  • 본 연구는 실시간 MOT(Multiple-Object-Tracking)의 성능을 향상시키기 위해 다양한 기법을 적용한 MOT 모델을 설계한다. 연구에서 사용하는 Backbone 모델은 TBD(Tracking-by-Detection) 기반의 Tracking 모델을 사용한다. Heatmap Detection을 통해 객체를 검출하고 Transformer 기반의 Feature를 연결하여 Tracking 한다. 제안하는 방법은 Anchor 기반의 Detection의 장시간 문제와 추적 객체 정보 전달손실을 감소하여 실시간 객체 추적에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • 딥러닝은 인간이 탐지하기 어려운 데이터의 특징 및 패턴을 인지하고, 이들을 학습하여 데이터를 분류 및 예측할 수 있는 기술이다. 그러나 딥러닝 모델을 잘 학습시키기 위해서는 고품질의 대용량 데이터와 이들을 처리할 수 있는 방대한 컴퓨터 자원이 요구되는 것이 일반적이다. 따라서 소량의 데이터만이 존재하는 분야나 컴퓨터 자원이 한정되어 있는 상황에서는 딥러닝을 적용하기 어렵다. 본 논문에서는, 소량의 데이터로도 모델을 자신들의 태스크에 맞게 최적화시킬 수 있는 메타러닝에 대해 소개하고, 메타 러닝 기법들의 방향에 따른 Metric-Based, Model-Based 및 Optimization 기반 모델들에 대해 소개하고, 앞으로 나아가야 할 연구 방향에 대해 제시한다.

  • 현대 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서는 객체 추적이 중요한 연구 주제 중 하나다. 기존 Tracking By Detection 방식은 실시간 추적 속도와 Tracklet을 유지할 수 있는 정보 전달의 한계를 가지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 유사도 비교 모듈을 기반으로 Tracking By Detection 모델을 설계하고자 한다. 탐지 모델은 Anchor를 사용하지 않는 CenterNet을 사용하고 탐지된 값에 유사도 비교 알고리즘을 적용하여 객체 탐지와 객체 추적을 동시에 수행하는 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 Occlusion으로 인한 객체 정보 손실을 완화하고, 새로운 객체 및 장애물에 대해 강건할 것으로 사료된다.

  • 최근 드론은 군사 작전, 물류 운송, 인명 구조 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있으며 관련 산업의 규모는 증가하는 추세이다. 이에 따라, GPS 스푸핑, 조종사 비익명화 등의 드론을 향한 공격 기법들 또한 발달하고 있다. 이런 공격들은 드론에 대한 인증을 도입함으로써 대비할 수 있는 공격들이다. 이에, 학계에서는 강건한 인증을 위해 드론 하드웨어의 고유 특성을 활용할 수 있는 RF 신호, 소리 신호, 드론 내부 센서 신호 등에 기반한 인증 기술들이 연구되어온 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지의 드론 인증 기술 연구 동향을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 향후 연구 방향을 제시한다.

  • This study is about a service that allows people to naturally learn to bask in the sun, which is a habit to relieve depression. Modern people do not have enough time to bask in the sun due to their busy lives, and as a result, depression and fatigue are increasing day by day. Therefore, in order to relieve depression, there is a need for the development of technology to manage the schedule of sunlight basking so that users can experience sunlight more naturally. The sunlight service developed through this study can help you easily plan your sunlight schedule by recommending good dates, times, and locations for sunbathing. In addition, users can receive coins as much as they bask in the sun, and they can be motivated by the act of basking in the sun by raising their character with those coins.

Distribution Competitive Advantage of Vietnamese Fintech Enterprises and its Impact on Dynamic Capabilities

  • Purpose: The study has identified factors affecting dynamic capabilities and the distribution of competitive advantage under the impact of dynamic capabilities of Vietnamese fintech businesses. Research design, data, and methods: The method used in this study is a survey analysis of 120 Vietnamese fintech businesses to test the hypothesized relationships of the research model as well as evaluate its effectiveness. The study uses the Cronbach alpha analysis, factor analyses, and structural equation modeling to assess the research's measurement and structural models. Results: Research results show that 3 critical success factors: "Capacity to develop financial service ideas," "Ability to develop a platform," and "Business capacity" have a positive impact on "Dynamic capabilities." In addition, the study also evaluates the effect of "dynamic capabilities" on the "competitive advantage" of fintech businesses. Conclusion: Theoretically, this result contributes to discovering new, specific factors affecting the dynamic capabilities of fintech businesses. In practice, the research results are empirical evidence of the distribution of competitive advantages of Vietnamese Fintech businesses and their impact on dynamic capabilities.

  • This paper proposes a novel safety autonomous platform (SAP) architecture that can automatically and precisely manage on-site safety through ensemble artificial intelligence models generated from video information, worker's biometric information, and the safety rule to estimate the risk index. We practically designed the proposed SAP architecture by the Hadoop ecosystem with Kafka/NiFi, Spark/Hive, Hue, ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Ansible, etc., and confirmed that it worked well with safety mobility gateways for providing various safety applications.

  • The primary objective of this research is to utilize machine learning models to analyze factors tailored to each dataset for predicting mental health conditions. The study aims to develop appropriate models based on specific datasets, with the goal of accurately predicting mental health states through the analysis of distinct factors present in each dataset. This approach seeks to design more effective strategies for the prevention and intervention of depression, enhancing the quality of mental health services by providing personalized services tailored to individual circumstances. Overall, the research endeavors to advance the development of personalized mental health prediction models through data-driven factor analysis, contributing to the improvement of mental health services on an individualized basis.

  • Wireless communication, including mobile networks and local area networks, has become an essential service in the society. Wireless communication is evolving to include sensing services, as demonstrated by the increasing attention in organizations and standards such as 3GPP and IEEE 802.11. This survey presents technology trends in the integration of sensing and communication. The standardization status along with use cases provided by standards are explained. In addition, core and supporting technologies such as channel modeling, waveform design, and artificial intelligence are analyzed.

Intuitive Game Design as digital therapeutic tool for silver-generation

  • The purpose of this study is to implement game content within the generative artificial intelligence module Chat-GPTs, grounded in the humanistic discourse of self-reflection. This content aims to empower the dignity of the silver generation, which has been marginalized by digital technology. Simultaneously, we intend to prototype a digital psychotherapeutic tool. The development of a flexible device that adapts to the silver generation's living environment and temporal constraints is also part of our plan. However, there are still few commercially available products, and digital therapeutics developed in the form of content are virtually nonexistent. The goal is to implement game content that allows the elderly, who have been marginalized by digital technology, to find their true dignity. Simultaneously, we plan to commercialize a prototype of digital psychotherapy that can flexibly adapt to the range of living environments and time constraints of the elderly. This study has been extended based on the game content 'Daily Run' created by Hyein Kwon, an undergraduate student at Kyungil University.
