131I 방사성 동위원소 치료에 따른 피폭 선량 연구 (The Study of Radiation Exposed dose According to 131I Radiation Isotope Therapy)

  • 본 연구는 고용량 $^{131}I$ 치료 후 방사선원이 된 퇴원 환자로부터 나오는 방사선 피폭에 관해 외부 선량률을 측정하고, 그에 따른 피폭선량을 예측하는 것이 목적이다. 200 mCi 이상 고용량 $^{131}I$ 치료를 받은 30명의 환자에서 구리링 3개를 이용하여 환자로부터 거리 및 방위각에 따른 선량평가를 시행하였다. 정확한 방사선 계측을 위하여 GM 계측기를 이용하여 2명의 측정자가 방위각 8 포인트와 거리 변화를 주며 계측하였다. 측정값을 기반으로 3가지 예측 시뮬레이션을 설정하여 불특정 다수 일반인에 대한 피폭선량을 계산하였다. 1m 높이에서 방위각에 따른 외부 선량률이 가장 높은 부위는 0도이다. 거리에 따른 선량률은 거리별 방위각의 선량률 평균값을 사용하였다. 거리에 따른 외부 선량률의 최고치는 50, 100, 150 cm에서 각각 $214{\pm}16.5$, $59{\pm}9.1{\mu}Sv/h$, $38{\pm}5.8{\mu}Sv/h$ 이다. 고용량 $^{131}I$ 치료 환자가 대중교통을 이용해서 5시간 이동할 때 반경 50 cm 지점의 옆좌석에 안은 불특정 일반인이 받을 수 있는 피폭선량은 1.14 mSv이다. 소변 통(urin bag)을 착용한 퇴원환자로부터 100 cm 거리에서 4일 동안 간병인이 받을 수 있는 최대 피폭선량은 6.5 mSv이다. 퇴원 환자 귀가로 인해 7일 동안 150 cm 거리에서 보호자가 받을 수 있는 최대 피폭선량은 1.08 mSv이다. 개발된 예측 모델링으로 불특정 $^{131}I$ 치료 환자의 주변 일반인에게 적용하였을 때 연간 선량 한도를 단시간에 초과하는 수준이었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 현행 고용량 $^{131}I$ 치료 환자의 퇴원 후 주변의 일반인의 방호체계의 합리적인 가이드라인을 제시하는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

  • 본 연구는 반도체 심근 전용 감마카메라를 이용하여 단시간에 검사가 가능한 이중 동위원소 심근 관류 동시스캔에 대해 임상적으로 연구 해보고자 한다. 심장 전용 감마카메라를 사용하여 Rest/Stress $^{99m}TC$-sestaMIBI 당일 심근관류 스캔과 Rest $^{99m}TC$-sestaMIBI/Stress $^{201}Tl$ 이중 동위원소 심근 관류 동시 스캔을 같이 검사한 86명의 환자 중 검사 결과가 동일하고 임상적으로 심장질환의 변화가 없는 환자 36명을 대상으로 분석 했다. 두 검사의 영상의 상관성을 확인하기 위해 QPS 프로그램을 이용하여 정량적 값을 통계적으로 분석 했다. Rest/Stress $^{99m}TC$-sestaMIBI 당일 심근관류 스캔과 $^{99m}TC$-sesta MIBI/Stress $^{201}Tl$ 이중 동위원소 심근 관류 동시 스캔을 summed score에서 상관도를 분석했다. RSS의 $R^2$ 값은 0.91로 나왔고, SSS의 $R^2$ 값은 0.71로 나왔다. $^{99m}TC$-sestaMIBI/Stress $^{201}Tl$ 이중 동위원소 동시 검사는 기존 당일 검사와 상관성을 확인했다. $^{99m}TC$-sestaMIBI/Stress $^{201}Tl$ 이중 동위원소 동시 검사는 검사시간이 약 30분만에 완료가 가능하다. 응급환자나 고령의 환자 등 짧은 검사시간이 필요한 환자에게 임상적으로 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

고속회전식 수동형 채집 장치를 이용한 한반도 주변해역에서의 자유용존상 PAHs 측정 (Determination of Freely Dissolved PAHs in Seawater around the Korean Peninsula Using High Speed Rotation-Type Passive Sampling Device)

  • 본 연구에서는 해수 중 생물에게 실질적으로 이용되어질 수 있는 자유용존상 농도(freely dissolved concentration)를 보다 쉽고 빠르게 검출하고자 해수를 고속으로 회전시키는 수동형 채집 장치를 제작하였다. 이 고속회전식 수동형 채집 장치(high speed rotation-type passive sampling device)를 한반도 주변해역에 적용하여 해수 중 다환방향족탄화수소(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, PAHs)의 자유용존상 농도를 측정하였다. 또한 대용량 해수 채취법(high volume water sampling)으로부터 구한 PAHs의 용존상 농도(dissolved concentration)와 고속회전식 수동형 채집 장치로부터의 자유용존상 농도를 비교하여 생물에게 직접적으로 이용 될 수 있는 비율을 조사하였다. 그 결과, 고속회전식수동형 채집 장치 모터의 회전속도를 900 rpm으로 가동하였을 때, 소수성이 낮은 저분자 PAHs 화합물(log KOW 3.4 ~ 5.2)은 5시간 만에 평형에 도달하였다. 반면 소수성이 비교적 높은 고분자 화합물(log KOW 5.6 ~ 6.8)의 경우, 평형에 도달하는 데 걸리는 시간은 최소 2일에서 한 달 정도 소요될 것으로 예상되었다. 그러나 실행보정물질(performance reference compounds)를 이용할 경우, 5시간 가동만으로도 평형상태에서의 고분자 화합물의 농도 예측이 가능하였다. 수동형 채집 장치를 적용하여 측정된 조사해역에서의 PAHs의 자유용존상 농도는 0.32 ~ 1.2 ng/L으로 다른 대양에서의 농도보다는 높았지만, 항구나 해안과 같은 연안보다는 매우 낮은 수준이었다. 용존상 및 자유용존상이 모두 검출된 PAHs를 대상으로 생물에게 이용 될 수 있는 비율은 서해병 폐기물 배출해역 위치와 인접한 조사구간에서 가장 높았다. 또한 생물 체내 잔류농도를 예측하였을 때, 폐기물 배출해역이 포함된 외해가 연안보다 비교적 높은 것으로 나타났다.

콩의 MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) 처리 방법에 관한 연구 (Studies on the MSM (Methyl Sulfonyl Methane) Treatment Method of Soybeans)

  • 본 연구는 콩 재배시 최적 MSM 농도설정을 위한 MSM 처리 방법에 따른 콩의 생육, 수량 및 품위 특성을 알아보았다. 1. 2022년 생육 특성 조사에서는 처리 농도가 50%~200%로 증가함에 따라 생육 특성인 초장, 경태 및 분지수가 증가하는 경향을 보였고, 이에 수량구성요소 및 수량에서도 같은 경향으로 농도가 가장 높았던 기비+추비3회 200% 처리구에서 협수가 가장 많아, 수량 또한 355 kg·10a-1로 가장 많았다. 2. MSM 처리 농도 200% 이상의 최적 농도설정을 위한 연구에서의 생육 특성은 초장 및 분지수에서 400% > 200% > 800% 경향이 나타났으며, 기비+추비3회 400% 처리구에서 각각 106.7 cm, 6개로 가장 길고, 많았다. 3. 종실 품위에서도 기비+추비3회 400% 처리구가 종실 직경 6.7 mm 이상의 비율이 66.9%로 가장 높게 나타났다. 4. 수량구성요소인 협수, 입수 및 백립중에서도 같은 경향으로 기비+추비3회 400% 처리구에서 각각 90.0개, 1.95개 23.0g으로 가장 많고, 무거웠으며 종실 수량 또한 374 kg·10a-1로 가장 많아 무처리구 대비 최대 23.4% 증수하였다. 5. 따라서, 콩의 고품질 안정생산 재배를 위한 MSM 최적 처리 방법으로는 400% 농도로 기비 후, 수확 전 30일 간격으로 추비 3회 처리하는 것이 가장 유리할 것으로 판단된다.

한정된 O-D조사자료를 이용한 주 전체의 트럭교통예측방법 개발 (DEVELOPMENT OF STATEWIDE TRUCK TRAFFIC FORECASTING METHOD BY USING LIMITED O-D SURVEY DATA)

  • The objective of this research is to test the feasibility of developing a statewide truck traffic forecasting methodology for Wisconsin by using Origin-Destination surveys, traffic counts, classification counts, and other data that are routinely collected by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT). Development of a feasible model will permit estimation of future truck traffic for every major link in the network. This will provide the basis for improved estimation of future pavement deterioration. Pavement damage rises exponentially as axle weight increases, and trucks are responsible for most of the traffic-induced damage to pavement. Consequently, forecasts of truck traffic are critical to pavement management systems. The pavement Management Decision Supporting System (PMDSS) prepared by WisDOT in May 1990 combines pavement inventory and performance data with a knowledge base consisting of rules for evaluation, problem identification and rehabilitation recommendation. Without a r.easonable truck traffic forecasting methodology, PMDSS is not able to project pavement performance trends in order to make assessment and recommendations in the future years. However, none of WisDOT's existing forecasting methodologies has been designed specifically for predicting truck movements on a statewide highway network. For this research, the Origin-Destination survey data avaiiable from WisDOT, including two stateline areas, one county, and five cities, are analyzed and the zone-to'||'&'||'not;zone truck trip tables are developed. The resulting Origin-Destination Trip Length Frequency (00 TLF) distributions by trip type are applied to the Gravity Model (GM) for comparison with comparable TLFs from the GM. The gravity model is calibrated to obtain friction factor curves for the three trip types, Internal-Internal (I-I), Internal-External (I-E), and External-External (E-E). ~oth "macro-scale" calibration and "micro-scale" calibration are performed. The comparison of the statewide GM TLF with the 00 TLF for the macro-scale calibration does not provide suitable results because the available 00 survey data do not represent an unbiased sample of statewide truck trips. For the "micro-scale" calibration, "partial" GM trip tables that correspond to the 00 survey trip tables are extracted from the full statewide GM trip table. These "partial" GM trip tables are then merged and a partial GM TLF is created. The GM friction factor curves are adjusted until the partial GM TLF matches the 00 TLF. Three friction factor curves, one for each trip type, resulting from the micro-scale calibration produce a reasonable GM truck trip model. A key methodological issue for GM. calibration involves the use of multiple friction factor curves versus a single friction factor curve for each trip type in order to estimate truck trips with reasonable accuracy. A single friction factor curve for each of the three trip types was found to reproduce the 00 TLFs from the calibration data base. Given the very limited trip generation data available for this research, additional refinement of the gravity model using multiple mction factor curves for each trip type was not warranted. In the traditional urban transportation planning studies, the zonal trip productions and attractions and region-wide OD TLFs are available. However, for this research, the information available for the development .of the GM model is limited to Ground Counts (GC) and a limited set ofOD TLFs. The GM is calibrated using the limited OD data, but the OD data are not adequate to obtain good estimates of truck trip productions and attractions .. Consequently, zonal productions and attractions are estimated using zonal population as a first approximation. Then, Selected Link based (SELINK) analyses are used to adjust the productions and attractions and possibly recalibrate the GM. The SELINK adjustment process involves identifying the origins and destinations of all truck trips that are assigned to a specified "selected link" as the result of a standard traffic assignment. A link adjustment factor is computed as the ratio of the actual volume for the link (ground count) to the total assigned volume. This link adjustment factor is then applied to all of the origin and destination zones of the trips using that "selected link". Selected link based analyses are conducted by using both 16 selected links and 32 selected links. The result of SELINK analysis by u~ing 32 selected links provides the least %RMSE in the screenline volume analysis. In addition, the stability of the GM truck estimating model is preserved by using 32 selected links with three SELINK adjustments, that is, the GM remains calibrated despite substantial changes in the input productions and attractions. The coverage of zones provided by 32 selected links is satisfactory. Increasing the number of repetitions beyond four is not reasonable because the stability of GM model in reproducing the OD TLF reaches its limits. The total volume of truck traffic captured by 32 selected links is 107% of total trip productions. But more importantly, ~ELINK adjustment factors for all of the zones can be computed. Evaluation of the travel demand model resulting from the SELINK adjustments is conducted by using screenline volume analysis, functional class and route specific volume analysis, area specific volume analysis, production and attraction analysis, and Vehicle Miles of Travel (VMT) analysis. Screenline volume analysis by using four screenlines with 28 check points are used for evaluation of the adequacy of the overall model. The total trucks crossing the screenlines are compared to the ground count totals. L V/GC ratios of 0.958 by using 32 selected links and 1.001 by using 16 selected links are obtained. The %RM:SE for the four screenlines is inversely proportional to the average ground count totals by screenline .. The magnitude of %RM:SE for the four screenlines resulting from the fourth and last GM run by using 32 and 16 selected links is 22% and 31 % respectively. These results are similar to the overall %RMSE achieved for the 32 and 16 selected links themselves of 19% and 33% respectively. This implies that the SELINICanalysis results are reasonable for all sections of the state.Functional class and route specific volume analysis is possible by using the available 154 classification count check points. The truck traffic crossing the Interstate highways (ISH) with 37 check points, the US highways (USH) with 50 check points, and the State highways (STH) with 67 check points is compared to the actual ground count totals. The magnitude of the overall link volume to ground count ratio by route does not provide any specific pattern of over or underestimate. However, the %R11SE for the ISH shows the least value while that for the STH shows the largest value. This pattern is consistent with the screenline analysis and the overall relationship between %RMSE and ground count volume groups. Area specific volume analysis provides another broad statewide measure of the performance of the overall model. The truck traffic in the North area with 26 check points, the West area with 36 check points, the East area with 29 check points, and the South area with 64 check points are compared to the actual ground count totals. The four areas show similar results. No specific patterns in the L V/GC ratio by area are found. In addition, the %RMSE is computed for each of the four areas. The %RMSEs for the North, West, East, and South areas are 92%, 49%, 27%, and 35% respectively, whereas, the average ground counts are 481, 1383, 1532, and 3154 respectively. As for the screenline and volume range analyses, the %RMSE is inversely related to average link volume. 'The SELINK adjustments of productions and attractions resulted in a very substantial reduction in the total in-state zonal productions and attractions. The initial in-state zonal trip generation model can now be revised with a new trip production's trip rate (total adjusted productions/total population) and a new trip attraction's trip rate. Revised zonal production and attraction adjustment factors can then be developed that only reflect the impact of the SELINK adjustments that cause mcreases or , decreases from the revised zonal estimate of productions and attractions. Analysis of the revised production adjustment factors is conducted by plotting the factors on the state map. The east area of the state including the counties of Brown, Outagamie, Shawano, Wmnebago, Fond du Lac, Marathon shows comparatively large values of the revised adjustment factors. Overall, both small and large values of the revised adjustment factors are scattered around Wisconsin. This suggests that more independent variables beyond just 226; population are needed for the development of the heavy truck trip generation model. More independent variables including zonal employment data (office employees and manufacturing employees) by industry type, zonal private trucks 226; owned and zonal income data which are not available currently should be considered. A plot of frequency distribution of the in-state zones as a function of the revised production and attraction adjustment factors shows the overall " adjustment resulting from the SELINK analysis process. Overall, the revised SELINK adjustments show that the productions for many zones are reduced by, a factor of 0.5 to 0.8 while the productions for ~ relatively few zones are increased by factors from 1.1 to 4 with most of the factors in the 3.0 range. No obvious explanation for the frequency distribution could be found. The revised SELINK adjustments overall appear to be reasonable. The heavy truck VMT analysis is conducted by comparing the 1990 heavy truck VMT that is forecasted by the GM truck forecasting model, 2.975 billions, with the WisDOT computed data. This gives an estimate that is 18.3% less than the WisDOT computation of 3.642 billions of VMT. The WisDOT estimates are based on the sampling the link volumes for USH, 8TH, and CTH. This implies potential error in sampling the average link volume. The WisDOT estimate of heavy truck VMT cannot be tabulated by the three trip types, I-I, I-E ('||'&'||'pound;-I), and E-E. In contrast, the GM forecasting model shows that the proportion ofE-E VMT out of total VMT is 21.24%. In addition, tabulation of heavy truck VMT by route functional class shows that the proportion of truck traffic traversing the freeways and expressways is 76.5%. Only 14.1% of total freeway truck traffic is I-I trips, while 80% of total collector truck traffic is I-I trips. This implies that freeways are traversed mainly by I-E and E-E truck traffic while collectors are used mainly by I-I truck traffic. Other tabulations such as average heavy truck speed by trip type, average travel distance by trip type and the VMT distribution by trip type, route functional class and travel speed are useful information for highway planners to understand the characteristics of statewide heavy truck trip patternS. Heavy truck volumes for the target year 2010 are forecasted by using the GM truck forecasting model. Four scenarios are used. Fo~ better forecasting, ground count- based segment adjustment factors are developed and applied. ISH 90 '||'&'||' 94 and USH 41 are used as example routes. The forecasting results by using the ground count-based segment adjustment factors are satisfactory for long range planning purposes, but additional ground counts would be useful for USH 41. Sensitivity analysis provides estimates of the impacts of the alternative growth rates including information about changes in the trip types using key routes. The network'||'&'||'not;based GMcan easily model scenarios with different rates of growth in rural versus . . urban areas, small versus large cities, and in-state zones versus external stations. cities, and in-state zones versus external stations.

한우에서의 초음파화상진단에 관한 연구 (Fundamental Studies on the Ultrasonographic Diagnosis in Korean Native Cattle)

  • This study was carried out to get fundamental information about the normal ultrasonogram of the liver and heart in Korean native cattle and calves. The interventricular septum, left ventricular internal diameter, left ventricular free wall thickness, aortic diameter, left atrial diameter, and right ventricular internal diameter of hear in 10 Korean native calves were determined at 4-5 right intercostal spare by use of ultrasonography. The caudal vena cava, portal vein, gallbladder, liver of 9 Korean native cattle and 10 calves were determined at 12, 11 and 10th intercostal spares by use of ultrasonography. Cursor-directed M-mode and gray-scale, B-mode ultrasonograms were obtained with electronic scanning ultrasound equipment with a 3.5 or 5.0-MHz convex transducer. The results obtained through the experiments were summarized as follows: 1. The result of ultrasonographic examination of the korean native calves' heart 1) Interventricular septum in systole and diastole was 1.23 and 0.81 cm, respectively(vc=28.84, 17.4). 2) Ventricular internal diameter in systole and diastole was 2.50 and 4.91 cm, respectively(vc=17.44, 12.73). 3) Left ventricular free was thickness in systole and diastole was 1.44 and 0.92 cm, respectively(vc=26.85, 23.54). 4) Aortic diameter was 2.69.m, .rspectevely(vc=11.29). 5) Left atrial diameter was 1.82 cm(vc=15.31). 6) Right ventricular internal diameter in systole and diastole was 1.12 and 1.9 cm, respectively(vc=33.71, 24.43). 3. Ultrasonographic measurments of caudal vena cava, portal vein, gallbladder of Korean native calves 1) Dorsal margin of caudal vena cava at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 13.5, 15.3 and 18.1 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 3) Depth of caudal vena cava at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 4.4, 4.5 and 4.6 cm, respectively. 3) Diameter of caudal vena cava at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 11.6, 1.7 and 1.6 cm, respectively. 4) Dorsal margin of portal vein at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 16.2, 18.6 and 21.4 cm, respectively(p<0.01) 5) Depth of portal vein at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal spare was 4.5, 4.4 and 3.9 cm respectively. 6) Diameter of portal vein at the 13, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 2.1, 2.2 and 1.9 cm respectively. 7) Dorsal margin of gallbladder at the 11 and 10th intercostal space was 23.6 and 23.9 cm, respectively(p<0.01), 8) Longitudinal diameter of gallbladder at the 11 and 10th intercostal space was 7.1 and 5.9 cm, respectively(p<0.05). 9) Transverse diameter of gallbladder at the 11 and 10th intercostal space was 2.4 and 2.1 cm respectively(p<0.01). 3. Ultrasonographic measurments of caudal vena cava, portal vein, gallbladder of Korean native cattle 1) Dorsal margin of caudal vena cava at the 12 and 11th intercostal space was 22.2, and 25.4 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 2) Depth of caudal vena cava at the 12 and 11th intercostal space was 103 and 11.1 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 3) Diameter of caudal vena cava at the 12 and 11th intercostal space was 3.1 and 3.0 cm, respectively. 4) Dorsal margin of portal vein at the 12 and 11th intercostal space was 29.3 and 32.9 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 5) Depth of portal vein at the 12 and 11th intercostal space was 9.6, and 9.2 cm, respectively. 6) Diameter of portal vein at the 12 and lith intercostal space was 3.4 and 3.3 cm, respectively. 7) Dorsal margin of gallbladder at the 11 and 10th intercostal space was 43.1 and 45.5 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 8) Longitudinal diameter of gallbladder at the 11 and 10th intercostal space was 10.1 and 9.4 cm, respectively. 9) Transverse diameter of gallbladder at the 11 and 10th intercostal space was 4.0 and 3.7 cm, respectively. 4, Ultrasonogaphic measurments of dorsal margin, ventral margin, size and angles of the Korean native calves' liver. 1) Dorsal margin of liver at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 11.0, 9.6, and 12.4 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 2) Ventral margin of liver at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal spate was 20, 24 and 26.1 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 3) Size of the liver at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 9.0, 14.6 and 13.8 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 4) Angle of liver at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 40, 46 and 37, respectively(p<0.01). 5. Ultrasonographic measurmants of dorsal margin, ventral margin, size and anglses of the korean native cattle's liver 1) Dorsal margin of the liver at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 14.4, 18.2 and 26, 3 cm, respectively. 2) Ventral margin of liver at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 41.1, 46.4 and 49.3 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 3) Size of the liver at the 12, 11 and 10th intercostal space was 26.8, 28.2 and 23.2 cm, respectively(p<0.01). 4) Angel of liverat the 15, 11 and 10 intercostal space was 41, 40.6 and 35.7, respectively(p<0.05). It was concluded that the ultrasonographic values oletermined in this study can be used as references for the diagnosis of morphologic changes in the hear and liver in korean native calves, and in the liver in korean native rattle.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in depression, irrational faith and the school adaptation of elementary school students by their sex and region, to provide basic materials to teach children with the likelihood to be depressed by analyzing the correlation of depression, irrational faith and school adaptation, and help them to have healthy emotion and behaviors. To achieve these goals, following agenda were set. First, what are the differences in the depression, the irrational faith and the school adaptation of elementary school students by their sex and region? Second, what is the relationship between the depression characteristics and the irrational faith of elementary school students? Third, what is the relationship between the irrational faith and the school adaptation of elementary school students? Fourth, what is the relationship between the depression characteristics and school adaptation of elementary school students? : To resolve these agenda, the subjects were selected from Grade 6 students from the elementary schools locatec in Suwon and Hwaseong. The jubjects were selected from the two schools in Suwon and three schools in Hwaseong which were randomly chosen. The subjects were 670 in total. 70 insincere answers were excluded from the analysis. Therefore the subjects used in the analysis were 600 in total(150 male and female students in city respectively and 150 male and female students in rural area respectively). The tools used for this study were Children's Depression Inventory (CDI), Irrational Faith Test (over-self-reliance, dichotomy, determinism, over-concern, evasive faith, over dependent faith), School Adaptation Test (Attitudes to teachers and school environments, hobbies and specialties, academic achievements, peer relationship). Materials were processed with the SPSS program for ANOVA and correlation analysis. All the statistical values were verified at .05 level. The followings are the results of the analysis of the collected data. First, in the analysis of depression, there was significant difference between male and female students (F=4.75, p<.05). Female students (X =56.93) showed a little higher value than male students (X =53.83). There was significant difference between regions (F=13.02, p<.001), too. Rural area students (X =57.93) showed higher value than city area students (X =52.82). When analyzing irrational faith, there was significant difference between male and female students (F=S.60, p<.05). Female students (X =81.32) showed a little higher value than male students (X =77.72). There was no significant difference according to regions. When analyzing the school adaptation, there was no significant difference according to either sex or region. Second, depression and irrational faith showed highly positive correlations in all areas. In particular, over concern and evasive faith showed the highest correlation with depression inclination (r=.68, p<.001). When looking into the results by sex and by region, female students (r=.70, p<.001) and the rural area students (r=.69, p<.001) showed higher correlation between depression and irrational faith than male students and city area students (r=.63, p<.001). Additionally, in all areas including by sex and by region, a positive correlation was shown. In all variables such as male students (r=.63, p<.001), female students (r=.72, p<.001), city area students (r=.66, p<.001), and rural area students (r=.69, p<.001), over concern and evasive faith showed the highest correlation with depression inclinations. Third, irrational faith (overall) and its sub factors such as over-self-reliance, dichotomy, determinism, over-concern and evasive faith had significant negative correlations with school adaptation (overall) and its sub factors in the scope of $r=-.27{\sim}-.52$. Determinism out of the sub factors of the irrational faith had the highest negative correlation with school adaptation (overall) and sub factors at the scope of $r=-.37{\sim}-.51$. However, over-self-reliance showed the negative correlation with school adaptation (overall) and its sub factors only partially. When looking into the results by gender, both genders showed significant negative correlation between irrational faith (overall) and its sub factors with school adaptation. Male students showed highly negative correlations with school adaptation (overall) and its sub factors in determinism ($r=-.35{\sim}-52$) and over-concern and evasive faith($r=-.31{\sim}-.51$), and fern ale students showed in over-self-reliance ($r=-.27{\sim}-.45$). However over-self-reliance showed negative correlation with school adaptation and its sub factors only partially. When looking into by region, both city and rural areas showed significant negative correlation between irrational faith (overall) and it sub factors, and school adaptation. Rural areas showed higher negative correlation in irrational faith (overall) ($r=-.39{\sim}-.53$) and over-self-reliance ($r=-.32{\sim}-.44$) and dichotomy ($r=-.28{\sim}-.39$) than city areas. However over-self-reliance showed negative correlation with school adaptation and its sub factors only partially. Fourth, depression and school adaptation showed the negative correlation in all areas. In particular, academic achievements and peer relationship showed the highest negative correlation with depression (r=-.53 p<.001). When looking into the results by sex and by region, female students (r=-.62, p<.001) and rural area students (r=-.61, p<.001) showed higher negative correlation with depression and school adaptation than female students (r=-.56, p<.001) and city area students (r=-.57, p<.001). Although there was negative correlation in all areas by sex and by region, male students (r=-.52, p<.001) and rural area students (r=-.56, p<.001) showed the highest negative correlation in peer relationship and female students (r=-.57, p<.001) and city area students (r=-.56, p<.001) showed the highest negative correlation in academic records. Based on the results of the study, it is proposed to provide elementary school students sho are likely to be depressed very easily with careful counselling and teaching based on the attention and love in school fields so that they can adapt themselves to home, school and society with positive and reasonable thinking.

산란선 대 일차선비(SPR)를 이용한 MV 영상의 산란 보정을 위한 실험적 방법 (An Experimental Method for the Scatter Correction of MV Images Using Scatter to Primary Ratios (SPRs))

  • 고에너지(MV, Mega-voltage) X선 영상은 일반적인 방사선 치료 시 조사야의 영상 검증이 가능한 유일한 방법으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 고에너지 특유의 높은 콤프턴 산란 반응 특성으로 인해 저에너지 영상에 비해 화질이 크게 낮으며, 1990년대에 디지털 MV 영상이 소개된 이후 화질을 보완하기 위한 연구들이 활발히 이루어져 왔다. 본 연구에서는 디지털 영상처리 기법을 이용하거나 산란 커널 계산을 통해 화질을 개선하는 기존의 방법 대신 측정된 산란선 대 일차 선비(SPR, Scatter to Primary Ratio)를 이용하는 새로운 방법을 제안하였다. 먼저 주어진 촬영 조건 하에서 환자를 모사하는 고체 물팬톰의 유무에 따라 각각 MV영상을 촬영하고 방사선의 투과율을 별도로 계산한 후 산란 성분이 포함된 일차선 영상과 포함되지 않은 일차선 영상을 각각 획득하였다. 이를 기반으로 산란 보정에 사용할 SPR 분포를 획득하였다. 그리고 알루미늄 막대를 이용한 line pair (LP) 팬텀 및 실제 환자 골반의 영상을 이용하여 산란 보정 효과의 검증을 수행하였다. SPR 측정 결과 팬톰 두께에 따른 SPR 분포들을 성공적으로 획득하였으며, LP 팬텀 검증 결과 영상의 산란 성분이 효과적으로 제거되어 팬톰 본래의 밀도 분포가 복원되었음을 확인하였다. 또한 환자 골반 영상 보정 결과 모든 관심영역에서 대조도가 평균 48% 증가하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 MV 영상의 산란 보정 방법은 실제 측정 자료를 기반으로 하므로 높은 신뢰성을 가지며, 적은 시간과 비용으로도 임상 현장에서 즉각적인 도입이 가능하다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 MV 영상을 이용한 영상유도 방사선치료의 질을 높이기 위한 하나의 효과적인 방법이 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

유효검출양자효율과 선량을 이용한 소아 흉부 X-선 영상의 기술적인 인자에 관한 조사 (Survey of Technical Parameters for Pediatric Chest X-ray Imaging by Using Effective DQE and Dose)

  • 본 연구에서는 피사체에 의한 산란, 초점에 의한 흐림, 기하학적 확대도 그리고 검출기의 특성이 반영된 유효검출양자효율(effective detective quantum efficiency, eDQE)과 유효선량을 평가하여 소아 흉부 X선 촬영 시 선량의 최적화를 위한 조사조건의 영향을 평가하였다. 100, 110, 120, 150, 180 cm의 FDD (focus-to-detector distance)일 때 관전압을 40 kVp에서 90 kVp까지 10 kVp씩 증가시켜가며 동일한 유효선량일 때 eDQE를 평가하였다. 그 결과 eDQE는 다른 관전압과 비교 시60 kVp에서 가장 높은 값을 보였다. 특히, 동일한 유효선량일 때 그리드가 없을 경우 상대적으로 매우 높은 eDQE를 나타냈다. 이는 그리드에 의한 산란선의 감소가 그리드에서 흡수된 유효 광자의 손실을 보상하지 못하기 때문이다. 그리드 가 없을 경우 FDD가 증가할수록 향상된 유효변조전달함수(effective modulation transfer function, eMTF)로 인하여 eDQE는 증가하였다. 국내 대형병원들의 대부분은 15개월 소아의 흉부 X선 촬영 시 그리드와 함께 100 cm의 짧은 FDD를 사용하고 있다. 그 결과 대부분의 경우는 국내 환자선량권고량(diagnostic reference level, DRL) $100{\mu}Gy$을 초과하였다. 이는 5세 소아 흉부 X선 촬영 시 150 cm에서 180 cm 사이의 긴 FDD를 사용하지만, 15개월을 모사하고 있는 표준 소아팬텀의 흉부 X선 촬영의 경우 100 cm의 짧은 FDD를 사용했기 때문이다. 따라서, 나이에 따른 소아의 흉부 X선 촬영을 시행하기 위한 적절한 조사조건이 확립되어야 한다. 본 연구 결과는 나이에 따른 소아 선량의 권고량을 설립하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

금속(金屬)-Ligand 착염형성(錯鹽形成)에 의한 중금속(重金屬) 제거(除去) 방법(方法)에 관한 연구(硏究);시간(時間)의 영향(影響) (Application of Principle in Metal-Ligand Complexation to Remove Heavy Metals;Time Effects)

  • 본 연구(硏究)에서는 부숙(腐熟)된 퇴비(堆肥)로부터 추출(抽出)한 부식산(腐植酸) 및 훌브산용액(酸溶液)과 중금속(重金屬) 용액(溶液)을 반응(反應)시켜 복합체(複合體)를 형성(形成), 침전(沈澱)시키고, 침전물(沈澱物)을 여과법(濾過法)에 의해 분리하여 중금속(重金屬)의 제거효율(除去效率)을 측정하였으며, 이때 시간(時間)이 침전형성(沈澱形成)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 kinetics model을 도입하여 조사하였다. 중금속(重金屬) (Cu 또는 Pb)과 유기(有機)리간드[(Humic acid: HA) 또는 (Fulvic acid: FA)] 사이의 침전형성(沈澱形成) 반응(反應)은 single first- 또는 Multiple first order kinetics를 따랐는데, 이는 중금속(重金屬)의 농도(濃度)와 리간드의 종류(種類)에 크게 의존(依存)하였다. 따라서 중금속(重金屬)-유기(有機)리간드 침전반응(沈澱反應)은 중금속(重金屬)의 반응농도(反應濃度)에 의존하고, 반응시간(反應時間)에 정비예(正比例)하여 침전형성율(沈澱形成率)이 증가(增加)한 후 침전형성율(沈澱形成率)의 변화가 거의 없는 의사(擬似) 평형상태(平衡狀態)에 도달하였다. Cu와 유기(有機)리간드의 침전형성 반응은, 리간드의 종류에 관계없이, Cu의 농도가 $300{\mu}M$ 보다 낮을때는 single first order kinetics를, 농도가 $300{\mu}M$ 보다 높을때는 Multiple first-order Kinetics를 따랐다. Cu의 농도가 증가될수록 반응상수(反應常數)(${\kappa}$)는 유의성(有意性)있게 증가되어 침전형성(沈澱形成) 속도(速度)가 빨랐다. 침전형성(沈澱形成)이 Multiple first order kinetics일 경우, 반응단계가 진행될수록 ${\kappa}$ 값이 작아졌고, 대부분의 침전형성은 1단계인 15분 이내에서 일어났으며, 시간이 경과할수록 서서히 진행되어 평형(平衡)에 도달하였다. Cu의 농도가 같을때 1단계반응에서의 훌브산(酸)의 ${\kappa}$ 는 부식산(腐植酸)의 ${\kappa}$ 보다 커서 훌브산이 부식산보다 Cu를 더 빨리 침전시켰다. Pb의 농도가 증가할수록 Pb-HA의 침전형성반응에서는 ${\kappa}$ 값이 작아졌으나, 반면에 Pb-FA의 반응에서는 ${\kappa}$ 값이 증가되었다. Pb-유기(有機)리간드의 침전형성(沈澱形成)은 30분 이내(1단계)에 이뤄졌으며, 이후의 ${\kappa}$ 값은 매우 작아 반응시간(反應時間)에 크게 영향을 받지 않았다. 유기(有機)리간드가 부식산(腐植酸)이고, 중금속(重金屬)의 농도(濃度)가 $200{\sim}300{\mu}M$ 일때 Pb의 ${\kappa}$값은 Cu의 ${\kappa}$ 값보다 커서 Pb이 Cu보다 빨리 침전되었으나, 중금속(重金屬)의 농도(濃度)가 $400{\sim}500{\mu}M$ 일때는 Cu의 ${\kappa}$ 값은 Pb의 ${\kappa}$ 값보다 컸다.
