The axiomatic geometry unit of the space figure in Mathematics II in the expository book of high school math curriculum (published by Ministry of Education, June 20, 1995) suggests some teaching points to bear in mind, so as not to make use of the system of axiom. However, it doesn't take the axiom about the space geometry as a starting point of argument, and so many textbooks can be found, in which intuitively true propositions are proved acceptable by the logical ambiguous statements. Thus, this study analyzes the contents of axiomatic geometry in high school math II textbooks and draws their problems. As an alternative improvement, 3 kinds of axiom on the space geometry and some important propositions, which are basic to proofs of proposition, will be presented here in this paper.

In enumerating salmon spawning population by the tag-recovery method, the error caused by the emigration of the tagged fish into the non-statistical area and the misjudgement of the tagged fish as untagged, which is caused by bear predation, appear to give a bias to the estimate of population size. Efforts were made in the present study to remove such bias by estimating population size under certain assumtion and by introducing a correction equation for the sample tag-ratios.

한국천문연구원은 미국 BBSO(Big Bear Solar Observatory)에 건설 중인 1.6 m NST(New Solar Telescope) 개발사업에 참여하고 있다. 고속태양영상분광기, FISS(Fast Imaging Solar Spectrograph)는 한국천문연구원과 서울대학교가 공동으로 개발하는 태양관측용 영상분광기로서, Echelle 회절격자를 분광소자로 사용하고 있다. FISS는 빠른 영상 스캐닝과 고속 CCD 카메라를 이용하여 동시에 두 파장을 관측할 수 있으며, NST의 적응광학계로부터 영상을 입력받기 때문에 회절한계에 가까운 분광영상을 얻을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 FISS 제작을 위한 요구사항 분석, 분광기 구성과 광학설계, 구성품의 제작, 그리고 분광기의 성능검증을 위한 태양 시험관측 결과에 대해 소개한다.

The present asylums are reported to be hurting the privacy and self-reliance of the individuals by the uniformed manugerial regulations and fragmentary service. Due to the poor linkage of service and uneven quality between facilities, when a person falls into a serious disease he should bear the inconvenience of moving to other facility for the treatment. This study is to investigate the types and pater of welfare facilities for the aged where they can be provided with flexible service in the continuous living environments and to suggest the ideal environments for them to stand on their own feet by assisting properly both in physically and mentally keeping their privacy and sociality.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore and describe the meaning and essence of experiences of stress in mothers of preschoolers with atopic dermatitis. Methods: This study employed a qualitative research design. Seven mothers of preschoolers with atopic dermatitis were interviewed and the data were analyzed using Giorgi's phenomenological method. Results: Five main themes and 12 theme clusters emerged. The 5 main themes were 1) the mother's enduring heartache from the conflict that arise among family members, 2) the complete loss of daily happiness, 3) the steady stream of emotional fluctuations, 4) struggling to bear the heavy financial burden, and, 5) a life of hope accompanied by stress. Conclusion: The results of this study provide an in-depth understanding of stress among mothers of preschoolers with atopic dermatitis. These results can be used in the development of nursing interventions to provide psychological and emotional support for mothers and family members.

2-stroke marine diesel engine has generally one exhaust valve and three fuel injection nozzle which are key component for engine's performance and combustion. Fuel injection and exhaust valve driving system are driven by rotating of camshaft. Rotation of crank shaft drives the cam shaft through gear train that is composed of $3{\sim}4$ gear wheels. Gear column supporting the gear wheel has to bear against the dynamics forces by engine running as well as gearing forces. In this paper, structural analysis for engine structure and fatigue strength assessment of welded joint is shown. Repeatedly full cyclic simulation during one cycle is performed to investigate the structural behavior of engine. Fatigue analysis is carried out based on IIW using submodeling technique to obtain more detailed stress distribution.

In this paper we consider pseudo-BCK/BCI-algebras. In particular, we consider properties of minimal elements ($x{\leq}a$ implies x = a) in terms of the binary relation $\leq$ which is reflexive and anti-symmetric along with several more complicated conditions. Some of the properties of minimal elements obtained bear resemblance to properties of B-algebras in case the algebraic operations $\ast$ and $\circ$ are identical, including the property $0{\circ}(0{\ast}a)$ = a. The condition $0{\ast}(0{\circ}x)=0{\circ}(0{\ast}x)=x$ all $x{\in}X$ defines the class of p-semisimple pseudo-BCK/BCI-algebras($0{\leq}x$ implies x = 0) as an interesting subclass whose further properties are also investigated below.

In poultry, the selection against broodiness took up presumably naturally occurred mutations in the White Leghorn breed and led to an almost complete loss of the avian form of parental behaviour (incubation of eggs). Early studies on the genetics of broodiness demonstrated that the trait is polygenic with a major sex-linked effect. The reassessment of the studies on putative genes located on the Z chromosome, which are implicated in the control of broodiness, has resulted in the denial of this hypothesis. The recent experiments bear witness that incubation behaviour in chickens is not controlled by a major gene (or genes) on Z chromosome and there must, therefore, be major autosomal genes contributing to the expression of the behaviour. If a broody gene does exist on the Z chromosome it is one of at least three genes including two dominant autosomal genes, one causing and other one inhibiting incubation behaviour, with probably equal influence.

When a ship is sailing on the sea, she has the six-degrees of freedom of motion. It means that she meets a lot of dangerous situations. Especially, when the VLCC is travelling in irregular sea, the slamming, the deck-wetness and the propeller racing are occured with the sea state she is on. These are the representative steps that a heave-to and a scudding are used for a ship building , but for a predominance in both. The author intends to clarify this problem theoretically. The methods of statistical calculation are based with the ITTC spectral formulation and with the assumption that the wave height histogram follows the Rayleigh distribution. In this study, the author gives an attention on the relative bow motion to a wave in the irregular sea. It is verified that the relative diplacement at the bow to sea level in the following sea is less than that in the head sea. It is confirmed that, therefore, one have to sail with scudding when he is threatened to heave-to at a rough sea. But he must bear the propeller racing in mind in the cases.

The state adopts the policies based on the goals pursued by the state and provides a basic policy for administrative activities related to early childhood education. Therefore, early childhood education policy should be established organically in consultant with the social consent in advance. In most countries will bear the costs of child care and early childhood education can reduce the financial burden of parents and early childhood education consumers are able to understand the will of the government to support the child care services, which they need in a variety of way. The conflict is deepening - among policy officials, front-line institutions participating in policy implementation, and parents - surrounding the infant and early childhood education. And the conflict has caused the difference between this policy and claims that cannot find hardly a solution. In this study, we argue how the policy differences between groups involved in the policy to analyze the influence, to find the policy conflict resolution strategies.
