공동주택 바닥 슬라브의 진동 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Vibration Character of Floor Slab in Apartment House)

  • This paper is contents about vibration character that produce floor slab make up of concrete when played striking at each location. An experiment was achieved in apartment house just before occupancy which build newly to 100m$^2$ scale. Vibration level plays striking in whole 9 places and measured vibration character of x, y, z direction. As the result, vibration level of verticality direction showed high than horizontality direction.

  • Today, the age of high oil prices is continued, due to the energy demand is on the increase and human principlal energy sorce, fossil fuel. As an alternative plan of energy saving, co-generation system that produces power and thermal energy at the same time has actively developed. In 1960s, co-generation system was introduced to Korea and since 2000 it has diffused throughout the apartment house. Therefore, objectives of this study are to analyze the energy reduction effects in the region 4 apartment houses of Daegu and Kyungbuk regionand set up a plan for its expansion in the future.

  • Amenity is an essential factor of Modern Apartment. But because of many chemical products and noxious volatile organic compound(VOC) used in the apartment, many people are exposed to them. This fact implies that there can be many disease caused by them. Therefore to reduce pollutant matters inducing sick house syndrom, measures for new furniture and apartment dweller were suggested in this study.

아파트 보조부엌의 유형별 개조특성에 관한 연구 (The Remodeling Characteristics of Various Types of Secondary Kitchen in Apartment House)

  • The study analyzes the remodeling characteristics of the four different types of secondary kitchens in apartment house based on their floor plans. The secondary kitchens are categorized into side placement, back placement, back placement with extensions on both sides, and back placement with an extension on a single side. The twelve apartment complexes in Ulsan were selected so that they may all consist each of the four types, and answered the survey. The classified traits of secondary kitchen were examined based on the characteristics of floor plan and remodeling. Side placement and back placement with extensions on both sides mostly used glass hinged doors. Back placement and back placement with a single side extension used glass sliding doors. It was found that the majority of the floor materials consisted of both wood and tiles, except for side placements, where only tiles were used. The sizes of the back placements with both and single side extensions were the largest. The side and back placements were rarely renovated, however, back placements with both and single side extensions went through massive remodeling.

제3종 하이브리드 환기시스템을 적용한 공동주택의 환기성능 예측 (A Prediction of Hybrid Ventilation System Performance in Apartment House)

  • A hybrid ventilation system was introduced to predict the ventilation performance of the apartments. This ventilation system was composed of the natural supply-air inlet and the forced exhaust-air outlet. Analysis was conducted by CFD technique and was performed on three ventilating flow rates; 30, 60, $120m^3/h$. As the results, residents feel comfortable thermally for $60m^3/h$. In the case of $120m^3/h$, however, residents feel uncomfortable both thermally and in air currents. In this study the energy saving for space heating is also an important factor. In the case of whole region with $180m^3/h$, residents feel comfortable at each region of the model apartment. It is shown that this hybrid ventilation system is possible method for the apartment house.

아파트 모델하우스 비평을 위한 이론적 접근 (A Theoretical Approach for criticizing the Model House of Apartment)

  • The objective of this study was to criticize the model house of apartment and suggest a evaluation model which could be used as an effective tool. The evaluation model had been developed based on the theoretical framework suggested by previous results of research related on housing design, which comprised the following four components : 1) the paradigm of future home and life-style, 2) marketing effects of housing developer, 3) goals and principles of housing design and 4) results of user-preferences study, an evaluation model was suggested as a preliminary form which would be modified in detail after series of tests in the field. The evaluation model will be used to provide standardized criteria for the quality of model houses, and eventually help to improve the quality of apartment housing design by balanced information from theorist, user and developer.

  • The physical factor having a great influence among components of making values of profit model in apartment houses is equilibrium change of house and this study suggests an alternative of remodelling. It sets profit models including model dividing household of large scale into that of small scale using value making factor of apartment house and spatial composition techniques and model integrating households of small scale and converting them into those of large scale and finds that its economy is good as over 'average', evaluative value of economy is reduced as discount rate increases and economy of remodelling is superior.

  • This paper based on a survey of the 1995 Hyogo-Ken Nanbu Earthquake analyzes human behavior by the house pattern through the correspondence analysis in an area of Shindo 7: earthquake with an intensity of 7 on the Japanese scale. According to the analysis the following proposals are shown as a space safety planning: First : To establish the space allotment based on which the role behavior among family members are smoothly executed, . Second In the apartment house it is important to install a common space or a "Helping Neighbot" -route to the adjoining dwelling unit which is safe for residents' activities and effective for the improvement of the earthquake-resistant structure of the building. building.

  • 공동주택의 양적인 팽창에 주력하는 과정에서 품질관리 미비로 발생하는 하자문제는 입주자에게 정신적${\cdot}$ 경제적 피해를 끼치고 건설업에 대한 불신을 가중시켜, 주택공급자와 주택소비자간에 분쟁을 빈번하게 발생시키고 있다. 공통주택 관리령에 명시된 하자의 범위와 책임보증기간은 정량적 개념이 부족하고, 하자보증의 개념도 포괄적으로 구성되어 있어서 하자여부와 보수범위에 대한 견해차가 크다. 이로 인해 하자보수 종료처리가 원활하게 이루어지지 못하고 사회적 소모비용만 증가시키고 있다. 이에 대해 본 연구에서는 주택공급자 측면과 주택소비자 측면에서 하자보수 종료에 대한 합리적인 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 아울러 원활한 하자보수 종료를 위하여 각 주체별 업무와 역할을 제시함으로써 하자보수 종결후의 유지관리를 향상시키는데 기여하고자 하였다.

아파트 실내 공간 체험과 만족도에 관한 연구 - 울산지역 모델하우스를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Experience and Satisfaction Level of the Apartment Interior Design - Focused on the Apartment Model House in Ulsan City -)

  • This study aims to understand the consumer consciousness of the interior design by experiencing the interior space of the model house provided by the construction company. For this, the author investigated the spatial images about the apartment interior design and the satisfaction level depending on the experiential elements. Survey questionnaires were distributed to people who visited six model houses. Subjects were asked about the experience about the interior space of the model house. Their response to the experiential elements was analyzed with 5-point Likert scale and was computed as frequencies, percentages, and means. For the spatial image characteristics, adjectives were substituted for the image scales. As a result, the author found out the following: First, the interior space was commonly directed to the soft image, which was mixed with modern, noble, decent, dynamic and natural styles depending on the companies. The trend of each interior design basically had static, soft and vague images, and partially had two kinds of tendencies: the one was mild and natural, and the other was modern and elegant. Second, as the strategic modules of the experiential marketing, five experiential elements were investigated to find the satisfaction level through the model house interior space. The emotional element got the highest point followed by the cognitive element and the active element, while the sensible element and the relative element got the lowest point. Third, consumer response was generally positive toward the model house interior design provided by the construction company. It is necessary to make up for the design that can give an aesthetic pleasure with familiar images, rather than give a firm recognition about the design.
