The 21st century of the 4th industrial revolution demands 'competency' as a new educational concept that is different from that required in the industrialization era. In accordance with these changes and demands of society, universities are being called for key competency-based education and innovation in education through this by breaking away from the existing methods in liberal arts and major education. At this point, universities are presenting a comprehensive reform of liberal arts education for various financial support projects. This study presents the case of University C regarding the reform of the liberal arts curriculum for the innovation of liberal arts education in universities. According to the research results, each university is reorganizing the liberal arts curriculum in a way that can suggest various key competencies according to the university's founding philosophy and induce key competencies in the aspect of liberal arts education. For the key competency-based liberal arts curriculum of University C, we proposed various subjects for insufficient key competency subjects, various micro-degrees were proposed to specialize liberal arts education, and meta-learning-related liberal arts subjects were presented to improve basic learning ability of the students.

Adolescence is a period when ego resilience, the ability to overcome stress, is important because self-identity is not established. Culture and arts education has various effects on the ego resilience of adolescents, so school culture arts education and social culture arts education use teaching and learning methods appropriate to the situation of adolescents. Self-understanding of the effects of culture and arts education has a significant effect on emotional control, vitality, interpersonal relationships, optimism, and curiosity of adolescent ego resilience, On the other hand, it was found that emotional stability among the effects of culture and arts education did not have a significant effect on all factors of adolescent ego resilience. Therefore, it is necessary to prepare a plan to provide opportunities for career exploration as a more practical program for adolescence to understand themselves and develop themselves. In addition, Culture and arts education should be conducted with convergence research that enables youths to maintain good relationships with others, have high self-confidence, and play a role in a wide range of stable and mature lives.

This study analyzed research trends in the field of Practical Arts (Technology & Home Economics) education. From 958 articles published between 2010 and 2018 in the Journal of Korean Practical Arts Education (JKPAE), Journal of Korean Home Economics Education Association (JHEEA), and Korean Journal of Technology Education Association (KJTEA), 958 keywords were extracted and analyzed using NetMiner 4. When the general network structure was analyzed, keywords such as practical arts education, curriculum, textbook, home economics education, and students were high in the degree centrality and closeness centrality, and textbook, practical arts education, curriculum, student, home economics education, and invention were high in the node betweenness centrality. The cluster analysis showed that a four-cluster solution was most appropriate: cluster 1, technology and experiential learning activities; cluster 2, curriculum studies and practical problem; cluster 3, relationships; and cluster 4, creativity and character education. The three journals showed differences in the knowledge network structure: The topics of JKPAE and JKHEEA focused on general content knowledge and curriculum, while the topics of KJTEA were spread across invention and creativity education, and curriculum studies.

"Arts and Cultural Education Promotion Act" comes with institutionalization of arts and cultural education in Korea, and tends to mean facilitating occupational professionalism in historical perspectives. In particular, the nature of vocational identity of professional educators in arts and cultural education is the main focus of analysis and debate for human resource development. Accordingly, this study emphasizes the diversity of arts and cultural education practices and reveals that the vocational training of arts and cultural education experts should be based on various curriculum and programs which take an interdisciplinary approach. In this respect, excessive simplification of vocational identity of the experts may exert negative effect on the diversity and excellence of arts and cultural education. To meet the needs of the arts and cultural education, curriculum and training program for university level should be newly developed or revised through an interdisciplinary approach with the job analysis of practicing professionals.

In this paper, we propose a analysis of electric and electronic's unit in paratical arts and convergence education program to enhance computational thinking. In the current practical arts curriculum of Korean elementary school 6th graders, the 'information' related chapter is Chapter 3. However, educational contents mainly consist of making activities according to the specified manual such as electrical and electronic products, learning about robots, etc. It is very insufficient to develop the computational thinking required by the software-centered society. Therefore, we are to study development of convergence education program of the 'Life and Electricity Electron' unit in practical arts textbook to enhance computational thinking.

The purpose of this study is to examine the organization of the standard liberal arts curriculum in accordance with the academic credit bank system (ACBS). With the growth of the system, the standard curriculum of the ACBS turned out to have many problems which have to be solved for securing and maintaining the quality of the system. In an attempt to improve the standard liberal arts curriculum of the ACBS, the study analyzed the problems of standard liberal arts curriculum of the ACBS according to three criteria: the organization of subjects in the six liberal arts curriculum areas, the completion of liberal arts and the exchange subjects between majors and the liberal arts. Based on the results of the analysis, the study suggests ways to improve standard liberal arts curriculum. In the future, research needs to be conducted to explore ways to implement the proposed standard liberal arts curriculum of the ACBS in real contexts.

Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise. An indispensable requirement for the conditions for the implementation of basic of educational programs is the assessment of competencies. With this the goal was to develop criteria and levels of formation information competence of future economists and carried out complex diagnostics.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how Korean Arts and Culture Education of School Policy Contents from the Kim Dae-jung government to Lee Myung-bak government are changed. The sequence will be examined by analyzing the Arts and Culture Education of School of Kim Dae-jung government to Lee Myung-bak government. Above all, the Arts and Culture Education of School Business and Policy Contents will be mainly studied. First of all, this study will be deal with two forms that present sequence analyze methode of each government Arts and Culture Education of School Policies. The criterion of the analysis of the sequence are repetition, difference, emphasis, development, and expansion. This study is analysed on the each government policy contents of the books published by Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism(MCST), Korea Arts and Culture Education Service, Korea Culture and Tourism Institute, particularly the Culture Policy white paper from 2001 to 2009, 2006 Arts and Culture Education Policy white paper.

The article reveals the essence of cyber socialization influencing the process of education and development. The general and potential possibilities of cyber socialization in the process of using the cyberspace of the Internet environment are presented. The sudden transition to distance learning in the spring of 2020 put the pedagogical community in the face of problems related to the content, organizational and methodological basis of the educational process. During the training in distance mode, a rich experience was gained in the use of information and communication technologies. The article discusses the techniques and methods of teaching using the capabilities of information and communication and digital technologies.

In this study, we try to present the evolutionary direction with respect to the issue of police martial arts education. First, the facilities for martial arts training and modernization of its proper area $8.5m^2/1$ person should be over. There is a need for facilities that can be trained in various martial arts event takes place. Second, if you look from the perspective of the education program of the police martial arts, martial arts and physical fitness is to be carried out in the separation subject, there is a need for expansion of classes. Third, technical, due to the high learning effect is education, it is necessary to develop a police martial arts materials. Fourth, it is necessary to expand a variety of martial arts professor, appointment of external experts should also try to take into account.
