  • In this paper, we study some problems of the scheduling on the fixed area in a shipbuilding. The scheduling, constrainted a working area, is not easy to make a load balance and to operate a change of daily work plan. we proposed a block arrangement algorithm to make the load balance and developed a system used to operate the change of daily work plan.

Obstacles modeling method in cluttered environments using satellite images and its application to path planning for USV

  • The obstacles modeling is a fundamental and significant issue for path planning and automatic navigation of Unmanned Surface Vehicle (USV). In this study, we propose a novel obstacles modeling method based on high resolution satellite images. It involves two main steps: extraction of obstacle features and construction of convex hulls. To extract the obstacle features, a series of operations such as sea-land segmentation, obstacles details enhancement, and morphological transformations are applied. Furthermore, an efficient algorithm is proposed to mask the obstacles into convex hulls, which mainly includes the cluster analysis of obstacles area and the determination rules of edge points. Experimental results demonstrate that the models achieved by the proposed method and the manual have high similarity. As an application, the model is used to find the optimal path for USV. The study shows that the obstacles modeling method is feasible, and it can be applied to USV path planning.

Electrical Engineering Design Method Based on Neural Network and Application of Automatic Control System

  • The existing electrical engineering design method and the dynamic objective function in the application process of automatic control system fail to meet the unbounded condition, which affects the control tracking accuracy. In order to improve the tracking control accuracy, this paper studies the electrical engineering design method based on neural network and the application of automatic control system. This paper analyzes the structure and working mechanism of electrical engineering automation control system by an automation control model with main control objectives. Following the analysis, an optimal solution of controllability design and fault-tolerant control is figured out. The automatic control power coefficient is distributed based on an ideal control effect of system. According to the distribution results, an automatic control algorithm is based on neural network for accurate control. The experimental results show that the electrical automation control method based on neural network can significantly reduce the control following error to 3.62%, improve the accuracy of the electrical automation tracking control, thus meeting the actual production needs of electrical engineering automation control system.

A Double Bi-Quad Filter with Wide-Band Resonance Suppression for Servo Systems

  • In this paper, an algorithm using two bi-quad filters to suppress the wide-band resonance for PMSM servo systems is proposed. This algorithm is based on the double bi-quad filters structure, so it is named, "double bi-quad filter." The conventional single bi-quad filter method cannot suppress unexpected mechanical terms, which may lead to oscillations on the load side. A double bi-quad filter structure, which can cancel the effects of compliant coupling and suppress wide-band resonance, is realized by inserting a virtual filter after the motor speed output. In practical implementation, the proposed control structure is composed of two bi-quad filters on both the forward and feedback paths of the speed control loop. Both of them collectively complete the wide-band resonance suppression, and the filter on the feedback path can solve the oscillation on the load side. Meanwhile, with this approach, in certain cases, the servo system can be more robust than with the single bi-quad filter method. A step by step design procedure is provided for the proposed algorithm. Finally, its advantages are verified by theoretical analysis and experimental results.

  • 본 논문에서는 시설내 작물재배 시스템의 완전자동화를 구현함에 동시에 자동 제어 방식 설계상에 존재하는 많은 문제들 때문에 실현하지 못했던 작물의 직접제어자동화를 구현하였다. 시설내 작물재배 자동제어 시스템은 제어대상에 따라서 세 가지로 구분될 수 있다. 시설외부로부터 기상 환경 등을 계측하여서 시설내 재배 제어에 응용하는 외부 환경 제어, 시설 내부 환경을 직접 계측하고 제어하는 내부 환경 제어, 작물의 성장에 직접 공급되는 배양액의 적절한 조성에 관련된 배양액 제어로 나눌 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 세 가지의 자동 제어시스템을 완전 실현하며, 배양액의 급액량을 제어함으로서 작물의 우량 성장을 자동적으로 조절할 수 있는 고난도 제어시스템을 설계하였다.

PCB 생산 자동화를 위한 데이터 변환 시스템 구현 (Data Transformation System Implementation for the Automation of PCB Product)

  • 본 논문은 PCB 생산 자동화를 위한 데이터 변환 시스템을 구현한다. CAD로 설계한 데이터는 PCB 생산라인과의 데이터 호환을 이루지 못하기 때문에 데이터 호환을 갖는 자동화 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 PCB 생산 자동화를 위한 PCB 부품 정보를 분석하고 IC 부품 정보를 DB로 구축한다. CAD 설계자의 Human error 검출 알고리즘을 개발하고, PCB 생산 라인에 적합한 데이터로 변환하는 알고리즘을 개발한다. PCB 생산라인의 부품의 정보 추가, 수정하기 위한 데이터 변환 인터페이스를 설계 및 구현한다. 기존의 수작업 공정을 자동화함으로서 처리속도를 대폭 개선하였으며, 신뢰성 있는 칙적화된 데이터로 PCB 생산 자동화에 일조를 할 수 있다.

CNN 알고리즘을 이용한 체커스위치 불량 검출 시스템 개발 (Development of Checker-Switch Error Detection System using CNN Algorithm)

  • Various automation studies have been conducted to detect defective products based on product images. In the case of machine vision-based studies, size and color error are detected through a preprocessing process. A situation may arise in which the main features are removed during the preprocessing process, thereby decreasing the accuracy. In addition, complex systems are required to detect various kinds of defects. In this study, we designed and developed a system to detect errors by analyzing various conditions of defective products. We designed the deep learning algorithm to detect the defective features from the product images during the automation process using a convolution neural network (CNN) and verified the performance by applying the algorithm to the checker-switch failure detection system. It was confirmed that all seven error characteristics were detected accurately, and it is expected that it will show excellent performance when applied to automation systems for error detection.

  • We have studied the port-automation system which is requested by the steep increment of cost and complexity for processing the freight. This paper will introduce a new algorithm for navigating and controlling the autonomous Guided Vehicle (AGV). The camera has the optical distortion in nature and is sensitive to the external ray, the weather, and the shadow, but it is very cheap and flexible to make and construct the automation system for the port. So we tried to apply to the AGV for detecting and tracking the lane using the CCD camera. In order to make the error stable and exact, this paper proposes new concept and algorithm for obtaining the error is generated by the Virtual Photo-Sensor Array (VPSA). VPSAs are implemented by programming and very easy to use for the various autonomous systems. Because the load of the computation is light, the AGV utilizes the maximal performance of the CCD camera and enables the CPU to take multi-tasks. We experimented on the proposed algorithm using the mobile robot and confirmed the stable and exact performance for tracking the lane.

배전자동화시스템에서 전류방향성을 이용한 단말장치의 고장표시 오류 개선 방법 (An Improved Algorithm of Fault Indicator Generation of FRTU in Distribution Automation System)

  • In this paper, an improved method of fault indicator generation algorithm in FRTUs is proposed for the present Distribution Automation System. In order to find fault area, correct FI information should be generated. But when a single line-to-ground fault occurs, FI information is generated in downside of the fault in some circumstance because existing FI algorithm considers only magnitude. It is found that the upside fault current direction if different from the downside fault current direction. Therefore, in order to prevent to generate the wrong fault indication information for FRTU at the downside of the fault, an improved fault indication generation method is developed. Not only the basic conditions are taken into account, but also the directions from the angle difference between zero and positive sequence currents are considered to generated the fault indication information. In case study, the proposed method has been testified and shown the reasonability in generating correct the fault indication information, for many kinds of faults according to conditions.

  • 본 논문에서는 선상가열법을 이용한 강판의 곡가공 자동화를 향한 하나의 가능성 있는 방향을 제시하고 있다. 이를 위해 선상가열현상을 대변할 수 있는 역학적 모델을 도입하여 가열조건들이 주어져 있을 때 가열경로를 구할 수 있는 알고리즘을 소개하였고 이에 의거해서 컴퓨터 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이의 정당성을 확인하기 위해 개발된 컴퓨터 프로그램을 2가지 형태의 곡면형상에 적용하여 이를 가공할 수 있는 가열경로를 찾는 시도를 해 보았는데, 이로부터 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘과 프로그램 시스템은 만족할 만한 결과를 주고 있으며, 이는 곡가공 자동화 시스템 구축을 향한 합리적인 길이 될 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
