Service science is a new application area that implements services in an interdisciplinary area of management, economics, and engineering. Service systems provide functionalities of traditional software systems, moreover the functionalities are more intellectual in that they require dynamic context awareness, analysis, and decision making based on the recognized and analyzed contexts. However, conventional software development approaches do not sufficiently provide methods to model the service requirements and to design service-intensive systems. Therefore, there is a great demand on effective methodologies for developing service systems. In this paper, we compare traditional software systems with service-intensive systems in order to identify characteristics of the service systems. And, we propose a step-wise process to model service systems, in terms of architecture, components, and workflows. Then, we show a case study on an emergency handling system which is a type of living assistant systems. We believe that the proposed approach can be used in developing high-quality service systems effectively.

Server make section traffic information by the PDA H/W ID information.
Objectives: Despite greater access to training positions and the presence of more women in emergency medicine, it has remained a men-dominated field. This study aims to identify the key issues causing the gender gap in Korea and establish measures to overcome them. Methods: Using the annual statistical reports of the National Emergency Medical Center and data published on the Korean Society of Emergency Medicine website, cases that listed the current status and positions of members in its organization and its committees were analyzed. Secondary analysis was conducted using data from the 2015 Korean Society of Emergency Survey that included physicians' demographics, academic ranking, years of experience, clinical work hours, training and board certification, core faculty status, position, and salaries. Results: As of September 2019, women account for only 12.7% of the total number of emergency physicians (EP) in Korea; of 119 chair/vice-chair academic positions, women represented only 9.2%. Women EP were more often assistant professors and fellowship-trained, with fewer in core faculty. However, they worked the same numbers of clinical hours as their men counterparts. The median annual salary of women EP was less than that of men EP after adjusting for academic hospital rank, clinical hours, and core faculty status. Conclusions: A gender gap still exists among Korean EP, and women earn less than men regardless of their rank, clinical hours, or training. Future studies should evaluate more data and develop system-wide practices to eliminate gender disparities.

In the last several years, studies on the association of oxidative stress damage with exposure in the work place have been conducted. Xenobiotics create an imbalance of the homeostasis between oxidant molecules and antioxidant defense. By monitoring oxidative stress biomarkers, information was obtained on damages induced by oxidative stress and the toxicity of xenobiotics. In the present study, a Job Exposure Matrix (JEM) was constructed using the data from the Working Environment Measurement (WEM) of painters in the shipyard industry from the past 3 years to assess the exposure status. Additionally, by measuring the concentration of urinary malondialdehyde (MDA), the effect of lipid peroxidation was examined. The subjects consisted of 68 workers who were exposed to mixed organic solvents in the painting process and 25 non-exposure controls. The exposure indices of the exposure groups were significantly different (sprayer: 0.83, touchup: 0.54, assistant: 0.13, P<0.05). The urinary MDA concentration of the exposure group was 48.60${\pm}$ 39.23 ${\mu}mol$/mol creatinine, which was significantly higher than 18.03${\pm}$16.33 ${\mu}mol$/mol creatinine of the control group (P<0.05). From the multiple regression analysis of urinary MDA, the regression coefficient for exposure grade was statistically significant. In future studies, evaluation of the antioxidant levels of subjects should be performed simultaneously with quantitative exposure measurements.
The analysis of cow body parameters is important to provide some useful information fur cow management and cow evaluation. Present methods give many stresses to cows because they are invasive and constrain cow postures during measurement of body parameters. This study was conducted to develop the stereo vision system fur non-invasive analysis of cow body features. Body feature parameters of 16 heads at two farms(A, B) were measured using scales and nineteen stereo images of them with walking postures were captured under outdoor illumination. In this study, the camera calibration and inverse perspective transformation technique was established fer the stereo vision system. Two calibration results were presented for farm A and fm B, respectively because setup distances from camera to cow were 510 cm at farm A and 630cm at farm B. Calibration error values fer the stereo vision system were within 2 cm for farm A and less than 4.9 cm for farm B. Eleven feature points of cow body were extracted on stereo images interactively and five assistant points were determined by computer program. 3D world coordinates for these 15 points were calculated by computer program and also used for calculation of cow body parameters such as withers height. pelvic arch height. body length. slope body length. chest depth and chest width. Measured errors for body parameters were less than 10% for most cows. For a few cow. measured errors for slope body length and chest width were more than 10% due to searching errors fer their feature points at inside-body positions. Equation for chest girth estimated by chest depth and chest width was presented. Maximum of estimated error fur chest girth was within 10% of real values and mean value of estimated error was 8.2cm. The analysis of cow body parameters using stereo vision system were successful although body shape on the binocular stereo image was distorted due to cow movements.
Objectives : The purpose of this study was to survey the recognition of college-preparatory students who interested and prevented themselves in oral health diseases for dental hygienist in Yeungnam South Korea. In addition, those will help to patients in the future, and become an effective instrument to learn knowledge, skill, and service that needed to conduct business.
Objectives : To propose the data for prevention of oral health problems through assessment on the knowledge, cognition and practice about oral health care of the clients who visit dental clinics. Methods : The subjects were total 400 clients from the four dental clinics in Busan city. Their knowledge, cognition and performances about oral healthcare collected with questionnaire survey from February to March, 2011. The rate and mean compared by chi-square test, t-test, and ANOVA. Results : Mean level of their knowledge, recognition and practice were 72.5, 80.2, and 65.6, respectively. Theses levels were higher in women (p<0.01), in the group of higher interested (p<0.001), immediately treated (p<0.001), correct tooth brushing (p<0.05), toothbrushing educated (p<0.001), take regular scaling (p<0.001), use assistant hygiene items (p<0.001), instead no differences by age and education level. And, the rate of correct toothbrushing was higher as 1.24 (1.03~1.50) times in the group with higher knowledge level, the rate of immediate treatment and regular scaling were higher as 1.35 (1.07~1.70) times, and 2.26 (1.41~3.64) times in the group with higher recognition level, respectively. Conclusions : These results demonstrate that insufficient knowledge and recognition of oral health care are related to a lack of its practice. Though their primary goal of the visits was treatment, the clients' attention needed to raise the comprehensive knowledge and recognition levels for their oral health promotion, especially reach to the performance level rather than simple knowledge acquisition. And more, to achieve the efficient oral health promotion, the importance of early treatment and strengthened efforts for prevention should be emphasized.
