공업지역 활성화 시범사업에 대한 입주기업 요구사항 분석: 부산 사상공업지역을 중심으로 (Corporate Demands Analyses of Pilot Projects for the Industrial Area Revitalization: Focused on Busan Sasang Industrial Area)

  • 이 연구는 부산광역시 사상공업지역에 입주한 기업의 지식산업혁신거점 조성에 대한 요구를 분석하여 공업지역 활성화를 위한 관련 제도의 개선방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 부산 사상공업지역의 물리적 현황분석과 입주기업을 대상으로 한 설문조사를 이용하였다. 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산업물류를 다루는 공업지역임에도 도로율이 낮고, 필지 규모가 작아 대부분의 입주기업이 영세성을 면치 못하고 있다. 둘째, 공업지역 활성화 시범사업의 인지도는 낮지만 공업지역 혁신과 시범사업 필요도, 기대효과는 상대적으로 높았다. 셋째, 시범사업의 혁신거점조성에 대한 기대가 높으며(90.3%), 핵심적 도입기능으로는 연구개발센터 입주를 강하게 희망하고 있다. 이러한 분석에 기초하여, 공업지역 활성화를 위한 법·제도의 시행에 따른 정비계획의 방향을 제안하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대상지 내 업종 간 연계성, 어떤 업종이 성장우위에 있는지 세부적인 기초조사를 통한 검토가 선행되어야 한다. 둘째, 산업혁신거점 조성은 주변 공업지역에 파급력이 있고 업종별 지원을 할 수 있는 센터로 운영될 수 있도록 조처해야 한다. 셋째, 공업지역의 혁신적인 변화는 주요 이해당사자가 협력하여 활성화 방안을 지속적으로 개발하고 연구함으로써 실행력을 높여야 한다.

광역 무선 Trunking 시스템의 통신용량 분석에 관한 연구 (A study on the capacity analysis of wide area radio trunking system)

  • In this paper, modeling of the communication channel occupancy characteristics at the base station in the wide area radio trunking syste has been performed. Using the results, mathematical analysis for the switching capacity at the network switch has also been done. Specificatlly, we propose a G/M/m queueing model for the single service area modeling, and analyze changes in call blockingprobabilities accoridng to changes in the burstness characteristics of group paging calls. As a result, we have observe dthat the channel occupancy variations become larger as the burstness characteristics become more apparent, to make the call blocking probability higher. Next, based on the single service area analysis, we have anayzed mathematically the average switching capacity required to serve mobile subscribers for a wide area radio trunking sytem, where multiple switching port assignments are required when the people in the same group are distributed over several base stations. Accordingly, we have observed that the average and the variance of switching channel occupancy are closely related to the mobility characteristics of subscribers, and that we need a netowrk switch having bigger capacity as subscribers show wider distribution. Especially, with the call dropping probability within 0.2%, a switch having about 5 to 6 times bigger can be required, compared with the one when the mobility of subscribers is mostly restricte dto a single service area.

객체지향 데이터베이스를 이용한 지식베이스 모형(OOKS) 개발 (Development of OOKS : a Knowledge Base Model Using an Object-Oriented Database)

  • Building a knowledge base effectively has been an important research area in the expert systems field. A variety of approaches have been studied including rules, semantic networks, and frames to represent the knowledge base for expert systems. As the size and complexity of the knowledge base get larger and more complicated, the integration of knowledge based with database technology cecomes more important to process the large amount of data. However, relational database management systems show many limitations in handing the complicated human knowledge due to its simple two dimensional table structure. In this paper, we propose Object-Oriented Knowledge Store (OOKS), a knowledge base model on the basis of a frame sturcture using an object-oriented database. In the proposed model, managing rules for inferencing and facts about objects in one uniform structure, knowledge and data can be tightly coupled and the performance of reasoning can be improved. For building a knowledge base, a knowledge script file representing rules and facts is used and the script file is transferred into a frame structure in database systems. Specifically, designing a frame structure in the database model as it is, it can facilitate management and utilization of knowledge in expert systems. To test the appropriateness of the proposed knowledge base model, a prototype system has been developed using a commercial ODBMS called ObjectStore and C++ programming language.

농촌지역 중·고등학교의 교과교실제를 위한 공간 재배치 특성 (A Comparison Study on Spatial Rearrangement for the Departmentalized Classroom System in Middle and High School in the Rural Area)

  • This study is to clarify the actual conditions of the floor plan of middle and high schools in the rural area. Recently, many middle school and high school are remodeling the buildings and facilities based on the departmentalized classroom system. This study, through analyzing on 4 remodeling cases of middle and high schools in gyeongnam. This article discuses about the basic characteristics of the plan composition and the education programs of 4 schools. This study is showing the variation before and after remodeling and space organization types. The results of this study are summarized as follows; Home-room and home-base should be more faithfully. Various common space is needed to comfortable school life of students. In case of side corridor type plan, moving path is much needed. Sample schools took much more spaces of home base than before. This article discusses about the basic characteristics of the floor plan and the actual condition of the school facilities.

레이저가 치과주조용 비귀금속합금에 미치는 영향에 관한 실험적 연구 (AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF LASER EFFECTS ON A BASE METAL ALLOY FOR DENTAL CASTING)

  • The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of laser on a base metal alloy for dental casting. In this study, microhardness, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, interaction behavior of metal-ceramic interface, and bond strength were tested before and after the laser treatment for metal-ceramic alloy. The conclusion arised from this study are as follows: 1. The hardness of lased area was higher than that of unlased area. 2. The corrosion resistance was higher in lased specimen than in unlased specimen. 3. the wear resistance was higher in Iased specimen than in unlased specimen. 4. The EDAX showed that Mo, Si and Al were increased in lased surface but Ni and Cr not increased. 5. The SEM of lased area revealed a typical microstructure. 6. The bond strength of lased specimen was increased in 11.2% than of unlased specimen.

후판 Al 6061합금의 전자빔용접 특성 평가 (The Characteristic Evaluation of Electron Beam Welding for Al 6061 alloy with thick-thickness plate)

  • For the aluminum material of the thick-thickness more than 100mm Penetration depth Electron beam welding is effectively applicable with a characteristic of high energy intensity. But Al 6061 alloy has high crack sensitivity due to minor alloys, which are silicon, magnesium, copper etc. With a sample block of 135mm thickness EBW test was performed in vertical position. As tensile strength has $210{\sim}220N/mm^2$ with weld area broken. Bend test shows low ductility with fracture of partly specimens. Chemical contents of alloys show no difference between weld and base metal. Defect in middle weld area figures out typical hot crack due to low melting materials. Micro structure of weld area has some difference compare to HAZ and base metal. As a result of EBW test for Al 6061 alloy, it shows that weld defect could be occurred even though establishing of optimum weld parameter condition.

열교환기용 BAS111합금 고주파유도용접관에서 인발조건이 기계적 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Drawing Parameters on Mechanical Properties in High Frequency Induction Welded Tubes of BAS111 Alloy for Heat-exchangers)

  • The aim of this study is to investigate the optimum drawing parameter for BAS111 welded tubes. The BAS111 aluminium alloy tubes with 25.4mm in external diameter and 1.5mm in thickness for heat-exchangers were manufactured by high frequency induction welding with the V shaped convergence angle 6.8$^{\circ}$ and power input 50㎾. With increasing the reduction of area (1.6, 5.8, 11.5, 14.2, 18.5, 22.5%) by drawing, tensile strength was increased and elongation was decreased. With increasing the reduction of area by drawing, hardness in weld metal increased rapidly, while that of base metal increased slowly. In the specimen with the outer diameter smaller than 22mm, hardness of weld metal was higher than that of base metal. The optimum drawing parameter of area reduction was estimated about 15% because of the work hardening of welds.

SUS 321 전자비임 용접부의 피로균열진전거동 (Fatigue Crack Propagation Behavior for Electron Beam Welded Joint of SUS 321)

  • Fatigue crack propagation behaviors and life prediction for SUS 321 plate and its electron beam weld metal were investigated using compact tension specimens. The larger the stress ratio is, the faster the crack propagates, but the variation of crack propagation rate decreases. The effect of stress ratio is greater in the slow crack propagation area than in the faster one. The crack propagation rate of electron beam weld metal is faster than that of base metal because of hardening, weld defect and residual stress in welding area. The crack propagation rate of transverse weld metal has a lower than that of base metal due to the effect of residual stress, but in the time of passing through welding area, has a higher rate. The crack propagation rate using $\Delta$K$_{eff}$ can be well plotted regardless of stress ratio. The fatigue life prediction method of considering crack closure more exactly predicts fatigue life than conventional one. conventional one.e.

HDR image display combines weighted least square filtering with color appearance model

  • Recently high dynamic range imaging technique is hot issue in computer graphic area. We present a progressive tone mapping algorithm, which is based on weighted least squares optimization framework. Our approach combines weighted leastsquaresfiltering with iCAM06, for showing more perceptual high dynamic range images in conventional display, while avoiding visual halo artifacts. We decompose high dynamic range image into base layer and detail layer. The base layer has large scale variation, it is obtained by using weighted least squares filtering, and then the base layer incorporates iCAM06 model. Then, adaptive compression on the base layer according to human visual system. Only the base layer reduces contrast, and preserving detail. The resultshows more perceptual color appearance and preserve fine detail, while avoiding common artifacts.

액상확산접합한 Ni기 단결정 초내열합금의 크리프 파단 및 피로특성 (Creep-Rupture and Fatigue Properties of Transient Liquid Phase Bonded Joints of Ni-Base Single Crystal Superalloy)

  • The creep-rupture and low cycle fatigue properties of transient liquid phase bonded joints of Ni-base single crystal superalloy, CMSX-2 was investigated using MBF-80 insert metal. The (100) orientation of bonded specimen was aligned perpendicular to the joint interface. CMSX-2 was bonded at 1523K for 1.8ks in vacuum, optimum bonding condition. The creep rupture strength and rupture lives of the joints were the almost identical to ones of the base metal. SEM observation of the fracture surfaces of joints after creep rupture test revealed that the fracture surfaces classified three types of region, ductile fracture surface, cleavage fracture surface and interfacial fracture surface. The low cycle fatigue properties of the joints were also the same level as those of base metal. The elongation and reduction of area values of joints were comparable to those of base metal while fell down on creep rupture condition of high temperature.
