Since the active center of digestive enzymetic preparations, while under storage, lose their activity and potency by the exposure to moisture, colorization, solidifying and other physical changes. It is more important than beautiful package form that protected packaging form from moisture to get a pharmaceutical safety preparations and to maintain a definite potency. Then, in order to get a desirable conditions of storage and packaging, we used shellac and $AEA^{\circledR}$ as a coating base, and blister package, foil and bottle container as a packaging material. Temperature were set on room temperature and $37^{\circ}C$, moisture was adjusted to 40% RH and 80 % RH as a accelerated conditions. Accelerated test was carried out 6 times. The results are as follows: 1) The effect of packaging conditions give great influence on the maintenace of the stable potency. 2) Best result was produced with bottle container package. 3) $AEA^{\circledR}$ is more useful than shellac as a coating base of prevention from moisture. 4) Absorption of moisture gave considerable effects on potency and it has a limited point. 5) Difference in potency between optimal and worst condition is 472 u/2T, and difference in effective period is about 44 months.

Roh Moo-Hyun government promotes the livable community or region making as a new regionally balanced development policy since 2006. The livable community making is to make a local community into a beautiful, delightful(community with the amenity), and distinctive community by an initiative effort of local autonomy and people to upgrade both quality of space and life. It is appreciated widely that this policy is essential and also timely in terms of the qualitative development of Korean society. However, they must understand and utilize the geographical characteristics of community or region throughly to accomplish the livable community making successfully. This paper examines geographers's participation and contribution to direction and task of the livable community making.

Chung and et al. ([2].1991) introduced a new concept of a manifold, denoted by $^{\ast}g-SEX_n$, in Einstein's n-dimensional $^{\ast}g$-unified field theory. The manifold $^{\ast}g-SEX_n$ is a generalized n-dimensional Riemannian manifold on which the differential geometric structure is imposed by the unified field tensor $^{\ast}g^{\lambda \nu}$ through the SE-connection which is both Einstein and semi-symmetric. In this paper, they proved a necessary and sufficient condition for the unique existence of SE-connection and sufficient condition for the unique existence of SE-connection and presented a beautiful and surveyable tensorial representation of the SE-connection in terms of the tensor $^{\ast}g^{\lambda \nu}$. Recently, Chung and et al.([3],1998) obtained a concise tensorial representation of SE-curvature tensor defined by the SE-connection of $^{\ast}g-SEX_n$ and proved deveral identities involving it. This paper is a direct continuations of [3]. In this paper we derive surveyable tensorial representations of constracted curvature tensors of $^{\ast}g-SEX_n$ and prove several generalized identities involving them. In particular, the first variation of the generalized Bianchi's identity in $^{\ast}g-SEX_n$, proved in theorem (2.10a), has a great deal of useful physical applications.

This study is to inspect and analyse the historical background, spacial organization and architectural features about the traditional government office building of Gangwon Gamyoung(the supreme local government office of Gangwondo in Chosun dynasty). The results are as follows. - Gangwon Gamyoung was located at the center of Gangwondo in consideration of distance to each small local office. And also it was located in consideration of geographical connection between Hanseong(today's Seoul). - The spatial organization of Gamyoung was divided into the three parts of entrance space, government office building space and backyard space. The entrance space was composed of three gates(Pojungru-Jungsammun-Naesammun). The government office building Space was consisted of business and living building as center of Sunhwadang(the main office building). And the backyard space was composed of Yonji(pond), Jungja(bower), and so on - The way to enter the space of Gamyoung follows the order from Pojungru(the first & outer main gate with a bower), Jungsammun(the second & intermediate gate), Naesammun(the third & inner gate) to Sunhwadang at last. - There were a beautiful Yonji(pond) which to be rectangular type and to have a round island with Bongraegak(bower) at Gamyoung backyard, the drain conduit and pedestrian road covered with pebble in the ground.

The nature of animation is to create a moving image. Also, it creates a narrative space and visual image which is different form a reality. Therefore, image expression is very important in the animation. Although the domestic animation has a movement, it has not an image which has meaning. For instance, Korean fiction animation ${\ulcorner}$My beautiful girl, Mary${\lrcorner}$ has grand prize in Anncy International Animated Film Festival, 2002. Such achievement give new vision and present a clue of development to our national animation. However, not many people went to the cinema to watch it. The reason is that although 'Mary' has the Fantastic image, she doesn't show a true life image. The film is revival of reality through the image. However, animation is revival of reality through the 'transformation' of the existing image. Therefore, reviving exactly the same as a reality is not the most important fact in the animation image. Preferably, the most important fact in the animation image is that reviving reality into highly wrought image. This paper will study an expression form of animation trough the image. This paper will study an expression form of animation trough the image. Especially, it will concentrate on poetic image. For this, It will associate 'poetic' in literature with 'poetic image' in animation. For this, It will associate 'poetic' in literature with 'poetic image' in animation. Also, a variety poetic animation image will be divided into 1)mongtage 2)rhythm 3) compression 4)metaphor & symbol, and will be looked 'poetic image' effect.

This paper examines the pastoral ideal and its legacy to landscape design. We have had the routine convention of experiencing natural beauty from the picture-like nature. We, who would liken a scenic view to a picture, often equate natural beauty with superficial representations of nature shown in pastoral literature and traditional landscape paintings: the lush of towering trees, the field of endless green, the soft babbling flow of the river and the crisp clear sky. It is not a portrayal of nature as it is, but in fact a conceptual expression of its ideal form. The ideological root of that natural beauty can be retraced to the pastoral ideal, so eagerly longed for by people of the western world. A pastoral landscape graciously marked with leisurely peace and subtle harmony is what we identify as beautiful nature. In fact, however, it is no more than an artificial refuge in contextual isolation from its surrounding, and a by-stander's nature seen purely through the eyes of the outsider. The tradition of pastoralism, reaching its peak in the 18th century with its English Landscape Garden style, was transplanted into the real world through the practice of landscape architecture. Landscape design in such a form is just a static means of decoration devoid of meaning and process. And we simply identify the green ornamentation with nature.

Currently, office buildings in Korea tend to adopt as their outer wall the curtain wall structure which can be easily constructed and has beautiful external appearance as well. However, the problem is that the curtain wall structure does not have a uniform composition unlike the wall of existing reinforced concrete structures and has a frame made of metal with high heat conduction. Therefore, it is expected that the structure will be highly influenced by the thermal bridge. Thereupon, this study analyzes how to set up the composition of the wall system and heat transmission rate in consideration of the thermal characteristics of the curtain wall structure and applies it in practice by simulation in order to propose a guideline for the energy simulation method of the curtain wall structure and analyze its differences from existing simulation methods.

Effect of Si metal powders addition with the plasma transferred arc(PTA) overlaying process on characteristics of the alloyed layer in aluminum alloy(A5083) has been investigated. The overlaying conditions were 175-250A in plasma arc current, 500mm/min in travel speed, the 5-20g/min in powder feeding rate. Main results obtained are summarized as follows. 1)Sufficient size of molten pool on surface of base metal was required for forming an alloyed layer; in a fixed travel, the formation of alloyed layer with clear and beautiful surface depend upon the plasma arc current and powder feeding rate; the greater plasma arc current and the smaller powder feeding rate were, the better bead was formed. Optimum alloyed conditions by which an excellent alloyed bead obtained was 225A in plasma arc current. PTA process made it possible to form an alloyed layer with up to 67wt% Si. 2)Microstructure in the alloyed layer was in accord with prediction from the Al-Si phase diagram 3)The hardness of the alloyed layer increased in proportion to Si content. 4)As volume fraction of primary Si increased, the specific wearness of the alloyed layer was significantly improved. However, no further improvement was found when the volume fraction was greater than about 30%. 5)Utilizing the PTA process, a crack free alloyed layer with maximum hardness of about Hv 310 could be obtained.

This study was performed to investigate the effect of Artemisiae argyi Herba extract on the treatment of chromaticity and colorfastness. Artemisiae argyi Herba has been used as a Korean medicine. It is effective in removing skin disorders and suppressing pain. It is also good as a fungicide and in treating pruritis. In the long history of Korea, dyeing has been applied for a means representing the grace of natural and inner esthetic consciousness of man. Vegetable dyes give us such great benefits, diversified color; but no pollution. And ramie fabric has distinctive features such as beautiful brilliance, elegance, and strong durability. So, it is regarded as a special product of Korea traditionally. These studies were carried out to treat with acetate iron, dichloride copper and alum with a mordant to ramie fabric. The ramie fabric was died with Artemisiae argyi Herba extract. The results of experiment showed as follows: First, the chromophoric degree was the highest in acetate iron but not distinction in another mordants. Seocond, the light colorfastness was the highest in non treated and dichloride copper, but alum was the lowest. Third, the discoloration was alum and dichloride copper showed first grade in washing colorfastness. Abrasion colorfastness was not significant in this test. According the previous results, Artemisiae argyi Herba has an efficiency in removing skin disorders and suppressing pain. So it is considered that Artemisiae argyi Herba can be applied effectively to theraphy of fungicide and in treating pruritis.

Fashion is a product of form expressing the socio-cultural mood and aesthetic value of an age. Owing to development of the mass media and diversification of arts under the influence of post-modernism in the 20th century, fashion has been more briskly expressed to be presented to the people. With such basic conceptions in mind, this study was aimed at reviewing the fashion photography as visual medium. To this end, visual narrative techniques were analyzed and thereupon, Philip-Lorca diCorcia's fashion photography was examined. This study reviews such visual narrative techniques by dividing into visual and non-visual elements and thereby, examines the three-fold aspects of fashion photography expressions : Representative Level, Ground Level and Context Level. Also this study focuses on Philip-Lorca diCorcia's fashion photography in 'W magazine' which features portfolio form. This study analyzed the visual narratives shown in fashion photography and thereby, expand in diverse ways the fixed images of the conventional fashion photography commercials featuring beautiful models and exquisite costumes, and additionally, determined that fashion photography must be a kind of expression tool which could express not only the simple fashion but also the socio-psychological elements inherent in fashion.
