무진동 크레인의 제어알고리즘 설계

  • The micro-computer based automatic control of the overhead crane system is designed. Two control methodologies were suggested; the one is the anti-swing controller which improves poor damping characteristics of the crane and the other is the stop-position controller which minimizes the transportation position error. The input speed profile is automatically determined by the pre-programmed digital control algorithm. The experimental results show that these proposed controllers have excellent control performance as compared with those of the uncontrolled crane system.

  • As microcomputers have become widespread and the high speed solenoid valves have been developed, digitally controlled hydraulic systems are used in many applications. This study deals with position control of hydraulic cylinder operated by two port 3-way high speed solenoid valve using a self-learning strategy. This was done by developing a control algorithm for the microcomputer which always automatically adjust the length of control pulse to the optimum value in accordance with the error regardless of changes in the operating condition and physical differences between components. Tests carried out in the laboratory indicate that a positional accuracy could be improved.

  • In this paper, A target architecture and interface synthesizer are proposed for processor-embedded codesign. The target architecture has the form of ARM processor based on AMBA. The interface synthesizer automatically generates an interface circuit for the communication between HW and SW. A memory map is used as the communication channel and an interrupt-based interface is applied for synchronized communication between HW and SW modules. In order to verify the function and performance of proposed target architecture and the interface synthesizer, practical test example is applied. Experimental results show the proposed interface synthesizer functioned correctly in the HW/SW codesign environment.

  • In this paper, the animated simulation system (Anisim) is proposed in order to develope an efficient functional system verification tool. It displays the simulation results of the designed system using graphic animation with various models lot the target system. With simple interface definitions given by the user, Anisim generates interface codes automatically. Users can describe and model the target system with the generated interface codes. Since the simulation engine is implemented in C-language, modeling is very simple and simulation can be performed in real time.

  • Yield enhancement in semiconductor fabrication is important. It is ideal to prevent all the failures. However, when a failure occurs, it is important to quickly specify the cause stage and take countermeasure. The automatic method of failure pattern extraction from fail bit map provides reduced time to analysis and facilitates yield enhancement. This paper describes the techniques to automatically classifies a failure pattern using a fail bit map, a new simple schema which facilitates the failure analysis.

  • This paper proposes a video tracking method for a deformable moving object using an active contour model. In order to decide the convergent directions of the contour points automatically, a new energy function based on a frame difference map and an updating rules of the frame difference map are presented. Experimental results on a set of synthetic and real image sequences showed that the proposed method can fully track a speedy deformable object while extracting the boundary of the object exactly in every frame.

  • Design of a heuristic algorithm for high level synthesis of multichip architecture is presented in this paper. Considering the design constraints: individual chip area, I/O pin counts, chip-to-chip interconnection counts, interchip communication delay, and chip latecy, the proposed system automatically generates pipelined multichip architectures from behavioral descriptions. For efficient mulichip synthesis, a new methodology is proposed, which performs partitioning and schedulting of SFG into multichip architectures simultaneously. Experimental results for several benchmark programs show that the systems can be used for designing multichip hardware efficiently.

  • This paper describes a novel method for image contrast enhancement by controlling gamma curve in AMLCD. The key idea is to automatically manipulate gamma voltage in accordance with the image data distribution. This method is applied to 17" SXGA LCD monitor module. The contrast ratio and the brightness are enhanced respectively by about 3 times and 1.7 times, by using the proposed method.

  • Wide variety of the architectural complexity of parallel computer often makes it difficult to develop efficient programs for them. One of approaches to improve this difficulty is to program in familiar sequential languages such as Fortran or C and to parallelize sequential programs into equivalent parallel programs automatically. This paper presents an organization of parallelizing compiler which transforms sequential programs into equivalent parallel programs. The parallelizer consists mainly of syntax analysis, control and data flow analysis, program transformation, and parallel code generation. In particular, the program restructuring in this parallelizer maximizes loop parallelism.

  • The most product is manufactured by mould in usual life. From drawing to manufacturing is to be automatically. But inspection is handwork usually. An alternative idea of this problem is reverse engineering. In this study, press forming is measured by 3D non-contact coordinate measuring machine and problem will be analyzed by comparing with 3D data Through the study, it will achieve improvement of press mould process.
