산업재해를 방지하고 사고시에 적절한 대책을 마련하기 위해서는 각 위험설비와 위험물질로부터 발생할 수 있는 사고유형, 발생가능성 및 피해를 객관적인 단위로 평가하는 정략적 위험성평가가 수행되어야 하며, 이러한 정량적 평가를 수행하기 위해서는 신뢰도 데이터베이스가 필수적이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 사업장에서 설비 및 기기에 대한 신뢰도 데이터베이스를 구축하기 위해서 신뢰도 데이터 수집 및 분석체계구축, 자료 입력 및 분석 소프트웨어를 개발하여 구축된 자료를 토대로 정량적 위험성 평가에 활용할 수 있는 방법론을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 발달장애 영유아를 위한 교육과정중심 진단, 중재, 평가의 연계 체계를 웹상에서 전문가 시스템으로 설계하였다. 이를 위하여 교육과정중심 진단 평가와 웹기반 전문가 시스템에 관한 선행연구와 특수교육에서 공학적 활용에 관한 연구를 분석한 후, 웹기반 전문가 시스템의 전체 구조와 하위 시스템을 체계적이고 구체적으로 설계하였다. 발달장애 영유아를 위한 웹기반 전문가 시스템 설계에서는 정보분석, 최적화, 자료수집, 자료분석, 의사결정으로 중재의 연결 구조를 강조하였다.

본 연구는 쾌적한 주거환경과 지속가능한 도시를 구현하기 위한 일환으로 신규 공공주택단지에 건설된 생활폐기물 자동집하시설을 이용하는 거주자를 대상으로 그 사용 평가를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 6개 도시 소재 분양 및 임대 아파트 단지 11곳의 거주자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였으며, 통계분석한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 거주자들 대부분은 현주택단지에 이사 오기 전까지 생활폐기물 자동집하시설을 들어보거나 사용해 경험이 없었으며, 대부분 이사 직후 관리사무소 직원을 통해 사용법을 습득하였다. 다만, 분양아파트 거주자들에 비해 임대아파트 거주자들의 이용법 교습시점이 3배 이상 늦어졌다. 생활폐기물 자동집하시설에 대한 만족도는 분양아파트 거주자보다 임대아파트 거주자들에게서 더 높았고, 세부적인 항목에서도 임대아파트 거주자들이 보다 더 긍정적으로 평가하였다. 생활폐기물 자동집하시설에 대한 부정적으로 평가된 항목은 거의 없었으나 사용자 중심의 편리성이 강화된 시설로 거듭나는 요구가 있었다. 분양 및 임대아파트 거주자들 대부분은 생활폐기물 자동집하시설이 쾌적한 주거환경 구축하므로 확대 보급되어야 한다고 하였다.

This study was conducted to develop a habitat assessment system for the endangered wildlife II Kirengeshoma koreana Nakai through in-depth interviews with experts based on field surveys and environmental characteristics through spatial data analysis and literature research. Evaluation factors were selected based on the survey results of 31 variables for 23 K. koreana habitats. Afterwards, the importance and evaluation range for each assessment factor were selected. The selection of survey variables, assessment factors, importance of each factor and assessment range was conducted through in-depth interviews with experts at each stage. As a result, the assessment factors and importance were 16% for precipitation of the wettest month, 10% for vegetation zone, 12% for vegetation type, 10% for crown canopy vitality, 14% for tree layer coverage, 13% for drainage grade, 12% for soil depth, and 13% for distance to stream including dry stream. This study provides basic ecological information and a habitat assessment system for K. koreana habitats. Therefore, it can be used as primary data for preparing an endangered wildlife conservation policy, preparing a habitat improvement plan, and selecting an alternative habitat.

환경영향평가 정보지원시스템은 환경영향평가 관련 정보의 다양화, 최신화 및 질적 향상, 그리고 평가서 및 협의 의견 등의 자료를 데이터베이스화를 통하여 평가서 작성의 기간단축 및 사회적 비용절감과 안정적인 서비스를 제공하여 사용자의 편이를 제공하여 환경평가제도 운영의 효율성을 극대화하기 위하여 추진되고 있다. 이 연구에서는 본 시스템의 지리정보서비스를 소개하고 사용자들의 편의성 향상과 서비스 지원범위 확대 등을 위하여 시스템 사용자의 설문조사를 통한 지리정보서비스의 활용성 개선방안을 제시하고자 수행하였다. 지리정보의 자료 업데이트 관련한 개선방안으로 환경공간정보의 자료수집, 구축, 그리고 활용을 위한 일원화된 인벤토리 구축을 위하여 데이터하우스의 단계별 유통 및 연계방안을 수립하여 제시하였다.

The aims of this study were to measure the ultrasonographic biometry of genitalia of the indigenous rams and observe the relationship of biometry on semen parameters. The epididymal volume was significantly reduced (p < 0.01) after semen collection compared with before collection for both left and right part in all rams. The cumulative results showed that although there was no significant difference in length, width and volume of epididymis between before and after semen collection, however the values were lower after collection. The epididymal length was significantly correlated with epididymal volume (p < 0.01), semen motility (p < 0.05) and semen morphology (p < 0.01). Epididymal width was only significantly correlated with epididymal volume (p < 0.01) not with the semen parameters. Epididymal volume had a significant correlation only with semen morphology (p < 0.01).The scrotal circumference had the significant correlation with semen density, mass activity, concentration and motility (p < 0.01). The epididymis had the similar or slightly increased echogenicity as compared to the normal testis. During whole study, some white spots were found on testis which did not affect the semen quantity and quality. Significant variation was observed only for semen concentration and motility among the rams (p < 0.05). The overall normal morphology was 90.5 ± 4.6% with highest percentage of coiled tail abnormalities.

The paper contains the data collection methods and procedures employed in the study to evaluate the operational effects of stop sign and signal control at diamond interchanges. An assessment of traffic control alternatives is described in terms of operational effects of queues and travel speed. Guidelines for installing signal control at diamond interchanges are provided in terms of internal volume, left turn proportion within internal volume, and the sum of internal and external volume. The specific traffic volume guidelines were developed based on a combination of these variables affecting operational performance.

There are a lot of different data in a company. Some of the data can be modified to produce valuable information on reliability. In this study different types of data that can be obtained in a company are reviewed. Reliability related data that can be taken throughout the life cycle of a product are also reviewed. Developing a method of gathering all of the pertinent data from the various sources and databases and pulling them into one central location is explained.

The aim of the product noise labeling is to harmonize the noise control act relating to noise emission standards, conformity assessment procedure, marking, technical documentation and collection of data concerning the noise emission in the environment of equipment for use outdoors. It will contribute to the smooth functioning of the internal market, while protecting human health and well-being.
