기업의 머신러닝 선정에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구: 확장된 알고리즘 선택 문제의 관점으로 (A Study on the Factors Influencing a Company's Selection of Machine Learning: From the Perspective of Expanded Algorithm Selection Problem)

  • 인공지능의 사회적수용도가 증가하면서 머신러닝 기법을 기업에 적용하는 사례가 증가하고 있다. 머신러닝 기법의 선정에는 주로 정확성이나 해석 가능성 등 기술적 요인이 주로 기준이 되어왔다. 그러나 머신러닝 채택의 성공은 개발부서, 사용부서, 리더십과 조직문화 등 경영관리 요인도 영향을 주기도 한다. 아쉽게도 기술적 요인과 경영관리적 요인이 함께 고려된 머신러닝 선정의 성공 요인을 이해하는 통합 연구가 거의 존재하지 않는다. 이에 본 논문의 목적은 기업 내 머신러닝 선정을 이해하기 위해 John Rice의 algorithm selection process model과 task-technology fit, 그리고 IS Success Model 이론을 결합한 기술-경영관리 통합 모형을제안하고 실증적 분석을 하는 것이다. 머신러닝을 도입한 국내 기업 240곳을 대상으로 설문 분석을 실시한 결과 알고리즘 품질과 데이터 품질이 높을수록 문제-알고리즘 적합성에 높게 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 문제-알고리즘 적합성은 조직의 생산성과 혁신성에도 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었다. 또한 외주화와 경영진 지원이 머신러닝 시스템 품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 데이터 중심 경영 및 동기화와 같은 조직문화 요인은 활용성과에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다.

수도의 감수분열기 및 등숙기에 있어서 온도반응에 관한 연구 제2보 수도 Indica$\times$Japonica 품종의 등숙기에 있어서의 온도반응 (Studies on the Effect of Temperature During the Reduction Division and the Grain Filling Stage in Rice Plants II. Effect of Air Temperature at the Grain Filling Stage in Indica-Japonica Crosses)

  • Indica${\times}$Japonica품종에 있어서 온도처리가 등숙에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 phytotron을 이용하여 Indica${\times}$Japonica품종(수원 264, 수원 258, 밀양 29) Indica 품종(IR 36. Lengkwang) Japonica 품종(진흥)을 공시 시험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 등숙기에 있어서 입중증가를 위한 최적온도는 주야온도 $26/18^{\circ}C$였고, 일평균온도 $13^{\circ}C$에서 $28^{\circ}C$까지의 범위에서는 온도를 높임에 따라 등숙기간이 짧아졌다. 2. 온도조건$(32/24^{\circ}C)$에서의 상위부 영화(Special)의 개화후 입중이 최대가 되기까지에는 IR36 13일, 진흥 23일, Indica${\times}$Japonica품종(수원 264, 수원 258, 밀양 29) 18일 및 Lengkwang 23일이 요구되었다. 3. Lengkwang의 경우 주야온도 $32/24^{\circ}C,\;29/21^{\circ}C,\;26/18^{\circ}C$의 3개 처리온도 범위에서는 개화후 입중의 최대시기가 동시에 나타났다. 4. 저온조건 $(17/9^{\circ}C)$에서 등숙기간이 진흥 68일, Lengkwang 53일의 장기간이 소요되었다. 5. 일수가 완전히 등숙하는데는 상위부 영화들의 등숙보다 하위부 영화의 등숙은 15일정도 늦어졌다. 6. 저온조건하에서 $(17/9^{\circ}C,\;20/12^{\circ}C)$ IR36은 개화후 15일 이내에 고사되었으나 Indica${\times}$Japonica 품종들은 $17/9^{\circ}C$에서만 고사되고 $20/12^{\circ}C$에서는 초기등숙이 정체되었다가 2주일후부터 등숙이 서서히 시작되었다. 7. 온도조건에 따른 복백미의 형성은 최적온도$(26/18^{\circ}C)$로부터 최저나 최고조건에서 많았고 사미 및 적미도 같은 경향으로 나타났다. 8. 현미립의 길이 및 두께 폭에 대한 영향을 보면 저온조건$(17/9^{\circ}C\;20/12^{\circ}C)$에서 짧거나, 얇고, 좁은 편이었다. 9. 온도별 립중분포의 빈도를 보면 IR36은 최고온도조건이나 $(32/24^{\circ}C)$ 최저온도$(23/13^{\circ}C)$에서 동일한 립중분포를 보였고 최적온도조건에서는 $(26/18^{\circ}C$ 높은 립중분포를 보였고 진흥은 최고, 최저, 최적온도 순으로 립중증가의 빈도를 보였으며 Indica${\times}$Japonica 품종들은 진흥과 IR36품종의 중간 영역에 머물고 있었다.

도농통합형 도시에 있어서 생물서식처 공간특성에 관한 연구(III) - 천안시를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Biotop's Characters of the Mixed Rural City(III) - Case Study of Chonan -)

  • This study was aimed to establish biotop unit of the mixed rural city for the method and process of the biotop mapping system. Survey site was Maejuri of Seunghwan(158ha), Gisanri of Mokchon(132ha) and Namkwanri, Pungsemeon(214ha). So the main process was divided by 4 schemes such as Biosphere, Geosphere, Antrosphere and Evaluation. Also the GIS(geographic information system) was used to make the database of the biotop and biotop complex, analyze the cross-combinations and analyze the characters of the biotop. Biotop mapping system had 5 steps which were proceeded with research goals, constructing the spatial database and attribute database, classifying the 3 types of biotop such as tree/shrub biotop, grass biotop and wetland biotop, cross-analyzing 3 biotop types with land use, habitat characters, relief characters and danger/disturbance elements and evaluating the 3 types of biotop. The results of applicating the biotop mapping system on the research site as followings : The distributions of the land uses in Maejuri, Seunghwan eup in Chonan city were recorded by forest(29.8%), orchard(14.1%) and landscaping around building site(9.0%). Gisanri, Mokchonmeon were composed of forest(64.5%), farm(12.8%) and Namkwanri, Pungsemeon were concentrated rice field(39.6%), dwell district(22.4%). The Tree/Shrub biotop type was reclassed by the forest type, natural and artificial decidous type with natural coniferous. The Grass biotop type was reclassed by the wild grassland type, garden type and peddy field with wild grassland. The distributions of the wet land were pointed high at the wet land type with reed marsh and edge vegetation around wet land in reservoir and river. The evaluation of the mapped bitopes was completed to the following aspect, "amenity" and "environmental education". A high value of 7.13%(1 class) was shown Maejuri, Seunghwan eup. The regions which were studied synthetically are divided to three parts ; the area where have nature and art mixed(Seunghwan), the area which is more artificial because people inhabit there for a long time(Pungsemeon) and the area that ecological environment is threatened by development pressure(Mokchonmeon). Therefore, ecological restoration plan which depends on specific property of the regions should be established. Also the interdisplinary researches were needed to develop the BMS(Biotop Mapping System) in Korea because of the differences with Germany, England's ecological habitat conditions.

인공핵산 분해효소로서 몇 가지 유기금속 화합물들의 생물활성 (Biological activities of some organometalic compounds as artificial nuclease)

  • 인공핵산 분해효소로서 일련의 3,6-bis(6'-methyl-2'-pyridyl)pyridazine, ($L^{1}$)과 3,6-bis-(2'-pyridyl)pyridazine, ($L^{2}$)을 리간드로 한 몇가지 전이금속 착화합물, $1{\sim}8$을 합성하여 X-ray 결정구조를 확인한 다음, 핵산 모델 화합물과의 가수분해 반응성을 위시하여 논잡초에 대한 살초활성과 식물성 병원균에 대한 살균활성 등을 각각 검토하였다. 그 결과, $L^{2}$-Zn 착물, 8이 무촉매시 보다 빠른 가수분해 반응성을 나타내었으며, 살초활성에서는 $L^{2}$-Ni(II) 및 Co(II) 착물인 5와 6이 벼 (ORY, Oryzar sativa L.)에 대한 선택성을 나타내었을 뿐만 아니라, 올챙이고랭이(SCP, Scriptus juncoids)에 높은 살초활성을 보였다. 그리고 살균활성에서는 $L^{1}$-Co(II) 및 Zn(II) 착물인 2와 4를 위시하여 특히, $L^{1}$$L^{2}$가 도열병균 MAG (Magnaporthe grisea)에 대하여 90%이상의 살균활성을 나타내었다.

초등학생의 식습관과 인공지능 푸드스캐너로 측정한 학교급식 섭취의 연관성 연구 (A Study on the Relationship between the Eating Habits of Elementary School Students and the School Meal Intake Measured by an Artificial Intelligence Food Scanner)

  • The lower elementary school grades are an important period in which eating habits are formed. We examined the relationship between eating habits and school meal intake in the lower grades of an elementary school in Seoul. The eating habits were investigated using the Nutrition Quotient (NQ) for children. The school meal intake rates and preferred menus were obtained by automatically scanning the plate before and after meals using an artificial intelligence food scanner. The average school meal intake rate for the 347 subjects was 68.5±12.2%, and the nutrient intakes through the school meals were 353.5±70.0 kcal of energy, 51.8±10.2 g of carbohydrates, 14.6±3.1 g of proteins, 10.3±2.3 g of fats, 87.0±20.0 mg of calcium, and 1.8±0.4 mg of iron. The preferred menus were rice, grilled food, and dairy products, and non-preferred menus were salad, beverages, and stewed food. The eating habits that showed a positive correlation with the school meal intake rate were 'Diverse side dishes (r=0.332, P<0.001)', 'Vegetable side dishes (r=0.166, P<0.01)', 'Kimchi side dish (r=0.230, P<0.001)' and 'Less TV watching and computer game time (r=0.105, P<0.05)'. The NQ score also showed a positive correlation with the rate of school meal intake (r=0.216, P<0.001). The balance score was positively correlated with fruit (r=0.192, P<0.001), and the diversity score had the highest positive correlation with Kimchi (r=0.362, P<0.001). The regularity score was positively correlated with fried food (r=0.114, P<0.05). In conclusion, it was found that elementary school students in the lower grades had a higher school meal intake rate when their eating habits included eating side dishes evenly, and consuming vegetable side dishes and Kimchi.

보존지역의 합리적 관리를 위한 철새 서식 확률지도 구축 - 부산 Eco Delta City (EDC)를 중심으로 - (Probability Map of Migratory Bird Habitat for Rational Management of Conservation Areas - Focusing on Busan Eco Delta City (EDC) -)

  • In some areas of the Republic of Korea, the designation and management of conservation areas do not adequately reflect regional characteristics and often impose behavioral regulations without considering the local context. One prominent example is the Busan EDC area. As a result, conflicts may arise, including large-scale civil complaints, regarding the conservation and utilization of these areas. Therefore, for the efficient designation and management of protected areas, it is necessary to consider various ecosystem factors, changes in land use, and regional characteristics. In this study, we specifically focused on the Busan EDC area and applied machine learning techniques to analyze the habitat of regional species. Additionally, we employed Explainable Artificial Intelligence techniques to interpret the results of our analysis. To analyze the regional characteristics of the waterfront area in the Busan EDC district and the habitat of migratory birds, we used bird observations as dependent variables, distinguishing between presence and absence. The independent variables were constructed using land cover, elevation, slope, bridges, and river depth data. We utilized the XGBoost (eXtreme Gradient Boosting) model, known for its excellent performance in various fields, to predict the habitat probabilities of 11 bird species. Furthermore, we employed the SHapley Additive exPlanations technique, one of the representative methodologies of XAI, to analyze the relative importance and impact of the variables used in the model. The analysis results showed that in the EDC business district, as one moves closer to the river from the waterfront, the likelihood of bird habitat increases based on the overlapping habitat probabilities of the analyzed bird species. By synthesizing the major variables influencing the habitat of each species, key variables such as rivers, rice fields, fields, pastures, inland wetlands, tidal flats, orchards, cultivated lands, cliffs & rocks, elevation, lakes, and deciduous forests were identified as areas that can serve as habitats, shelters, resting places, and feeding grounds for birds. On the other hand, artificial structures such as bridges, railways, and other public facilities were found to have a negative impact on bird habitat. The development of a management plan for conservation areas based on the objective analysis presented in this study is expected to be extensively utilized in the future. It will provide diverse evidential materials for establishing effective conservation area management strategies.

Optimization of Culture Media for Solid-state Culture of Pleurotus ferulae

  • In order to elucidate the possibility of artificial production of p. ferulae by solid-state culture, the optimization of culture conditions was carried out. When $NH_4H_2PO_4$ and $CaCO_3$ were used in the cultures using test tube with 30 g of Populus sawdust at $25^{\circ}C{\pm}1$ in the dark, the favored mycelial growth was observed with $1\%$ of $NH_4H_2PO_4$ and the production of polysaccharide was 7.85 mg/100 mg of mycelium with $1\%$ of $CaCO_3$. The mixtures of $80\%$ of Populus Sawdust and $20\%$ of rice bran at $60\%$ of water content were determined to be optimal for the production of fruiting bodies in the sawdust culture. When three treatments containing various ratios of garlic powder were conducted, yields of fruiting bodies were drasti[ally higher than those of Synthetic mixture without garlic powder The highest yield (143 g/bag) was obtained with $7\%$ garlic powder. The yield of synthetic mixture containing $7\%$ of garlic powder was $83\%$ higher than that of Sawdust culture. The reason why garlic powder did support growth was not clear but it is possible that garlic powder might contain effective components for the formation of fruiting body. The optimal synthetic mixture composition consisted of cotton seed $77\%$, lime $6.4\%,\;K_2HPO_4\;0.2\%,\;KH_2PO_4\;0.2\%,\;CaHPO_4\;0.2\%$, corn flour $4\%$, wheat flour $5\%$, and garlic pow-der $7\%$.

경기도 일죽지역 천부지하수의 질산성 질소 오염특성

  • 전형적인 농촌지역 지하수의 질산성 질소 오염현상에 대하여 오염원 규명, 지하수 오염범위와 오염도 파악을 위하여 이 연구를 수행하였다. 연구지역은 대규모 축사가 곳곳에 위치한 축산단지 인근지역이며, 벼농사와 포도재배가 이루어지고 있다. 이 지역의 수리화학적 특성을 밝히기 위하여 지하수파 지표수 시료를 채취하여 화학분석을 수행한 결과, 1차 17지점, 2차 22지점에서 채취한 지하수 시료 중 32~42%에서 질산성 질소 성분이 음용수질 기준(10 mg/L)을 ,초과하였으며, 77%에 해당하는 지점이 인위적 오염물질의 유입가능성이 있는 것(3 mg/L 초과)으로 나타났다. 질소 동위원소($\delta$$^{15}$ N-NO$_3$) 분석 결과에 의하면, 질산성 질소 성분은 대부분 축산폐수 기원임이 밝혀졌다. 현재 축사가 운영되고 있는 지역 뿐 만이 아니라 폐축사가 위치한 지역에서도 질산성 질소 오염이 나타나 축사가 천부지하수질에 오랜 기간동안 영향을 미칠 수 있음이 밝혀졌다.

식용버섯 재배시 초고흡수성 폴리머의 효과 (Application of Super Water Absorbent for Edible Mushroom Production)

  • 식용버섯 인공재배시 수분조정제로 아크릴아미드와 아릴설폰산염의 공중합물의 가수분해물인 CPAM-AS-hyd-1의 흡수겔을 첨가하여 각종 식용버섯의 균사생장 및 자실체 수량에 영향을 살펴본 결과 배지 100cc에 200g까지의 첨가는 균사생장에 큰 영향을 미치지 많았다. 식용버섯 생산을 위한 흡수겔의 적정 농도는 배지 100 cc에 대하여 느타리버섯의 경우는 200 g, 노루궁뎅이버섯은 $200{\sim}250\;g$, 팽이버섯은 200 g 첨가시 양호하였으며, 팽이버섯 재배시 폴리머 흡수겔과 10%(v/v)의 평화왕겨 첨가가 수량증대에 효과적이었다.

Characterization of Newly Bred Cordyceps militaris Strains for Higher Production of Cordycepin through HPLC and URP-PCR Analysis

  • Cordyceps militaris, a member of Ascomycota, a mushroom referred to as caterpillar Dong-chung-ha-cho, is commercially valuable because of its high content of bioactive substances, including cordycepin, and its potential for artificial cultivation. Cordycepin (3'-deoxyadenosine) is highly associated with the pharmacological effects of C. militaris. C. militaris is heterothallic in that two mating-type loci, idiomorph MAT1-1 and MAT1-2, exist discretely in two different spores. In this study, nine C. militaris strains were mated with each other to prepare newly bred strains that produced a larger amount of cordycepin than the parent strains. Nine strains of C. militaris were identified by comparing the internal transcribed spacer sequence, and a total of 12 single spores were isolated from the nine strains of C. militaris. After the MAT idiomorph was confirmed by PCR, 36 mating combinations were performed with six single spores with MAT1-1 and the others with MAT1-2. Eight mating combinations were successfully mated, producing stroma with perithecia. Cordycepin content analysis of all strains by high-performance liquid chromatography revealed that the KASP4-bred strain produced the maximum cordycepin among all strains, regardless of the medium and stroma parts. Finally, universal rice primer-PCR was performed to demonstrate that the bred strains were genetically different from the parental strains and new C. militaris strains. These results may be related to the recombination of genes during mating. The newly produced strains can be used to meet the industrial demand for cordycepin. In addition, breeding through mating suggests the possibility of producing numerous cordycepin-producing C. militaris strains.
