고정밀도의 뇌파측정시스템 개발 연구 (Fabrication of EEG Measuring System with High Precision Characteristics)

  • 본 연구에서는 뇌파 신호를 측정할 수 있는 고정밀도의 뇌파측정시스템을 제작하였다. 전치증폭기는 분리증폭기의 방식으로 잡음제거 능력을 향상하였으며, 높은 사용자 안전도를 갖도록 제작하였다. 제작된 뇌파측정시스템은 주파수 대역별로 알파, 베타, 세타로 자동으로 분류될 수 있도록 A/D 변환하였다. 변환된 데이터는 DSP를 이용하여 실시간으로 FFT처리를 하였다. 실험은 현재 병력이 없고 건강 상태가 양호한 만 20세에서 26세까지의 학생을 대상으로 실시하였다. 외부의 물리적인 자극이 뇌파에 미치는 영향을 조사하기 위하여, 현재 시판되고 있는 뇌파 자극기인 MS제품을 이용하여 시각과 청각의 두 상태로 외부자극을 주고, 그 반응을 측정하여 비교하였다. 피검자의 감성평가 측정결과 본 연구에서 제작한 뇌파측정기가 유효함을 확인하였으며, 심리적인 상태변화를 조사할 수 있었다.

  • Power conversion system must be increased swiching frequency in order to achieve a small size, a light weight and a low noise, However, the swiches of converter are subjected to high switching power losses and switching stresses. As a result of those, the power system brings on a low efficiency. In this paper, the authors propose a DC-DC boost converter of high power by partial resonant switch method (PRSM). The switching devices in a proposed circuit are operated with soft swiching and the control technique of those is simplified for switch to drive in constant duty cycle. The partial resonant circuit makes use of a inductor suing step up and a condenser of loss-less snubber. Also the circuit has a merit which is taken to increase of efficiency, as if makes to a regeneration at input source of accumulated energy in snubber condenser without loss of snubber in conventional cirvuit. The result is the the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of system is high. The proposed converter is deemed the most suitable for high power applications where the power switching devices are used.

  • Power conversion system must be increased switching frequency in order to achieve a small size, a light weight and a low noise. However, the switches of converter are subjected to high switching power losses and switching stresses. As a result of those, the power system brings on a low efficiency. To improved these, a large number of soft switching topologies included a resonant circuit has been prosed. But these circuits increase number of switch in circuit and complicate sequence of switching operation. In this paper, the authors propose a high power factor and high efficiency DC-DC converter using single-pulse soft switching by partial resonant switching node. The switching devices in a prosed circuit are operated with soft switching by the partial resonant method, that is, Partial Resonant Switch Mode Power Converter. The partial resonant circuit makes use of a inductor using step up and a condenser of loss-less snubber. The result is that the switching loss is very low and the efficiency of system is high. Also the proposed converter is deemed the most suitable for high power applications where the power switching devices are used. Some simulative results on computer results are included to confirm the validity of the analytical results.

  • This study aims at the optimal design of the screw rotor, its performance analysis, and development of a small screw supercharger which has a low noise compared with the root type supercharger. The basic theoretical equations and the basic design of the screw supercharger have been established. The optical design of the screw rotor's shape has been also performed theoretically. Also, the performance analysis technique of the designed screw rotor has been developed.

  • This paper is writing about developing magnet power supply. It is very important for power supply to obtain output current in high precision and high stability. As a switching noise and a power noise are the cause of disrupting the stability of output current, to remove these at the front end, low pass filter with 300Hz cutoff frequency is designed and placed. And also to minimize switching noise of the current into magnet and to stop abrupt fluctuations, output filter should be designed, when doing this, we design it by considering load has high value inductance. As power supply demands the stability of less than 5ppm, high precision 24bit(300nV/bit) analog digital converter is needed. As resolving power of 24bit(300nV/bit) analog digital converter is high, it is also very important to design the input stage of analog digital converter. To remove input noise, 4th order low pass filter is composed. Due to the limitation of clock, to minimize quantization error between 15bit DPWM and output of ADC having 24bit resolving power, ${\Sigma}-{\Delta}$ modulation is used and bit contracted DPWM is constituted. And before implementing, to maximize efficiency, simulink is used.

  • Since they use the low switching frequency in multilevel inverter systems, they generate the high low frequency harmonic components. Generally, LC filter is used at the output terminal of inverter systems to solve this problem. But it causes a voltage drop at the output terminal by use of damping resistors, and causes the problem in which system efficiency decreases due to power loss of the damping resistor. In this paper, we proposed an output filter design method for NPC three-level inverter systems with low switching frequency. And we analyzed the efficiency of the proposed filter system, and the effectiveness of the proposed system is verified by simulation and experimental results.

  • The machine equipment of the building inside occurs the vibration. In order to reduce this vibration spring, rubber pad is used. But efficiency of this classical mount is restricted at specific frequency. Also maximum efficiency design is complicated. This paper proposes and examines a attached mass isolation system that is used to reduce transmitted vibrations from machines onto their floor support. With attached mass the low frequency performance is improved overall. The performance is showed in 2 degree of freedom model test. And the proposed isolator has been validated by dynamic test and good agreement between theoretical and experimental results has been obtained.

  • The paper considers acoustic analysis of the shock absorbing muffler within a rotary compressor. The internal space of the compressor is modelled as a combination of cavities and pipes. A simple one-dimensional impedance approach is used fur the acoustic analysis in the low frequency range, with ignoring the effects of gas flow and temperature gradients that are closely related to power efficiency of the compressor. Using the similarity between the vibration isolator and the shock absorbing muffler, the source strength transmissibility is newly proposed as a performance measure of the muffler and its validity is supported by power analysis. Some Important muffler design rules obtained are; (1) a muffler cavity and its opening throat should be used as a pair, (2) a long thin throat is desirable for high frequency noise isolation, (3) a large muffler cavity should be used with care since it shortens the working frequency range of the muffler. The rules were applied to redesign a compressor muffler currently in use, and a significant improvement was achieved by simply attaching a throat to the outlet holes of the muffler.

  • Aerodynamic performance of a cooling fan of driving motor was enhanced modifying the vane-shroud configuration. Performance of a target model was evaluated to obtain baseline data. The aerodynamic performance and sound pressure level were tested and measured with different numbers of vane of increased length. The tested models show high and stable performance and low values of specific noise level. The long vane-shroud structure induces more stable through flow and decreases the tip leakage flow, which contributes to the increases of performance and efficiency. The sound pressure level increases for the modified model, however, specific noise level decreases.

  • Most studies of rotary machinery design have been performed to establsih a new mechanism or a dramatic combination of machine elements for the power transmission. Although the rotary machine is worked very efficiently, that still has a major work to better performance which is the optimization of the selected mechanism for the mechanical efficiency, low vibration and noise, or customer interest. This work presents a practical approach used for washer's efficiency and machinery vibration and noise reduction along with a systematic procedure. Also for the confirming the study, a computer simulation program and a real working mock-up are developed and used to show very good agreement with the analytical result.
