The fraud exception rule allows for the issuing bank to dishonor the claim if it the documents and transactions bear fraud though the documents presented are complied with the terms and conditions of the letter of credit. A question arises whether the fraud exception rule can apply to innocent beneficiary when fraud is made by 3rd party. United City Merchants v. Royal Bank of Canada showed a good example how to handle in case of innocent beneficiary. At this case House of Lord found that innocent beneficiary deserves payment applying nullity exception rule. I believe that the nullity exception rule is employed for the benefit of innocent beneficiary as far as the issuer and applicant get no actual damage by the 3rd party's fraudulent action which is shown on documents.

In cases of brain or other organ abscess, the causative etiology or disease are not always definable. We report a case of brain, renal, and possibly lung abscesses in a middle aged woman. After close, stepwise surveillance of possible etiologic factors, we covered out a small solitary pulmonary arteriovenous fistula without any pulmonary symptoms and successfully occluded the fistula via endovascular approach. The congenital pulmonary arteriovenous fistula should be bear in mind as a cause of repeated, multiple systemic infective source spray and be pursued despite of negative initial baseline studies.

This paper is to examine the effect of the receiver pays principle (RPP) on the calling price, social welfare and interconnection charge. A significant trouble with introducing this system in telecommunications pricing is the possibility that the receiving party may refuse to receive a call if the charge he has to bear is very high. We find the condition for no calls to be refused and show that the profit maximizing prices charged to the calling party and the receiving party must satisfy this condition. We demonstrate that the calling price under RPP must be lower than the price under the caller pays principle (CPP), that the profit of a firm will be increased under RPP, but that the consumer surplus will not necessarily be increased under RPP despite the lowered calling price. Also, we show that, if the demand function is linear, the reciprocal interconnection charge under RPP is higher than that under CPP.

Internet attack incidents have steadily increased along with the increase in Internet users. To protect systems and networks from these attacks, advanced security systems have been developed. Now that these security systems are operating, their successful management is more important than the purchase and establishment of new information security systems. The acquisition of good systems is ineffective and financially wasteful unless they are managed properly. Adequate management policy has recently become the focus of users. In other words, for companies and educational institutions with their domains, capital expenses are enormous to bear, and good security staffs are difficult to find, for which reasons outsourcing vendors or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs) that manage and operate the information security systems of certain domains become very appealing. Today, customers expect ISPs to perform MSSP services that used to be carried out by the security companies. This document presents the role and necessity of ISPs as MSSPs.

T cell activation and function require physical contact with antigen presenting cells at a specialized junctional structure known as the immunological synapse. Once formed, the immunological synapse leads to sustained T cell receptor-mediated signalling and stabilized adhesion. High resolution microscopy indeed had a great impact in understanding the function and dynamic structure of immunological synapse. Trends of recent research are now moving towards understanding the mechanical part of immune system, expanding our knowledge in mechanosensitivity, force generation, and biophysics of cell-cell interaction. Actin cytoskeleton plays inevitable role in adaptive immune system, allowing it to bear dynamic and precise characteristics at the same time. The regulation of mechanical engine seems very complicated and overlapping, but it enables cells to be very sensitive to external signals such as surface rigidity. In this review, we focus on actin regulators and how immune cells regulate dynamic actin rearrangement process to drive the formation of immunological synapse.

We have investigated one dimensional steady flow model of a typical magnetic flux tube in the solar transition region constrained to observed Differential Emission Measure (DEM) for the average quiet-Sun deduced by Raymond & Doyle (1981) with a flux tube geometry conforming to Doppler shifts of UV lines measured by Chae, Yun & Poland (1998). Because local heating and filling factor in the transition region are not well known, we considered two extreme cases, one characterized by the filling factor= 1 ('filled-up model') and the other set by local heating=0 ('not-heated model'). We examined how much the heating is required for the flux tube by recomputing a model through adjustment of the filling factor in such a way that 'not-heated model' accounts for the observed DEM.

The aim of this study is to empirically examine fundamental factors that drive FDI to a particular location. This study further explores operating conditions of Korean firms in Myanmar. A survey methodology and then a regression analysis are employed. The study finds that the factors such as transportation, production factor, market, and cost play an important role for the location of FDI. However, the Korean investment in Myanmar decreases from 2013. The decrease of Korean investment implies that investing in Myanmar has not been profitable. The empirical study finds a complicated pattern of FDI. Large Korean firms are located far from the consumer market, thus, bear an increased transport cost to reach the consumer market. They are rather located in a place where they can access to a transport means and raw materials with low cost to export final products. They place FDI into a host country to serve as a production platform for exports to neighboring countries.

The idea of displaying hologram electronically has been existed since mid $1960^{th}$. But it is still in the beginning stage due to the lacks of proper means of displaying and recording, which will bear the large amount of data contained in the hologram though holographic video and digital holography have demonstrated the possibility of displaying and photographing hologram electronically. It is expected that holography based 3 dimensional imaging system will be introduced much later than that on multiview 3 dimensional imaging methods which are being developed to generate more realistic and natural image than high definition plane images.

Fuse is the initial equipment of Protective Relay The installation standard of Fuse has been used for long time in Power Facilities. However according to the innovative development of Electric & Electronic element(=semiconductor) Technology, Protective Relay and other Power Equipments are being changed into Digitalization and Multi-Functional Convergence. In contrast with it, the installation standard of Fuse is just the same. There is a need to give careful consideration to it. This study will bear a Part of producing a safe and efficient Power by examining the current installation of primal 8f secondary 1'use in multi-functional PT of Power plant, giving a problem careful consideration and suggesting suitable countermeasures.
