조난 수신 시, 인지력 향상을 위한 자동음성경보장치 개발에 관한 연구

  • 1912년 타이타닉호 사고로 인해 1490명의 희생자 발생되어, 해상에서 인명안전을 국제적으로 검토, 이로 인해 GMDSS(Global Maritime Distress and Safety System)제도가 국내 도입되어 운영되고 있으나, 현(現) 해상에서 조난 긴급 안전 및 일반적인 사항 관련 메시지 수신 시 전 세계 모든 장비가 아직까지 단일화된 비프(Beep)음으로 구성되어 운영자의 인지력 저하, 안전불감증 등 총체적인 문제점이 상존하고 있는 바, 이에 조난과 같은 긴급 메시지 수신 시 신속하게 대응할 수 있는 자동음성경보장치 개발에 관한 연구를 통해 단 한 면의 소중한 인명을 구하고자 한다.

  • A successful on-line monitoring system for conventional machining operations has the potential to reduce cost, guarantee consistency of product quality, improve productivity and provide a safer environment for the operator. In fine-shape machining, typical signs of tool problems such as vibration, noise, chip flow characteristics and visual signs are almost unnoticeable without the use of special equipment. These characteristics increase the importance of automatic monitoring in fine-shape machining, however, sensing and interpretation of signals ar more complex. In addition, the shafts of the mini-tools break before the typical extensive cutting edge of the tool gets damaged. In this study, the existence of a relationship between the characteristics of the cutting force and tool usage was investigated, and tool breakage detection algorithm by LabVIEW was developed and the following results are obtained. It was possible to use a relative error compare which mainly used in established experiment and investigated tool breakage detection algorithm in time domain which can detect AE and cutting force signals more effective and accurate.

  • Probe card is a test component which is to classify the known good die with electrical contact before the packaging in the ATE (automatic testing equipment). Conventional probe tip was mostly needle type, it has been difficult to meet with conventional type, because of decreasing chip size, pad to pad pitch and pads size increasingly. For that reason, probe cards using MEMS (micro electro mechanical system) technology have been developed for various semiconductor chips. In this paper, Area Array type MEMS Probe tip was designed,, fabricated, and characterized its mechanical and electrical properties. The authors found that good electrical characteristics under $1{\Omega}$ were acquired with gold (Au) and aluminium (Al) pad contact test over 0.5gf and 4gf respectively. And, contact resistance variation under $0.1{\Omega}$ were achieved with 100,000 times of repetition test. And, insertion loss (IS) for high frequency operation was ascertained over 300MHz at -3dB loss.

주거용건물의 바닥복사 난방방식에 대한 실태조사 연구 (Research on the actual condition of 'Under Floor Radiant Heating for Apartment Housing')

  • The research analyzes the arrangement of boiler and hot water header, the method of radiator pipe setting, hot water supply control, hourly heating situation of each room for underfloor radiant heating systems in Korea and suggests an alternative to improve to efficient heating method. One of the best options for install position of hot water distributor is under kitchen sink which is center point of all rooms, according to previous research of the energy saving strategies. When the radiator pipes are arranged to each individual room instead of bedrooms through livingroom and kitchen, it has energy saving effects. For rooms without occupancy according to a time period, hot water supply method should be intermittent heating rather than continuous heating. For this intermittent heating method, individual control of hot water supply is more practical, and it can lead to massive energy savings. The intermittent heating system has time-lag, so it is more effective in energy saving with mild and comfort condition if the spaces are preheated by automatic control equipment prior to required time.

가스분해 분석기법을 활용한 가스 전열 변압기의 상태 진단 연구 (A Study on the Condition Diagnosis for A Gas-insulated Transformer using Decomposition Gas Analysis)

  • A growing number of gas-insulated transformers in underground power substations in urban areas are approaching 20 years of operation, the time when failures begin to occur. It is thus essential to prevent failure through accurate condition diagnosis of the given facility. Various solid insulation materials exist inside of the transformers, and the generated decomposition gas may differ for each gas-insulated equipment. In this study, a simulation system was designed to analyze the deterioration characteristics of SF6 decomposition gas and insulation materials under the conditions of partial discharge and thermal fault for diagnosis of gas-insulated transformers. Degradation characteristics of the insulation materials was determined using an automatic viscometer and FT-IR. The analysis results showed that the pattern of decomposition gas generation under partial discharge and thermal fault was different. In particular, acetaldehyde was detected under a thermal fault in all types of insulation, but not under partial discharge or an arc condition. In addition, in the case of insulation materials, deterioration of the insulation itself rapidly progressed as the experimental temperature increased. It was confirmed that it was possible to diagnose the internal discharge or thermal fault occurrence of the transformer through the ratio and type of decomposition gas generated in the gas-insulated transformer.

조합조명 기반 CCFL 불량판별 자동화 시스템 구현 (Implementation of Automatic Detection System for CCFL's Defects based on Combined Lighting)

  • LCD 모니터의 백라이트로 CCFL 형광체를 많이 사용하고 있으나 그 불량여부는 육안에 의존하고 있다. 육안 검사를 함으로써 부품에 대한 일관성 있는 검사가 결여되고, 노동집약적인 검사로 인해 산업적 재해가 발생할 수 있다. 따라서, CCFL 불량유무를 판별하기 위해서 물리적 촬영 환경과 영상처리 알고리즘은 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 CCFL 형광체를 검사하기 위한 촬영환경에 대하여 설명하고, 촬영환경 중 돔 근거리 조명과 점원거리 조명에서의 몇 가지 불량판별 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 불량을 포함한 CCFL 형광체를 사용하여 실험을 수행하였고, 그 결과 제안한 촬영환경과 알고리즘은 불량 판별율 98.32 %와 과검율 4.88 %의 성능을 나타내었다.

  • 첨단장비 도입 및 기술의 발전으로 수문조사 측정 기술은 향상되었으나 여전히 수문조사 시 많은 인력과 시간이 필요하며, 업무 규모와 범위에 비해 투입되는 인력은 매우 제한적이다. 또한, 자동유량 측정시설이 운영되고 있지만 현장 조건의 제한되기 때문에 전국으로 확대하기가 어렵다. 따라서 수문조사를 위해 측정 기술 자체보다는 운영 인프라 및 환경 개선이 필요하다. 또한 유량조사 측면에서 수위-유량 관계식의 정확도 재고와 업무 효율성 증진을 위해 실시간 수위 정보를 이용한 조사 스케줄링이 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 국내 수문조사 관련 연구 파악 및 수문조사의 경제성과 효율성 증대를 위하여 Open API 기반의 실시간 수위 정보를 활용한 수문조사 스케줄링 시스템을 구현하였다.

암세포 영상분류를 위한 심층학습 모델 연구 (Deep Learning Model for Classification of Multiple Cancer Cell Lines)

  • 특정 질병 진단을 위한 병리 검사는 필수적이며, 최근 이러한 분야의 시간적, 인적 자원의 필요성을 줄이기 위해 인공 지능을 활용한 암세포의 자동분류가 가능한 시스템 구축에 관련된 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 하지만, 이전 연구에서는 제한적인 심층학습 알고리즘에 기인한 비교적 낮은 정확도로 데이터 처리에 한계가 존재하였다. 본 연구에서는 심층 학습의 일종인 Convolution Neral Network를 통해 4종류의 암세포를 4 Class Classifciation을 시행하는 방법을 제안한다. EfficientNet, ResNet, Inception을 사용하였으며 여러 하이퍼 파라미터 튜닝을 통해 얻은 모델을 앙상블 하여 최종적으로 97.26의 정확도를 얻을 수 있었다.

멸균물품의 유효기간에 관한 연구: 포장재와 보관환경을 중심으로 (Validity Periods of Sterilization Products: Focus on Packing Materials and Storage Environments)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to provide a scientific basis for shelf life and re-establish the shelf life in a hospital environment by investigating the validity periods of various packaging materials. Methods: We selected six departments to store sterilized items, prepared 482 sterilized items, and stored them for 12 months. Each sample was tested using a microbiological culture in the laboratory every two weeks. When the result was positive, the sample was considered contaminated. The temperature and relative humidity were measured using an automatic control system to investigate the storage environment during the study period. Results: Except for two samples, which were positive in the 22nd and 28th weeks, 480 samples were negative. The temperature and relative humidity of the sample storage area were measured every week. The annual average temperature was 23.6±1.6℃, and the mean relative humidity was 35.1±15.2%. The cabinets used in this study were the two-open and four-closed types. Conclusion: This study confirmed the validity of the expiration date in a hospital environment. Based on the results, the nonwoven fabric remained sterile for more than nine months. No case of contamination of the paper-plastic pouch packaging was observed, owing to the microbial culture for two months.

참외 자동 수확을 위한 과일 주요 지점 검출 (Key-point detection of fruit for automatic harvesting of oriental melon)

  • In this study, we suggested a key-point detection method for robot harvesting of oriental melon. Our suggested method could be used to detect the detachment part and major composition of oriental melon. We defined four points (harvesting point, calyx, center, bottom) based on tomato with characteristics similar to those of oriental melon. The evaluation of estimated key-points was conducted by pixel error and PDK (percentage of detected key-point) index. Results showed that the average pixel error was 18.26 ± 16.62 for the x coordinate and 17.74 ± 18.07 for the y coordinate. Considering the resolution of raw images, these pixel errors were not expected to have a serious impact. The PDK score was found to be 89.5% PDK@0.5 on average. It was possible to estimate oriental melon specific key-point. As a result of this research, we believe that the proposed method can contribute to the application of harvesting robot system.
