Purpose This study is intended to catch the expansion of theory of Sasang Constitutional Medicine through comparison prescription of Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen with prescription of Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Method I studied the archive of prescription and medicines concerned in the Sasang-Yihak- Chobonguen with Dongyi-Soose-Bowon Result and conclusion 1. The base of theory on prescription of Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen is based on Naesang -oigam theory but the base of theory on prescription of Dongyi-Soose-Bowon is based on Pyoribyung theory of Sasang constitutional Medicine. 2. Medicines are confused in prescription of Sasang-Yihak-Chobonguen but medicines are not confused in prescription.

This report describes 54 prescriptions related to the use of Talcum mainly blended prescriptions in Dongeuibogam. The following conclusion were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Talcum as a key ingredient. Prescriptions that Talcum was taken as a monarch drug are utilized for 22 therapeutic purposes. In particular, 35.2% of prescriptions appear in the chapter of urine, 7.4% of those appear in the chapter of heat. Prescriptions that utilize Talcum as the main ingredient are used in the treatment of uric disease, gonorrhea, heat disease, febrile disease, and they are also used for treating 16 different types of diseases. Talcum is used in pathogenic factors such as heat, wind with heat, and used in pathology related to the fever of small intestine and bladder. The dosage of Talcum is 3jeon(about 11.25g) to 2.5pun(about 0.94g), however 1jeon(about 3.75g) has been taken the most for clinical application. Ikwonsan is the most useful base prescription which use the Talcum as the main ingredient.

This study was conducted to develop a home care nursing management system based on the validated and useful data base found through literature review. The contents and structure according to a development procedure for a computer system were as follows. 1. Accumulated data was classified and designed to search by basic information. drug/injection prescription. examination prescription, treatment prescription. supply. and a record of the nursing process. 3. Various forms of retrieval including graphs were elaborated in terms of diagnosis and intervention aspects.

1. Objectives This paper was written in order to understand the formative process of Soeumin pharmacology. 2. Methods Souemin pharmacology was analysed with pathology and new prescription in Gabobon(甲午本) and Sinchukbon(辛丑本) of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\Ircorner}$. 3. Results and Conclusions Soeumin is charactrized to much output of kidney and a little input of speen in sight of ingestive food(水穀). So deficiency of YangQi is a peculiarity of pathology and ascending-Qi is a basic pharmacology. The pharmacology in the exterior disease of Soeumin is built up to base on the old prescription of previous text in Gabobon. Ascending-Yang is the basic pharmacology of Sinchukbon and prescription is summarized to base on the Kyuji-tang. So new prescriptin of Chungoongkyuji-tang and Hwangkikyuji-tang is made by combine Kyuji-tang with Koongkihyangso-san and Bojoongikki-tang. The pharmacology in the interior disease of Soeumin is built up to devide to the weakness of Stomach-Qi, dyspepsia and invasion of cold-Qi. Descending Yin is the basic pharmacology of Sinchukbon and prescription is summarized to base on the Yijoong-tang. Sokunjoong-tang's pharmacology of abdominal pain is newly added and applided to Baekhaoyijoong-tang and Kwankyuboojayijoong-tang. The discourse of the symptoms and diseases at the Sasang Constitutional Medine is built up to base on the previous text in Gabobon and base on clinical experience in Sinchukbon. So clinical experience is the power of summarizing the pharmacology and escaping the previous pharmacology.

Objectives : The objectives of this study is to establish data-base to find out similar herbal formulas with a particular herbal formula by comparing composition ratio of configuring herbs. And this thesis is to analyze differences of prescriptions and find out similar prescriptions by utilizing galenical mass ratio, which is directly related to effectiveness of galenical. Methods : This study was proceeded by using Access 2007 with Window 7(MS) and 2,787 prescriptions of which herbal configuration could be indicated by weight unit were analysed from Donguibogam. We standardize all units of the prescription and input the mass ratio data when entered galenical data. Results : We could confirm a degree of similarity between compared prescriptions and a particular prescription according to the sum of differences of herb weight ratio and similarity ratio. Conclusions : A most similar herbal formula could be searched through comparing multi prescriptions by multi prescriptions of herbal configuration from established herbal formula data-base where herb weight ratio of prescriptions is to be input.

Puporse This study is intended to distinct of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang on the Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon through compare with early books' prescription by studying use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk. Method This study is reserch to use of Sanyak and Yeonjayuk in early books, Dongyi Suse Bowon-Sasang-chobonkyeon, Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon, Shinchukpan Dongyi Suse Bowon and Dongyibogam, Taepyungheymin-hwajegukbang in sequence of date. with this, we study a base of virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang. Result and conclusion 1. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is a prescription of treatment Gonscratia and CVA. 2. Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is base on Chungsimyeonjaum in Dongyibogam. 3. The chief virtue of Taeumin chungsimyeonjatang is accord with all prescription after 1894's Gapobon Dongyi Suse Bowon.

This report describes 86 prescriptions related to the use of Herba Schizonepetae main blended from Dongeuibogam. The following conclusions were drawn through investigations on the prescriptions that use Herba Schizonepetae as a key component. Prescriptions that Herba Schizonepetae was taken as a monarch drug are utilized for22 therapeutic purposes, for example, eye disease, abscess disease, head and tooth, and woman disease. In particular, 16.3% of prescriptions appear in the chapter of eye. Prescriptions that utilize Herba Schizonepetae as the main component are used in the treatment of eye, abscess and woman disease, head disease, tooth disease and they are also used for treating 56 different types of disease. Herba Schizonepetae is used in pathogenic factors such as wind and used in pathology related to the liver and stomach system. The dosage of Herba Schizonepetae is 1pun 3li(about 0.49g) to 4don(about 14g), however 5pun 3li(about 1.99g)~1don(about 3.75g) has been taken the most for clinical application. Bangpungtang and Saenglyosamultang are the most useful base prescriptions which use the Herba Schizonepetae as the main ingredient.

This report describes 68 studies related to the use of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae main blended prescription from Dongeuibogam. The following conclusion were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Rhizoma Anemarrhenae as a key ingredient. Prescriptions that Rhizoma Anemarrhenae was taken as a monarch drug are utilized for 21 therapeutic purposes, for example, cough, malaria, Sang Han syndromes and eye disease. In particular, 22.1% of prescriptions appear in the chapter of cough, and 13.2% of those appear in the chapter of malaria. Prescriptions that utilize Rhizoma Anemarrhenae as the main ingredient are used in the treatment of cough, asthma and malaria. Rhizoma Anemarrhenae is used in pathogenic factors such as fire, and used in pathology related to kidny system. The dosage of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae is 3bun(about 1.12 gram) to 3jeon(about 11.25 gram), however 1jeon(about 3.75 gram) has been taken the most for clinical application. Gamlihuan is the most useful base prescription which use the Rhizoma Anemarrhenae as the main ingredient.

At this moment, because there're lots of necessity to have an attention on diabetus mellitus (DM), in this article searched over all the Korean oriental medical academic journals about DM from 2003 to 2007, Method: Through data base system that Daegu Haany University affiliated information center & Korean Studies Information Center manage, selected 60 articles worthy to look up that are searched by the keyword 'DM' & '消渴'. Result and Conclusion: 5 articles of observing 'DM' & '消渴' itself academically, 29 articles of experimental study, 8 articles of clinical research study and 18 articles of case report. For experimental study, mostly it were concerning type II DM modeled rat medicated herb and its effect, so there were only a few type I experimental study. For observing articles, generally the causes, pathology, treatments, acupuncture methods and medication et al., variable studies were done. In clinical research, diverse categories were subject, which is to prove the efficacy of medication, acupuncture, physical therapy and diet supplements. And in case reports, focused not only on improvement in blood sugar level but also its complications.

1. Objects This paper was written in order to understand the formative process of Soyangin pharmacology. 2. Methods We analysis Soyangin pharmacology through pathology and new prescription in ${\ulcorner}$Gabobon(甲午本)${\lrcorner}$ and ${\ulcorner}$Sinchukbon(辛丑本)${\lrcorner}$ of ${\ulcorner}$Dongyi Suse Bowon${\lrcorner}$. 3. Results and Conclusions New prescription of Soyangin in ${\ulcorner}$Gabobon${\lrcorner}$ is same or similar to that in ${\ulcorner}$Chobonkwon${\lrcorner}$. So we can recognize that almost Soyangin pharmacology of ${\ulcorner}$Gabobon${\lrcorner}$ is made when Dongmu write ${\ulcorner}$Chobonkwon${\lrcorner}$. And the maintenance of Yin-Qi is key point of Soyangin's pharmacology New prescription of Soyangin is made by regular rules in ${\ulcorner}$Sinchukbon${\lrcorner}$. Dongmu say that Hyungkae(荊芥) Bangpung(防風) Kanghwal(羌活) Dokhwal(獨活) is herbs for descending-Yin, and Sukjihwang(熟地黃) Sansuyoo(山茱萸) Bokryung Taeksa(澤瀉) or Saengjihwang(生池黃) Sukgo(石膏) Jimo(知母) is herbs for ascending-Yang And all new prescription except Sukjihwangkosam-tang(熟地黃苦蔘湯) is composed of asneding-Yang and descending-Yin's herbs. New prescription of the exterior disease contained all descending-Yin's herbs and that of the interior disease contained all ascending-Yang's herbs completly. Namely when ${\ulcorner}$Gabobon${\lrcorner}$ was written Soyangin pharmacology is the maintenance of Yin-Qi by selecting prescription of cold character. And when ${\ulcorner}$Sinchukbon${\lrcorner}$ was written, base sprit of Soyangin pharmacology was not changed. Pharmacology was added ascending-Yang and descending-Yin at a time.
