분해도 및 조립형상 정보를 이용한 작업시간 산정에 관한 연구 (Automatic Work Time Evaluation Based on a Verification of Disassemblability and Assembly Configuration)

  • This paper presents a method of an automatic work time evaluation based on the verification of a disassemblability and assembly configuration. Even though a work time evaluation is an important field of concern for planning assembly lay-out, there are some limitations using cumbersome user query or approximated work time data without considering assembly condition. To overcome such restriction, this paper presents a method to mathematically verify assembly conditions based on the disassemblability, which is defined by the separability and stability cost. The separability cost represents a facility of the part disassembly operation, and the stability cost which represents a degree of the stability for the base assembly motion. Based upon the results, we propose a new approach of evaluating work time using neural networks. The proposed method provides an effective means of solving the work time evaluation problem and gives a design guidance of planning assembly lay-out in flexible manufacturing application. Example study is given to illustrate the concepts and procedure of the proposed schemes.

시뮬레이션 프로그램 기반 실시간 자동재난 및 안내방송시스템의 설계 (Design and Implementation of a Real-time Automatic Disaster and Information Broadcasting System)

  • 극장이나 대형 빌딩에서 현재 사용되고 있는 대표적인 화재감지기 기반의 피난 유도시스템은 대체적으로 아날로그 방식으로 운영되어 화재 발생 시 선로와 센서의 손실로 주 장치로 제대로 전달되지 않아서 정확한 발화위치 및 화재 진행위치를 알 수가 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 재난이 발생하였을 때 실시간으로 화재경보 사이렌과 상황에 맞는 최적의 피난유도 기능을 갖는 재난관리 안내방송 시스템을 제안하였다. 제안된 시스템의 유효성을 확인하기 위해 객체지향 기법으로 설계하여 재난안내시스템과 시뮬레이션프로그램을 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 실제 화재와 같은 비상상황이 발생할 경우 화재센서 네트워크를 통해서 건물 내의 LCD에 피난유도를 위한 정보(발생지점, 발생시간, 대피경로)를 출력하는 시뮬레이션프로그램과 연동하도록 구현하였다. 또한 이 시스템을 이용하여 화염연기 확산경로를 고려한 최적의 재난대피경로를 찾는 실험을 하였고 그 결과 제안한 시스템의 유효성을 확인할 수 있었다.

AWS 지점별 기상데이타를 이용한 진화적 회귀분석 기반의 단기 풍속 예보 보정 기법 (Evolutionary Nonlinear Regression Based Compensation Technique for Short-range Prediction of Wind Speed using Automatic Weather Station)

  • This paper introduces an evolutionary nonlinear regression based compensation technique for the short-range prediction of wind speed using AWS(Automatic Weather Station) data. Development of an efficient MOS(Model Output Statistics) is necessary to correct systematic errors of the model, but a linear regression based MOS is hard to manage an irregular nature of weather prediction. In order to solve the problem, a nonlinear and symbolic regression method using GP(Genetic Programming) is suggested for a development of MOS wind forecast guidance. Also FCM(Fuzzy C-Means) clustering is adopted to mitigate bias of wind speed data. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the accuracy of the estimation by a GP based nonlinear MOS for 3 days prediction of wind speed in South Korean regions. This method is then compared to the UM model and has shown superior results. Data for 2007-2009, 2011 is used for training, and 2012 is used for testing.

콤바인의 자동제어에 관한 연구(I) -자탈형(自脱型) 콤바인의 주행방향제어(走行方向制御)- (Automatic Control of the Comnbine(I) -Automatic guidance control of the head-feed combine-)

  • This study was intended to develop the system automatically controlling travel direction of combine by means of sensing paddy rows. The control system was composed of three detecting levers having different length, micro-switch, microcomputer and electro-hydraulic control system. Sensor and control system developed was tested to estimate optimum design values and its actual performance as installed in combine. The computer simulation and performance test at simulated and actual field were conducted to test for possibility of practical use. The results of the study arc summarized. as follows: 1. The travel traces of combine hiving the conventional sensor with 2 levers and the new sensor detecting the slope of paddy rows were compared through computer simulation. Turning frequency of combine having new sensor was fewer than that of conventional sensor, but the rate of turning for the combine with new sensor was much greater than that of conventional sensor. 2. As sensor was established behind the tip of divider, the sensor itself well followed paddy rows but the tip of divider did not, resulting in divider being deviated from paddy rows. It was analyzed that the sensor should be attached closer to the tip of divider to have a better performance of the control system. 3. The greater the length of sensor lever for given location of sensor attachment and combine forward speed, the higher sensitivity of turning in control system. Moreover, increasing combine speed resulted in a worse performance of control system following paddy rows. Consequently, it was necessary that an optimum length of sensor attachment and for the range of combine operational speed. 4. Field test of combine installed with the sensor and electro-hydraulic system developed in this study showed that it may be operated smoothly and well behaved to paddy rows to 4th gear of combine speed which was 59cm/s. Consequently. it was concluded that the combine with the guidance control system developed in this study may be successfully used for paddy combining.

지형 회피를 위한 최적 경로점 자동 생성 알고리듬 연구 (A Study on the Algorithm for Automatic Generation of Optimal Waypoint with Terrain Avoidance)

  • 항공기는 저고도에서 임무를 수행할 때, 대공 미사일과 지형 장애물 같은 다양한 위협들에 제약을 받는다. 특히, 항공기는 지면 근처에서 항상 지형과의 충돌 위험을 갖는다. 본 연구에서는 이 문제에 효과적으로 대비하기 위하여, 지형 회피가 고려된 비행경로 생성 알고리듬을 개발하였다. 비행경로 생성 알고리듬에서는 먼저 등고선의 그룹화를 통해 경로점을 생성하고, Dijkstra 알고리듬을 이용하여 적절한 경로점 조합을 구성한다. 구성된 경로점 조합에 대해서는 최적제어 이론을 기반으로 한 최적 경로점 유도법칙을 적용하여, 제어에너지를 최소로 하는 최적의 비행경로를 제시한다.

A development of Intelligent Parking Control System Using Sensor-based on Arduino

  • In this paper, for efficient parking control, in an Arduino environment, an intelligent parking control prototype was implemented to provide parking control and parking guidance information using HC-SR2O4 and RC522. The main elements of intelligent parking control are vehicle recognition sensors, parking control facilities, and integrated operating software. Whether the vehicle is parked on the parking surface may be confirmed through sensor or intelligent camera image analysis. Parking control equipment products include parking guidance and parking available display devices, vehicle number recognition cameras, and intelligent parking assistance systems. This paper applies and implements ultrasonic sensors and RFID concepts based on Arduino, recognizes registered vehicles, and displays empty spaces. When a vehicle enters a parking space to handle this function, the automatic parking management system distinguishes the registered vehicle from the external vehicle through the RC522 sensor. In addition, after checking whether the parking slot is empty, the HC-SR204 sensor is displayed through the LED so that the driver can visually check it. RFID is designed to check the parking status of the server in real time and provide the driver with optimal route service to the parking slot.

광고 및 재난상황에 적용 가능한 실내용 바닥광고 조명장치의 기술사업화 방안 연구 (A Study on Technology Commercialization of Indoor Floor Advertising Lighting Devices Applicable to Advertisements and Disaster Situations)

  • Recently, there are some outdoor floor advertising lighting devices as one of the active marketing methods. However, for outdoor use, there are many restrictions due to the Outdoor Advertisement Act, according to requiring high-output heat generation, waterproofing, and AC power, etc. The purpose of this study is to develop a Duo Light product optimized for indoor use through publicity and information guidance in normal times and automatic evacuation route guidance display in case of disaster, in conjunction with disaster safety. To that end, patent search and patent association analyses were conducted, and a comparative analysis with commercial products was conducted as a case study. In addition, prototypes were designed and produced through the review of operation principles, where field environment surveys and self-tests were conducted. Also, technology roadmaps were presented by preparing plans for expandability and advancement of products. For the analysis of technology commercialization, the feasibility of technology commercialization was examined through the analysis of Jolly's Model and Lean Canvas Model. The results of this study will be able to contribute to minimize human damage through the effective response to disasters, which can increase the effect of indoor advertising by using the proposed indoor floor advertising lighting device in advertising and disaster situations.

  • An intelligent excavator can be divided into Machine Guidance (MG), semi-automatic, and unmanned by technology. The MG technology excavator is equipped with a tilt sensor on each link of the excavator and a GPS is installed on the excavator body to inform the user of the position of the excavator bucket end. Machine control (MC) technology that assists the user's work can be divided into semi-automatic and fully automatic technology. The semi-automatic MC equipment has already been commercialized by Komatsu and Caterpillar. The MC excavator is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system, sensors and controllers to control the excavator bucket end according to the user's needs. In this study, the semi-automated excavator modified based on manual excavator, is equipped with an electro-hydraulic system, a controller system, multi-sensors and a control algorithm is developed to assist in excavation work such as leveling and grading. By applying the developed technology, it was possible to confirm productivity improvement compared to manual digging and leveling work. In the future, further research to improve the accuracy of the hydraulic precision control and collaborative work with heterogeneous construction equipment such as dump truck and automated collaboration tasks technology could be developed.

의류산업의 생산 자동화 현황과 그에 따른 생산기획 및 관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Production Planning and Management for Automated Clothing Manufacture)

  • The goals of this study are to suggest the guidance for automated clothing manufacture by analysis the technology of the automated manufacturing facilities and to propose how improve the efficiency of the production planning and management for automated clothing manufacture In this study, the research about the automated clothing manufacturing machines and the analysis about the modules and functions of apparel information systems were performed. In order to understand the factory automation of the larger clothing firms, the case study method was used. The case study samples were 3 clothing firms. The results and suggestions are as follows: 1. An information technology for automated clothing manufacture has enabled the computer integrated manufacturing system to connect production planning and management part with each work station on the factory floor. 2. The apparel information system to integrate and manage manufacturing informations from each workstation and the apparel CAD system are used in the department of production planning. At the cutting room, there are automated manufacturing machines like an automatic spreading system and an automatic cutting system. Sewing room has the computer controlled unit production system and semi-automated sewing machines. In addition, in the finishing room, an automatic packing machine and a press system are used and besides a warehousing system has been developed. Considering these available technology, for better product efficiency, it is necessary to consider and utilize the specific character of these automatic manufacturing machines and computer system whether they proper to each product style. 3. Most of the clothing manufacturers are in the stage of semi-automated manufacture. In order to improve the manufacturing environment, it is needed to gradual procedure of manufacturing automation with considering the firm's financial condition, existing facilities and staffs operating machines. The case study sample firms are in the high degree of manufacturing automation. They can accomplish the flexible manufacturing system to link the information system with each work station menufacturing system by computerized control. For the case of the firm having already used the computer integrated manufacturing and managing system, it is necessary that the function to deal with drawing information is added to the retaining module of the apparel system.

Unscented Kalman filter를 이용한 위치측정 센서융합 (Sensor Fusion of Localization using Unscented Kalman Filter)

  • 본 논문은 AGV(automatic guided vehicle)의 위치측정 정밀도 향상을 위해 UKF(unscented Kalman filter)를 이용한 위치 측정 센서의 융합 방법에 관한 연구이다. 기존의 AGV를 위한 유도 방법에는 유선 유도 방식과 마그네틱 유도 방식이 있었다. 이들은 정밀도가 높고 반응속도가 빠르기 때문에 대부분의 유연 생산 시스템에서 사용되어지고 있었다. 하지만 이러한 방법들은 유지 보수에 대한 지속적인 노력과 비용의 문제가 발생되었고 완성된 경로의 변경이 어렵다는 단점이 있었다. 이러한 문제들을 해결하기 위해, 최근에는 레이저 내비게이션을 이용한 유도방식으로 변경되고 있는 추세이다. 레이저 내비게이션은 벽면에 설치된 반사체를 측정하여 전역위치를 측정하는 장치로써 정밀도가 높고 경로 변경에 유연하다는 장점이 있다. 하지만 이 또한, 응답속도가 느리고 AGV의 주행 중 발생되는 반사체 계측 오차에 따라 위치측정 정밀도가 낮아진다는 단점이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 UKF를 이용하여 응답속도가 빠른 지역위치센서와 레이저 내비게이션의 센서융합 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 주행 중 발생되는 센서들의 오차를 분석하고 이에 따른 모델을 설계하여 위치측정 정밀도를 향상 시키는 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 실험을 위해서 직접 설계한 차축구동 방식의 지게차 AGV를 이용하여 제안한 방법의 결과와 레이저 내비게이션의 위치측정 결과를 비교하였다. 실험 결과, 제안된 방법이 레이저 내비게이션의 위치 측정 결과보다 16% 만큼 정밀도가 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.
