포켓몬GO의 열풍으로 국내 VR/AR 산업에 대한 인지도가 확산되어 가고 있다. 이러한 관심의 증가에 따라 국내 VR/AR산업이 글로벌 경쟁력을 갖추기 위해서는 C-P-N-D 관점에서의 VR/AR 생태계 조성이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 C-P-N-D 관점에서 VR/AR 산업 생태계 현황을 분석하고, 정부와 지자체의 VR/AR 지원정책을 콘텐츠 생태계적 관점에서 고찰하여 보았다. 특히 VR/AR 산업에서 플랫폼과 IP의 중요성을 집중적으로 부각하여 그 필요성을 언급하였다.

Extended life expectancy and a decrease in fertility rates are dramatically increasing the number of seniors who will eventually need professional care assistance. Although there is no clear technical solution to this problem, recent advances in ubiquitous computing offer opportunities to assist elders in their residence, thus reducing the need for professional assistance in special facilities. There have been several studies, but current solutions tend to address specific issues and cannot be easily extended, updated, and customized to meet the complex and evolving requirements of eldercare assistance. This study aims to bridge this gap, and this paper presents a context-management framework, called awareness for pervasive environments (APE), that provides easily customizable support for the development of ubiquitous eldercare services and applications.

오늘날 유비쿼터스 환경에서 이종 객체간의 상호운용성 지원 및 애플리케이션 개발을 지원하는 미들웨어의 중요성 부각되고 있다. 현재 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한 미들웨어가 연구 개발되고 있으며 그 중 메시지 기반의 미들웨어가 널리 사용 되고 있다. 그러나 기존 미들웨어 및 연구 개발되고 있는 유비쿼터스 미들웨어는 네트워크 상황을 고려하지 않은 체 단순이 컨텍스트 전송을 지원한다. 이로 인해 시스템들은 잘못된 상황 판단할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하는 컨텍스트 지향 미들웨어를 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 미들웨어는 컨텍스트의 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 전송을 지원하며, 이로 인해 시스템 또는 에이전트가 신속하고 정확한 상황인지 및 판단을 할 수 있도록 지원한다.

Personalized reminder systems have to identify the user's current needs dynamically and proactively based on the user's current context. However, need identification methodologies and their feasible architectures for personalized reminder systems have so far been rare. Hence, this paper aims to propose a proactive need identification mechanism by applying agent and semantic web technologies and RFID-based context subsystem for a personalized reminder system, which is one of the supporting systems for a robust ubiquitous service support environment. We have created a prototype system, RFID-based NAMA (Need Aware Multi-Agent), to demonstrate the feasibility of the methodology and of the mobile settings framework that we propose in this paper. NAMA considers the context, user profile with preferences, and information about currently available services, to discover the user's current needs and then link the user to a set of services, which are implemented as web services.

Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)시스템은 객체에 부착된 RFID 태그를 리더로 읽어 들여 정확하게 객체를 인식할 수 있어 상황 인지를 위한 중요한 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 태그와 리더간의 통신이 단일 홉으로 구성되어 있기 때문에 대상 지역의 전체를 인식하지 못하여, 상황인지를 위한 총체적 정보를 제공할 수 없는 문제를 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 최근 제안되고 있는 무선 센서 네트워크와 RFID 시스템의 결함을 통하여 RFID시스템이 대상 지역 전체를 인식할 수 있게 하고, 이 정보를 센서 네트워크의 센싱 정보와 함께 활용하여 지능적인 상황 인지가 가능한 RFID 기반 우선 센서네트워크의 지능적 상황 인지 지원 시스템을 제안한다. 제안된 시스템에서는 RFID 시스템의 객체 인지 능력을 활용할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, RFID 시스템에 네트워킹 기능을 제공하여 지능적 상황인지를 가능하게 한다.

We have created a prototype system. called NAMA(Need Aware Muiti-Agent)-RFID. to demonstrate the feasibility of the methodology and of the mobile settings framework that we propose in this paper Moreover, to test if the proposed system works in terms of scalability, a simulation was performed and the results are described.

중대 핵심 시스템은 변화하는 상황에 대해서 정보를 빠르게 획득하고, 대처하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 임무 수행 중에 시스템의 환경이나 예상하지 못한 상황이 발생하였을 경우, 임무를 효율적으로 처리하는 데 문제가 발생한다. 이를 해결하기 위해 상황 인지를 중대 핵심 시스템에 적용하여 환경의 변화와 상황에 대해서 유연하게 대응할 수 있게 한다. 이는 시스템 주변 환경과 상황을 인지하여서 적절한 판단을 내릴 수 있도록 하여 임무에 도움을 준다. 본 논문에서는 상황 인지를 적용한 시스템의 아키텍처를 제안하고 이를 검증하기 위해서 공중 방어 시스템 시뮬레이션에 적용한 실험 결과를 통해서 유효성을 검증한다.

Context-aware engineering services in ubiquitous environments are emerging as a viable alternative to traditional engineering services. Most of the previous approaches are computer-centered rather than human-centered. In this paper, we present a Ubiquitous and Context-Aware computing Framework for collaborative virtual Engineering $(U-CAF\acute{E})$ services. The proposed approach utilizes BPEL-based (Business Process Execution Language) process templates for engineering service orchestration and choreography and adopts semantic web-based context-awareness for providing human-centered engineering services. The paper discusses how to utilize engineering contexts and share this knowledge in support of collaborative virtual engineering services and service interfaces. The paper also discusses how Web services and JINI (Java Intelligent Network Infrastructure) services are utilized to support engineering service federations and seamless Interactions among persons, devices, and various kinds of engineering services.

본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 모바일 디바이스가 주변 상황을 스스로 인지, 판단하여 서비스를 제공하는 유비쿼터스 지능공간의 구현을 위해 RIB 프레임워크를 제안한다. RIB 프레임워크에서 유비쿼터스 모바일 디바이스는 리소스 및 정보의 효율적인 관리를 위해 XML 형태의 저장방식을 가진다. 이 저장 공간은 새로운 정보의 추가, 수정, 삭제에 유연하며, XPath를 이용하여 질의에 응답한다. 또한 주변 유비쿼터스 모바일 디바이스에 제공할 수 있도록 내부정보로부터 resource description 정보를 생성할 수 있으며, 외부에서 수집된 정보를 자신에 디바이스에 맞게 변환하여 저장하는 기능도 제공한다.

본 논문은 강원도와 만주 일대에서 활동한 여성독립운동가 윤희순이, 항일투쟁 과정에서 현실을 어떻게 인식했으며, 그에 따른 대응은 어떠했는지 살피는 데에 목적이 있다. 윤희순은 시아버지 유홍석과 남편 유제원, 그리고 아들 유돈상까지 3대가 독립운동에 앞장선 집안의 며느리이자 아내이자 어머니였다. 화서학파였던 고흥 유씨 일가는 '위정척사(衛正斥邪)' 사상을 바탕으로 독립운동에 투신했다. 이들은 새로운 세계의 건설보다는 아름다운 과거로의 복귀와 복원을 염원했고, 의병을 일으킨 것 또한 근대적 국민국가 건설을 위해서가 아니라 왕을 중심으로 구축된 기존의 질서를 회복하기 위해서였다. 친정과 시가 모두 화서학파였던 윤희순 역시 그들과 동일한 눈으로 현실을 바라보았고, 적극적으로 의병활동에 참여하게 된 동인 역시 충 효 열과 같은 중세적 가치였다. 특히 집안의 안사람이자 여성으로서의 명확한 자의식을 갖고 있었고, 그것을 바탕으로 현실의 문제에 대응했다. 그녀는 보다 효과적인 독립투쟁을 위해서는 안사람으로 대변되는 여성들의 인식을 변화시키는 것이 중요하다고 판단했다. 이러한 판단 하에 그녀는 '교육'을 통한 '계몽'을 자신의 과제로 인식했고, 이 과정에서 의병가와 포고문 등은 효과적인 수단으로 활용되었다.
