상호교류분석으로 본 간호학생의 자아상태와 스트레스 대처방법 및 건강상태에 관한 연구 (Study on Ego states in the view of Transactional analysis, Coping style and Health states of Nursing Students)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the type of ego states and stress coping style on female college students who are in the course of nursing study. This study is performed in the view of Transactional Analysis and designed to scrutinize descriptive correlations between the type of ego states and stress coping style. The subject is consists of 144 freshmen and sophomore, 138 junior and senior students group, who are students of K nursing college located in Seoul. The sampling investigation period is on Sept. 14, 2002 to Oct. 26, 2002. The measuring instrument used for Transactional Analysis ego state is 50 items Ego-gram research paper devised by Dusay(1997). For studying coping style, Folkman & Lazarus's measurement(1984) was adopted, which is translated and modified by Han, and Oh,(1990). Health states is adopted by standardized health inspecting instrumental table (Cornell Medical Index:CMI) which is designed for Korean people by Ko and Park(1980) Statistic average and standard deviation were generated by using SPSS PC+, t=test and Pearson correlation. The results were as follows: 1) In the type of ego states on both groups indicated the arithmetic apex NP(maximum value), then the point A was high and the data made a down slope to point AC. In the comparison to type of ego states between two groups, only at point CP, the data value of upper year students represented higher than that of lower year ones by c(t=2.28, p=.023). 2) Stress coping style of whole students were highly and affirmatively dedicated to research. Especially hopeful aspect(t=.67, p=.05), relaxation of tension(t=-2.16, p=.03) made significant difference each other in the view of arithmetic calculation. 3) In view of nursing students' physical health states, there is significant difference in past history(t=2.50, p=.013) and in case of mental health states, there are considerable discrepancies between lower group(73.52) and upper group(75.11)(p<.05). In view of all field, state of tension(t=2.13, p=.048) has difference. 4) While verifying coping style in terms of ego states level between lower and upper students group, In type CP, high level ego states group indicated significant difference on stress coping style area than low leveled group and made such sequences as the central point of problem, In type NP, sequences such as the central point of problem, In type A, the central point of problem, In type FC, hopeful aspect and In type AC, hopeful aspect and indifference were derived significantly different (p<.05). 5) While verifying health state differences in the level of lower and upper ego states, In type FC, low level group(150.29) marked higher point than upper group(145.19), there is remarkable discrepancy and so did whole health state(p=.014), In type AC both mental state(p=.000) and whole health state (p=.015) showed differences. 6) When analyzing correlations between whole students' ego states, copying style and health state, all type of ego state showed differences(p<.001). In correlations between ego state and health state, in type FC physical state had an apex and there are inverse correlations among the other types. Especially, type FC showed inverse correlations with great discrepancies(p<.05). In mental state, type NP(${\gamma}=.198$, p<.001) and type A(${\gamma}=.166$, p<.05) represented straight correlations with remarkable differences. Especially, In type AC showed inverse correlations(${\gamma}=.282$, p<.001). In case of correlations between copying style and health state, indifference(${\gamma}=-.157$) and relaxation of tension(${\gamma}=-.158$) presented great difference(p<.05). In mental state, central point of problem and search for social support showed straight correlations with great discrepancies(p<.05), hopeful aspect and indifference showed inverse correlations with considerable differences(p<.001).

RAPD에 의한 천문동 수집종의 유연관계 분석 (Genetic Relationships Analysis of Asparagus cochinchinensis $L_{OUR}$ Collections by Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA)

  • 한약재 및 식품으로의 개발가능성이 높지만 현재 멸종 위험에까지 처해있는 천문동의 체계적 보호 및 보존을 위하여 수집된 유전자원의 유전 유연관계 분석을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 수집된 자생 천문동 23종에 대한 RAPD분석을 실시한 결과 primer 당 평균 8.5개의 PCR 밴드가 얻어졌으며 polymorphism 비율이 $42.9{\sim}91.7%$ 이었으며 평균 72.9%를 나타내어 객관적 다형 현상 분석이 가능하였다. 2. 유사도 0.82를 기준으로 23개의 천문동 수집종을 구분한 결과 6개의 group으로 분리되었는데 group I 은 전남 여수의 은적암, 경남 남해 이동, 전북 부안 위도, 전남 진도 지산과 전북 부안 하서종 이었고 Group II는 전남 영광 송이도와 전북 부안 계화. 전북 고창 아산 2, 전북 군산 개야도(적경종), 전북 고창 아산 1 그리고 일본 자생종 이었으며 group III는 전남 여수의 향일암, 충남 보령 남포, 전북 군산 선유도 1, 전북 군산 선유도 2, 전북 군산 오식도, 충남 서천 서면 자생종, Group IV는 경남 사천종과 전북 군산 선유도 2 적경종이었고 Group V는 전북 익산 금마 자생종과 중국 호남성의 적경종, Group IV는 중국종(청경종)과 군산 개야도 자생종(청경종)으로 각각 나뉘어겼다. 3. BLOTTO 사용에 의한 효율적 유연관계 분석에서는 BLOTTO를 사용할 경우 PCR 효율이 향상되어 band 획득수가 증가하고 좀더 선명한 PCR 산물의 획득이 가능하였으며 적절한 사용농도는 1% 이었다.

Development of PCR-Based Sequence Characterized DNA Markers for the Identification and Detection, Genetic Diversity of Didymella bryoniae with Random Amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD)

  • Gummy stem blight pathogen is very difficult not only to monitor the inoculum levels prior to host infection, and also it is destructive and hard to control in field condition. We have applied RAPD technique to elucidate the genetic diversity of the genomic DNA of Didymella bryoniae and also to generate specific diagnostic DNA probe useful for identification and detection. The 40 primers produced clear bands consistently from the genomic DNA of twenty isolates of Didymella bryoniae, and two hundred seventy-three amplified fragments were produced with 40 primers. The combined data from 273 bands was analyzed by a cluster analysis using UPGMA method with an arithmetic average program of NTSYS-PC (Version 1.80) to generate a dendrogram. At the distance level of 0.7, two major RAPD groups were differentiated among 20 strains. RAPD group (RG) I included 8 isolates from watermelon except one isolate from melon. RAPD group (RG) IV included 12 isolates from squash, cucumber, watermelon and melon.. In amplification experiment with SCAR specific primer RG1F-RG1R resulted in a single band of 650bp fragment only for 8 isolates out of 20 isolates that should be designated as RAPD Group 1. However, same set of experiment done with RGIIF-RGIIR did not result in any amplified product.. Our attempts to detect intraspecific diversity of ITS region of rDNA by amplifying ITS region and 17s rDNA region for 20 isolates and restriction digestion of amplified fragment with 12 enzymes did not reveal polymorphic band. In order to develop RAPD markers for RGIV specific primer, a candidate PCR fragment( ≒1.4kb) was purified and Southern hybridized to the amplified fragment RGIV isolates. Genetic Diversity of Didymella bryoniae for RAPD Profiles Substantiated by SCAR Marker in Korea

  • Twenty isolates of Didymella bryoniae were isolated from infected cucurbit plants in various growing areas of southern Korea in 2001 and 2002. Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) group [RG] I of D. bryoniae was more virulent than RG IV to watermelon. Virulence of the RG I isolate was strong to moderate to cucumber, whereas that of the RG IV varied from strong, moderate to weak. Two hundred seventy-three amplified fragments were produced with 40 primers, and were analyzed by a cluster analysis using UPGMA method with an arithmetic average program of NTSYSPC. At the distance level of 0.7, two major genomic DNA RAPD groups were differentiated among 20 isolates. The RG I included 7 isolates from watermelon and one isolate from melon, whereas the RG IV included 12 isolates from squash, cucumber, watermelon and melon. Amplification of internal transcribed spacer (ITS) region and small subunit rRNA region from the 20 isolates yielded respectively a single fragment. Restriction pattern with 12 restriction enzymes was identical for all isolates tested, suggesting that variation in the ITS and small subunit within the D. bryoniae were low. Amplification of the genomic DNAs of the tested isolates with the sequence characterized amplified regions (SCAR) primer RG IF-RG IR specific for RG I group resulted in a single band of 650bp fragment for 8 isolates out of the 20 isolates. Therefore, these 8 isolates could be assigned into RG I. The same experiments done with RG IIF-RG IIR resulted in no amplified PCR product for the 20 isolates tested. An about 1.4 kb-fragment amplified from the RG IV isolates was specifically hybridized with PCR fragments amplified from genomic DNAs of the RG IV isolates only, suggesting that this PCR product could be used for discriminating the RG IV isolates from the RG I isolates as well other fungal species.

초등학교 저학년 수학부진아의 수세기 능력 연구 (A Study of Counting Ability of Mathematical Low Achievers in Low Grades of Elementary School)

  • 이 연구는 초등학교 저학년 수학부진아들의 수세기 능력을 조사하고, 이를 토대로 수학부진아 지도를 위한 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 초등학교 2학년 수학부진아 4명을 실험군으로 하고, 4학년 수학부진아 4명과 2학년 일반 학생 2명을 비교군으로 하여, 일대일 면담을 실시하였다. 학생들의 수세기 능력은 정확성, 속도, 효율성의 세 가지 관점에서 분석되었으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 저학년 수학부진아들의 수세기 능력은 매우 낮았으며, 사소한 실수나 체계적인 오류, 더딘 수행, 비효율적인 전략 구사 등의 문제점을 드러냈다. 둘째, 학년 상승과 더불어 수세기의 속도는 어느 정도 개선되지만, 수세기의 정확성이나 효율성은 크게 개선되지 않았다. 셋째, 수세기 능력과 연산 과제 수행 능력 간의 명확한 상관관계는 도출하지 못했지만 개연성이 있음은 확인하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 통해, 저학년 수학부진아들에게 수세기 활동을 좀 더 강조해서 지도해야할 필요성이 있음을 이끌어 내었다.

초등학생의 인터넷 게임중독과 아동이 지각한 부모-자녀 애착과의 관계 (Relation between Internet Game Addiction in Elementary School Students and Student's Perception of Parent-Child Attachment)

  • Purpose: In this study, the Internet game addiction level was assessed, and parent-child attachment level associated with the addiction was analyzed. Method: From December 5 to 23, 2005, self-reported questionnaire data were collected from 990 Busan City elementary school students of the 5th and 6th grades. The questionnaire consisted of questions about their characteristic features in playing Internet games based on the K-scale developed by KADO. The data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 10.0 program. Frequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation, $X^2$-test, ANOVA analysis and Scheffe test were used to analyze the data. Results: 1. With regard to the level of Internet game addiction, 71.2% of the students responded that they were general users, and 6.3%, at high risk for addiction. Mean scores were 103.3 for the high-risk group, 77.7 for the potential risk group, and 55.86 for the general user group. The total mean was 63.74. 2. Mean scores for parent-child attachment levels were 97.1 and 99.6 for father and mother, respectively. Conclusion: These results suggest that a collaborative program to educate and counsel parents to increase the parent-child attachment level needs to be established in protection and recovery programs for Internet game addiction.

IP기반의 Pay-TV 시스템을 위한 안전하고 효율적인 그룹 키 분배 프로토콜 (An Efficient and Secure Group Key Distribution Protocol for IP-based Pay-TV Systems)

  • 최근 몇 년간, IP-TV 등 IP 기반의 방송 서비스들이 급속도로 보급되고 있다. 이러한 IP기반의 Pay-TV 서비스들은 미디어 컨텐츠를 보호하기 위한 보안 시스템을 필요로 한다. 본 논문은 IP기반의 Pay-TV 보안 시스템인 Conditional Access System을 분석하고, 현재의 Conditional Access System이 비효율적인 방식으로 그룹 키를 분배한다는 사실을 제시한다. 본 논문은 Conditional Access System의 성능을 향상시키기 위해서, 안전하고 효율적인 그룹 키 분배 프로토콜을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 프로토콜은 간단한 사칙연산 만으로 그룹 키의 분배가 가능하다. 성능 분석 결과는 본 논문에서 제안하는 프로토콜이 Conditional Access System보다 효율적이라는 것을 보여준다. 뿐만아니라, 본 논문에서 제안하는 프로토콜에서는 그룹 키를 분배하는 과정에서 서버와 단말 둘만이 공유하게 되는 비밀 값을 쉽게 획득할 수 있다. 이 비밀 값은 서버와 단말이 공유하고 있는 마스터 키를 대체할 수 있으며, 이는 마스터 키의 반복된 사용에 의해 발생되는 공격들로부터 시스템을 안전하게 보호한다.

분노표현 양식과 스트레스 노출이 심박변이도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Anger Expression Style and Stress on Heart Rate Variablity)

  • Objective : Using patterns of change in heart rate variability (HRV), we investigated the effects of stress exposure and type of anger expression on cardiovascular diseases. Methods : Eighty-nine medical students were evaluated by STAXI-K, BDI, BAI, and measured HRV. According to the scores of anger expression questions in STAXI-K, objects are comparted to three groups. Each group is compared with others on the levels of depression, anxiety and HRV. Additionally objects are divided into two groups of functional anger expression group and dysfunctional anger expression group, and each group also divided into two groups, depending on the exposure of stressful situation or not. Members who took part in the stress exposure groups, they've got a serial arithmetic process for five minutes. We surveyed patterns of HRV in 4 each groups and estimated interactions between existence of stressful situation or type of anger expression and HRV. Results : Irrespective of stress manipulation, the dysfunctional anger expression group showed a marked increase in the LF/HF ratio in comparison to the functional anger expression group. Also, under conditions of stress manipulation, the stress exposure group exhibited a relatively increased level of TP. It can't be discriminated any correlations between stress manipulation and type of anger expression. Conclusion : Both of them, exposure to the stressful situation and type of anger expression, have influence on cardiovascular diseases. By controlling anger and way of express that, it is possible to diminish the incidence of cardiovascular diseases.

Analysis of Genetic Variation in Botrytis cinerea Isolates Using Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA Markers

  • Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers were used to survey genetic variability among 34 Botrytis cinerea isolates from nine different host plants in Korea. For RAPD analysis, 115 arbitrary decamer primers were initially screened for polymorphic major DNA bands with 11 representative B. cinerea isolates. Eleven primers that initially detected polymorphisms were tested a second time with additional 23 isolates of B. cinerea as well as one isolate of Botrytis squamosa as an outgroup. The RAPD analyses revealed that all isolates except one showed different molecular phenotypes. Dendrograms obtained from dissimilarity matrices using the unweighted paired group method of arithmetic means (UPGMA) showed the 36.4% to 90.0% similarity among all B. cinerea isolates. The B. squamosa isolate showed the least similarity to all B. cinerea isolates. The cluster analyses indicated no correlation among all the characteristics examined including molecular phenotypes, host and geographic origins, year of isolation, or pathogenicity. The RAPD data suggest that a high level of genetic variation exists among Korean populations of B. cinerea and it seems to be caused by heterokaryosis among preexisting molecular phenotypes.

Genetic diversity, relationships and demographic history of the small yellow croaker, Larimichthys polyactis (Pisces: Sciaenidae) from Korea and China inferred from mitochondrial control region sequence data

  • Genetic variation was surveyed at the mitochondrial control region (766bp) to test for the presence of genetic stock structure in the small yellow croaker, Larimichthys polyactis from the Yellow and East China Seas. Individuals of the small yellow croaker could not be distinguished on the basis of its location, as demonstrated using the neighbor-joining (NJ) method, unweighted pair-group method, arithmetic average (UPGMA) and the minimum spanning network (MSN). Analysis of molecular variance revealed no significant differences among collections of the small yellow croaker taken from the four locations (two locations each in Korea and China). Neutrality tests and a mismatch distribution analysis indicated that this species has recently expanded. Our findings suggest either that the small yellow croaker has a high migration capability that enables it to overcome the effects of genetic drift, or that this species expanded relatively recently and has not yet had sufficient time to differentiate.
