The constrained conditions of roof and floor for the coal pillar affect the strength of coal pillar very seriously. To analyze the influence of rock mass for the roof and floor on the stability of coal pillar comprehensively, one method based on the mechanical method for the composite rock mass was proposed. In this method, the three rock layers of roof, floor and coal pillar are taken as the bedded composite rock mass. And the influence of rock mass for the roof and floor on the elastic core of coal pillar has been analyzed. This method can obtain not only the derived stress by the cohesive constraining forces for the coal pillar, but also the derived stress for the rock mass of the roof and floor. Moreover, the effect of different mechanical parameters for the roof and floor on the stability of coal pillar have been analyzed systematically. This method can not only analyze the stability of strip coal pillar, but also analyze the stability of other mining pillars whose stress distribution is similar with that of the strip coal pillar.

Purpose- This research's purpose is to give implications on how to increase employee satisfaction and organizational commitment of Korean employees using internal marketing. To do that this study analyzes relationships among variables and analyses mediating effect of satisfaction. Also, this study wants to analyze economic performance change of business as a moderator so group comparison between an economic slump and economic recovery is included. Research design, data, and methodology- To analyze relationships among internal marketing, employee satisfaction and organizational commitment of Korean employees, this study used the 7th KRIVET's HCCP data of employee and firm's financial statements data. And conducted CFA, SEM and group comparison analysis by using AMOS 21. Result- According to the empirical results, employee satisfaction mediates between internal marketing and organizational commitment. However, trust was the only significant antecedent that give a positive influence on employee satisfaction. And employee satisfaction increases organizational commitment. Also, economic performance change of business does significantly deteriorate relationships. Conclusion- Based on this study result, implications to manage the organizational commitment of Korean employees are discussed. Especially, the effect of employee satisfaction and trust discussed. Also, economic performance group which is an economic slump and economic recovery differentiation is highlighted. Therefore the cautious approach is needed in managing employee attitude to job and organization is needed

The purpose of the study were to analyze teaching models of arithmetic operations of integers in Korean middle school mathematics textbooks of the first grade and Americans', from which we compare and analyze standards for choice of models of middle school teachers and preservice mathematics teachers. We also analyze the effect of the choice of teaching models for students to understand and appreciate number systems as a coherent body of knowledge. On the basis of that, we would like to find the best model to help students understand and reason the process of formulate the arithmetic operations of natural numbers and integers into the operation of the real number system. Furthermore, we help these series of the study to be applied effectively in the middle school mathematics class in Korea.

The global music industry has been growing steadily every year. In particular, the proportion of music streaming services in the overall market are expanding. It shows same pattern in domestic market. Also, several companies are providing music streaming services competitively. It is clear that there is growing interest in effective operations of music streaming services. In this study, we examine the impact of customization and network effect on service quality and customer loyalty. We collect survey data and analyze relationships between latent variables using structural equations modeling. We find that customization and network effect of music streaming services positively affect service quality. However, the effect of customization on customer loyalty is not significant and there is a negative effect of network effect on customer loyalty. Finally, we find that service quality works as a mediator between customization and customer loyalty, and service quality also works as a mediator between network effect and customer loyalty.

By focusing on the consumers who have experienced ethnic restaurants in Korea for the last three months, this research intends to figure out relations among utility motivation, pleasure motivation, ostentation motivation and feeling of pleasure and how they effect consumers' emotions and level of satisfaction to find out about more desirable services and characteristics for the consumers in order for the ethnic restaurants to secure more competitiveness, and to inform how they should set their aims for more success. This research limited surveyees to online consumers who have experienced ethnic restaurants in the past three months. The period of survey was from April 25 2007 to May 10 2007. For basic analysis of actual research, SPSS program was used to analyze the Cronbach a and factor analysis. And structural equation modeling analysis was used to analyze correlations and grade of effectiveness of variables proposed in the research hypothesis utilizing Window AMOS 5.0. As a result of this research, utility motivation has effect on the happiness and the other motivation has effect on the enjoyment. Enjoyment effect on the happiness and only happiness effect on the satisfaction. Satisfaction has effect on the re-visit intention. Through this research, it could proposes a strategic direction to which the increasing ethnic restaurants should develop themselves.

As increase of nonlinear loads and renewable energy generators (REGs) being connected to power distribution system via inverters, the concern on harmonic problems have increased. Recently, the harmonics evaluation method considering TDD (Total Demand Distortion) is used to analyze the effect of harmonics from inverters on power distribution quality. Harmonic current sources are typically used for simulation of nonlinear load. Most inverter type for REGs is voltage source inverter (VSI). So, harmonic voltage sources are more suitable to analyze impact of renewable energy generator on harmonics problem in power distribution system. In this paper, we presented the circuit model to analyze interaction between harmonics from nonlinear load and REGs. We verified that the harmonic analysis using the proposed circuit model is more appropriate than the harmonics evaluation method considering TDD through case study using PSCAD/EMTDC.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of Big 5 Personality Traits(Extroversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Openness to experience, Neuroticism) on the organizational commitment of employees and also to investigate the moderating effect of leadership. To summarize the research results, First, Extroversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Openness of Big 5 Personality Traits had a positive effect on organizational commitment. Second, transactional, transformational and servant leadership had a moderating effect on the relationship between conscientiousness and organizational commitment. And transactional and transformational leadership had a moderating effect on the relationship between openness and organizational commitment. In Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Companies, it was confirmed that personality traits of employees are important factors that affect organizational commitment and organizational leadership interacts with the personality of employees and affects organizational commitment. This study is meaningful in that it attempted to analyze the moderating effect through quantitative design using the scale for the role of personality factors and leadership individually.

This study was intended to analyze the effect of port decentralization on port management and port development, analyze whether port site centrality has mediated effect in relation between port decentralization and port management and port development. This study surveyed public officials and researchers who plan and execute port policies, and analyzed the influence relationship of variables and the mediating effect using multiple regression analysis. Results are as follows, First, it was analyzed that the port authority decentralization and regional-centered port policy have a positive influence on the port site centrality, and the port authority decentralization has a positive influence on port management and port development. Second, the port site centrality was confirmed to have a positive influence on port management and port development. Third, port site centrality was shown to mediate the relationship between port decentralization and port management and port development. This study suggested the positive effect of port decentralization to local government on efficient port management and port development, and the need to draw up port site-oriented policies.

In Pusan port, the studies which analyze container cargo volumes by using forecasting methods and research about container logistics system, etc., have been continuously carried out. But, in Pusan port, the study on an evaluation of traffic congestion has been scarcely performed until now. Especially, when changing and extending a berth, or constructing a new port, it is very important to examine this field. And it should be considered. Thus, this paper aims to analyze the effect of ship traffic condition in the year 2011, to evaluate marine traffic congestion according to changing ship traffic volumes in Pusan port. To analyze it, we examined the results by simulation method.

Web-based physiological signal monitoring system can provide appropriate healthcare services to transmit bio-signal processing, analysis of bulk in medical centers. Therefore, we constructed a design of system to analyze effect of cardiac associated auricular acupuncture reflexology based on physiological signals. System to analyze effect cardiac associated auricular acupuncture reflexology, which carried out analysis and measurement of bio-signal to apply cardiac-related biometrics input in biometric image and voice signal. In addition, we also confirmed through statistical analysis actual home healthcare system to performance evaluation of system on subjects 20.
