There was no difference in total light transmissivity of covering materials. But the light transmittance of J-2 in greenhouse was by 78.25 which was higher than any other film. The high light transmittance of J-2 was come from low water condensation and dust attached in film surface. The ultraviolet light of J-3 was completely intercepted. The ultraviolet transmittance rate of others was from 62 to 76%. In no heating oriental melon cultivation, the air temperature in tunnel was 15 to $21^{\circ}C$ higher than outer, and the soil temperature in tunnel was 20 to $25^{\circ}C$ higher than outer. Air temperature and soil temperature of J-2 were higher than any other film.

IMO(International Maritime Organization) is strongly proceeding with adoption of a new maritime environmental convention and coming into r1fed for regulation enhancement about the pollutants which are happened in a ship recently. Study about the conventions that our country currently comes into r1fect, and there is during forwarding and correspondence must be performed effectively. In this paper, International convention on the control of harmful Anti-Fouling system on ship, Ballast water management, Prevention of air pollution from ships, treat a main pending problem in ocean related environmental regulation convention.

The Plasma film treated with a high electric voltage was developed to enhance flow down of condensation drops on inside plastic film. Arch type greenhouse framed with iron pipe of 25mm diameter defand 1.5mm thickness were covered with either the developed plasma film or surfactant film(control). Green pepper seedlings raised for 40 days in plug trays were transplanted at a density of 110cm by 30cm in each greenhouse. The mount of condensational water on film surface, generated by 7$0^{\circ}C$ water bath chimney systems and flew down, was collected and measured. The amount of collected water after 150 minutes was 2.56 mL.100c $m^{-2}$ and 0.94mL.100c $m^{-2}$ , respectively, in the plasma film and surfactant film-covered greenhouses. The amount of condensational water drops attached on the cover at 08:20 a.m. at 60 days filter covering was 0.34mL.100c $m^{02}$ and 0.32mL.100c $m^{-2}$ , respectively, in the plasma film- and surfactant film-covered greenhouses. Solar irradiance transmitted into greenhouse was 2.0% higher in the greenhouse covered with the plasma film tan that in the greenhouse covered with the surfactant film. Air temperature in the plasma film-covered greenhouse was higher than the surfactant film-covered greenhouse by 0.5$^{\circ}C$. However, there was no difference in relative humidity between the two greenhouse. Plant height, leaf area, dry weight and early yield showed no significant differences.s.

Though stringent guidelines are in place to protect the harbor environment, pollution from ships, from the ports terminals. Discharge from the ballast tanks of ships, though illegal, does occur. Such vessels, arriving from distant ports of call, can introduce exotic species of plants and animals, causing disruption of the local food web. Discharges rich in nitrogen can generate the rapid growth of plankton, eventually leading to a condition known as red tide that is lethal to some coastal organisms. In addition to the harbor's negative effects on marine organisms, the diesel engines of the ships and the trucks that haul cargo to and from the ports release large volumes of diesel exhaust into the atmosphere.
