후방십자인대 재건술에서 이식건의 위치에 대하여는 많은 연구가 진행되고 논란이 있으나, 아직까지 이상적인 위치에 관한 결론은 없는 실정이다. 대퇴부착부가 등장성에 중요한 역할을 한다는데는 의견의 일치가 있으며, 대퇴 부착부의 위치는 등장위치를 주장한 관점에서 보면 Grood등이 주장한 등장점에서 약 4mm 원위부가, 해부학적 위치를 주장한 관점에서 보면 Harner등이 주장한 해부학적 대퇴부착부의 전방 1/2이 가장 이상적인 위치라고 사료된다.

This paper presents the dynamic stability of a cantilevered Timoshenko beam with a concentrated mass, partially attached to elastic foundations, and subjected to a follower force. Governing equations are derived from the extended Hamilton's principle, and FEM is applied to solve the discretized equation. The influence of some parameters such as the elastic foundation parameter, the positions of partial elastic foundations, shear deformations, the rotary inertia of the beam, and the mass and the rotary inertia of the concentrated mass on the critical flutter load is investigated. Finally, the optimal attachment ratio of partial elastic foundation that maximizes the critical flutter load is presented.

The beam with a tip concentrated mass is assumed to be a Timoshenko beam taking into account its rotary inertia and shear deformation. Governing equations are derived by extended Hamilton's principle, and finite element method is applied to solve the discretized equation. Critical follower force depending on the attachment ratios of partial elastic foundations, rotary inertia of the beam and magnitude and rotary inertia of the tip mass is fully investigated.

최근에, 의치의 유지, 안정성, 지지를 개선시키기 위해 골유착 임플란트가 사용되고 있다. 여러 연구에서 하악에 두 개의 임플란트를 식립한 후 제작된 피개의치가 환자 보철에서 기능과 만족의 유의한 증가를 나타내고 있다. stud, magnet, 그리고 bar attachment를 포함하여 다양한 attachment 시스템을 사용해 임상적으로 예상 가능하고 효과적인 것이 증명되었다. 본 증례에서 2개의 임플란트를 이용한 피개의치가 무치하악의 치료를 위한 고려의 기본이 될 수 있다는 것을 나타낸다.

무치악은 총의치나 임플란트 보철물로 수복이 가능하며 임플란트를 이용한 피개의치는 총의치보다 유지와 안정이 우수하고, 임플란트 고정성 보철물에 비해 저렴하고 심미적이다. CM $LOC^{(R)}$ $Pekkton^{(R)}$ 어태치먼트는 여자부가 poly-ether-ketone-ketone으로 마모저항성이 뛰어나다. 한편, SR Ivocap system은 가압주사성형법으로 의치의 수직고경 변화가 적고 강도가 우수하다. 본 증례에서 상악은 4개의 임플란트 식립 후 CM $LOC^{(R)}$ $Pekkton^{(R)}$ 어태치먼트와 SR Ivocap system을 이용한 임플란트 유지 피개의치를, 하악은 가철성 국소의치를 제작하였고 심미적 및 기능적으로 만족스러운 결과를 얻었기에 이를 보고하는 바이다.

상악의 악성 종양에 대한 치료로서 상악골 절제술이 시행되며 필연적으로 이것은 환자 구개부에 결손부를 생성한다. 이로 인해 안모의 변형, 연하, 저작, 발음 등 다양한 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 상악골 절제술 후 이런 문제들을 극복하기 위해 외과적 재건 또는 보철적 치료가 치료 방법으로 선택될 수 있으나 대부분의 상악골 절제술 환자에서 구강악안면 재건의 방법으로 구개폐쇄장치가 더 선호된다. 본 증례는 Aramany 분류 II급에 해당하는 상악골 부분 절제술을 시행한 환자에게 구개폐쇄장치의 유지와 안정을 얻고 모든 기존의 금관수복물을 유지할 수 있는 swing-lock attachment를 사용하여 수복한 임상과정 및 결과에 관하여 보고하고자 한다.

본 연구는 청소년의 가정폭력노출경험이 인터넷 게임중독에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 부모애착의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 청소년의 인터넷 게임중독 예방 및 개입에 필요한 근거를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 여성가족부의 "2010년 전국가정폭력 실태조사" 중 '아동 및 청소년 가정폭력 실태 조사' 자료를 사용하였으며 최종 분석대상은 중 고등학생 총 709명이다. 구조방정식을 이용한 분석결과, 가정폭력노출경험은 청소년의 인터넷 게임중독에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 않았고 부모애착의 감소를 통해 간접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 애착 대상인 부모가 폭력행동의 주 객체가 될 때, 청소년은 부모에게 정서적 유대감이나 안정감을 얻지 못하게 되고 현실세계의 부모와의 관계에서 애착 안정감이 결여됨에 따라 이를 대체하기 위하여 가상의 게임세계에 유대감이나 애정을 두어 몰입하게 된다고 볼 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 통해 청소년의 인터넷 게임중독 예방 및 개입을 위한 실천방안이 논의되었다.

In the case of failed fixed implant prosthesis accompanied by abutment screw fracture, fractured screw fragment must be removed to use the existing implant fixtures. A 61-year-old male patient, who had a failed maxillary fixed implant prosthesis accompanied by three abutment screw fracture, hoped to reconstruct the maxillary implant prosthesis, while maintaining the existing implant fixtures. To use the existing implant fixtures, fractured screw fragments were removed. A maxillary implant overdenture using available existing implants was planned. Bar-attachment with Locator was used for implant splinting, denture stability, and retention. Final impression was taken after treatment of peri-implantitis. Jaw relation registration was taken to evaluate available interarch space for bar-attachment. After fabricating bar-attachment, centric relation was taken. Implant overdenture using bar-attachment with Locator was delivered after wax-denture evaluation. This case report showed that a satisfactory clinical result was achieved by implant overdenture using existing implant fixtures in a maxillary edentulous patient.

Purpose - This study examines the mediating effect of switching costs (economic risk costs and setup costs) on the relationships of country image with product attitude and product attachment. Switching-cost effects for the Korean Wave, which are insufficiently addressed in the literature, were investigated using the country image of Korea as a proxy for the Korean Wave. Moreover, this study examined the economic effects of the Korean Wave and the negative effect of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) deployment on these economic effects. Design/methodology - A total of 302 Chinese consumers were surveyed using a questionnaire. Because this was an exploratory study and was not based on a classical model, the PLS-SEM method was employed to test the stability of the model and its hypotheses. Findings - Switching costs had mediating effects on the relationships of country image with product attitude and product attachment. The switching-cost effects for the Korean Wave were verified. However, neither the economic image nor cultural image of Korea had significant effects on the economic risk costs. Moreover, the economic image of Korea had no significant effect on the set-up costs. Originality/value - This study broadened the understanding of the relationships among country image, switching costs, product attitude, and product attachment and advanced the knowledge of relevant theories. The results contribute theoretically to the literature on switching-cost effects for the Korean Wave. The results confirmed the negative effect of THAAD deployment on the economic effects of the Korean Wave. In the rapidly developing international environment, these research results could serve as theoretical reference guidelines for suppliers when developing marketing strategies.
