  • 손목에 착용하여 맥파와 산소포화도 등의 정보를 측정할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 광센서를 개발하였다. 유비쿼터스 광센서의 SNR의 향상을 위해 660nm의 LD와 904nm의 LD를 사용하였으며, 2종류의 LD는 각각 PD를 중심으로 $120^{\circ}$로 배치하였다. 또한 정확한 신호의 측정 및 분석을 위해 LabVIEW를 사용하였다. 제작된 광센서는 정확한 맥박 및 산소포화도의 측정이 가능하였으며 Beer-Lambert 곡선과 부합하여, 구성 및 설계가 정확함을 알 수 있다.

Determination of Microquantities of Nicotine (니코틴의 미량 정량법)

  • A flew spectroscopic method was developed to determine microquantities of nicotine with cyanogen chloride and pyrazolon. Absorption maximum of tile derivative solution appeared at 520nm. The color formed in the proposed method was stable for at least 30 min. at pH 7.5, and followed the Lambert-Beer's law between tile limits of 1 and 5 micrograms of nicotine. The relative errors in burley and flue-cured tobacco leaves were $\pm5%$ in comparison with the Griffith method.

  • 우리나라는 1960년대부터 시작된 산업화와 도시화의 결과 대도시, 공업단지의 대기오염이 매우 심각한 상황으로 최근 들어 대기질 개선을 위하여 유해 물질에 대한 배출을 엄격히 규제하고 있다. Beer-Lambert 법칙에 근거하여 측정 대상 물질에 의한 빛의 흡수가 파장에 따라 달라지는 것을 응용한 DOAS 측정 방식을 통한 대기오염의 측정은 선진국에서 이미 1970년대 후반에 연구, 개발되어 왔으나, 우리나라에서는 DOAS 부분의 연구가 매두 미진한 실정이다.(중략)

  • The study on Shilla monumental inscription has beer accomplished by many historians. However, the research on enhancement of monumental inscription image using digital image processing technique is not sufficient. The preprocessing using computer is needed fur accurate interpretation of history. In this paper, digital image enhancement algorithm based on mathematical morphology for noise reduction and character clearness is proposed. In the experiment, the subjective image quality is improved using the proposed algorithm.

  • This paper proposes the simulation algorithm of rear lamp of car using a ray tracing method that models transmission and refraction of light frequently used in computer graphics At first. To reproduce an image accurately. incident on a sight of viewer, we propose the backward ray tracing method based on spectral distribution representing physical characteristics of illuminant and object used in real. We implement the reproduction algorithm of rear lamp image applying the Bouguer-Beer's law to an optical absorptive phenomenon. As the result, more realistic image can be reproduced.

  • Weld bonding can be applied as a combined method of spot welding and adhesive to have more advantages than those. Weld bonding has many merits that enlarge the fatigue strength of spot Welding and also improve the creep of adhesive. But it has not beer proved well in the various environmental conditions. In this study, weld bonding test for fatigue properties and tensile strength is presented under such various coditions as temperatures, humidity, and etc.

  • P, P'-Hexachiorobitolyl, p, p-hexachlorobitolylketone and p, p' hexachlorobitolylthiourea were synthesized by the radical chlorination method of Hass and McBeer. Among these comppounds, l wormicidal activity of p.p'-hexachlorobitolythiourea was much most potent against Clonorchis sinensis than Hetol in vitro. In the process of the p, p'-biolyl chlorination, ${\alpha, \alpha, \alpha}$-trichlorobitolyl was not detected, but small amount of ${\alpha, \alpha, \alpha}$-dichlorobitolyl was detected. This compound was immediately converted bitolyl compounds were analyzed, linear relationship was observed between retention indices and number of chlorine in two series of odd and even numbered chlorine compounds.

  • This paper proposes a new approach to unsupervised classification of remotely sensed images. Fusion of optic images (Landsat TM) and radar data (SAR) has beer used to increase the accuracy of classification. Number of clusters is estimated using generalized Dunns measure. Performance of the proposed method is best observed comparing the classified images with classified aerial images.
