인터넷 전자상거래 기술의 발달에 따라 인터넷 경매 시장이 급속히 성장하고 있다. 인터넷 경매를 위하여 사용자는 수시로 경매 사이트를 방문하고, 경매정보를 모니터링하며, 또한 최종 가격을 평가하려고 시도한다. 그러나 사용자가 이차 같은 일들을 수작업으로 수행하는 것은 너무 비효율적이었다. 본 논문에서는 실시간 경매에서 비교 정보 검색과 사례 베이스 검색을 위한 에이전트 시스템 RAMAS(Real-Time Auction Information Monitoring Agent System)를 구현하였다. RAMAS는 사용자에게 여러 경매 사이트로부터 실시간으로 경매 정보를 제공하며, 사례 베이스로부터 적절한 가격정보도 제공하게 된다. 본 시스템을 이용하면 판매자와 구매자는 실시간 경매정도와 적절한 가격정보를 얻을 수 있다 따라서 그들은 부당한 손실 없이, 보다 효율적으로 적절한 가격에 도달할 수 있다.

Online exchange is a cost-effective approach to trade goods and information among multiple sellers and buyers. Shipping industry includes lots of global entities such as shippers, liners, ship owners and shipping agents. Marine insurance companies and ship repairers and many other groups are also supporting the industry. However, international shipping exchanges are located on few cities in the world. Its our motivation that a shipping market can be online so that market participants do the dealing while sitting where they are with more efficient manner, preferable price and larger pool of candidates of trading partners. This paper presents Korean governmental project of building a cyber shipping exchange. The exchange covers ship sale and purchase, charter, insurance, freight futures, repairs, supplying of ships oil and database service. The workflows of each business were analyzed and designed to fit for online environment. The project includes design of trading mechanism, online documents, data flow, data storage and security. Online match making and trading mechanisms such as auction, reverse auction, bid are used. The whole trading process involves multiple organizations and business processes. So, this Paper focuses on how each organization would play their roles so that users can complete transactions with integrated and transparent view. The online exchange selves also as maritime portal site that links to other sites for cooperation vertically or horizontally, and serves database and information in global perspective. The purpose of this paper is to derive the categories of negative e-WOM (electronic word of mouth) via consumer review. Disclosing the details of negative e-WOM based consumer reviews has never been done before. For this reason, a content analysis was adopted to provide knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon. This paper analyzes the content of 630 consumer reviews posted on the open market internet site, www.auction.co.kr. The analysis was conducted from October 20th, 2008 to March 10th, 2009. The results indicated that the negative e-WOM based consumer reviews can be divided into two categories: the cognitive evaluation and the expression of consumer's emotion. The category of cognitive evaluation is consisted of negative e-WOM of product, negative e-WOM of service, and warning about the risk of purchasing products. The category of expressing consumers' emotion are composed of venting customers' dissatisfaction and passive response of dissatisfaction. Investigating the details of negative e-WOM has a number of implications. Most importantly, the results revealed multidimensional structure of negative e-WOM. This understanding of negative e-WOM communication allows marketers to improve products and services that better meet customers' current and future needs.

과거의 전통적인 상거래 방식에서 벗어나 온라인을 이용한 전자상거래 분야의 발전이 급속도로 이루어지고 있다. 전자상거래의 한 분야인 온라인 경매시장에 대한 관심과 기술적 발전으로 인하여 온라인 경매가 성황리에 진행중이다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 경매에 대한 전반적인 이론, 유형, 기술, 경매 시스템들에 대해 살펴간 후, 시스템의 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 하여 간단한 경매사이트를 구축하였다. 경매사이트에 등록 후 진행중인 입찰상황을 실시간으로 모니터링 해오는 기법을 구현하였다. 실시간 시스템에 관한 모델을 제안하고 경매상황을 시각적으로 구현하는 모델을 제안하였다. 향후 연구과제는 상용으로 진행중인 여러 경매사이트 접근에 대한 한계성을 극복할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고 온라인 경매분야의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

전통적인 상거래 방식에서 인터넷을 이용한 전자상거래 분야로 다양한 발전이 이루어지고 있다. 전자거래의 한 분야인 경매시장에 대한 관심과 기술적 발전으로 인하여 인터넷 경매가 성황리에 진행중이다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 경매에 대한 전반적인 이론, 유형, 기숙, 경매시스템들에 대해 살펴본 후, 시스템의 분석된 내용을 바탕으로 하여 골라 경매사이트를 구축하였다. 경매사이트에 등륵 후 진행중인 입찰상황을 실시간으로 모니터링 하여 진행중인 경매상황을 시각적으로 구현하는 모델 개발에 중점을 두었다. 향후 연극과제는 상용으로 진행중인 여러 경매사이트 접근에 대한 한계성을 극복할 수 있는 방법을 제시하고 실시간 시각화 시스템 구현을 통한 경매분야의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

Parking lot within housing site contains public interest of relieving parking space shortage problem and subject to public restriction. If auctioned off at higher price by excessive competition in general competitive bid for land bidders, the development of parking lot will be made against its original purpose supply. The core issue is that a bid price is quite often to be blown out of proportion by 150%~ 250% due to extreme competition and, could face serious problem if a winning bidder runs sale business. If it is rental business, although about 30% of the total floor space of the whole building to be used as neighborhood facilities, too high winning bid price cause to lose transparency. In case of sale at aggregate buildings, most business operators would sell 30% of the neighborhood facilities, spare the parking lot and manages thereof separately. According to Aggregate Buildings Act, neighborhood facilities are allowed for individual registration and ownership of parking lot by business operator or designated person by business operator. In this case, the parking lot becomes 70% of the total floor space of the whole building and 70% of the land share which makes the mortgage very valuable and easier for business operator to get financial loan. There used to be many cases such as owners of neighborhood facilities (aggregate buildings partial owners) who run parking lot to repay their loan running parking lot to repay loan, but found that very tough and reached auction and relatively disadvantaged. For parking lot within housing site, it is recommend to exclude the public factors that land has and take into account of public restriction in area (housing site). Business opportunity for operators and protection of property rights for buyers in aggregate buildings, land supply method is recommended to replace from highest bid method into draw or private contract. In terms of price, supply at estimated price (construction price) and restriction on usage (Co-ownership of parking lot) proposals are submitted.

최근에 발생한 네이트와 옥션, 농협 등의 기업 및 대형 포털 웹 사이트에서의 도용된 ID와 패스워드를 이용한 개인 정보의 유출 사고는 개인 정보 보호의 중요성을 시사한다. 사용자 계정에 대한 접근을 실시간으로 관리하면, 사용자는 개인 정보 유출이 발생하기 전에 해당 접근을 차단할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 포털 사이트로부터 인가 받은 ID와 패스워드를 타인이 사용하여 접속하는 경우에 발생 가능한 개인 정보의 유출 사고를 방지하기 위한 방안을 제시한다. 구체적으로는 사용자에게 로그인 상태 정보를 가시화하여 보여주고 필요에 따라 특정 IP(Internet Protocol)와 시간에 따른 정보를 확인할 수 있는 모바일 상태 제어 앱을 제안함으로써, 실시간으로 사용자 계정의 로그인 상태를 제어한다. 또한 IP 주소를 변경하며 접속하는 duplicated login을 탐지하고 차단하기 위한 방안을 제안한다.

본 논문은 산림부문을 대상으로 국내 적용 가능한 생태계서비스지불제 유형 및 구성요소를 설계하고 지불제 이행을 위한 지수체계를 개발하는 한편 사례분석을 통하여 지수체계의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 지수체계는 3개의 지표그룹 즉, 생태계서비스 공급량 현황, 산림관리계획 수립으로 인해 예상되는 생태계서비스 개선정도, 프로그램 이행을 위한 실질비용 측정을 위한 지표그룹으로 구성하였다. 사례분석 결과 생태계서비스 공급량에 있어 동일한 측정값을 나타낼지라도 관리요소 및 실질비용 시나리오에 따라 생태계서비스 종합점수는 최저 301점에서 최고 501점까지(충북 괴산군 사례지역 1의 경우) 또는 최저 273점에서 최고 460점(강원 평창군 사례지역 2의 경우)까지 차별화되는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 토지소유자가 어떤 수준의 관리계획과 모니터링을 선택했는지에 따라 단위비용당 종합점수로 표현되는 비용효과성이 다양하게 나타날 수 있음을 예시하는 결과로서, 지불제 이행 시 생태계서비스 점수만을 고려할 경우와 비용효과성 측면을 동시에 고려할 경우 상이한 결론 도출이 가능하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 항공권 예약 발권 웹사이트의 서비스 품질을 측정 뿐만 아니라 서비스 회복도 측정하고자 하였다. 또한 서비스 품질과 서비스 회복이 고객만족 및 충성의도에 미치는 영향관계를 실증하고자 하였다. 온라인 서비스 품질과 온라인 서비스 회복의 측정을 위해 Parasuraman, Zeithaml, & Malhotra(2005)가 개발한 E-S-QUAL과 E-RecS-QUAL을 사용했으며, 했다. E-S-QUAL은 온라인 서비스 품질을 측정하는 도구로써, 효율성, 시스템 이용가능성, 이행성, 프라이버시의 4개 차원 22개 항목으로 구성된다. E-RecS-QUAL은 온라인 서비스 회복을 측정하는 도구로써, 반응, 보상, 접촉의 3개 차원 11개 항목으로 구성된다. 실증분석을 위한 설문조사는 항공사나 여행사의 웹사이트를 통해 국내 외 항공권을 구입해 본 경험이 있는 소비자를 대상으로 실시하였는데, 총 400부가 회수되었고, 이 중 342부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 실증분석을 위해 AMOS 7.0과 SPSS 15.0을 사용하였다. 먼저, SPSS 15.0을 사용하여, 요인점수를 이용한 회귀분석으로 가설검증을 한 결과, <가설 I-1, 2, 3, 4, II-1, 2, 3, III-1, IV-1>이 전부 채택되었다. 온라인 서비스 품질과 온라인 서비스 회복의 각 차원은 모두 전반적인 서비스 품질에 유의한 영향을 보였고, 전반적인 서비스 품질은 고객만족에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 고객만족 역시 충성의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 한편 AMOS 7.0을 사용하여 모형 분석을 하였는데, 모형의 적합도는 가설검증을 하기에 합당한 수치가 나왔다. 이를 토대로 가설검증을 한 결과, <가설 I-1, 3, II-1, 3, III-1, IV-1>은 채택되었고, <가설 I-2, 4, II-2>는 기각되었다. 이 결과는 Parasuraman et al.(2005)이 주장한 것처럼 E-S-QUAL을 나타내는 데는 요인점수를 이용한 회귀분석이 더 적합하다는 것을 보여주는 것이라고 판단된다. 이를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점을 정리하였다.
