children abused by a day care teacher in Incheon. The multidisciplinary cooperative emergency intervention service proved to be effective in reducing emotional and behavioral problems of abused preschool children and enhancing the mental health of parents. Conclusion/Implications: The results of this study indicated that the customized evidence-based counseling for abused preschool children done by a day care center teacher using the multidisciplinary cooperative linkage system would be effective, and that child abuse prevention by day care center teachers and intervention services should be provided systematically at the national level.
