We give an explicit construction of Grobner-Shirshov pairs and monomial bases for finite-dimensional irreducible representations of the simple Lie algebra $sp_4$. We also identify the monomial basis consisting of the reduced monomials with a set of semistandard tableaux of a given shape, on which we give a colored oriented graph structure.

The Galerkin method has been developed mainly for 2nd order differential equations. To get numerical solutions, there are some choices of Riesz bases for the approximation subspace $V_j{\subset}L^2$. In this paper we shall propose a uniform approach to find suitable Riesz bases for higher order differential equations. Especially for the beam equation (4-th order equation), we also report numerical results.

An interpolation-based unique decoding algorithm of Algebraic Geometry codes was recently introduced. The algorithm iteratively computes the sent message through a majority voting procedure using the Gr$\ddot{o}$bner bases of interpolation modules. We now combine the main idea of the Guruswami-Sudan list decoding with the algorithm, and thus obtain a hybrid unique decoding algorithm of plane AG codes, significantly improving the decoding speed.

Cerebrosides were isolated from soybean, deunjang and chungkukjang and their constituents were investigated. The principal fatty acid of soybean cerebroside was 2-hydroxy-palmitic acid but chungkukjang cerebroside consisted palmitic acid, elaidic acid(trans 18:1), oleic acid and stearic acid. The only sugar in cerebrosides was glucose. TLC analysis of cerebroside hydrolysate elucidated soybean and chungkukjang had same sphingold bases, mainly dihydroxy bases, trans-4, trans-sphingadienine. But, alkali stable glycolipid fractions of chungkukjang and deunjang had $2{\sim}3$ different primary amines.

This paper reviewed the legal bases and characteristics of agricultural extension services and organizational changes during the last fifty years in Korea. It was found that the legal bases extension services were rather weak are very important factors affecting agricultural extension services and organizational structures of agricultural extension institutions. It would be necessary to take legal steps to strengthen agricultural extension services by institute legal proceedings the characteristics of extension organization including the relationships among central, provincial and county level extension services, missions and objectives, personnel and facility management.

We will introduce and study the notion of prime bases for weakly prime submodules and utilize them to derive some formulas on the weak radical of submodules of a module. In particular, we will show that every one dimensional integral domain weakly satisfies the radical formula and state some necessary conditions on local integral domains which are semi-compatible or satisfy the radical formula and also on Noetherian rings which weakly satisfy the radical formula.

A combinatorial description of the crystal $\mathcal{B}({\infty})$ for finite-dimensional simple Lie algebras in terms of certain Young tableaux was developed by J. Hong and H. Lee. We establish an explicit bijection between these Young tableaux and canonical bases indexed by Lusztig's parametrization, and obtain a combinatorial rule for expressing the Gindikin-Karpelevich formula as a sum over the set of Young tableaux.
