현장 도로평가장비를 이용한 입상재료층의 비선형 재료상수 추정에 관한 연구 (Evaluation of the Nonlinearity Parameter in Unbound Material for Asphalt Concrete Pavement using Field-NDT Equipment)

  • 국내의 경우 도로포장설계시 외국의 설계법을 단순히 도입하여 사용하고 있지만 건설재료, 기후 및 교통조건 등이 외국과 상이하기 때문에 근본적인 제한성이 있다. 특히, 국내 포장구조해석에서 아스팔트층 거동특성만을 중요시하는 해석은 포장구조체가 각 층의 영향을 받는 종합적인 거동특성을 보인다는 포장구조체 시스템적인 특성을 고려한다면 많은 문제점을 내포하고 있다. 따라서, 도로포장 설계시 합리적이고 경제적인 설계를 할 수 있도록 포장구조체의 해석시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 포장하부의 다층구조로서의 역학적 거동을 정확히 해석하기 위하여 비파괴 시험장비인 FWD(Falling Weight Deflectometer) 를 이용하여 층 재료 자체의 성질을 대변하는 모델 중 포장하부를 구성하는 재료에 대한 비선형 탄성모델의 적용성을 검토하고, 복잡한 실험을 통해 얻게되는 비선형탄성모델의 구성인자인 재료상수를 FWD 시험자료로부터 직접 추정하는 체계를 제안하였다. 먼저, FWD 시험의 비선형성을 고찰하고, 실내 $M_R$ 시험을 통해 결정되는 재료상수를 현장에서 수집된 FWD 자료로부터 추정하는 체계를 제안하였다. 제안된 체계로부터 추정된 재료상수는 실내시험을 통해 제안된 국내 보조기층의 재료상수 범위 내에 있음을 알 수 있었다. FWD 를 이용한 비선형모델 적용의 신뢰성을 검증하기 위하여 깊이별 처짐 측정장비인 MDD(Multi-Depth Deflectometer) 현장시험자료를 이용하였다. 검증결과, 본 연구에서 제안한 비선형탄성모델을 적용한 방법이 기존의 선형탄성모델보다 실제 MDD 실측값에 더 가까운 결과를 나타냄을 알 수 있었다.

  • The cost needed for the construction and management of highways in the whole nation is rapidly growing so the research that can decrease the cost is required. However, most of the highway specs have simply converted from those of other countries, including USA. Therefore, some of our design and construction specs were not the optimum ones based on our own situation, requiring a research under the actual traffic and environment of our nation. The use of test road develops many aspects of highway engineering. Those are evaluation of construction materials, a general overview of korea pavement design and serviceability under the actual traffic and environmental condition of the nation. It is also economical and efficient compared to the trial construction of each item in spreaded form. A test road, 7.7km long with two lanes, is being constructed on the Inner Central Expressway. In this test road, 2.7km is planned for asphalt pavement and 3.4km is planned for concrete pavement. Three test bridges and five earth retaining structures will be included in the test road. Based on the master plan, the major performance was progressing such as detailed research modules of each area, preliminary research for the future research, sensor surveys for the behavior analyses of pavements and structures with installation methods and data acquisition systems, the foundation research of Integrated Instrumentation System and the Management Plan for automated measurement. Some area(structure research division, geotechnical research division) was designed the instrumentation plan because some instrument sensors must be installed during the construction of the test road. And then the instrumentation plan of each area was enforcing because a large majority of the instrument sensors must be installed after the construction of the test road. The field surveys with material property tests and pilot instrumentation test with sensor tests was also performing in accordance with the construction in the field.

고해상도 지표자료를 이용한 도시 열환경 완화효과 가능성에 관한 연구 (Application of High Resolution Land Use Data on the Possibility to Mitigate Urban Thermal Environment)

  • In recent years, the urban thermal environment has become worse, such as days on which the temperature goes above $30^{\circ}C$, sultry nights and heat stroke increase, due to the changes in terrestrial cover such as concrete and asphalt and increased anthropogenic heat emission accompanied by artificial structure. The land use type is an important determinant to near-surface air temperature. Due to these reasons we need to understand and improve the urban thermal environment. In this study, the fifth-generation Pennsylvania State University-National Center for Atmospheric Research Mesoscale Model(MMS) was applied to the metropolitan of Daegu area in order to investigate the influence of land cover changes and urban modifications increase of Albedo to the surface energy budget on the simulated near-surface air temperature and wind speed. The single urban category in existing 24-category U.S. Geological survey land cover classification used in MM5 was divided into 6 classes to account for heterogeneity of urban land cover. As a result of the numerical simulation intended for the metropolitan of Daegu assumed the increase of Albedo of roofs, buildings, or roads, the increase of Albedo (Cool scenario)can make decrease radiation effect of surface, so that it caused drops in ambient air temperature from 0.2 to 0.3 on the average during the daylight hours and smaller (or near-zero) decrease during the night. The Sensible heat flux and Wind velocity is decreased. Modeling studies suggest that increased surface albedo in urban area can reduce surface and air temperatures near the ground and affect related meteorological parameters such as winds, surface air temperature and sensible heat flux.

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the factors influenced on the damages of head works suffered from the storm flood occurred on July 22 1980 in both Musim and Bochong rivers and to find out an integral counter measures against the causes influenced on the disaster of head works in the engineering aspect of planning, design, construction and maintenance. In this survey, number of samples was taken 25 head Works, and the counter measures against the causes of their disasters summarized was as follows, 1. In the aspect of planning a. As the flood water level after the establishment of head works is more increased than the level before setting of head works owing to having more gentle slope of river bed between the head works than nature slope of river bed. Number of head works should be reduced for the appropriate annexation of them b. In the place where head works is established on the curved point of levee, the destruction of levee becomes severe by the strong deflective current. Therefore the setting of head works on the curved point should be kept off as long as possible and in case of unavoidable circumstances the construction method such as reinforced concrete wall or stone wall filed with concrete and anchored bank revetments should be considered. 2. In the aspect of design a. As scoring phenomena at up stream is serious around the weir Where the concentration of strong current is present in such a place, up stream apron having impermeability should be designed to resist and prevent scoring. b. As the length of apron and protected bed is too short to prevent scoring as down stream bed, the design length should be taken somewhat more than the calculated value, but in the case the calculated length becomes too long to be profitable, a device of water cushion should be considered. c. The structure of protected river bed should be improved to make stone mesh bags fixed to apron and to have vinyl mattress laid on river bed together with the improvement for increasing the stability of stone mesh bags and preventing the sucked sand from the river bed. d. As the shortage of cut-off length, especialy in case of the cutoffs conneting both shore sides of river makes the cause of destruction of embankment and weir body, the culculation of cut-off length should be taken enough length based on seepage length. 3. In the aspect of design and constructions a. The overturing destruction of weir by piping action was based on the jet water through cracks at the construction and expansion joints. therefore the expansion joint should be designed and constructed with the insertion of water proof plate and asphalt filling, and the construction joint, with concaved shape structure and steel reinforcement. b. As the wrong design and construction of the weep holes on apron will cause water piping and weir destruction, the design and construction of filter based on the rule of filter should be kept for weep holes. c. The wrong design and construction of bank revetment caused the severe destruction of levee and weir body resulting from scoring and impulse by strong current and formation of water route behind the revetment. Therefore bank revetment should be designod and constructed with stone wall filled with concrete and anchored, or reinforced concrete wall to prevent the formation of water flow route behind the wall and to resist against the scoring and impulse of strong stream. 4. In the aspect of maintenance When the damaged parts occurred at head works the authorities and farmers concerned should find and mend them as soon as possible with mutual cooperation, and on the other hand public citizen should be guided for good use of public property.

건설현장 산성배수의 발생현황 및 피해저감대책 (Acid Drainage and Damage Reduction Strategy in Construction Site: An Introduction)

  • 산성광산배수는 휴폐광산 광해의 주요한 문제로 널리 인식되어 왔으며 최근 황화광물을 많이 함유한 지역의 지반굴착 건설현장에서 산성배수의 발생과 이로 인한 환경오염과 구조물의 안정성 저해가 건설 분야의 현안문제로 대두되고 있다. 지구과학분야에서 간과하고 있는 건설현장에서 발생된 산성배수에 의한 피해 사례를 소개하고 향후 피해 저감대책기술 개발과정에서 지구과학분야 역할의 중요성을 피력하고자 한다. 우리나라에서 산성배수를 발생시킬 개연성이 높은 대표적인 암석은 옥천층군 변성퇴적암, 평안층군 함탄층, 중생대 화산암, 제3기 퇴적암 및 화산암이며 우리나라 표면적의 약 20%정도를 차지할 것으로 추정된다. 최근 건설현장에서는 산성배수에 대한 적절한 대책이 수립되지 않고 대규모 절토와 터널굴착이 빈번히 이루어지고 있으며 향후 산성배수에 의한 피해는 지속적으로 발생될 것으로 판단된다. 건설현장의 산성배수는 토양, 지표수와 지하수의 산성화 및 중금속 오염, 식생고사, 경관훼손, 사면안정성 저해, 구조물 부식, 콘크리트 및 아스콘 노후화 촉진 등이다. 암석의 산성배수 발생개연성평가는 static test와 kinetic test 방법이 있으며, 암석의 산성배수 발생능력과 중화능력을 측정하여 암석의 산성배수 발생개연성을 간접적으로 추정하는 acid base accounting test가 가장 널리 활용되고 있다. 산성배수에 대한 피해저감대책은 산성배수의 처리와 발생억제로 구분된다. 산성배수 처리방법은 중화제 투입 등의 적극적 처리와 자연적인 물리 화학 생물학적 과정을 이용한 소극적 처리로 구분된다. 산성배수의 발생억제는 산화제의 제거와 생성억제, 산화제와 황화광물의 접촉차단으로 구분된다.도시되며 지역에 따라 위도효과를 보인다. 황산염에 대한 황동위원소 대부분 화성기원을 보인다. 그러나 JR1 온천은 고염수에서 기원한 것으로 보이는 해양성기원을 보인다. 온천수의 $^3He/^4He$ 비와 $^4He/^{20}Ne$ 비는 $0.0143{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}0.407{\times}10^{-6}$ 범위와 $6.49{\sim}584{\times}10^{-6}$ 범위를 각각 보여주어 대기와 지각성분의 혼합선상에 도시된다. 이는 온천수내 헬륨가스의 대부분이 지각기원임을 의미한다. 죽림온천(JR1)의 경우 맨틀기원의 헬륨가스의 혼합율이 다른 온천에 비해 다소 높은 비율을 보여준다. 이들 동위원소비와 온천수의 pH와는 대체적으로 정의 상관관계가 확인되었다. 아울러 $^{40}Ar/^{36}Ar$비가 $292.3{\times}10^{-6}{\sim}304.1{\times}10^{-6}$ 범위로 대기기원임을 지시한다. Gram 양성, Gram 음성 균주는 Escherichia coli KCCM 11591를 제외하고는 0.8 - 0.95 cm로 항균력이 강했으며, Gram negitive의 Pseudomonas aeruginosa KCTC 1750 에서는 43% 발효주에는 0.95 cm, 45% 고은 발효주에는 0.95 cm의 항균성을 나타냈으며 관능평가에서도 가장 높게 났다. 관능평가에서는 45% 고온 발효주가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 항산화성 실험에 나타난 저온 45%의 갈색도의 측정과는 항산화성에서는 좀 다른 결과를 나타낸다. 그러나 항균성이 가장
