  • 인터넷(Internet) 이란 거대한 네트웍들이 모인 것이다. 인터넷 속의 산업구조는 1:1 대면 방식의 구조에서 네트워크 상의 On-line 구조로 변화되어 가고 있다. 인터넷 상에서의 전자상거래를 통하여 우리 농촌의 농산물 판매 구조가 변화를 가져와야 할 것이다. 생산지에서 소비자에게 직송할 수 있는 상거래 시스템이 필요한 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 "웹 상의 농산물 전자상거래 사이트 구축 시 정보 보안 및 관리 방안"을 SSL/TLS를 이용한 쇼핑 시나리오를 이용하여 개선된 암호화 및 사용자 인증 전자결재시 사용되는 전자서명 키를 연구하여 구현하고자 한다. 또한 비대칭적 암호화 기법 및 SET을 이용한 암호화 거래 방법을 제시하였으며, 호스트의 비대칭적인 스위칭 시스템으로 사용자가 웹 사이트에 접속시에는 데이터 서버는 닫혀있는 상태이고 비동기적으로 사용자가 웹사이트에서 인증을 득한 후에 데이터 서버로 접속이 가능하며 데이터의 액세스가 끝난 후에는 웹사이트의 접속을 재게 시키고 데이터 서버의 액세스는 무효화시킴으로써 서버의 정보 보안 및 관리를 효율적으로 수행한다.

  • This paper deals with the trajectory planning of IWR biped robot using genetic algorithm. The trajectory of a swing leg is generated by 5th order polynomial equation. Velocities and Acceleration properties on a viapoints are needed. These constants are given by heuristic method. The optimal values are determined by G.A to minimize the jerk of a trajectory. As a result, trajectory planning is implemented not on between two viapoints but on a whole interval. Efficient numerical calculation routines and walking algorithms for simulation are accomplished by MATLAB package.

  • The ladder diagram (LD) for programmable logic controllers (PLCs) ar responsible for much important roles in advance industrial automation. As automated systems become more complex the design procedures of the system become more difficult as well. Hence. the design automation issues based on discrete event models(DEMs) are receiving more attention. One of the popular ways of tackling these problems is employing Petri nets. In this paper, we use the modified automation Petri net(MAPN) to model the manufacturing system and the modified token passing logic (MTPL) method conversion (ECC) algorithm based on the MAPN and the MTPL Finally, an example of the manufacturing system is provided to illustrate the proposed ECC algorithm.

  • This paper presents a fault diagnosis(detection and isolation) approach for the Ammunition Transport Automation system(ATAS). Due to limited time and information available during its cyclic operation, the on-line fault detection algorithm consists of sequential test logics referring to the normal states, which can be considered as a kind of expert system. If a failure were detected, the off-line isolation algorithm finds the fault location through trained ART2 neural network. By the results of simulations and some on-line field test, it has been shown that the presented approach is effective enough and applicable to related automation systems.

  • 세계 각국의 우정사업 기관들은 우편번호에 대한 우편서비스의 질을 향상시키기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이의 일환으로 실시하고 있는 "우편번호 바코드 인쇄 제도"는 우편물을 저렴하고 신속.정확히 처리함으로써 우편 이용자들의 욕구를 충족시켜주기 위한 제도이다. 이 제도는 우편을 이용하는 우편번호가 자신의 우편물에 우편번호에 해당하는 흑백의 바코드를 인쇄해서 접수하게 되면 서비스 제공자는 인증절차를 거쳐 합격한 업체에 대해 소정의 요금을 할인해 주는 제도이다. 우리나라도 1998년부터 이 제도를 도입하여 운영 중에 있으며, 1999년도에 개국한 6개의 우편집중국에 대해서도 개국과 함께 이 제도를 시행할 예정으로 있다. 기존에는 소형통상 우편물에 대해서만 이 제도를 적용하였으나 대형통상 우편물인 플랫우편물에 대해서도 적용하도록 하고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 고에서는 우편번호 바코드 인쇄 제도가 소기의 목적을 달성할 수 있도록 플랫우편물에 대해 연구한 내용을 다루었다.

Double-Objective Finite Control Set Model-Free Predictive Control with DSVM for PMSM Drives

  • Discrete space vector modulation (DSVM) is an effective method to improve the steady-state performance of the finite control set predictive control for permanent magnet synchronous motor drive systems. However, it requires complex computations due to the presence of numerous virtual voltage vectors. This paper proposes an improved finite control set model-free predictive control using DSVM to reduce the computational burden. First, model-free deadbeat current control is used to generate the reference voltage vector. Then, based on the principle that the voltage vector closest to the reference voltage vector minimizes the cost function, the optimal voltage vector is obtained in an effective way which avoids evaluation of the cost function. Additionally, in order to implement double-objective control, a two-level decisional cost function is designed to sequentially reduce the stator currents tracking error and the inverter switching frequency. The effectiveness of the proposed control is validated based on experimental tests.

  • Combining digital automation solutions throughout recent manufacturing process is essential. Advanced robot and mechanical techniques are required for design, manufacture, and distribution process. Manual design of repetitive similar mechanical components during the development phase of these advanced machines and robots can occur wasting time and money. Developed gear design module, which is the power transfer system mechanical component, was programmed in the Visual Basic language in CATIA V5 environment. Automation Process is Based on Parametric Modeling Method. and it was found to be effective in reducing design time compared to designers manual modeling.

  • Molding is the root industry of the manufacturing as a means to mass-produce developed prototypes. Molds are typically divided into injection molds and press mold industries. Injection molds produce the products by injection of molten plastic into a mold, and press molds are molded and bended plate. The ejection system, such as eject pins, is used to separate the manufactured products from the mold, which involves a number of hole operations. Location, diameter and depth of holes are often tabulated and managed collectively when designing 2D drawings. The design efficiency was realized by applying CATIA Automation to the 3D model and bringing in the data of the holes in the Excel data.

  • Based on the problems of untimely Expressway fire rescue and backward traditional fire rescue methods, an emergency fire fighting and inspection robot riding on expressway guardrail is designed. The overall mechanical structure design of emergency fire fighting and inspection robot riding on expressway guardrail is completed by using three-dimensional design software. The target fire detection is realized by using the target detection algorithm of Yolov5; By selecting a variety of sensors and using the control method of multi algorithm fusion, the basic function of robot on duty early warning is realized, and it has the ability of intelligent fire extinguishing. The BMS battery charging and discharging system is used to detect the real-time power of the robot. The design of the expressway emergency fire fighting and inspection robot provides a new technical means for the development of emergency fire fighting equipment, and improves the reliability and efficiency of expressway emergency fire fighting.

  • Automation in construction has been restricted to special classes of tasks. Curtain walls can be handled like standard construction materials; they are heavy but breakable, and are large but require precise installation. These characteristics make the installation of curtain walls ideal for robotic automation. There are two methods for developing construction robots: The first is approving the robot performance and applying it to the current construction methods. The second is admitting the limitation of the current robot technology and trying to optimize the current method of construction to apply the robot system. In this study, we derived the performance requirements of a curtain wall-installation robot. We also tested this robot at a real construction site and evaluated its performance. Finally, the results were analyzed, and we proposed additional research.
