In this paper the self-organized and fuzzy inference used stochastic gradient ascent method is proposed. Fuzzy rule and fuzzy set increase as occasion demands autonomously according to the observation information. And two rules(or two fuzzy sets)becoming to be similar each other as progress of learning are unified. This unification causes the reduction of a number of parameters and learning time. Using fuzzy inference and making a rule with an appropriate state division, our proposed method makes it possible to construct a robust reinforcement learning system.

Through advance in construction techniques, engineering progress, availability of new materials, and economic considerations, buildings are becoming taller, lighter, and more flexible. In addition, today/s buildings are largely of regular geometric shape with smooth glass metal exteriors, which increase the likelihood of vortex shedding. The wind induced oscillation of the building, if not properly damped, could cause occupant discomfort and other problem. This paper will deal with residual building structure equipped with viscoelastic dampers. And the dampers are installed on the 42th story according to the maximum relative deformation.

Surface mould ripened soft cheeses such as Camembert are characterized by the presence of a felt-like coating of white mycelia due to the growth of Penicillium camemberti at the surface. The presence of this mould gives these cheeses a different appearance, as well as a typical aroma and taste. It also lead to a more complex ripening than in other varieties of cheese with simple flora. Theses cheeses are becoming increasingly popular with consumer and there is an increasing demand for them.

Information on and knowledge of science and technology in the knowledge-based society can be a valuable natural resource and a source of competitive advantage for a country. In addition, in conducting research and developing technologies, information on and knowledge of science and technology is becoming increasingly important and customer's needs are becoming more diverse. This study thus aims to propose appropriate strategies for effectively coping with needs of those customers who use such knowledge and information by actively reflecting a broad diversity of customer' needs and comments. Using such strategies, we developed a standardized and integrated helpdesk system to enhance the quality of customer support and other services, customer monitoring service, and customer satisfaction.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the experience of nursing students who volunteered as dementia partners for elderly persons with dementia. Methods: This qualitative study utilized focus group interviews to investigate the experiences of 20 nursing students who performed dementia partner activities for more than one year. Data were analysed using an inductive content analysis approach based on Elo & Kyngäs. Results: The analysis yielded the following four major themes: "becoming a dementia expert," "becoming an evangelist for prevention of dementia," "overcoming prejudices against aged with dementia," and "acquiring motivation and skills of geriatric nursing" That means the experience as a dementia partner serves as an opportunity to broaden human understanding and shows its potential as a means to complement the effectiveness of practical nursing education. Conclusion: Dementia partner experiences have changed the perception, attitude and behavior of nursing students about the aged with dementia, so there is a need to extend this kind of experience to other students in nursing. Moreover, educational policy support should be continuously provided for this purpose.

Tomato yellow leaf curl virus (TYLCV), a member of the genus Begomovirus, is responsible for one of the most devastating viral diseases in tomato-growing countries and is becoming a serious problem in many subtropical and tropical countries. The climate in Korea is getting warmer and developing subtropical features in response to global warming. These changes are being accompanied by TYLCV, which is now becoming a large problem in the Korean tomato industry. The most effective way to reduce damage caused by TYLCV is to breed resistant varieties of tomatoes. To accomplish this, it is necessary to establish a simple inoculation technique for the efficient evaluation of resistance to TYLCV. Here, we present the rolling circle amplification (RCA) method, which employs a bacteriophage using phi-29 DNA polymerase for construction of infectious TYLCV clones. The RCA method is simple, does not require sequence information for cloning, and is less expensive and time consuming than conventional PCR based-methods. Furthermore, RCA-based construction of an infectious clone can be very useful to other emerging and unknown geminiviruses in Korea.

It is becoming more and more difficult to cope with new knowledge and technology required by society by the efforts of one person or organization according to the development of science and technology. As a method to overcome this, collaborative research is becoming important. This tendency is increasing in the government R&D projects as well, and the 'A' test research institute, which is the subject of this paper, is also increasing a collaborative research. The purpose of this study is to analyze the network characteristics among the participating researchers in the government R&D project conducted by the institution A, and to ascertain how the network characters of the researchers actually affect the financial performance of the team. The results of the analysis show that 'closeness centrality' and 'degree of centrality' contribute positively to the financial performance of the team. On the other hand, 'betweenness centrality' and 'eigenvector centrality' have a negative effect on the financial performance of the team because they are not directly related to financial performance.

Recent studies show that social networking within community is becoming more valuable than individualism, and many discussions of importance of social networking are taking place. In architectural term, the ultimate goal of designing public community space is to increase retention of people. Retention of people, in other words, making people "Stay Longer" is not exactly same as "The purpose of Public Community Space", but it is one of the most effective methods to increase retention of people. An attempt of increasing retention of user through offering public community space suggests a significant change in spatial composition of Herman Hertzberger's cultural space as they are becoming a new social interaction trend. This study aims to analyze architectural progress for the implementation of public of Herman Hertzberger's cultural project. Access. The Characteristics of public community space used in cultural space were extracted and organized into the systemized elements. The systemized elements are comfort, connect, continuity, sphere, transition, and abide. Also, the extracted elements were activated Herman Hertzberger's cultural space and processed the his architectural characteristics.
