KayPENTAX Phonatory Aerodynamic System Model 6600의 수행방법에 따른 공기역학 변수 비교 (Comparison of Aerodynamic Variables according to the Execution Methods of KayPENTAX Phonatory Aerodynamic System Model 6600)

  • In case of PAS test, the air is sometimes leaked although the mask is tightly attached to the face, which is not reliable on the measured values. Therefore, this study aimed to assist the clinical practice suggesting the test method of PAS without air leakage. In the healthy subjects with 12 males and 12 females over 19 years old, three types of tests were performed on the voicing efficiency among the protocol of PAS Model 6600. They are; first, to attach the mask tightly to the face holding the handle of PAS with the subject's two hands (Method 1); second, to attach the mask tightly to the face holding the handle of PAS with the subject's one hand and pushing the body of PAS strongly with the other hand (Method 2); and third, to attach the mask tightly to the face pushing the upper part of the mask by the tester when the subject attached the mask to his or her face holding the handle of PAS with two hands (Method 3). Upon the study analyses, the mean negative pressure, the mean phonogram, subglottic air pressure, and voicing efficiency were shown to be statistically significantly different during PAS test in males depending on the methods. (p<.05) In case of females, only the target airflow rate showed significant difference depending on the methods during PAS test. (p<.001) In conclusion, Method 2 enhanced the noise level and strength while Method 1 was likely to leak the air more compared to the other two methods in males. In case of females, Method 1 showed significant leakage of the air flow. Not to allow the air flow leakage without affecting the outcome of PAS test, it will be the most useful for the tester to push the mask to the subject's face tightly (Method 3).

  • 포란한 성충 암컷 Tigriopus japonicus(요각류)를 내분비계 교란물질로 잘 알려져 있는 4-nonylphenol에 노출하여 생존율과 포란율의 변화를 살펴보았다. 실험생물은 2004년 4월 제주도 구안연안에서 플랑크톤망으로 쓸어 잡기로 채집한 후 실내순응을 한 달 동안 시켰다 치사율은 노출농도의 높아지면 증가하였으나 그 경향이 뚜렷하지 않았다. 반면, 노출 후 처음으로 치사한 개체가 발생하는 시기는 비처리군과 처리군에 따라 명백한 차이를 보였다. 포란한 암컷을 실험조건에 이동시키면 생리적인 변동으로 인해 알이 떨어졌다가 $4\~5$일 후 비처리군은 $100\%$ 포란을 회복하지만 처리 군에서는 $89\~95\%$가 회복되어 약제노출에 따른 영향을 보였다. 치사가 발생하는 시기는 비처리 시에는 10일 후부터이지만 노출 시에는 4에서 6일 후부터 발생하였다.

다이접착필름용 조성물의 탄성 계수 및 경화 특성 최적화 (Optimization of Elastic Modulus and Cure Characteristics of Composition for Die Attach Film)

  • 더욱 작고 얇고 빠르며, 많은 기능을 가진 모바일 기기에 대한 요구가 그 어느 때보다 높다. 이에 대한 기술적 대응의 하나로 여러 개의 칩을 적층하는 Stacked Chip Scale Package(SCSP)가 어셈블리 업계에서 사용되고 있다. 다수의 칩을 접착하는 유기접착제로는 필름형 접착제인 die attach film(DAF)가 사용된다. 칩과 유기기판의 접착의 경우, DAF가 기판의 단차를 채우기 위해서는 고온에서 높은 유동성이 요구된다. 또한 와이어 사이를 채우면서 고용량 메모리와 같이 동일한 크기의 칩을 접착하는 DAF의 경우에도, 본딩 온도에서 높은 유동성이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 DAF의 주요 원재료 3성분에 대한 혼합물 설계 실험계획법을 통하여 고온에서 낮은 탄성계수를 갖도록 최적화하고, 이에 따른 점착 특성 및 경화 특성을 평가하였다. 3성분은 아크릴 고분자(SG-P3)와 연화점이 다른 두 개의 고상에폭시 수지(YD011과 YDCN500-1P)이다. 실험계획법 평가 결과에 따르면, 고온에서는 아크릴 고분자 SG-P3의 함량이 작을수록 탄성계수가 작은 값을 나타내었다. $100^{\circ}C$에서의 탄성계수는 SG-P3의 함량이 20% 감소한 경우, 1.0 MPa에서 0.2 MPa 수준으로 감소하였다. 반면, 상온에서의 탄성계수는 연화점이 높은 에폭시 YD011에 의해 크게 좌우되었다. 최적 처방은 UV 다이싱 테이프를 적용시 98.4% 수준의 비교적 양호한 다이픽업 성능을 나타냈다. 유리칩을 실리콘 기판에 부착하고 에폭시를 1단계 경화시킨 경우, 크랙이 발생하였으나, 아민 경화 촉진제의 함량 증가와 2단계 경화를 통하여 크랙의 발생을 최소화할 수 있었다. 이미다졸계 촉진제가 아민계 촉진제에 비해 효과가 우수하였다.

티타늄 배양에 대한 배양골수와 치은 섬유아세포의 생체적합성 (The Biocompatibility Of Cultured Bone Marrow Cells And Gingival Fibroblasts On The Titanium Surfaces)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate the response in aspect of attachment and growth rate of osteoblasts and growth rate of osteoblasts and human gingival fibroblasts to the commercially pure titanium(CP titanium)and titanium alloy(Ti-6AI-4V) that are used widely as implant materials, and to obtain the basic information to ideal implant materials. In the studly, commercially pure titanium in first test group, titanium alloy(Ti-6AI-4V) in second test group, cobalt-chrome-molybdenum alloy(Co-Cr-Mo alloy) in positive control group, and tissue culture polystyrene plate in negative control group were used. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Bone marrow cells cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6Al-4V showed significantly greater attachment and growth rate(p(0.05) compared to Co-Cr-Mo alloy in each time. 2. There were no significant differences(p>0.05) in attachment and growth rate of bone marrow cells cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6AI-4V or tissue culture plate. 3. Most bone marrow cells cultured on CP titanium, Ti-6Al-4V and tissue culture plate were attached well to each substratum in first 2days, and then, grew at higher growth rate. On the other hand, some cells cultured on Co-Cr-Mo alloy failed to attach in first 2 days, and then, attached cells grew at lower growth rate than other groups. 4. Attachment and growth rates of gingival fibroblasts cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6Al-4V showed no significant differences(p>0.05) compared to Co-Cr-Mo alloy in 2 days, but significantly greater increase(p<0.05) in 5 and 9 days. 5. There were no significantly differences(p>0.05) between growth rates on gingival fibroblasts cultured on CP titanium, Ti-6Al-4V and tissue culture plate in 2 and 5days, but a significant lower growth rate(p<0.05) on CP titanium and Ti-6Al-4V versus tissue culture plate. 6. Some gingival fibroblasts cultured on all specimen groups failed to attach, but attached cells grew well, especially on CP titanium, Ti-GAl-4V and tissue culture plate. 7. There were no significant differences(P>0.05) between growth rates of both bone marrow cells and gingival fibroblasts cultured on CP titanium and Ti-6AI-4V. As a result of this study, both commercially pure titanium and Ti-6AI-4V showed excellent biocompatibility and there was no significant difference in the cellular response to the both metals. Bone marrow cells cultured on each substratum showed significantly greater growth rate and responded sensitively to cytotoxic effects of metal surfaces compared to gingival fibroblasts. Considering cell response to the substrate, it was likely that the composition itself of titanium metals have no significant effect on the biocompatibility. Further study need to be done to evaluate the influence of surface characteristics on cellular responses.

다공성 여재를 이용한 고정생물막 반응기 특성에 관한 연구 (The study on Fixed Bio-reactor Characteristics Using Porous Media)

  • The purpose of this study is to observe a specific removal efficiency of synthethetic wastewater which is managed by upflow submerged type at porous media which was sinteringed on a comparative low temperature 600$\circ$C, was annexed slag and humus soil with main material kaolinite. Observing removal efficiency quality of each media, a mixed media of kaolinite and humus soil by gravity percent 60, 40% respectively showed the most excellent removal utility, and applied predictive models for suspended culture kinetics without consideration diffusion limitation, and when analyzed kinetic which had been processed by this study the removal efficiency accompanied by carbon, nitrogen, phosphorous volumetric loading rate variation standed for a comparative large change rate 61~71%, it means the selection of the most proper load factor had a great effect on the highly removal efficiency, yield coefficient(Y) and specific microbial attach equation showed 1.53 mgVSS/mgCOD, $m_p=10039.4\times ((S_0)/(6.75+S_0))$ repectively.

  • More recently, workers and passengers of casualties has increased by rear-end collisions of unexpected while working on the road. Recently attracted air chamber TMA mounting car accidents which occurred in 3 years, and analyzed the effect of reducing the shock absorption and protection performance and casualties. There is a risk of the vehicle AIS4 more injury of high five accidents of casualties risk, also, was the analysis that there is risk of death was avoided by the air chamber TMA and SGT. Therefore, by mounting the TMA in the rear-end accident, so you can reduce the death and casualties, it must be increased this of attach rate for road construction vehicle.

고정생물막 공법을 이용한 질소제거에 있어서 제한요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Limiting Factors in Nitrogen Removal with Fixed Biofilm Process)

  • This study was to discuss limiting factors influenced on the removal efficiencies of nitrogenous compounds investigated using the polypropyrene media which was to attach microorganism in order to apply the fixed-biofilm process. The main limiting factors are the hydraulic retention time (HRT), C/N ratio, $COD/NO_{3}-N$ ratio and temperature. The hydraulic retention time HRT were 6, 8, 10, 12 hrs and the C/N ratio range was 2.5-9.5. The $COD/NO_{3}-N$ ratio range was 3.2-21.9 and the temperature were 15, 20, 25, 30, $35^{\circ}C$, respectively. The results of this study are summerized as follows. 1. Hydraulic retention time (HRT) to obtain removal efficiencies of T-N higher than 85% had to be 10 hrs above. 2. The removal efficiencies of T-N decreased at C/N ratio from 6.2 to 4.8 in this anoxic-contact aeration system. 3. Denitrification rate decreased at $COD/NO$_{3}$-N$ ratio from 8.0 to 5.0 4. As temperature increased, removal efficiencies of T-N increased.

핀튜브 열교환기용 전관확관 유닛 개발 (Development of Hybrid Expander Unit for Fin Tube Heat Exchanger)

  • In this paper, the hybrid tube expander unit for fin and tube type heat exchanger are developed by means of enlarging and inserting the smooth tube with a small diameter to a finned tube having larger diameter. In other word, the tube expander tool that is easy to attach and remove from tube is developed. The hybrid tube expander unit developed in this study can move easily and enlarge the tube without fixing at tube sheet. Also, this unit has a function removing scales inside tube by replacing a tube expander ball.

태양광 패널 최적기의 유선 및 무선 통신 시스템 설계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Design of Wired and Wireless Communication System for Solar Panel Optimizer)

  • In this paper, we have designed a solar photovoltaic system to attach solar photovoltaic modules to each module and develop the best efficiency in each module. The efficiency of the designed solar panel optimizer was more than 99.27% and MPPT efficiency of 99.66%. In addition, the monitoring of power generation and abnormal operation phenomenon in each optimum period and tracking for failure location of specific photovoltaic module have improved the utilization rate of photovoltaic power generation. Wired and wireless communication methods has been proposed to monitor the power generation and operation status of the solar panel optimizer. For this purpose, the RS485 communication was used for wire communication and Zigbee communication was used for wireless communication to monitor the status of each module in real time. It is shown that communication redundancy can be achieved through the proposed method, and the possibility of commercialization is suggested.

  • Tissue engineering may be adequately defined as the science of persuading the body to regenerate or repair tissue that fail to regenerate or heal spontaneously. In the various techniques of cartilage tissue engineering, the use of 3-dimensional polymeric scaffolds implanted at a tissue defect site is usually involved. These scaffolds provided a framework for cells to attach, proliferate, and form extracellular matrix(ECM). The scaffolds may also serve as carriers for cells and/or growth factors. In the ideal case, scaffold absorb at a predefined rate so that the 3-dimensional space occupied by the initial scaffold is replaced by regenerated host tissue. (omitted)
