  • The characteristic of sheet metal process is the few loss of material during process, the short processing time and the excellent price and strength. The sheet metal process with above characteristic is common used in industrial field, but in order to analysis irregular field problems the reliable and economical analysis method is demanded. Finite element method is very effective method to simulate the forming processes with good prediction of the deformation behaviour. Among Finite element method, The static-implicit finite element method is applied effectively to analyze real-size auto-body panel stamping processes, which include the forming stage. In this paper, it was focussed on the drawability factors on auto-body panel stamping by AUTOFORM with using tool planing alloy to reduce law price as well as high precision from Design Optimization of ide. According to this study, the results of simulation will give engineers good information to access the Design Optimization of die.

  • The concept of tensor analogues of right 2-Engel elements in groups were defined and studied by Biddle and Kappe [1] and Moravec [9]. Using the automorphisms of a given group G, we introduce the notion of tensor analogue of 2-auto Engel elements in G and investigate their properties. Also the concept of $2_{\otimes}$-auto Engel groups is introduced and we prove that if G is a $2_{\otimes}$-auto Engel group, then $G{\otimes}$ Aut(G) is abelian. Finally, we construct a non-abelian 2-auto-Engel group G so that its non-abelian tensor product by Aut(G) is abelian.

직장인의 승용차 소유여부 선택행태에 관한 연구 (A Logit Analysis of Urban Workers' Auto Owenership Choice)

  • The main objective of this research is the development of a logit model of urban workers' auto ownership choice. For the utility specification. a variety of behavioral hypotheses about the factors which affect the urban workers' auto ownership choice are considered. Based on the behavioral hypotheses, a binary logit model of auto ownership is estimated. Empirical estimation is based on a sample of workers taken in Daegu City(1994). The binary logit model of auto ownership development in this paper provides reasonable results in terms of behavioral and statistical considerations. Furthermore, this paper develops several submarket models of auto ownership choice. Market segmentation was made using age, sex, income, home-to-work time distance. It is found that the estimated results with market segmentation are also reasonable. Finally future directions of model development are suggested.

Research on a New 12-Pulse Step-Up and Step-Down Aviation Auto-Transformer Rectifier

  • This paper presents a new step-up and step-down multi-pulse auto-transformer rectifier unit (ATRU) topology. This structure can achieve a wide range of output voltages, which solves the problem of auto-transformer output voltage being difficult to regulate. Adding middle taps to the primary winding and reasonably setting the number of auto-transformer windings, constituted two groups of three-phase output voltages with a $30^{\circ}$ phase difference. Multi-pulse output DC voltage is obtained after a three-phase output voltage across two rectifier bridges and inter-phase reactor. Thus, the output DC voltage is related to the number and configuration of the auto-transformer winding. In this paper, the relationship between the voltage ratio of the auto-transformer and the ratio of winding, input current and auto-transformer kilovoltampere rating are deduced and validated by simulations. On this basis, the output voltage range is optimized. An experiment on two different voltage ratio principle prototypes was carried out to verify the correctness of the analysis design.

Analysis of Organic Components and Osteoinductivity in Autogenous Tooth Bone Graft Material

  • Purpose: Extensive research is actively ongoing for development of an ideal bone substitute that meets the gold standard. Tooth was selected as a donor site for evaluation of potentials in bone substitutes based on its similar chemical compositions to alveolar bone. Previous studies have evaluated inorganic components of autogenous tooth bone graft material (AutoBT) and osteoconductivity. In continuation from the previous studies, the current study was conducted for analysis of organic components and evaluation of osteoinductivity of AutoBT. Methods: Forty-six extracted teeth were collected from actual patients (Korea Tooth Bank, R&D Institute). Extracted teeth were processed into AutoBT and implanted in dorsal subcutaneous muscular tissues of 15 athymic mice. Biopsy samples were harvested at two, five, and eight weeks. The Bradford assay, sodium dodecyl sulphate polyacrylamide gradient gel, and western blotting were performed for investigation of organic contents of AutoBT. Results: Histology analyses showed signs of new bone formation as early as two weeks. Results of the Bradford assay indicated the existence of noncollagenous proteins (NCP). 0.29% (2.89 mg/g) of proteins were extracted by weight in the root portion of AutoBT; 0.02% (0.029 mg/g) and 1.79% (17.93 mg/g) of proteins were measured by weight in crown and block-form of AutoBT, respectively. However, recombinant human bone morphogenetic protein-2 was not observed in AutoBT. Conclusion: Within the limitation of the current study, AutoBT induced new bone formation by NCP embedded in dentin.

평판구조의 추계론적 유한요소해석 (Stochastic FE Analysis of Plate Structure)

  • 본 연구는 가중적분법을 이용한 추계론적 유한요소해석에 관한 것으로 구조계 내에 존재하는 재료상수와 기하학적 상수의 임의성을 해석에 고려하여 추계론적 해석을 수행하였으며 대상 구조로는 평판구조를 택하였다. 재료와 기하학적 해석인자의 임의성을 포함한 요소강성행렬의 유도를 위해서 임의장을 가장하였으며 임의장의 평균은 0이고 표준편차 값은 0.1을 사용하였다. 이러한 임의장의 특성은 auto-correlation 함수에 의해서 표현되었으며 이 함수는 반응변화도를 얻는 과정에 사용되었다. 본 연구에서는 평판의 두께에 대한 임의성을 고려하기 위해서 새로운 auto-correlation 함수가 유도되었다. 유도된 새로운 auto-correlation 함수는 재료탄성계수의 임의장 특성을 나타내는 기존의 함수와 임의장 분산 계수의 함수로 나타났다. 수치해석결과는 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션 결과와 비교되었으며 상호 잘 일치하는 좋은 결과를 나타내었고 이들 결과는 제시된 이론적인 수렴치와도 잘 일치하였다. 평판두께에 대한 해석의 경우 역시 Lawrence의 결과는 물론 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션과 제시된 이론치와도 잘 일치하였다.

  • 핸드폰에 사용되는 카메라의 발달로 자동초점용 렌즈에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 다양한 종류의 자동초점용 액추에이터 중에서 VCM(Voice Coil Motor)이 가장 많이 사용되고 있다. 이 VCM은 자석, 코일, 요크 등의 모양에 따라서 구성되는 자계의 흐름을 달리하여 원하는 수준의 자동초점 조절이 가능한 핸드폰용 카메라가 만들어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유한요소 해석프로그램인 ANSYS$^{TM}$를 이용하여 산업체에서 사용되는 다양한 구조의 렌즈 중 가장 경제적인 모델을 선택하여 전자기 분석을 수행하였다. 이 전자기 해석을 통하여 효율적인 렌즈 모듈 설계 방법을 제시한다.

  • We evaluate the effectiveness and validity of J(sub)e, which comprehensively describes the effects of specimen geometry and loading type, in predicting the fatigue life of auto seat belt anchor panel. We first simplify the heat affected zone model to reduce the number of finite elements. We then establish finite element models reflecting the actual overload behavior of 3 types of seat belt anchor specimens. Using finite element models elaborately established, we obtain the effective crack driving parameter J(sub)e composed of its ductility-dependent modal components. It is confirmed that the J(sub)e concept successfully predicts the fatigue life of multi-spot welded panel structures represented by auto seat belt anchors here.

  • In multibody dynamic analysis including contact and impact, there are two major analysis methods, i.e., piecewise analysis and continuous analysis. Modeling of contact phenomena is mainly classified with a Kelvin-Voigt model or a model of Hertz contact model. In this paper, a contact module fur AutoDyn7 program was developed and implemented. Both the Kelvin-Voigt model and a model of Hertz contact law were developed. The process of this module is composed of contact distinction and the contact force calculation. Two examples were verified and compared to the commercial program DADS.
