Digital home devices aims at providing the multimedia service which is not limited at time and space in home network environment. However, it is incapable of the fair use of consumers who legally buys contents, and causes damage to the contents providers owing to the indiscriminate distribution and use of illegal contents. DRM system appeared to solve this problem cannot protect the license stored on digital home devices and manage license by redistribution. This paper proposes a license audit model which makes an inspection of illegal access, modification and redistribution and reports alert logs to server.

Firewall is not perfectly prevent hacker, Intrusion Detection System(IDS) is considered a next generation security solution for more trusted network i and system security. We propose a agent IDS model in the different platforms that can detect intrusions in the expanded distributed host environment, since that is a drawback of existing IDS. Then we implement a prototype and verify validity. We use a pattern extraction agent so that we extract audit files needed in intrusion detection automatically even in other platforms.

First, I'd like to express my great respect to the highly developed environment-friendly and organic agriculture in South Korea, especially in this region of Yangpyong. I've heard that rural farmers and city people cooperated together to develop the environment-friendly agriculture in Yangpyong. I believe Japanese farmers and people can learn a lot from the experience of your people. We'd like to exchange our knowledge and experience to develop environment-friendly and organic agriculture in both countries, for we share a lot in common. In this paper, I'd like to introduce how the Japanese have been developing organic and environment-friendly agriculture, and how we are working with the official organic standard and building the social structure to encourage the overall development of organic and environment-friendly agriculture.

Developing reliable measures of the environment is important to increase our understanding of the environmental effects on walking among seniors. As a preliminary study for developing an instrument for measuring walkability of seniors' environment, the purpose of this study are to identify important assessment indicators associated with seniors' walking and to test their reliability using inter-rater and intra-rater reliability methods. A set of assessment indicators was identified through literature review, and field studies by trained raters were conducted in three senior centers located in Seongnam area in order to test reliability of the audit tool. The results indicated high percent agreement for most indicators and overall 91.6% and 86.1% of items assessed had good or medium inter-rater and intra-rater reliability, respectively. The reliable assessment indicators would provide reliable data for use in community-based audits of built environment in relation to walking among older adults. The findings showed that the indicators of aesthetics had lower reliability compare to safety, convenience, and access. Rater training with various images would improve rater agreement while reduce rater bias.

This study searches an improvement scheme of auditing on international financial environment since enforcing IFRS in order to secure transparency and reliability in corporate accounting and credibility in external audit from 2011 K-IFRS. As improvement schemes for the issue of the audit on K-GAAP are: First, the guarantee of the auditor's qualities of duties and talents about the lack of accountability and awareness and independence of auditor are needed. Secondly, the free acceptance or certified public accountant is adopted. Third, the non-Executive Director shall be granted. Fourth, the external auditor CPA and Auditor's remuneration should be increased. Fifth, the auditor's shares shall be limited. Sixth, the external audit to supervise and the ratio of supervision should increase. Finally, the foreign corporation for the time being limited to increase our competitiveness.

In order to maintain the continual safety management in a company, it needs to evaluate and monitor its implementation of safety management. Because the number of major-accidents is not an effective method of indicating company's safety performance, various efforts to develop more reasonable indicators have been made in world wide. After Korean government has legally required the PSM report, PSM compliance audit has been developed and made by the authorities concerned since 2005. However, this audit consists of complicate procedures difficult to utilize as companies' own audit program and corresponds to only a conformity check that confirms whether the PSM be operated and maintained properly. So a new index by which to measure easily the level of safety performance and self-monitor the implementation of safety management is needed. We have studied a new method that may quantitatively evaluate the performance of safety management by investigating application cases in foreign countries and doing the domestic survey of lots of companies subject to PSM regulation in Korea. This study proposes three of safety performance indices(SPI) together with the several prerequisite preconditions and the timing for application of each index. Although the first draft of SPI needs further legal support, it might help to evaluate every company's safety level. The second draft of SPI is a voluntarily evaluating method based on web-site online program. The last draft of SPI consists of a series of simple questions about 12 elements of PSM. Also each of 3 indices has differences in evaluation methodology and application area and, therefore, they may be used concurrently.

In this research, the concept of CM (configuration management) is introduced for proper applications to the life-cycle product data management. In addition, the activities for CM - CM management and planning, configuration identification, configuration control, configuration status accounting, and configuration verification and audit - are described in detail. For the management of distributed configuration data among governments, prime contractors, and subcontractors, development environments and functions for the configuration management information system (CMIS) are proposed.
