조직구성원의 정보기술 인적역량과 개인 업무만족 및 업무성과 간의 관계: 목표지향성 관점 (Relationships Among Employees' IT Personnel Competency, Personal Work Satisfaction, and Personal Work Performance: A Goal Orientation Perspective)

  • The study examines the relationships among employee's goal orientation, IT personnel competency, personal effectiveness. The goal orientation includes learning goal orientation, performance approach goal orientation, and performance avoid goal orientation. Personal effectiveness consists of personal work satisfaction and personal work performance. In general, IT personnel competency refers to IT expert's skills, expertise, and knowledge required to perform IT activities in organizations. However, due to the advent of the internet and the generalization of IT, IT personnel competency turns out to be an important competency of technological experts as well as employees in organizations. While the competency of IT itself is important, the appropriate harmony between IT personnel's business capability and technological capability enhances the value of human resources and thus provides organizations with sustainable competitive advantages. The rapid pace of organization change places increased pressure on employees to continually update their skills and adapt their behavior to new organizational realities. This challenge raises a number of important questions concerning organizational behavior? Why do some employees display remarkable flexibility in their behavioral responses to changes in the organization, whereas others firmly resist change or experience great stress when faced with the need to alter behavior? Why do some employees continually strive to improve themselves over their life span, whereas others are content to forge through life using the same basic knowledge and skills? Why do some employees throw themselves enthusiastically into challenging tasks, whereas others avoid challenging tasks? The goal orientation proposed by organizational psychology provides at least a partial answer to these questions. Goal orientations refer to stable personally characteristics fostered by "self-theories" about the nature and development of attributes (such as intelligence, personality, abilities, and skills) people have. Self-theories are one's beliefs and goal orientations are achievement motivation revealed in seeking goals in accordance with one's beliefs. The goal orientations include learning goal orientation, performance approach goal orientation, and performance avoid goal orientation. Specifically, a learning goal orientation refers to a preference to develop the self by acquiring new skills, mastering new situations, and improving one's competence. A performance approach goal orientation refers to a preference to demonstrate and validate the adequacy of one's competence by seeking favorable judgments and avoiding negative judgments. A performance avoid goal orientation refers to a preference to avoid the disproving of one's competence and to avoid negative judgements about it, while focusing on performance. And the study also examines the moderating role of work career of employees to investigate the difference in the relationship between IT personnel competency and personal effectiveness. The study analyzes the collected data using PASW 18.0 and and PLS(Partial Least Square). The study also uses PLS bootstrapping algorithm (sample size: 500) to test research hypotheses. The result shows that the influences of both a learning goal orientation (${\beta}$ = 0.301, t = 3.822, P < 0.000) and a performance approach goal orientation (${\beta}$ = 0.224, t = 2.710, P < 0.01) on IT personnel competency are positively significant, while the influence of a performance avoid goal orientation(${\beta}$ = -0.142, t = 2.398, p < 0.05) on IT personnel competency is negatively significant. The result indicates that employees differ in their psychological and behavioral responses according to the goal orientation of employees. The result also shows that the impact of a IT personnel competency on both personal work satisfaction(${\beta}$ = 0.395, t = 4.897, P < 0.000) and personal work performance(${\beta}$ = 0.575, t = 12.800, P < 0.000) is positively significant. And the impact of personal work satisfaction(${\beta}$ = 0.148, t = 2.432, p < 0.05) on personal work performance is positively significant. Finally, the impacts of control variables (gender, age, type of industry, position, work career) on the relationships between IT personnel competency and personal effectiveness(personal work satisfaction work performance) are partly significant. In addition, the study uses PLS algorithm to find out a GoF(global criterion of goodness of fit) of the exploratory research model which includes a mediating variable, IT personnel competency. The result of analysis shows that the value of GoF is 0.45 above GoFlarge(0.36). Therefore, the research model turns out be good. In addition, the study performs a Sobel Test to find out the statistical significance of the mediating variable, IT personnel competency, which is already turned out to have the mediating effect in the research model using PLS. The result of a Sobel Test shows that the values of Z are all significant statistically (above 1.96 and below -1.96) and indicates that IT personnel competency plays a mediating role in the research model. At the present day, most employees are universally afraid of organizational changes and resistant to them in organizations in which the acceptance and learning of a new information technology or information system is particularly required. The problem is due' to increasing a feeling of uneasiness and uncertainty in improving past practices in accordance with new organizational changes. It is not always possible for employees with positive attitudes to perform their works suitable to organizational goals. Therefore, organizations need to identify what kinds of goal-oriented minds employees have, motivate them to do self-directed learning, and provide them with organizational environment to enhance positive aspects in their works. Thus, the study provides researchers and practitioners with a matter of primary interest in goal orientation and IT personnel competency, of which they have been unaware until very recently. Some academic and practical implications and limitations arisen in the course of the research, and suggestions for future research directions are also discussed.

고객의 자기조절성향이 서비스 실패에 따른 부정적 감정과 고객반응에 미치는 영향 - 귀인과정에 따른 조정적 역할을 중심으로 - (Self-Regulatory Mode Effects on Emotion and Customer's Response in Failed Services - Focusing on the moderate effect of attribution processing -)

  • 기업의 서비스 실패로 인해 부정적 경험을 겪은 고객은 무의식적으로 그 원인의 추론을 통해 실망이나 후회의 부정적 감정을 얻게 되는데 이때 고객의 자기조절성향에 따른 감정의 발생은 각기 달리 나타나며, 이때 형성된 부정적 감정들은 서로 다른 고객반응을 일으키게 된다. 이러한 부정적 반응은 기업의 이미지 및 브랜드 가치에도 적지 않은 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 장기적으로는 기업 매출에도 부정적 영향을 미치며 서비스 회복 노력에 따른 추가적 비용도 발생하게 된다. 본 연구는 서비스 영역에서 서비스 실패에 따른 고객의 부정적 감정의 선행요인 및 그 결과변수인 고객반응에 초점을 두고 있다. 즉 서비스 실패 시 자기조절성향(평가지향성과 목표지향성)이 부정적 감정에 미치는 영향과 이때 귀인과정(내적귀인 vs 외적귀인)에 따른 고객의 부정적 감정(후회감과 실망감)의 차이를 살펴보았다. 그리고 이러한 부정적 감정들이 체념과 구전활동이라고 하는 고객 행동반응에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하였다. 분석결과, 자기조절성향에 따른 후회감의 차이는 목표 지향적 성향이 강한 고객보다는 평가지향적 성향이 강한 고객일수록 후회감이 더 크고 반대로 목표지향적 성향이 강한 고객은 실망감이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 고객의 부정적 감정들은 귀인과정의 조절적 역할(내적귀인-후회감, 외적귀인-실망감)에 따라 서로 다른 감정이 형성되는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 후회감과 실망감은 소비자의 서비스 실패 후 행동반응에 상이한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났는데 본인의 의사결정에 따른 선택에 대해 후회감을 느낀 고객은 체념적 반응이 높게 나타났으며 반면에 실망감을 느낀 고객은 서비스 제공자나 제3자에 대한 구전행동이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

척수신경손상에 대한 흥분성 아미노산 수용체 길항제의 효과에 대한연구 (Studies About the Effect of Excitatory Amino Acid Receptor Antagonist on Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury)

  • 외상성 척추신경손상후에 병리조직학적 변화가 서서히 일어나며, 손상부위가 안정화되는데 걸리는 시간이 길어서 2차 손상과정이 최초의 기계적 손상을 악화시킴이 오래전부터 잘 알려져 있다. 이러한 2차 손상과정의 개입은 척추신경손상을 약리학적으로 조절하는 시도에 대한 논리적 배경을 제공하고 있다. 흥분성 아미노산은 척수의 정상기능뿐아니라 허혈성 및 외상성 손상에 의한 세포사망에 관여함이 알려져 있어 외상성 척수손상의 2차 손상과정에 이 흥분성 아미노산 수용체가 관여할 것임이 시사되고 있다. Dextrorphan은 화학적으로 우선성 morphinan계통의 약물로 흥분성 아미노산 수용체의 하나인 NMDA 수용체의 선택적 길항제이고 임상적으로 사용가능성이 조사되고 있는 약물이다. 본 연구는 dextrorphan의 처리가 쥐의 척수신경손상후에 나타나는 후지운동기능의 회복과정 및 조직학적 변화에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 관찰하여 척수손상 후 일어나는 2차 손상과정에 NMDA 수용체의 개입여부를 확인하고자 하였다. 후지운동기능 회복은 open field test(21 point scale)를 사용하였으며 조직학적 손상의 크기는 손상 8주후에 정량적 조직병리학 방법을 사용하였다. 성숙 자성 Long-Evans 쥐 (무게 $250{\sim}300gm$)를 pentobarbital sodium 마취 (복강내, 40 mg/kg)하에서 9번째 및 10번째 흉추부위의 추궁절재술을 시행하여 10g 무게의 막대를 25mm의 높이에서 노출된 경막에 떨어뜨려 척추손상을 유발하였다. 대조군 (n=15)은 생리식염수를 약물투여군 (각 n=10)은 dextrophan 15 mg/kg, 30mg/kg을 척수손상유발 15분전에 복강내로 투여하였다. Dextrorphan 처리는 척수손상에 의한 동맥압 변동 및 동맥혈액 가스치 (pH, $Pco_2,\;Po_2$)에 영향을 미치지 않았다. 척수손상 2일부터 open field test를 시작하여 일주일에 두번씩 술후 8주간 시행하였다. 첫 $2{\sim}3$일 후에는 후지운동을 전혀 관찰할 수 없었으며 그후 2주일까지 약간 빠른 회복을 보여 후지관절의 운동을 보이고 몸무게를 지탱하였으며 $4{\sim}5$주에는 일부 동물에서는 비정상적인 걸음을 보였다. 그 이후에는 더 이상의 후지운동기능의 회복은 볼 수 없었다. Dextrorphan 투여는 이러한 후지운동회복기능 뿐 아니라 조직손상의 크기에도 전혀 영향이 없었다. 이상의 결과는 NMDA 수용체는 외상성 척추손상 후 일어나는 2차 손상과정에 관여하지 않음을 시사하고 있다.

중추신경계질환 동반 여부에 따른 렘수면 행동장애의 임상 특성과 수면다원기록소견 소견 비교 (Comparison of Clinical Characteristics and Polysomnographic Findings between REM Sleep Behavior Disorder with and without Associated Central Nervous System Disorders)

  • 목 적:중추신경계 질환의 병발 여부에 따라 렘수면 행동 장애 환자들을 두 군으로 나눈 후, 인구학적 특성, 임상양상, 수면 변인들을 비교하여 차이점과 특성을 관찰하고자 하였다. 방법:서울대학교병원에서 야간수면다원검사를 통해 렘수면 행동장애로 확진받은 81명을 대상으로 하였다. 의무기록과 수면다원검사 소견을 후향적으로 조사하였고 필요한 경우 전화문진을 통해 자료를 보완하였다. 중추신경계 질환력과 뇌 자기공명검사 소견을 근거로 전체 대상을 중추신경계 질환을 동반한 병발성 렘수면 행동장애군과 그렇지 않은 특발성 렘수면 행동장애군으로 이분하였다. 그 후 두 군 사이의 인구학적 특성, 임상양상, 수면 변인을 비교분석하였다. 결 과:전체 대상군 81명 중 남자는 64명, 여자는 17명이었다. 그리고 전체 대상중에 21명(25.9%)에서 중추신경계 질환이 동반되어 병발성 렘수면 행동장애군으로, 나머지 60명(74.1%)에서 그렇지 않아 특발성 렘수면 행동장애군으로 분류하였다. 동반된 중추신경계 질환은 파킨슨병(11명), 올리브뇌교소뇌위축(olivopontocerebellar atrophy)(3명), 다발신경계위축증(multiple system atrophy)(2명), 파킨슨병을 동반하지 않은 치매(2명), 뇌경색(1명), 뇌교부종(1명), 뇌종양(1명)이었다. 전체 대상에서 수면장애가 병발된 경우는 74.1%로서 주기성 사지운동증과 폐쇄성무호흡증이었다. 주기성 사지운동증(사지운동 지수>5)과 폐쇄성 수면무호흡증(호흡장애지수>5)의 유병율이 병발성 렘수면 행동장애군에서 유의하게 높았다(각각 p<0.001, p=0.0042, Fisher 검증). 심한 정도를 나타내는 주기성 사지운동지수와 호흡장애지수도 병발성 렘수면 행동장애군에서 유의하게 높았다(각각 p<0.001, p=0.017, 독립 t-test). 수면변인 중 서파수면분율과 수면효율은 병발성 렘수면 행동장애군에서 유의하게 낮았다(각각 p<0.001, p=0.017, 독립 t-test). 고 찰:렘수면 행동장애 환자의 25%에서 중추신경계 질환이 동반되어 있음을 확인하였다. 중추신경계 질환이 동반된 렘수면 행동장애에서는 주기성 사지운동증과 폐쇄성 수면 무호흡증 같은 다른 수면장애가 더 흔하게 병발하였고 그 정도 역시 더 심하게 나타났다. 수면구조에서도 특발성 렘수면 행동장애에 비해 서파수면과 수면효율이 모두 더 감소하는 소견을 보였다.

주의력결핍과잉행동 장애와 도파민 운반체 유전자간 연합연구 - 환자-대조군 디자인 연구 - (ASSOCIATION STUDY OF ATTENTION-DEFICIT/HYPERACTIVITY DISORDER(ADHD) AND THE DOPAMINE TRANSPORTER(DAT1) GENE - CASE CONTROL DESIGN STUDY -)

  • 연구목표 : 주의력결핍과잉행동장애 (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder : 이하 ADHD)는 역학적 유전연구를 통해 강한 유전적 요인이 작용하는 질환으로 알려져 왔다. 최근에는 이에 근거하여 질환관련 취약유전자를 규명하려는 노력이 시작되었다. 본 연구는 소아정신과에 내원하여 ADHD 진단을 받은 아동과 정상 대조군을 대상으로, 도파민 운반체 유전자 제 1 형 (dopamine transporter gene type 1 ; 이하 DAT1)과 ADHD간의 연합 여부를 규명하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구내용 : 본 연구의 대상이 된 ADHD 아동은 임상적인 면담과 K-SADS-PL을 통한 확진과정을 거쳐 진단되었으며, 모든 ADHD 아동을 대상으로 소아청소년 행동평가척도(Korean Child Behavior Checklist ; K-CBCL), 부모 및 교사용 코너스 척도, 듀폴 ADHD 임상척도 등 다양한 임상척도를 시행하여, 그 심각도를 평가하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해, 최종 진단된 85명의 ADHD 환아와 독립적으로 모집된 100명의 정상대조군을 대상으로 분자유전연구를 시행하였다. 각 대상으로부터 얻은 전혈 1ml로 유전자분석 (genotyping)이 시행되었고, DAT1 variable number of tandem repeat(VNTR)의 다형성을 확인하였다. 이를 통해, ADHD군과 정상군사이의 DAT1 대립유전자의 다형성 빈도차이를 분석하였고, 두 번째로, ADHD군내에서의 다형성 분포 및 유전형에 따른 임상척도, 신경심리변인과의 차이를 규명하였다. 연구결과 : 소아 환자군 및 대조군의 DAT1-VNTR 분석에서는 7, 9, 10, 11 repeat의 4가지 대립유전자가 발견되었다. 먼저 환자-대조군 모델을 적용하여, 각 대립유전자 빈도에 대하여 ADHD 환자군과 대조군 비교를 시행하였다. 그 결과, 9/10 genotype의 빈도가 환자군에서 대조군에 비해 유의하게 높은 빈도로 나타났다(p<0.05). 또한 9 repeat allele 존재여부에 따라 환아군을 나누고, 각 군에서의 주의력장애 진단시스템(attentional deficit diagnostic system ; ADS)의 결과를 비교한 결과, 9 repeat allele를 갖는 군에서 유의하게 높은 오경보 오류(commission error)점수를 보였다. 결론 : 본 연구에서는 첫째, 대조군-환자군 사이에서는 ADHD와 DAT1 9/10 genotype간에 유의한 연관관계를 보여주었다. 그리고 DAT1 9 repeat allele와 ADS결과에 대한 비교 분석에서 높은 충동성 (오경보오류)과 9 repeat allele이 연관되어 있다는 것이 확인되었다. 그러므로 본 연구 결과를 종합할 때, DAT1 9 repeat allele는 한국 아동 ADHD와 연관성이 있으며, 특히 충동성을 가진 ADHD와 유의한 연관관계를 나타낸다고 할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 연구결과에 대해 향후 보다 큰 규모의 추시가 필요하리라 생각된다.

한국인삼론(韓國人蔘論) (Current Status of Korean Ginseng Research)

  • Recent achievements of scientific research on the pharmacologic activities and the chemical problems of dammalene glycosides, which are considered to be effective principles of Korean ginseng, are reviewed and analyzed in view of structure-activity relationship. 1) S. Shibata and his co-workers detected 12 glycoside spots of dammalene series on the two dimensional T.L.C. of total glycoside fraction from Japanese ginseng, and designated them Ginsenoside Rx(x=a, b, c, g, h, etc.) in the order of increasing Rf-value. The aglycones of those glycosides were characterized to be protopanaxadiol for the Ginsenoside $Rx(x=a,\;b_{1},\;b_{2},\;c,\;d,\;e,\;f)$ and protopanaxatriol for the Ginsenoside $Rx(x=g_{1},\;g_{2},\;g_{3},\;h_{1}\;'h_{2})$. Using Korean ginseng as the material for our study, the author and his coworkers isolated a new dammalene glycoside(Panax Saponin C), which comes under the category of protopanaxadiol glycosides based on the classification of S. Shibata et al., and characterized this saponin to be the glycoside of protopanaxatriol series. Furthermore, Panax Saponin C dissociated into $two\;components(C_{1}\;and\;C_{2}-acetate)$ by acetylation, both of which returned to original Panax Saponin C by deacetylation. Based on this result, more than 13 glycoside components of dammalene series will be expected in the Korean ginseng. 2) The structures of protopanaxadiol and protopanaxatriol, the genuine aglycones of dammalene glycosides, are fully established to be structural analogues by S. Shibata and his co-workers, therefore antagonistic and/or analogical activities will be expected for the pharmacologic activities of these glycoside series of structural analogues. K. Takaki and his co-workers found central nervous system (CNS) stimmulant activity from the glycosides of protopanaxatriol series and CNS-depressant activity from the glycosides of protopanaxadiol series. On the other hand, the author and his co-workers found stimmulating activity on the protein synthesis from both the series of dammalene glycosides with delayed and long-lasting characteristics. This delayed and long-lasting characteristics were also observed in the anti-inflammatory activity of glycosides of protopanaxatriol series on their time course tendency. For the convenience's sake of argument, pluralistic pharmacologic activities of dammalene glycosides, which were observed by many workers at various pharmacologic site, may be classified into two main categories; one is pan-cellular activity and the other is organ specific activity to the certain tissue which is a mass of cells differentiated to a certain direction for their special functions in the body. Based on the data of K. Takaki and those of the authors, following assumption will be probable; Pharmacologic activities of both series of glycosides of protopanaxadiol and protopanaxatriol aglycones may be antagonistic on their tissue-specific activities and analogic on their pan-cellular activities. Therefore, the mixture of these two series of glycosides in an appropriate ratio, as the case of total extract of Korean ginseng, will be probably beneficial to the host by increasing the synthesis of some functional proteins, due to the additive action of pan-cellular activity, and with the disappearance of any significant behavioral symptoms due to the antagonism of tissue specific activity. This fact will probably be the main reason why classical trials of pharmacologists failed in re-discovering the efficacy of Korean ginseng with their behavioral test. 3) The author and his co-workers achieved the synthesis of $C^{14}-labelled\;Panax\;Saponin\;A\;on\;C_{25}-C_{27}\;position\;of\;aglycone$ in the interest of tracer studies in vivo. The method will be applicable to other dammalene glycosides regardless of their chemical structure. 4) The author and his co-workers converted chemically betulafolienetriol, a triterpene component of Betula platyphylla, to the protopanaxadiol, one of genuine aglycone of dammalene glycosides.

사상체질진단검사(QSCC II) 설문지 간소화 연구 (A Study on the Simplification of Questionnaire for Sasang Constitution Classification(QSCC II))

  • The purpose of this descriptive study was to evaluate the clinical validity of QSCCII (Questionnaire for the Sasang Constitution Classification), whose high accuracy as a constitutional diagnostic tool has been recognized by medical professionals. The subjects of this study were 568 clients from an A university hospital in Suwon. Of the subjects, 259 were health center visitors and 292 were ambulatory clinic visitors. Data were collected using self-reported questionnaire and were analyzed by $X^2$-test and one-way ANOVA. The results of this study as follows: 1. In 4 types of constitution, Soeumin type was found in 41.5% of the subjects. Taeumin type in 39.2%.,and Soyangin type in 19.2%, respectively. There was no Tayangin type found in this study. There were no significant differences on types of constitution by demographic characteristics such as age, sex, marital status, education, religion, and economic status. 2. As for 15 item-selective questionnaire, there were statistically significant differences on the response rate of the 12 items, except items such as A4, A11 and A14, by the types of constitution. When the subjects' own criteria on their constitution were compared to the given constitutional criteria on each item, 4 items such as A6, A11, A13 and A14 were advisable to be excluded from the questionnaire or to be reunited to the other criteria. In the meanwhile, 3 items such as A7, A18 and A15 were desirable to be re-categorized to the other constitutional types and reconstructed to the QSCC II questionnaire. 3. In terms of 106 true-false questionnaire, there were statistically significant differences on the response rate of 46 items by the types of constitution. The 46 items include 15 items (32.6%) of the domain of 'handling something/strength and weakness', 4 items (8.7%) of the domain of 'interpersonal relationship', 9 items (19.6%) of the domain of 'state of mind at ordinary times', 2 items (4.3%) of the domain of 'distinctive emotional characteristics' area, 11 items (23.9%) of the domain of 'specific behavioral trait' and 5 items (10.9%) of the domain of 'physical characteristics'. Therefore, the areas of 'handling something/strength and weakness' and' specific behavioral trait' mainly contributed to the classification of constitutional type. 4. When the 106 true-false items were simplified to the 46 items, statistically significant differences were found on the rate of items allocated to the 3 types of constitution. The rate of selection assigned to the 3 constitutional types of the simplified 46-item questionnaire was higher than that of the original 106-item questionnaire. Conclusions; It was concluded that the rate of selection of each lay person about his own constitutional type would be still higher even though the simplified items of QSCC II questionnaire were applied. If more replicated studies are conducted on the diverse population using the simplifying QSCC II questionnaire in the future, a more simplified standardized Sasang Constitution Questionnaire that is available to the public rather than to medical staffs in the clinical settings could be developed. Moreover, the simplified scale will help nurses deliver more efficient nursing care by providing a more rapid way of health assessment.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 4가지 스트레스반응 즉 감정적 신체적, 인지적, 행동적 반응들을 측정할 수 있는 스트레스반응지각 척도를 개발하고자 하는데 있다. 일차로 성인 193명(정신과외래 내원환자 84명, 정상인 109명)을 대상으로 스트레스반응지각 척도 예비설문을 시행하여 109문항을 추출하였다. 2차로 이 문항들이 포함된 설문을 환자군 242명(불안장애 71명, 우울장애 73명, 신체형장애 47명, 정신신체장애 51명)과 정상대조군 215명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 이 자료들을 감정, 신체, 인지, 행동 4가지 영역에서 요인 분석한 결과 8개의 하위요인 즉 부정적 감정, 일반적 신체증상, 특정 신체증상, 인지기능저하 및 일반적 부정적 사고, 자기비하적 사고, 충동공격적 사고, 수동반응적 및 부주의 행동, 충동공격적 행동이 추출되었다. 상기 척도의 신뢰도는 130명(환자군 68명, 정상대조군 62명)에게 2주 간격으로 검사 재검사를 시행, 분석한 결과 8개 하위척도 점수와 척도 전체 점수 간의 상관계수가 .83~.93으로 모두 유의한 상관성을 보였다. 한편 내적 일치도는 8개 하위척도의 Cronbach' s alpha가 .79~.96. 척도 전체의 Cronbach's alpha가 .98이었다. 공존타당도는 global assessment of recent stress(GARS) scale, perceived stress questionnaire(PSQ). symptom checklist-9D-R(SCL-9D-R)의 전체지표 각각의 총점과 본 척도의 8개 하위척도의 점수 및 척도 전체점수 간의 상관성을 각각 비교한 결과 모두 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 변별타당도는 환자군과 정상군 간에 척도의 총점과 8개 하위척도 점수를 비교한 결과 충동공격적 행동을 제외한 7개 하위척도 점수와 총점에서 각각 유의한 차이를 보였다. 이상의 결과들은 스트레스반응지각 척도가 신뢰도 및 타당도가 모두 유의한 수준으로 정신신체의학을 비롯한 스트레스에 관련된 분야의 연구에 효과적으로 이용될 수 있는 도구임을 시사해 준다.

정보기술 수용에서 사용용이성과 통제가능성을 하위 차원으로 하는 지각된 사용통제의 역할 (Roles of Perceived Use Control consisting of Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Controllability in IT acceptance)

  • According to technology acceptance model(TAN) which is one of the most important research models for explaining IT users' behavior, on intention of using IT is determined by usefulness and ease of use of it. However, TAM wouldn't explain the performance of using IT while it has been considered as a very good model for prediction of the intention. Many people would not be confirmed in the performance of using IT until they can control it at their will, although they think it useful and easy to use. In other words, in addition to usefulness and ease of use as in TAM, controllability is also should be a factor to determine acceptance of IT. Especially, there is a very close relationship between controllability and ease of use, both of which explain the other sides of control over the performance of using IT, so called perceived behavioral control(PBC) in social psychology. The objective of this study is to identify the relationship between ease of use and controllability, and analyse the effects of both two beliefs over performance and intention in using IT. For this purpose, we review the issues related with PBC in information systems studies as well as social psychology, Based on a review of PBC, we suggest a research model which includes the relationship between control and performance in using IT, and prove its validity empirically. Since it was introduced as qa variable for explaining volitional control for actions in theory of planned behavior(TPB), there have been confusion about concept of PBC in spite of its important role in predicting so many kinds of actions. Some studies define PBC as self-efficacy that means actor's perception of difficulty or ease of actions, while others as controllability. However, this confusion dose not imply conceptual contradiction but a double-faced feature of PBC since the performance of actions is related with both self-efficacy and controllability. In other words, these two concepts are discriminated and correlated with each other. Therefore, PBC should be considered as a composite concept consisting of self-efficacy and controllability, Use of IT has been also one of important areas for predictions by PBC. Most of them have been studied by analysis of comparison in prediction power between TAM and TPB or modification of TAM by inclusion of PBC as another belief as like usefulness and ease of use. Interestingly, unlike the other applications in social psychology, it is hard to find such confusion in the concept of PBC in the studies for use of IT. In most of studies, controllability is adapted as PBC since the concept of self-efficacy is included in ease of use explicitly. Based on these discussions, we can suggest perceived use control(PUC) which is defined as perception of control over the performance of using IT and composed of controllability and ease of use as sub-concepts. We suggest a research model explaining acceptance of IT which includes the relationships of PUC with attitude and performance of using IT. For empirical test of our research model, two user groups are selected for surveying questionnaires. In the first group, there are freshmen who take a basic course for Microsoft Excel, and the second group consists of senior students who take a course for analysis of management information by Excel. Most of measurements are adapted ones that have been validated in the other studies, while performance is real score of mid-term in each class. In result, four hypotheses related with PUC are supported statistically with very low significance level. Main contribution of this study is suggestion of PUC through theoretical review of PBC. Specifically, a hierarchical model of PUC are derived from very rigorous studies in the relationship between self-efficacy and controllability with a view of PBC in social psychology. The relationship between PUC and performance is another main contribution.

한국형 주의력결핍 과잉행동장애 약물치료 알고리듬 개발을 위한 예비연구 (A Preliminary Study on the Development of Korean Medication Algorithm for Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

  • Objectives:This study was conducted to develop a Korean algorithm of pharmacological and non-pharmacological treatment strategies in attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and its specific comorbid disorders (e.g. tic disorder, depressive disorder, anxiety disorder, bipolar disorder, and oppositional defiant disorder/conduct disorder). Methods:Based on a literature review and expert consensus, both paper- and web-based survey tools were developed with respect to a comprehensive range of questions. Most options were scored using a 9-point scale for rating the appropriateness of medical decisions. For the other options, the surveyed experts were asked to provide answers (e.g., duration of treatment, aver-age dosage) or check boxes to indicate their preferred answers. The survey was performed on-line in a self-administered manner. Ultimately, 49 Korean child & adolescent psychiatrists, who had been considered experts in the treatment of ADHD, vol untarily completed the questionnaire. In analyzing the responses to items rated using the 9-point scale, consensus on each option was defined as a non-random distribution of scores as determined by a chi-square test. We assigned a categorical rank (first line/preferred choice, second line/alternate choice, third line/usually inappropriate) to each option based on the 95% confidence interval around the mean rating score. Results:Specific medication strategies for key clinical situations in ADHD and its comorbid disorders were indicated and described. We organized the suggested algorithms of ADHD treatment mainly on the basis of the opinions of the Korean experts. The suggested algorithm was constructed according to the templates of the Texas Child & Adolescent medication algorithm Project (CMAP). Conclusion:We have proposed a Korean treatment algorithm for ADHD, both with and without comorbid disorders through expert consensus and a broad literature review. As the tools available for ADHD treatment evolve, this algorithm could be reorganized and modified as required to suit updated scientific and clinical research findings.
