After laws for recycling promotion of construction wastes was established on December, 2003, successive technical and institutional measures related to construction wastes are driven. Typically quality standards for recycled aggregate were enacted and officially announced, and recently the quality assurance system for recycled aggregate is promoted to be established. In relation, this study reviewed major factors affecting certification examination necessary to carry out quality assurance system for recycled aggregate and related standards to guarantee the quality of recycled aggregate. More specifically it is suggested that working place examination related to manufacturing facility and planning, quality control manpower and system, environmental and safety control, etc, and quality inspection with classified by for road construction, for concrete, and for asphalt concrete are used as quality assurance standards.

국내에서 방사선치료를 위한 선형가속기 품질관리 프로토콜은 많이 개발되어 왔지만 선형가속기를 기반으로 하는 방사선수술장비의 품질관리 프로토콜 개발은 현재까지 거의 이루어져 있지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 선형가속기 기반 일체형 방사선수술장비인 노발리스의 정확도 및 정밀도를 유지하기 위하여 일간, 주간, 월간, 연간에 주기적으로 시행하여야 하는 노발리스 품질관리 프로토콜을 개발 하고 품질관리 상태의 종합적 확인을 할 수 있는 해부학적 팬텀을 제작하였다. 이를 위하여 국내외의 선형가속기를 이용하는 방사선수술 품질관리 프로토콜의 수집 및 분석을 통해 필수적인 품질관리항목과 각 항목의 허용치를 정하였다. 노발리스 품질관리 항목은 기계적 정확도 부분과 방사선 전달 부분의 2가지로 분리하고 기계적 정확도 부분은 방사선발생 장치부, 보조장치부, 그리고 미세다엽 시준기부의 3가지 부분으로 방사선 전달부분은 치료 중심점 평가와 선량학적 평가의 2가지 부분으로 나누어 작성하였다. 최종적으로 노발리스 품질관리 유지를 위하여 시행하여야 하는 일간, 주간, 월간, 연간의 노발리스 품질관리 항목 표를 완성하였다. 완성된 노발리스 품질관리항목 표는 노발리스가 방사선수술에 적합한 정확도 및 정밀도를 유지하는데 필요한 지표로서 기여 할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

전문가 그룹의 외부검사를 통하여 의료기관 자체적으로 시행되고 있는 품질관리를 평가하고 구조적 문제점에 대한 상호보완을 하고자 하였다. 외부 검사의 정당성 확보를 위해 전국 80여 개의 의료기관 중 지역 분포를 고려하여 30여 개를 선정하였고, 최종 25개의 의료기관이 자발적 참여의사를 신청하였다. 참여의료기관은 비공개를 원칙으로 하였고, 사전에 상호 비교하여 검증된 측정 장비를 가지고 직접 방문하여 측정하는 것을 원칙으로 하였다. 두 개 이상의 광자선을 대상으로 출력선량을 측정하였고, 갠트리회전 정확도, 콜리메이터 회전 정확도, 다엽콜리메이터 이동 위치 정확도 등을 측정하였다. 출력선량 측정에서 6 MV의 경우 -0.8%~4.5%까지 절대오차를 보였고, 10 MV의 경우 -0.79%~3.01%이었고, 15 MV에서 -0.7%~0.07% 절대오차를 나타내었다. 25개 의료 기관을 대상으로 한 50개의 광자선 중에서 절대 흡수선량이 2% 이상 되는 에너지가 8개(16%)로 나타났다. 조사면과 갠트리, 콜리메이터 회전축 일치도는 2개 의료기관을 제외하고 모두 ${\pm}2$ mm 이내의 결과를 보였다. 다엽콜리메이터 이동 위치 정확도는 모두 ${\pm}1$ mm 이내의 정확도를 보였다. 에너지 선질 조사에서 광자선 6 MV의 경우 KQ 값의 최고값과 최저값의 차이는 0.4%로 나타났다. 물 흡수선량 기반 측정 기준서 사용기관은 21개(84%), 공기 흡수선량 기반 측정 기준서 사용기관은 4개(16%)로 조사되었고, SSD 측정법을 사용하는 기관은 22개, SAD 측정법을 사용하는 기관은 3개 기관으로 조사되었다. 외부검사는 자체적으로 시행되고 있는 품질관리의 구조적인 문제점을 찾아 상호 보완하는 것임으로 매우 중요하다. 따라서 전문가 그룹 및 국가가 함께 주기적이고, 지속적인 외부검사가 시행 될 수 있도록 국제 수준의 전문가의 양성 및 국가지원 제도가 필요하다고 사료된다.

한국항공우주연구원에서는 1.5톤급의 실용위성을 태양동기궤도에 투입할 수 있는 3단형 발사체인 한국형발사체 KSLV-II를 개발하고 있다. 한국형발사체의 개발과정으로 2018년에는 2단과 3단으로 구성된 시험발사체(TLV)를 발사할 계획이며 여기에 사용되는 추진기관은 한국형발사체의 2단 엔진인 75톤급 엔진의 지상형 모델과 추진제 탱크, 공급 시스템이 적용되게 될 것이다. 현재 엔진시스템을 포함한 시험발사체 추진기관의 경우, 엔지니어링모델(EM)의 조립과 인증모델(QM)의 제작, 납품이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국형발사체 추진기관의 개발중 수행되고 있는 제품보증 활동에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

군수품의 품질보증을 담당하는 국방기술품질원에서는 크게 4가지 형태로 군수품을 구분하여 품질보증 활동을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 군수품에 대한 품질보증형태 분류는 품질보증기관의 입장에서만 결정되었기에 다른 이해관계자라 할 수 있는 방위사업청, 제조업체 및 수요군에서 요구되는 분류 기준과 상이할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 군수품에 대한 효율적인 조달 및 생산, 품질보증을 위한 적정 군수품 품질보증 형태 분류 기준을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 군수품에 대한 정부 품질보증기관인 기품원 뿐만 아니라 정부 조달물자의 품질확인을 담당하는 한국조달연구원의 품목 분류제도에 대해 살펴보았다. 또한 방사청 등 계약 및 제조, 품질보증, 수요군 등 모든 관련기관 입장에서의 적절한 군수품 분류기준을 정의하고 분석하였으며, 현 기준에 따른 군수품 분류 데이터 현황을 파악하였다. 아울러 제시된 품질보증형태 분류 기준을 활용한 적용사례 역시 제시하였다. 끝으로 본 연구에서 제시된 품질보증 형태 분류 기준을 적용한 차등화된 정부 품질보증 활동을 통해 업무 효율성 개선을 통한 군수품 품질향상에 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

To successfully carry out large scale research projects while su, pp.rting quality assurance of research output, effective and systematic management through utilization of resources such as manpower, time and cost as well as engineering techniques such as component technology and design methodology is required. It is necessary to establish development methodology to su, pp.rt quality assurance. The development methodology covers the contents and procedures of the project, such as division of the project into independently executable units, allocation of resources including researchers, component technology, related know-how and equipment, deployment of research units and integration of the project at the end. In this paper we present systematic development methodology for quality assurance in large scale software development projects by analyzing the contents of the methodology a, pp.ied to the Gigabit Information-processing And Networking Technology development project(GIALT).

The Common Criteria (CC) philosophy is to provide assurance based upon an evaluation of the IT product or system that is to be trusted. Evaluation has been the traditional means of providing assurance. It is essential that not only the customer' srequirements for software functionality should be satisfied but also the security requirements imposed on the software development should be effectively analyzed and implemented in contributing to the security objectives of customer's requirements. Unless suitable requirements are established at the start of the software development process, the resulting end product, however well engineered, may not meet the objectives of its anticipated consumers. By the security evaluation, customer can sure about the quality of the products or systems they will buy and operate. In this paper, we propose a selection guide for If products by showing relationship between security engineering and security evaluation and make help user and customer select appropriate products or system.

Recent topics on quality assurance (QA) of X-ray diagnosis in Japan were reported in this presentation. These were related to mass screening mammography (MMG), lung screening CT (LSCT), skin injury caused by interventional radiology (IVR) and traceable system of dosimeters for x-ray diagnosis. In these successful stories, the author would like to stress the cooperation of all the medical am: clinical staff including medical doctors, radiological technologists, medical physicists, manufacturers of medical devices and others.

This paper examines the impact of reliability on consumers' demand for environmentally friendly agricultural products using ordered logit model. We survey 100 housewives living in the capital region and five metropolitian cities cross sectional data in 2007. This paper especially estimates the impact of instrumental factor, such as history tracking system, provision of information, safety assurance and labelling of brands on the consumers' demand. The main results show that provision of information and safety assurance affect consumers' demand more confident than others. In order to motivate consumers to buy more environmentally friendly agricultural products, the safety should be assured and more information on production and marketing channel should be labelled.

Automated vehicles (AVs) are coming to our roadways. In practice, there are still several challenges that can impede the AV sensors are polluted on various road conditions. In this paper, we propose a strategy for V2E performance assurance technology using Kano model. We are developing the vehicle sensor cleaning system about the three types of commonly used sensors: camera, radar, and LiDAR. Surveys were carried out in 30 AV's experts on quality characteristics about V2E performance assurance technology. As a result, the Kano model developed to verify a major requirement of autonomous vehicle's sensor cleaning system. It is expected that the Kano model will be actively used to verify the importance of V2E development strategy.
