  • In this paper, a good interpolation formulae are applied to the numerical solution of Cauchy integral equations of the first kind with using some Chebyshev quadrature rules. To demonstrate the effectiveness of the Radau-Chebyshev with respect to the olds, [6],[7],[8] and [121, some examples are given.

  • The aim of this article is to consider the sequences generated by repeatedly performing matrix multiplication operations, define the stable, amicable pair, sociable matrix sequences, and analyze the results obtained through iteration. Lastly, numbers are changed to colors to make them easier to understand.

  • As for the practical purpose of mathematics education, the extrinsic purpose is emphasized. As an alternative to this, a discussion on mathematics education as a character education is urgently requested. It can be said that the main purpose of learning mathematics is to have a form of life that values the form and structure of mathematics. The epistemological basis of such an idea can be seen as based on Kant's philosophy. Kant's epistemology can provide one answer to the question of the intrinsic purpose of mathematics education.

  • Let D be a square-free positive integer and let $K_D=\mathbb{Q}(\sqrt{-D})$ be the imaginary quadratic field. And let $h_D$ be the class number of the number field $K_D$. In this paper, we show the following: If D=l or 4l, where l is a prime number with $l{\equiv}3$ (mod 4), then $h_D$ is odd.
