관수방법, 관수회수 및 송풍처리에 따른 초화류의 생장에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Method, Number of Times for Spraying and! Ventilation Condition on the Growth in Greenhouse)

  • 본 연구에서는 주행경로의 설정 및 제어가 용이한 고정 경로 방식을 이용한 주행 시스템을 개발하여 온실의 형태, 고랑의 위치 등에 무관하게 자동관수 및 송풍장치에 따른 생육상태를 실험할 수 있는 다목적 자동작업시스템을 개발하였다. 이 시스템의 성능들을 알아보기 써해 초화류에 대하여 실험한 결과 다음과 같은 결과론 얻었다. 인력두상관수 처리구에서는 전반적으로 생육의 부진을 나타냈으며, 자동관수 처리 중 송풍을 하지 않은 무풍처리구치 경우, 초장 및 엽면적이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 초장의 억제는 저속과 고속송풍처리구에 있어 초장억제 효과가 유의성이 있게 나타났으며, 풍속이 빠를수록 초장억제효과가 높게 나타났다. 줄기의 지름은 송풍을 하지 않고, 자동관수 3회를 한 경우 줄기의 지름이 작은 것으로 나타났다. 엽수는 인력관수나 자동관수 2회 처리에 비하여 3회 처리가 더 많은 것으로 나타났다. 생육은 관수회수가 많을수록 생장량이 높게 나타났다.

  • Resent removal work for road signs has been labor intensive and required times since it has been done manually using shaving type equipment. While traditional process is conducting, there are traffic jams caused by the passing control, and happened unexpected accidents to workers working at dangerous road circumstance. Besides, in current shaving method, there are high potentialities on the air pollution as well as the explosive accident occurred by using a propane gas. So, as an alternative, we have studied to develop the automatic erasing equipment made up with a high pressure water-jet system and automatic control system, mobile system; Wate-rjet system consists of an intensifier and nozzles to give a high pressure and spray on the sign, and automatic control system is composed of one axis robot using a hydraulic servo actuator controlled by a lever, And as a mobile system, a truck plays an important role for the transport of equipment and the forward movement in a removal process. In this paper, we have analyzed the characteristics of road signs and have investigated current erasing methods in the field. And we have organized and designed automatic erasing equipment, and we have made a basic experiment to find out the optimal spray condition as like the spray distance, spray angle and injection pressure.

지하철 공기청정을 위한 2유체노즐형 자동세정 공기청정 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (Performance Evaluation of Automatic Self-Cleaning Filter System using Twin-Fluid Nozzles for Air Cleaning in the Subway Stations)

  • The removal of the dusts in the subway stations, tunnels, factories and buildings becomes issue for comfortable indoor and outdoor conditions. There has been used an automatic self-cleaning filter system to collect the dusts. In general, the collected particles are removed by water spray nozzles. The new design for improving the cleaning efficiency of collected dusts and reducing the supplied water is the concept of the plane array of demister filters and the twin-fluid nozzle for mixing compressed air and water in the automatic self-cleaning filter system. Results show that the cleaning efficiency of twin-nozzle filter systems is 99.1%, compared to 47% in the conventional filter system. Therefore the automatic self-cleaning filter system using twin-fluid nozzle filter systems reduces water supplied in the filter system, and increases cleaning efficiency and drying efficiency.

  • The first aim of the study is to improve the productivity by uniformizing the thickness of coating and reducing quality-inspection time. The second aim is to cut down on the raw materials for coating by prevent the waste of spraying in the air during a painting process through a real-time coating-size-recognition monitering to fit the target components. To achieve the two aims, a simplified version of automatic coating control system for recognition of coating for vessels and Spray. With the sytem, following effects are expected: First, quality improvement will be achieved by uniformizing the film-thickness. Second, it will reduce the waste of coating paint by constructing the speed of the coating, the spray gun robot transfer time, and the number of DBs according to the size of the vessel. Third, as a 3D industry, it will be able to solve the difficulty of supply of labors and save up the labor costs. Therefore, in the future, further research will be needed to be applied to various products with DB design that designates the variable value, which is added for each type of pieces by comparing the difference between various types of workpieces and linear ones.

  • In this paper, we describe an optical detection at the front and design an on-off control system of spray gun for economical paint spray when painted on hanger any things that it have arbitrary two-dimensional image. The objectives of this paper that, as changing of software, find useful logic variation of spray, and are to enhance of environments for workman and to decrease economical loss of painting.

3D 스캔 시 품질향상을 위한 스프레이 도포 자동화 장비 개발 (Development of Auto-spray system to improve the quality of 3D Scanning Quality)

  • 3D 프린터의 증가에 따라 대량 생산이 아닌 소량 제품의 빠른 개발 시간을 고려하여 3D 스캐너의 활용도 점차 증가하고 있다. 소량 생산 개발 트렌드뿐만 아니라 최근 자동차 및 전자부품의 제조업에 있어서도 정밀 부품의 개발 및 검사, 측정 등의 품질 문제가 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있다. 최근 3D 스캐너 장비 효율성 및 인식기술은 지속적으로 향상되었지만, 이에 반해, 이를 준비하는 스프레이 작업은 시간이 많이 걸리고 환경문제가 유발되기 때문에 제조업 제품 개발자들은 자동스프레이 도포 시스템 개발에 대해 지속적으로 요구해 왔다. 본 연구를 통해서 3D 스캔 준비 작업으로 필요한 스프레이 자동 도포 장비를 개발하였으며, 스프레이 도포 시 균일하게 미세 분말이 도포 될 수 있도록 파라미터 세팅에 대해 실험적으로 연구하였다. 결과적으로 빠르고 쉬운 자동 스프레이 도포 장비가 개발 되었고, 이를 활용해서 3D 측정을 위한 준비 시간이 기존 대비 1/10수준으로 단축되었다. 또한 다양한 조건에 대한 비교를 통해 최적의 도포 조건을 실험적으로 제시하였다.

  • A self-travelling sprayer was developed to avoid the exposure of an operator to agricultural chemicals and exhaust gas, to improve safety and to increase working efficiency during the application and transport work in the greenhouses. This system consists of self-travelling system and the control system for application and safety device. The auto-spray car is equipped with a liquid chemical tank of 80l capacity. The travelling system adopted mechanical steering system which link mechanism of front wheel is guided by guide rollers. The sprayer travels along the guiding pipe which is set on the furrow in the greenhouses. The sprayer stops automatically applying and traveling when the liquid chemical tank becomes empty or when the sprayer reach the turning point. The spray booms swings in a vertical plane. The control system of safety devices controls the automatic stop of the sprayer when there is an obstacle on the traveling path, or when the battery becomes discharged. The auto-spray car traveled smoothly and steadily along the guide pipe during traveling straightly and turning on the ground.

초음파적용 상온연무기의 분무특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Spray Characteristics of the Cold-Fog Spray with Ultrasonic Forcing)

  • Characteristics of the twin fluid spray with ultrasonic forcing are examined in order to obtain the high efficiency of cold fog spray of the automatic pest control machine which has been widely used for the equipment cultivation recently. An electrostrictive vibrator of PZT BLT and a magnetostrictive vibrator of ${\pi}type$ with 28 kHz are applied as the ultrasonic transducer. All experiments are made and observed in 4 methods of spray ; a conventional spray method without ultrasonic forcing, an indirect vibration method with ultrasonic forcing, an improving duality method by ultrasonic forced within liquid, and a combined use method with both of the indirect vibration method and the improving quality method. In results, It was clarified that the ultrasonic effects the atomization of spray droplets and its efficiency is about $10{\%}$ and especially much more in the case of the combined use method.

2유체 미세 물분무 소화노즐의 분무유동 특성 (Spray Flow Characteristics of Twin-fluid Water Mist Nozzle for Fire Suppression)

  • In the present investigation, experimental studies were conducted on the fire suppression performance of twin-fluid water mist spray which is subjected to thermal radiation in a closed space. Downward-directed water-mist sprays, interacting with an under kerosene pool fire, were investigated in a test facility. The mass mean diameter of water-mist droplets were measured by PMAS under various flow conditions. The developed twin-fluid water mit spray nozzle satisfied the criteria of NFPA 750, Class 1. The mechanism of fire suppression by fine water mist was concluded to be the cooling of the fire surface which leads to the suppression of fuel evaporation. It was proved that the automatic twin-fluid water mist spray system under lower pressures could be applied to an industrial facilities.

It was found that the ultrasonic energy increased the atomization efficiency of spray droplets about 10% and especially much more in the case of the combined-use method.
