시각 장애인의 보행 보조 장치는 보통 "흰 지팡이"라고 부르며, 이는 이동권 보장을 위한 최소한의 보조 장치이다. 본 논문에서는 시각 장애인에게 주변의 장애물 인식과 현재위치를 알려주어 보행에 도움을 줄 수 있는 장치의 설계 및 제작에 과하여 기술한다. 전체 시스템은 크게 두 부분으로 구성된다. 하는 주변의 장애물 인식을 위한 PSD 센서와 GPS 수신기, Bluetooth 모듈이 내장되어 있는 지팡이 부분이고, 다른 하나는 지팡이 부분에서 획득된 정보의 처리 및 장애인에게 여러 가지 정보 제공을 목적으로 하는 휴대장치이다. 이러한 장치를 통해 시각 장애인의 이동권 확보와 사회 활동권 등 복지 증진에 도움을 주고자 한다.

Recently, individuals are interested in a variety of products and services based on artificial intelligence. Among those products and services, an intelligent personal assistants are attracting many attention from IT companies as a next generation platform. Thus, the main purpose of this study is to investigate effects of intelligent personal assistant's benefits on user's value formation and adoption behavior based on Value-based Adoption Model. In addition, the moderating effect of personal innovativeness is examined through empirical analysis. Based on the analysis with the data from actual users, the results show that usefulness, enjoyment, technicality and cost advantage have significant influences on perceived value and correspondingly have an effect on intention to adopt. Personal innovativeness is related to the relationship between perceived value and intention to adopt. These findings may provide important insights to the relevant field regarding the use and spread of intelligent personal assistants.

This article presents the future vision and core technologies of the "Life Companion Robot," which is one of the 12 future concepts introduced in the ETRI Technology Roadmap published in November 2020. Assistant robots, care robots, and life support robots were proposed as the development stages of life companion robots. Further, core technologies for each of the ten major roles that must be directly or indirectly performed by life companion robots are introduced. Finally, this article describes in detail three major artificial intelligence technologies for autonomous robots.

본 논문에서는 스마트 폰의 GPS 센서와 STEP 센서와 카카오 MAP API를 사용한 러닝 보조 애플리케이션을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 애플리케이션은 사용자의 평균속도, 달린 거리, 자주 뛰는 코스 등을 시각화함으로써 사용자가 편리하게 런닝 할 수 있도록 도와주는 기능을 구현한다. 또한 Heart Share 시스템을 이용하여 애플리케이션을 이용하는 사용자들 간의 연대감과 런닝 동기부여를 위한 런닝 보조 및 커뮤니티를 구축한다.

본 논문에서는 코로나 바이러스로 인한 불편함을 겪는 사람들에게 코로나 관련 정보를 편리하게 제공하기 위해 인공지능 기반의 챗봇을 개발하였다. 인공지능 기술이 도입됨에 따라 챗봇이 여러 기관에서 고객 응대를 포함한 다양한 업무를 수행하고 있다는 점에 착안하여 IBM Watson Assistant를 활용한다. Watson Assistant는 사용자가 입력한 말을 자연어 처리를 통해 분석하여 문장을 생성한 후 사용자에게 전달한다. Intent와 Entitiy를 통해 질의의 행위와 주체를 입력한 후 높은 빈도가 예상되는 질문을 작성하고, Dialog를 통해 대화 흐름을 파악한다. 사용자는 Axure로 설계된 사용자 인터페이스를 통해 대화 전송, 정보 수신 등 동작을 취할 수 있으며, 각 언어에 맞는 SDK 라이브러리를 제공한다는 이점을 활용하여 Node.js로 화면에서 발생하는 액션과 데이터 전달을 처리한다.
