  • The exact estimation of physical growth by Obesity level has important meaning to the health care and evaluation on adolescent girls. So this study tried to clear the relationship between weight and body fat by using data for the height, weight of 124 elementary school children and high school student in Seoul. Then this study tried to show the physical growth pattern and various characteristics by Obesity level by using longitudinal for the height, weight of 1113 high school students in Seoul, and it also tried to show what influencing factors on the physical growth of this aged population. The result could be summarized as follows. 1. The relationship between weight and body fat(%) has 0.81475(r) at age 9 and 0.69361(r) at age 18. Also the relationship between weight and lean body muscle(LBM %) has -0.81470(r) at age 9 and -0.64729(r) at age 18. 2. The weakness, normal and obesity groups were classified by Obesity level. In case of weakness group showed the very low Obesity level at age 8 to 11, in case of obesity group showed the high Obesity level at age 15 to 18. Also Rohrer index was decreasing tendency up to age 12 in weakness group and increasing tendency over age 14 in obesity group. 3. When the height and weight growth pattern was compared, height growth was superior to weight growth at age 9 to 14.5 in normal group. But weight growth was inferior to height growth at age 9 to 14.5 in normal group. In obesity group, weight growth was superior to height growth at age 7 to 18. On the other hand the height growth of weakness group was superior to the normal group and the obesity group except age 11 to 12. 4. On height velocity curve by PHV age obesity group showed the most growth amount per year(9.00Cm/yr), and the next is normal group(8.77Cm/yr), weakness group(8.70Cm/yr). Then the difference between PHV age and PWV age was within 1 year in these three groups. 5. In these three groups, height velocity curve by menarcheal age showed the PHV before 2~3 years of menarcheal age. And weight velocity curve by menarcheal age showed the remarkable PWV before 1 year of menarcheal age.

  • Technological advances are bringing autonomous vehicles to the ever-evolving transportation system. Anticipating adoption of these technologies by users is essential to vehicle manufacturers for making more precise production and marketing strategies. The research investigates regulatory focus and consumer innovativeness with consumers' adoption of autonomous vehicles (AVs) and to consumers' subsequent willingness to pay for AVs. An online questionnaire was fielded to confirm predictions, and regression analysis was conducted to verify the model's validity. The results show that a promotion focus does not have a significantly positive effect on the automation level at which consumers will adopt AVs, but a prevention focus has a significantly positive effect on conditional AV adoption. Consumer innovativeness, consumers' novelty-seeking have a significantly positive relationship with high and full AV adoption, and consumers' independent decision-making has a significantly positive effect on full AV adoption. The higher the level of automation at which a consumer adopts AVs, the higher the willingness to pay for them. Finally, using a neural network and decision tree analyses, we show methods with which to describe three categories for potential adopters of AVs.

  • Because of the COVID-19 epidemic, many countries have made the obligation to wear masks normal. Wearing masks in public places has become a must. At present, wearing a mask to participate in sports makes it very common. People seek to gain health through exercise but ignore the potential respirato-ry health threat. That is, wearing a mask will cause a decrease in oxygen content in the body. This neg-ative impact becomes more prominent as the wear-ing time and oxygen consumption increase. To pro-tect people from viruses and enjoy a healthy life. This paper proposes a breathing pattern that im-proves blood oxygen saturation while wearing a jogging mask and walking. Namely, shouting breathing pattern. Use a pulse oximeter to measure the blood oxygen saturation of running at different speeds and compare the normal breathing pattern and the shouting breathing pattern. The results show that the shouting breathing pattern has a sig-nificant improvement in the blood oxygen satura-tion of low-speed walking and medium-speed jog-ging.

  • Accounting is one of the fields greatly affected by the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in general and the digital transformation trend in particular. However, the digital transformation process will also be a weakness if domestic accounting and auditing training activities do not adapt promptly and keep up with the practical requirements of social needs. Job opportunities in the accounting industry will shrink due to increased labor productivity and increasing support technologies, leading to a decrease in the need for traditional accountants. This paper focuses on clarifying the shortcomings and difficulties in accounting training activities by surveying 120 accounting lecturers teaching at domestic universities. Research results show that there are six existing factors and difficulties in accounting training activities due to the digital transformation process, including: facilities, lecturer capacity, training programs, teaching methods. teaching, assessment methods and practice and practice activities. Based on the survey results, we propose recommendations for training activities due to the impact of digital transformation at universities in Vietnam.

  • This study was conducted to examine the relationship between socio-familial characteristics and health status in early stage of elderly life. In this study, a total of 252 Korean males and females aged 55 to 74 were interviewed to obtain information on various socio-familial characteristics such as age, gender, residence, marital status, education, religion, distance with children, household size, and living arrangements. They were also examined for self-perceived depression and diagnosed health problems. The analysis of the results show that marital status, gender, and living arrangement were major characteristics differentiating health status; widowed women living apart from their children are at lower level for most items of hea1th status such as emotional, circulatory, respiratory, digestive, and muscle and skeletal function. Based on this analysis, suggestions are made for efficient health management. First, widowed females living without children are encouraged to participate in regular health promotion programs in self-organized groups. Second, usual welfare service programs need to be segregated for each age group, so that relatively young elderly are not frustrated from being treated together with extremely frail older elderly. Third, low education group living in rural area are offered preventive medical services for muscular and skeletal related health problems.

  • Objectives: This study examines the relationship between social capital and suicidal impulse for the Metropolitan Seoul residents, paying particular attention on individual and area level risk factors using multilevel analysis techniques. Methods: Data are obtained from the 2005 Seoul Health Indicators Survey and the Seoul Survey. At the individual level, we analyze demographic variables including sex, age, marital status, educational attainments, family income, field of economic activities, having close friends or relatives, and having participating groups or organization. To measure the area level social capital, happiness index, attitude toward minority, the percent of volunteer activity, the percent of having close friends or relatives, and the percent of participating groups or organization are considered. A multilevel logistic regression analysis is conducted utilizing the SAS 9.1. Result: Results show that non-aged, female, not currently married, unemployed individuals tend to have relatively high motivation of suicide. Controlling for individual level covariates, the relationship between social capital and suicidal impulse is neither significant nor substantial. Further, the consideration of area social capital does not explain the variances in suicidal impulse across 25 Kus. Conclusion: Suicidal impulse among Seoul residents is mainly attributable to the composition of individual characteristics but little to the contextual social capital.
