Background: The assessment tool developed in other countries should be translated into Korean language using rigorous methodological approaches in order to be used in Korea. Because these procedures are insufficient for establishing the cross-cultural and linguistic equivalence, the need for statistical methods is raised. The Fullerton Advanced Balance Scale was translated into Korean and the content validity was verified through the back translation method, but the reliability and validity have not yet been proven by statistical methods. Objects: The purpose of this study was to investigate the reliability and validity of the Korean version of the Fullerton Advanced Balance Scale (KFAB) by statistical methods in elderly people. Methods: A total of 97 elderly adults (39 males and 58 females) participated in this study. Internal consistency of the KFAB was measured using Cronbach's alpha and an intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) was used to assess test-retest reliability between the two measurement sessions. Concurrent validity was measured by comparing the KFAB responses with the Korean version of the Berg Balance Scale (KBBS) using the Spearman correlation coefficient. Construct validity of the KFAB was measured using the exploratory factor analysis to evaluate the unidimensionality of the questionnaire. The significance level was set at ${\alpha}=.05$. Results: The internal consistency of the KFAB was found be adequate with Cronbach's alpha (.96), and test-retest reliability was excellent as evidenced by the high ICC (r=.996). Concurrent validity showed high correlation between the KFAB and KBBS (r=.89, p<.001). Construct validity was evaluated using exploratory factor analysis. The result from Bartlett test of sphericity was statistically significant (p<.001), and the value of Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin measure of sampling adequacy was .93. Exploratory factor analysis revealed the existence of only one dominant factor that explained 76.43% of the variance. Conclusion: The KFAB is a reliable, valid and appropriate tool for measuring the balance functions in elderly people.
Several isolates were collected from apple, pepper, strawberry, cucumber and tomato having typical gray mold symptoms. All the isolates were identified as Botrytis cinerea by using morphological characteristics and PCR-RFLP method. It was difficult to analyze the phylogenetic relationship of these isolates by using ITS region, HSP60 and G3PDH because these genes were highly homologous in their nucleotide in inter-species of B. cinerea and intra-species of genus Botrytis. However, phylogenetic analysis using combined sequences (RPB2, HSP60 and G3PDH genes) clearly showed that all isolate of B. cinerea were different from Botrytis spp. Furthermore, it was also confirmed that strawberry isolate was distantly related to apple, pepper, cucumber and tomato isolates that were closely related to each other in nucleotide level.
In the 500m short track speed skating, the matter of who reaches the first corner first can important factor since each competitor races with all speed from the start to the first line. A filed study was attempted to kinematical estimation six female foreign skaters, who participated in the 500m female final round competition, and two Korea skates during the World Short track Skating Championship. The three dimensional motion analysis with DLT method was executed using four video cameras for analyzing the actual competition situation. In point of analyzing the actual competition situation, it is expected that skaters and coaches the effective informations, and the following conclusions are drawn; The elapsed time by phase in start motion of the foreign skaters appeared shorter those of Korea skaters, so the start training of Korea skaters should be strengthed. Also the displacement of C.G in the foreign skaters appeared shorter displacement than those of Korea skaters. Especially in the starting position, the foreign skaters are superior to Korea skaters in displacement of first(left) and next following stroke(right). The velocity of C.G and maximum velocity of skate blade of foreign skaters art faster than those of Korea skaters. And the foreign skaters show the superior early velocity change. Both of leaning body angle, and left and knee angle of the foreign skaters lead to positive point of having the propulsive force in the early starting position. Observing in the most prominent feature of foreign and Korea skaters in start phase, foreign skaters skate quickly the third stroke. These features of Korea skaters would appear disadvantage of location selection in entering the coner course.

Conclusion: Health promotion program for the elderly and female in the rural are needed. Application: The survey of the subjective health status of the elderly should be used for planning factors to make a health improvement plan in elderly farmer.
The purpose of this thesis, therefore, is to examine the shaping methods and the knitting drafts of sleeve cap in the knitwears which are currently used by the manufacturers; to study the curve forms of sleeves in knitwears by analyzing synthetically the results of investigating the problems of knit wear sleeves; to present the most suitable sleeve cap for the knitwears. As the studying methods, I collected the basic data from the working-level persons of knit wear manufacturers, examined the knitting draft in the knitwears, and from that, made three kinds of comparative experimental garments and one kind of research experimental one as 10G and 16G. In doing so, I showed the sleeve cap suitable for the knitwears with plain stitch after operating sensual evaluation with Liker's 5-point rating measure. The analysis of data was handled with statistics by using SPSS Ver. 12.0; the method of statistics was executed by Frequency Analysis, Trust Analysis, one-way ANOVA, and Duncan test according to each topic of the research. As the result of the sensual evaluation of the experimental garments produced from the study, the research experimental garment looks better than the comparative experimental one in both 10G and l6G; has less extra folds around the front part of sleeve cap; looks more natural in sleeve caps of the body part and of a sleeve. From this, I am able to figure out that the research experimental garment looks better than the comparative experimental one produced by knit wear manufacturers. In addition, I can come to know that the different knitting of the front line and the back one of armhole in the knitwears has a favorable impact on improving the appearance of a sleeve.

The purpose of this study is to explore the role of deconstruction and creative destruction in Maison Margiela’s fashion design code, which has opened the door to a new wave of innovative design since 1988. Using a combination of theoretical analysis, precedent research, and a review of existing literature, five years of Maison Margiela's works (2010-2014) were evaluated. The analysis shows that Maison Margiela’s Design Code consists of the following key elements: Addition, Extension, Asymmetry, Elimination, Deconstruction, Complanation, and Inversion. Addition refers to act of attaching additional pieces of fabric or clothing on the existing piece. Extension refers to the act of extending the design elements, such as their position or features. Asymmetry means the irregular positioning of left-to right and front-to-back length and features. Deconstruction could be seen in intentionally frayed sleeves, open seams, and tears in the cloth. The element of Elimination was evident in the removal of key pieces of clothing such as a coat, pants, blouse, and a jacket. Complanation refers to the reversion to a two dimensional contemplation of the human form rather than the more obvious 3-dimensional form. Finally, Inversion was used by displaying an inner layer of clothing on the outside or exposing seams or zippers in a way that people are not accustomed to seeing. It also meant that the order of wearing clothes was sometimes inverted, so external layers would be worn within clothing that are traditionally underneath. Maison Margiela’s creations represented a break

In this study, The goal is to analyze the feasibility of introducing a Piggyback system that can reduce the time and cost incurred by transshipment work and improve the transportation speed when transporting complex cargo by rail. To this end, the feasibility analysis methodology is reviewed through domestic and international literature review. In order to quantitatively derive the feasibility analysis values, a transportation database was applied to develop a freight transport simulation model and a freight demand prediction model for major freight transport O-D routes with a transportation distance of 200 km or more. As a result of analyzing economic feasibility by setting the analysis period to 15 years on the premise that the Piggyback System will be introduced on major cargo transport O-D routes in 2025, the NPV value was positive and the B/C value was 1.18, indicating that the Piggyback system was economical. The proposed research method can be meaningful data for establishing transportation policies that can improve the competitiveness of railroad transportation.

In order to generate meshes automatically for finite element analysis of complex structures such as aircraft, a large number of triangular elements are typically created. However, triangular elements are less accurate than rectangular elements, so it is difficult to obtain a reliable solution. This problem can be improved through the meshfree method using the back cell integration. However, this method also causes some problems such as over-use of the integration points and inefficiency of the integral domain. In order to improve these problems, a method of performing integration by setting the integral area based on a node basis has been proposed, but in the case of incompressible material problems, the numerical accuracy deteriorates due to the vibration phenomenon of the solution. Therefore, in this paper, the modified meshfree method is proposed which sets the integral domain as an element domain instead of the nodal domain, and the proposed method improves the numerical instability caused by the conventional meshfree method without decreasing the accuracy regardles of the shape of integral domain. The effectiveness of the modified meshfree method is verified by using 2-D examples.
Four different extraction and purification methods were evaluated to determine the heterocyclic amines (HCAs) in fried pork patties. Pork patties were cooked in the teflon-coated electric frying pan at $230^{\circ}C$ for 8 min per side. HCAs in the fried pork patties were extracted and purified using four different solid-phase extraction (SPE) methods and quantitated by LC-MS (API-ESI). Recovery of four different extraction and purification methods was evaluated by comparing the HCAs amounts quantified by the standard addition method. Validation of extraction and purification methods for fried pork patties was determined to establish accurate sample preparation. The recoveries of HCAs from different SPE methods were calculated. The recovery yields were 15.7-68.7% (Polar amine group) and 25.0-74.7% (less-polar amine group) in method A. Method D provided recovery yields ranging from 14.1% to 68.7% in polar amine groups and from 3.0% to 72.3% in less-polar amine groups, respectively. Modified procedures of Method A and D were the most suitable extraction and purification method for HCAs analysis from fried pork patties.
