The article presents a concept of designing a Multiplexer circuit which acts as a "Selector" and that becomes capable to select different speed created at different TTL Gate configurations; Standard TTL(Normal Speed), High Speed TTL(High Speed), Schottky TTL(Super High Speed) and further connect the selected Gate speed to the CAR shape created using C-Programming at Computer Graphics and finally CAR shape display at different speed to the color TV. The Multiplexer supporting efficient and more reliable selection criteria using "Logical based selection criteria" and further the output from multiplexer is provided to CAR shape created using c-programming and finally CAR shape is display to color TV system. Basic purposes and assumptions regarding the design and development of this system as well as a description of its operation have been presented.

TV news anchor woman's appearance, voice, expression, and clothing, etc., have an influence on the reliability of the article to be reported. Among these, clothing is the most crucial factor in forming an anchor woman's image, especially the clothing color factor. This study is aimed at providing the basic foundation for anchor woman when they select the clothing color by analyzing the clothing color image on the screen. For this purpose, the KBS and MBC 9 o'clock news desk and SBS 8 o'clock news of the local major news programs were selected. With the collection of 300 pieces of news clips related to anchor woman's clothing from January to December 2008, they were classified into F/W seasons and analyzed by the clothing color. The surveying method of clothing color was to capture the anchor woman's clothing among the news clips, then pick the representing color by applying Adobe Photoshop, and researching the formed $L^*a^*b^*$ value of color chips. The surveyed color was transformed into value of distant cell, H V/C, and the results were analyzed. As a result, it showed that the White system for anchor woman's clothing during the S/S seasons is most frequently picked, followed by the Red system. In F/W seasons, Gray system is the most favored, then White and Red, respectively. It was revealed that the most frequently selected colors for upper-wear by anchor women in the three broadcasting stations was an achromatic color, such as White or Gray, and then the chromatic color, Red. It shows that there is no big difference in season. The Inner-wear color matched the jackets which were also achromatic in color, white and black being the most favored in the S/S seasons, and in the case of chromatic colors, Red was the most favored. In addition to this, identical coloration with jacket, coloration with similar color, or single color as clothing color were no less frequently adopted. During the F/W seasons, identical coloration accounts for 26%, the most popular colored being White and Red. It was found that the coloration with achromatic colors are highly favored in the three major broadcasting stations alike.

본 논문에서는 기존의 full color LED 전광판 영상 처리 방식을 개선시킨 획기적인 영상 구동 처리 기술을 제안하였다. 이 기술은 고화질의 대형 TV나 LCD Display에 적용 가능하며 선명한 표출구동의 영상제어를 가능하게 한다. 제안한 구동 제어 방식은 기존의 영상처리 기능을 효율적으로 보강할 수 있다. 자동 또는 수동으로 contrast, bright, tint, color, 감마보정 등의 영상 변화처리 조절이 가능하므로 선명한 화질을 얻을 수 있다. 그리고 경제적인 가격으로 구현이 가능하다.

본 논문에서는 MVLS(Multipurpose Visual Language System)를 이용한 모바일 쇼핑 시스템을 설계하였다. 점자에 기반을 두고 있는 MVLS는 정방형 색상표로 나열하여 시각화시킴으로써, 기본적인 개인 정보의 암호화를 꾀하는 한편, 사용의 편리성도 동시에 이룰 수 있으며 주고받는 정보의 양이 비교적 극히 미비하여 보다 빠른 시간에 통신이 가능하다. 설계된 모바일 쇼핑 시스템은 MVLS와 핸드폰, 스마트폰, 타블렛PC 등을 접목시켜 쇼핑에 적용시킨 것이다. 사용자는 TV나 PC 모니터, 인쇄물 등에 나타난 코드를 핸드폰 등의 카메라로 촬영한 후, 내장시킨 프로그램을 이용하여 접속 버튼을 누름으로써 원하는 쇼핑을 한 번에 끝낼 수 있어서, 보다 빠르고 편하며 안전하게 원하는 상품을 구매할 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문에서는 다목적 시각 언어 시스템을 이용한 원스텝 모바일 쇼핑 시스템을 설계하였다. 다목적 시각언어 시스템은 점자에 그 기반을 두고 있으며, 이를 정방형 색상표로 나열하여 시각화시킴으로써, 사용의 편리성과 기본적인 개인 정보의 암호화를 동시에 이룰 수 있으며, 주고받는 정보의 양이 극히 미비하여 보다 빠른 시간에 통신이 가능한 이점도 가지고 있다. 설계된 원스텝 쇼핑 시스템은 이러한 다목적 시각 언어와 국내 성인의 대부분이 보유하고 있는 핸드폰을 접목시켜 이를-쇼핑에 적응시킨 것이다. 사용자는 TV나 PC 모니터, 인쇄물 등에 나타난 코드를 핸드폰의 카메라로 촬영한 후, 내장시킨 프로그램을 이용하여 접속 버튼을 누름으로써 원하는 쇼핑을 한 번에 끝낼 수 있도록 설계된 본 시스템을 이용하면 보다 빠르고 편하며 안전하게 원하는 상품을 구매할 수 있을 것이다.

디지털 콘텐츠의 대부분을 차지하는 동영상에 대한 검색 서비스가 필수 기능으로 대두되고 있으며, 검색 서비스를 수행하는 시스템은 최신 기술을 접목시켜 보다 지능적이고, 의미적인 검색을 할 수 있는 검색 엔진이나 지능형 검색 기법 등의 필요성이 점차 증대되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠 데이터에 대한 특성요소 분석 및 검색 기술과 구현, 감성어휘기반 분석 및 검색 방안을 위해 멀티미디어 콘텐츠 데이터의 구조 설계와 분석 관리 도구 및 의미론적 특성요소 추출기술과 콘텐츠 내 컬러 정보 기반 감성처리 알고리즘을 제안하였다.

2004년도 1분기 현재 세계 이동통신 가입자는 약13억 4,800만명으로 인구대비 보급률은 아직 29%에 불과하나, 2004년 5월 현재 국내 이동 전화 가입자는 3천 6백만 명을 넘어서, 인구대비 보급률 75%를 상회하면서 우리 나라도 이동통신강국에 진입하고 있다. 무선인터넷 서비스는 1999년 5월 처음 서비스를 제공한 이후 통신사의 꾸준한 투자와 단말기의 고급화(컬러폰, 디지털 카메라폰) 및 번호이동성 (MNP) 제도도입 등으로 지속적인 증가추세로 2004년 5월 현재 무선인터넷 가입자는 총 3천 450만 명으로 이동전화 가입자 대비 95.3%의 가입률을 기록하고 있다. 이동전화 시장은 요금인하 또는 품질개선 등의 지속적인 질적 경쟁보다는 가입자의 양적 유치경쟁에 치우치고 있어 이용자들이 다양한 무선인터넷 서비스를 합리적으로 선택할 수 있도록 무선인터넷 서비스의 사전 요금정보의 제공과 무선인터넷 서비스의 요금체계 개선을 위하여 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷의 접속 및 컨텐츠 다운로드로 DATA를 측정하고 결과를 분석하여 과금 체계의 개선방향을 제시하여 무선인터넷 서비스의 활성화에 기여하고자 한다.
