Prunus mume is well known contain many functional materials that play beneficial roles in the human body. Studies have found that many organic acids and polyphenol compounds exist in Prunus mume. In this study, content of total polyphenols and flavonoids, antioxidative activity and cytotoxicity of ethanol extract from Prunus mume were measured Contents of total polyphenolic and total flavonoid compounds in ethanol extract from Prunus mume were 16.92 mg/g and 59.95 mg/g, respectively. The $IC_{50}$ of ethanol extract from Prunus mume were $237.72 {\mu}g$/assay and $239.58 {\mu}g$/assay by DPPH and ABTS radical cation scavenging test, respectively. Additionally, ferric ion reducing antioxidant power (FRAP) value of ethanol extract from Prunus mume was 0.94 mM ($FeSO_4$ eq.) by $800 {\mu}g$/assay. Cytotoxicity of Prunus mume against five kinds of cancer cell lines increased as the extract concentration increased Especially, cytotoxicity of the ethanol extract against A-549 (lung cancer line) was higher than that against any other cancer cell line by both MTT and SRB assay. These results show that ethanol extract of Prunus mume has considerably high antioxidative and cytotoxic activities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate drinking behaviors and need for programs to prevent drinking problems for university students. Data were obtained from 355 university students in Gyeongbuk region through a self-administered questionnaire. Data were analyzed by SPSS Windows V.21.0. To describe characteristics of the respondents, frequency distributions were used. In addition, t-test, one-way analysis of variance and Duncan's multiple range tests were conducted. For 'how many times do you drink a month?', 70.4% of the respondents answered they drank '1~5 times a month'. Additionally, for 'how much alcohol do you drink?', 54.1% of the respondents answered they drank 'appropriately'. The main motive for drinking was to promote friendship or celebrate an anniversary such as a birthday, and 44.8% of respondents started drinking from high school days. Many respondents took meals before drinking, and smokers smoked more while drinking. Intention to participate in education or programs related to desirable drinking was low compared to their necessity. The level of information on 'health problems caused by excessive drinking' was highest among information needs related to drinking.

This study examined awareness and information acquisition behavior regarding food hygiene and safety and information search behavior of college students. The sample was obtained from 284 students in Yeungnam region through a self-administered questionnaire. To describe characteristics of the respondents, frequency distributions were used. In addition, $t$ tests, analysis of variance and Duncan multiple range tests were conducted. Data were analyzed by SPSS Windows V.18.0. The results of the study were as follows: (1) most respondents were concerned about food hygiene and safety. They were mostly interested in the expiration date label on breads, milk/dairy products, fish products and meat products, and price of cookies. Many respondents answered that foods produced and distributed in Korea were not safe. The respondents were most worried about endocrine disruptors among various food risk factors. The respondents received information on food hygiene and safety from blogs, mini-homepages, or Kin-searches on the Internet, electronic media, and food labeling in decreasing order.

This study investigated the utilization status and awareness of adults living in Daegu and Gyeongbuk region. Frequencies, t-tests, ${\chi}^2$ tests, analysis of variance, Duncan's multiple range tests, and Spearman rank correlation were conducted by SPSS Windows V.18.0. Sixty-five percents of the respondents purchased Yaksun ingredients and cooked at home, 54% purchased cooked Yaksun at food shops of markets or department stores, and 82% purchased Yaksun at specialty stores. Many respondents answered that the main motivation for use of Yaksun was for improving health. Sixty-six percent of the respondents used Yaksun less than one time per month. Yaksun cooked with chicken was the most favorite Yaksun menu item. In addition, sanitary management of Yaksun ingredients was the most important item for distribution of Yaksun. Most respondents answered that Yaksun was more expensive than general foods. However, respondents demonstrated positive awareness regarding the function and efficacy of Yaksun for improving health.

This study investigates the relationship of two architectures 'Kim Sa-haeng' and 'Park Ja-cheong.' They were the architects whose architecture were established and well known however they were not acknowledged by the people. Because they were not revealed under the large-scale national construction in complicated circumstances at home and abroad. The results were as follows; First, Kim Sa-haeng who was an overseas architect in Yuan dynasty stood out in all areas of architecture. Particularly in making royal tombs; His works were recognized as the most beautiful royal tombs ever existed and was later on followed by the Joseon dynasty. Second, Park completed the construction of Joseon's by faithfully reflecting on the discussed process of Neo-Confucian while coming after the time of the construction of Kim Sa-haeng. Third, although Kim Sa-haeng was a vassal of the Buddhist nation in Goryeo, he built the Moon-myo, a Confucian inspired temple of Joseon. Park Ja-cheong, who continued to build Kim Sa-haeng's architecture, reproduced Kim Sa-haeng's confucian's temple of Joseon dynasty while modifying it according to the situation in Joseon dynasty. The constructions of the two architects' monuments continues unabatedly. Their architecture has continued without massive changes.

The main purpose of this study is to obtain spatial image information toward forest thinning process in Larix forest stands. Thirteen different alternatives were simulated to visualize on the basis of actual thinning work photos. The options were illustrated as photos produced by photoshop program. Each alternatives were evaluated by forest visitor group with total 244 respondents after reliability test. Spatial images of 13 thinning photos were measured by 12 semantic differential scale as broad -narrow, ordered-tangled, friendly-unfriendly, monotonous-divers, dry-refreshing, relieved -stifling, healthy-sickly, uniform-scattered, dead-alive, opened-closed, bent-straight, and beautiful-ugly. In comparison with thinning stands and natural stands, thinning works were visual improvement effects of spatial images. Seemingly, this trend is due to definite form beauty, straight and clear length form of coniferous forest, As can be expected, slash and downwood were negatively related to improvement effects of spatial images. The 60% ratio of stem/ tree height and 450-950 trees/ha was positive in attraction of spatial images. Results indicate how to conduct forest thinning system for spatial images on Larix forest stands.

In this paper, Computer Games is still going strong. We are still making incremental improvements to the computer game, mobile game, but it seems to have settled into a fairly standard version and layout. Many games have passed through our life over the past couple of years. A number of the best have been written about in these games. Unfortunately there are too many games and too little time, and make some hard choices about what games actually play regularly. This is obviously a very personal list of favorite games, and change fairly regularly as new games rotate in and old games are given a rest for a while. It brings ours to the question of what we look for in a game, and why choose one game to play over another? What does make a game good enough to play time after time? Therefore, a game has to have, above all, interesting tactics and strategy, but also we like originality and simplicity. There is also a certain quality that is very difficult to define that makes some games beautiful. At last in this issue we return to mobile oriented games. This paper will discuss Computer Game Conditions in terms of the different games, components, and Design amd Implementation of Computer Game Menu Simulation based on 4GL, PowerBuilder.

Exploring the distant universe by observing various astronomical objects and extending knowledge on the cosmos by applying human intuition and reasoning to observations are astronomers' professional activity. Astronomers are the people born under a lucky star since this elegant and beautiful job is their the only duty. Being in the 21st century we astronomers now know that galaxies are holding evolving stars and gas, and distribute in the infinite spacetime in an interesting way revealing the secrets of the beginning of the universe. Cosmic structures such as galaxies, large-scale structures, and cosmic microwave background fluctuations are also the tracers of the expansion of space and the invisible components of the energy contents of the universe. Unlike the past century we are in a situation where integral knowledge on various cosmic structures as well as that on a variety of observational and analysis tools are available to everyone and often required for our special mission. However, my experience made me think that accumulating critical questions on nature driven by curiosity is vital for researchers and far more important than absorbing knowledge from others and books. Transforming one's own question marks to acclamation marks is the reward of our life. That is THE fun.

The purposes of this study were to identify the material manipulation techniques for paper garments and their characteristics. Reference books or articles were reviewed and catalogues from paper garments exhibition or show, brochures from Paper Museums, and internet sites of paper fashion designers were selected for analysis. Paper has much similarity with natural cellulose textiles in appearances and contents but has much distinct differences in their physical characteristics such as strength, durability, washability, and resilience, and could be treated as one category of textiles. Paper garments were developed with practicality and functionality for the poor and Buddist monks at first but progressed into more aesthetics later for the rich. Paper garments could be divided into 4 categories of garments made of paper, paper thread fabric or knit, modified paper with wanter, and beaten bark of mulburry bush. Paper can be manipulated by coloring & cutting, bonding, or quilting and bonding or quilting can reenforce the strength of paper but cannot increase flexibility. Paper manipulated by weaving or knitting has very similar physical properties as cotton or linen and ideal for summer textiles. Paper can be manipulated with water to make a paper paste and bodice can be moulded with paper paste or Joomchied. Also we can express beautiful patterns on the surface of paper by washouting. Konnyaku paste or lacquer can be used to make paper garments to be waterproof.

Representing all the parts of human body visible to fit into the script, it can be told that real make-up has been done. Based on the point of view. it will be different from others. To become the beautiful, beauty make-up has to be done, however, to be someone described in the script or any other factions after analyzing characters of being represented, special make-up fits into that category. In the special make-up, there are two different pins: one is 2 dimension make-up which is describing images using dots, lines and colors and other is 3 dimension which will include necessary shapes to figure. Even though there seems to be different between modern technologies and handy work, since accurate measures and graphics have to be used to make perfect character describes in the script, more investments and studies than before have to be made. Real attraction of 3 dimension make-up is building up the images and shapes using unseen abstract images having analyzing characters. It will be decided in the working process called modeling. As having distinguished this part from other make-ups as named prosthetics make-up, proposing means and measures of prosthetics make-up will actually help the others who are studying make-up.
