국내 저가 화장품 브랜드에 대한 감성적 경험이 브랜드 관계에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Emotional Experience with Korea's Low-Price Cosmetic Brands on Brand Relationship)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the emotional experience dimension on the brand of the low price cosmetics and to empirically investigate the effect of emotional experience on the relationship between customers and brand. Data were collected for 10 days starting on March $2^{nd}$ 2009. Questionnaires were distributed to 517 female college students who experienced to purchase the products of the low price cosmetic brand and answers were collected. The results of analysis on collected data showed that the emotional experience was classified into sense, spatial environmental emotion, sales promotion emotion, salesperson emotion and visual/verbal identity, and emotional experience on low price cosmetic brand had a positive effect on the relationship between customer and brand. Specifically, it was showed that emotional experience on low price cosmetic brand significantly affected the customer satisfaction, brand trust and brand attachment. In terms of effect of emotional experience on customer satisfaction, the orders in the degree of influence were following: the sense, spatial environmental emotion, sale promotion emotion and salesperson emotions. In terms of effect of emotional experience on brand trust, the orders in the degree of influence were following: the sense, salesperson emotions, sale promotion emotion and spatial environmental emotion. In terms of effect of emotional experience on brand attachment, the orders in the degree of influence were following: the sense, spatial environmental emotion, salesperson emotions, visual/verbal identity and sale promotion emotion.

목회자 아내의 자아정체감이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향: 영적 체험과 우울의 매개효과 (Influence of Self-Identity on the Subjective Well-being in Pastor's Wives: Mediating Effect of Spiritual Experience and Depression)

  • 본 연구는 목회자 아내들의 자아정체감이 주관적 웰빙에 미치는 영향에서 영적 체험과 우울의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위해 목회자 아내 138명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고, 매개효과 검증은 경로분석과 Sobel 검정을 통해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 자아정체감과 영적 체험, 우울 및 주관적 웰빙 간에 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났으나, 영적 체험과 우울 간에는 유의한 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 자아정체감과 주관적 웰빙 간의 관계에서 영적 체험과 우울의 매개효과는 유의하였다. 셋째, 자아정체감은 주관적 웰빙에 유의한 직접효과가 없었다. 넷째, 영적 체험은 우울에 유의한 직접효과가 없었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 목회자 아내들의 자아정체감과 영적 체험이 행복을 증진시키는 데 미치는 영향에 대한 주요 시사점 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 논의하였다.

체험형 패션 매장 내 체험적 요소가 점포 애착을 매개로 소비자 충성도에 미치는 영향 -패션 혁신성의 조절효과를 중심으로- (Effects of Experience Factors in Experiential Fashion Store on Consumer Loyalty Mediated by Store Attachment -Focusing on the Moderating Role of Fashion Innovativeness-)

  • As more consumers have turned to online shopping since the COVID-19 pandemic, communication through offline channels has also entered a new phase. Young consumers recognize offline channels as a play space for enjoying various experience elements. Applying Pine and Gilmore's (1998) experiential economy theory, this study initially explores the structure of experience factors in the context of experiential fashion stores (RQ1). Next, we investigate the effect of experience factors on consumer loyalty by mediating store attachment (RQ2). In addition, the moderating effect of fashion innovativeness was verified (RQ3). This survey targeted members of the MZ generation who have visited experiential fashion stores. A total of 225 survey responses were analyzed using AMOS 22.0 and SPSS 26.0. First, as a result of factor analysis, the experience factors of experiential fashion stores were classified into education, escapism, and aesthetic entertainment. Secondly, as a result of structural equation modeling (SEM), all three experience factors positively affected store attachment, and increased attachment positively enhanced consumer loyalty. Finally, as a result of multigroup SEM analysis, consumers with low fashion innovativeness considered educational experience as an important factor in inducing store attachment, while consumers with high fashion innovativeness value escapism and aesthetic entertainment experiences.

여자 중학생의 흡연경험에 영향을 미치는 예측요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Factors Affecting Experience of Smokingin Middle School Girls)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to identify the factors affecting the experience of smoking in middle school girls. A comprehensive analysis of individual and family factors was used. Method: The students in this descriptive survey on causal relations were 433 girls enrolled in middle schools selected by convenience sampling. The data were collected in November-December 2003 and logistic regression analysis was used to build a forecast model. Findings: The findings showed the following, 1) Individual factors such as grade, alcohol consumption, sexual experience and the frequency of exposure to pornographic materials, and 2) family factors such as parental living arrangement were significant factors. Conclusion and Recommendation: The experience of smoking among Korean middle school girls was associated not only with individual factors, but also with family factors, which exert a strong influence on health behavior. There is therefore a need for school-based smoking prevention programs, which deal comprehensively with these factors that influence smoking. It is recommended that a program be developed that will help to control the variables identified in this study along with follow?up study to verify the model.

외국인 환자의 기대수준과 경험수준이 의료서비스 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Foreign Patients' Expectation and Experience on the Satisfaction of Medical service)

  • This research tried to understand the expectation and experience level of the medical service among the foreign patients who visit South Korea for a medical tourism, and to find out the effect of expectation and experience level on the satisfaction of medical service. Data collection was done through conducting a survey of inpatients in 4 hospitals located in Seoul, Korea. Total 110 cases were used for analysis. According to the study, expectation level had a significant difference between the group exposed to a word-of-mouth and the group not exposed to the word-of-mouth. The difference analysis of expectation and experience level of the foreign patients showed that all components of the service quality were satisfied. The component of perceived reliability was the only factor influencing the foreign patients' overall satisfaction on the medical service. The findings of this study will be provided a basic data for the marketing strategy which can apply to the satisfaction strategy differentiated from other countries.

Decision-making Reliability Estimation Model based on Building Construction Project Participants' Experience

  • Generally, building construction projects have a complex decision-making process because of the participation of various agents. In this situation, a final decision is arrived at by relying on subjective judgments based on the experience of project participants. For this reason, a method of assessing the objectivity of opinions is needed. In previous studies, the multi-criteria decision making method was applied to arrive at a final decision objectively, but this method has a limitation, in that the experience of each decision maker is not considered differently in the decision making process. Therefore, this study proposed a theoretical model using the S-shaped growth curve and regression analysis by building construction project type to quantitatively estimate decision-making reliability according to the experience of individual project participant`s. The developed model could be added to the Multi-criteria decision making method, and secure the objectivity and reliability of project participants' final opinion.

  • 본 연구는 게임 플레이어들이 플레이 과정에서 어떤 경험을 예술적이라고 인식하는지에 대한 실증 연구이다. 12명의 게임 플레이어가 참여하는 플레이 워크숍을 통해 플레이보고서를 수집하고, 예술적 경험의 다양한 층위에 대한 지시 범주를 체계화하였다. 이를 바탕으로 네트워크 의미망 분석을 수행하여 플레이어가 플레이 과정에서 어떤 경험을 예술적 의미로 받아들이고 있는지 구체화하였다. 그 결과 게임 플레이어들은 일반 예술과 마찬가지로 삶을 성찰하는 주제 의식을 발견하거나 게임의 의미를 해석하는 과정에서 예술적 경험을 창출하고 있음을 확인하였다.

Study of User Reuse Intention for Gamified Interactive Movies upon Flow Experience

  • As Christine Daley suggested, "interaction-image" is considered to be typical in the age of "Cinema 3.0", which integrates the interactivity of game art and obscures the boundary between producers and customers. In this case, users are allowed to involve actively in the scene as "players" to manage the tempo of the story to some extent, it, thus, makes users pleased to watch interactive movies repeatedly for trying a diverse option to unlock more branch lines. Accordingly, this paper aims to analyze the contributory factors and effect mechanism of users' reuse intention for gamified interactive movies and offer specific concepts to improve the reuse intention from the interactive film production and operation perspectives. Upon integrating the Flow theory and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and separating the intrinsic and extrinsic motivations of key factors based on Stimulus-Organism-Response (S-O-R), the research builds an empirical analysis model for users' reuse intention with cognition, design, attitude emotional experience and conducts an empirical analysis on 425 pieces of valid sample data applying SPSS22 and Amos23. The results show that user satisfaction and flow experience impact users' reuse intention highly and perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, remote perception, interactivity, and flow experience have significant positive influence on user satisfaction experience.

인터넷 쇼핑에서 의류제품 반품행동 결정요인 (A Study on the Determinant Factors on Return in Internet Clothing Purchase)

  • 본 연구는 점점 더 경쟁이 심화되고 있는 인터넷 의류시장에서 기업의 수익과 제품 관리에 영향을 미치는 소비자들의 반품행동에 관심을 갖고, 이들 반품에 영향을 미치는 결정요인 및 영향요인들의 경로관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 위해 인터넷 의류구매경험이 있는 20대 및 30대 남녀 소비자 517명에게 설문조사를 하였다. 반품행동에 영향을 미치는 요인의 영향을 알아본 결과, 반품여부에는 위험지각, 정보탐색, 충동구매, 구매경험, 연령이 정적인 영향을 미쳤으며 반품정도에는 충동구매, 구매경험, 성이 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나 위험지각, 정보탐색, 연령은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 한편 반품의도에는 위험지각, 성, 연령의 영향은 유의하였으나 정보탐색, 충동구매, 구매경험의 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 반품행동에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 경로관계를 분석한 결과, 반품여부에는 위험지각이 정적으로 직접적 영향을 미치고 정보탐색은 직접적 영향뿐만 아니라 구매경험 및 충동구매를 통한 간접적 영향도 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 반품정도에는 위험지각의 영향은 없었고 정보탐색은 구매경험과 충동구매를 매개로 한 간접적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰이 반품율을 감소시키고 반품정책을 수립하는데 필요한 소비자들의 반품행동특성을 제공하였다는데 의의가 있다.

말기 암 환자를 간호하는 간호사의 고통경험 정도에 영향을 미치는 특성요인 (The Influencing Factors on the Degree of Nurse's Suffering Experience Caring for Terminal Cancer Patient)

  • Purpose: The study was undertaken to examine the degree of nurse's suffering experience and to identify the influencing factors on nurses' suffering experience in Korea. Method: Data were collected using a questionnaire for 271 nurses working at 5 general hospitals in Daegu and Kyung-book province from Sep. 1, to Sep. 30, 2003. The questionnaire consists of 54 items, general characteristics(10) and nurse's suffering experience(44). All surveys were sorted and studied by frequency analysis, mean score, standard deviation, range, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and Multiple regression. Result: The findings of this survey indicate 1) The degree of suffering experienced by nurses caring for terminal cancer patients was 2.96; 2) Demographic variables affecting the degree of nurses' suffering experience were age(F=5.62, p=.000), marital status(F=20.53, p=.000), religion(F=5.44, p=.020), career of clinical experience(F=6.96, p=.000), and feelings of end-life care(F=3.11, p=.016); 3) There were slight correlation between the subitem of nurse's suffering experience and general characteristics of subjects. For 'expanding self consciousness', age, career duration, and position; for 'forming empathy with family', age and career duration ; for 'spiritual sublimation', age, and career duration were affected variables. 4) As a result of the multiple regression analysis for predictable variables affecting nurses' suffering, it was found that 'career of clinical experience' was most significant(F=23.100, p=.000). The explanatory power of this regression formula was 17.6%. Conclusion: This study can provide the basic data useful towards improvement of nursing services for terminal cancer patients and the health of the nurse.
