The aim of this paper is to investigate the laws of building service system among the laws of construction and to show alternative proposals against the problems. The result of this paper is to simplify the construction laws which will reduce construction administration complexity and to increase productivity of construction works. Among the construction laws, we must revise mechanical engineers' role because of increasing mechanical system's importance than before. Through this study the author will show the improvement of building service system technology and the quality of construction industry.

The purpose of this study was to analyze elementary school teacher' expectation and reality before and after science experiment in-service training program. The surveys for before and after in-service training were conducted among 231 elementary school teachers who participated for science experiment in-service training. 5 elementary school teachers who took part in surveys were interviewed after training. The results of this study are as follows: First, teachers' interest for science increased regardless of willingness to training participation through science experiment training. Second, discussion for science teaching strategies were not enough while the training recognized with experiments and lecture of instructors mainly. Third, teachers prefered alternative experiments and practical experience of experiments to lecture and basic experiments based on textbook. Forth, assessment of teachers in training must be improved.

In this paper, a simulation model for assessing the impact of alternative field service engineer replenishment policies is introduced. The end-to-end supply chain simulation model is created using a discrete-event and agent-based simulation model, which enables accurate description of key individual entities in the investigated supply chain, such as field service engineers. Once the model is validated with the historical data, it is used to assess the impacts of field service engineer replenishment policies for a major printing equipment manufacturing firm.In the case study, newly proposed replenishment policies for post-sale distribution supply chain are assessed for the level of service improvement to end customers.

Web Services have been utilized in a wide variety of applications and have turned into a key technology in developing business operations on the Web. Originally, Web Services can be exploited in an isolated form, however when no single Web Service can satisfy the functionality required by a user, there should be a possibility to compose existing services together in order to fulfill the user requirement. However, since the same service may be offered by different providers with different non-functional Quality of Service (QoS), the task of service selection for Web Service composition is becoming complicated. Also, as Web Services are inherently unreliable, how to deliver reliable Web Services composition over unreliable Web Services should be considered while composing Web Services. In this paper, we propose an approach on a QoS-aware Web Service selection for reliable Web Service composition. In our approach, we select and classify Web Services using Decision Tree based on QoS attributes provided by the client. Service classifier will improve selection of relevant Web Services early in the composition process and also provide flexibility to replace a failed Web Services with a redundant alternative Web Services, resulting in high availability and reliability of Web Service composition. We will provide an implementation of our proposed approach along with efficiency measurements through performance evaluation.

유선인터넷의 다양한 서비스를 이동통신사의 무선인터넷처럼 이동성이 가미된 환경에서도 이용하고자 하는 요구가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이러한 요구사항을 충족시키기 위해 유선인터넷의 장점인 '초고속'과 무선인터넷의 '이동성'이 결합된 휴대인터넷서비스가 대안으로 등장하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 휴대인터넷 서비스의 개요, 특징 및 기존의 무선 서비스와의 비교분석과 이용자 요구사항 분석 등을 통하여 휴대인터넷에 기반한 도서관에서 적용 가능한 서비스를 조망한다. 특히 기존에 도서관에서 제공되고 있는 무선망 기반의 정보서비스에 대한 현황 및 문제점과 함께. 휴대인터넷을 기반으로 하는 정보서비스의 세부분야 및, 고려사항, 그리고 제공 방법에 대해 살펴보았다.

Rapid development of information technology has generated a new industry and market. In particular, network technology such as the Internet and other computer networks made transaction activities switched from traditional offline commerce to e-commerce. Among them, digital content is bit-based object which is created and distributed through electronic environment. In particular, many entertainment contents such as the music, the movies, and the computer game softwares are main products. Although digital content commerce has high potential demand, it lacks the consideration about the factor related to maintaining existing customer such as customer loyalty and switching costs. There has been a number of research on customer loyalty and other factors affecting it in the traditional electronic commerce environment, but there is a lack of research which examines the characteristics of digital content. The study about the effect of switching costs on customer loyalty in digital content commerce is necessary because the customers of digital content commerce market are from those of other e-commerce market or traditional offline commerce market. In addition, customer loyalty and switching costs are important factors because they may build up greater customer retention. For that reason, this study focused on examining the relationships among switching costs, antecedents for switching costs, and customer loyalty in online digital music service industry. The study has three major purposes: (1) to find antecedents of switching costs on digital content commerce and examine effect of antecedents for switching costs; (2) to identify effect of switching costs on customer loyalty in digital content commerce and examine moderating effects of alternative attractiveness; (3) to identify the differences of antecedents for switching costs by contents transmission type(streaming service and downloading service). And, the online digital music service industry is selected in this study since there are many users and transactions incurring. To accomplish these purposes, a survey questionnaire was developed and distributed to 256 informants. Survey instrument was developed based on previous research and pre-established survey items. Total of 206 surveys are collected and used in the data analysis. Among the respondents, 56.8% is male and 43.2% is female. Also, 86 responses were streaming service user group and 120 responses were download service user group. These data was analyzed using regression analysis. Major findings of empirical analysis can be summarized as follows. First, switching costs have positive effect on customer loyalty in digital content commerce environment. Second, the influence of switching costs on customer loyalty increases under conditions of high alternative attractiveness. Third, DRM convenience and breadth of use have positive effect on switching costs. The findings imply that the digital content provider should pay more attention to switching costs in addition to customer satisfaction in order to attract customers. Also, increasing the convenience of DRM use by securing the convenience of user interface and expanding the support device and increasing the service use scope by providing diverse value-added service helps to create a switching barrier. The result of the study can become a practical use in marketing strategy for maintaining existing customer. In particular, switching barrier is very important under conditions of high competition in the online music service market. This study can be used as a basis for further studies about customer retention in digital content commerce.

본 연구는 예비 생물 교사들이 경쟁과 적응의 생물학적 의미를 일상생활에서 쓰이는 의미와 동일하게 이해함으로써 자연선택과 진화를 인식하는데 어려움이 있는지 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 예비 생물 교사 53명을 대상으로 지필검사를 하였고, 13명을 면담하였다. 지필 검사지는 세 종류로 경쟁과 적응의 일반적 의미를 묻는 검사지와 생물학적 의미를 묻는 검사지, 자연선택개념 검사지였다. 면담은 반구조화 면담으로 진행하였다. 자료 분석은 4단계로 진행하였다. 먼저, 예비 생물 교사가 생각하는 경쟁과 적응의 일반적 의미를 국어사전에 제시된 정의와 비교하였다. 두 번째로, 예비 생물 교사가 생각하는 경쟁과 적응의 생물학적 의미를 생물학적 정의와 비교하였다. 세 번째로, 예비 생물 교사가 생각하는 경쟁과 적응의 일반적 의미와 생물학적 의미를 비교하였다. 이를 바탕으로 생물학적 경쟁과 적응에 대한 예비 생물 교사의 대안개념 유형을 제시하였다. 마지막으로, 이 대안개념 유형이 자연선택과 진화를 설명할 때도 나타나는지 확인하였다. 연구 결과 예비 생물 교사들은 경쟁의 생물학적 의미를 일반적 의미와 혼용하여, 경쟁은 의도 또는 목적을 위해 싸우거나 다투는 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 적응은 개체 수준에서 생물이 살아남기 위해 환경에 맞춘다는 목적론적으로 인식하고 있었다. 즉 적응을 일반적 의미와 혼동하였고, 적응을 진화와 연결지어 설명할 때도 적응을 일반적 의미로 이해하여 적응이 계속되면 진화가 이루어진다고 생각하고 있었다. 이 연구는 그동안 국내 연구자들의 관심을 받지 못했던 경쟁과 적응 개념에 대한 중요성을 부각시키고, 효율적인 진화 교수 학습의 밑바탕이 되는 경쟁과 적응의 선개념 유형을 분석하여 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

This study identified the important service quality of the emerging night market as an alternative for the revitalization of the traditional market. This study also was to analyze the effects of service quality on customers' emotions, behavior intention and local performance in night market, and to provide an effective operation plan. The collected data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 Version, a statistical package program, and various results were discovered. First, all the service quality factors (convenience, food, event program, physical environment) had a positive (+) effect on positive emotion, and the service quality factors except event program had a negative (-) effect on negative emotions. Second, the service quality factors had a partially positive (+) effect on behavior intention and local performance. Third, the positive and negative emotions had a effect on behavior intention, however, the positive emotions had a positive (+) effect on local performance. Consequently, the present study confirmed that service quality in the night market is important factors for emotions, behavior intention, and local performance. Therefore, the findings of this study is capable of being the basic data for revitalizing the traditional market in the future.

This study investigated pre-service elementary teachers' understanding of the planetary revolution movement of Mars and their explanatory models to show how the Sun-Earth-Mars system worked. An assessment item set using five celestial maps drawn from the Stellarium was designed to probe pre-service teachers' understanding of the prograde-retrograde motion of Mars. Among 23 participants, only four showed scientifically accurate understanding of Mars movement and drawing correct explanatory models for the planetary movement. Even the pre-service teachers who construed correctly prograde and retrograde motions of Mars showed a clockwise movement model due to their intuitive perceptions of Mars movement data from the celestial maps. Pre-service teachers with poor understanding of planetary movement also showed weak explanatory models due to their limited observation or lower spatial thinking. Although the planetary motion is not an easy topic for pre-service elementary teachers, it can be argued if the alternative approach, such as using appropriate observational data of a planet and changing the frames of reference between Earth-based view and Space-based view, is employed effectively in teaching planetary motion, pre-service teachers can reach the upper level of leaning planetary motion in terms of the planet's revolution.

The purpose of this study is to examine the long term care insurance system that has been 9 years and to understand issues arose during settlement of the insurance system in accordance with provision of solutions to increase the quality of elders' long term care service. Also, the study is aiming at providing contribution to both satisfaction of customers and workforces at the field along with achievement of the primary goal that the elders' care service policy was aiming at. To achieve the purpose of the study, authors gathered and analyzed reports and literatures from books published domestically, governmental open data and statistical data related to policy on long term care service insurance for elders to examine current problematic issues of long term care insurance and to explore ways to improve by having case studies of advanced countries. The result of this study shows that there are differences in the way how participants of the programs react to registering to insurance of program for supporting elderly persons' social activities and employment despite Korean government is operating the programs along general guidance for the programs as a standardized guideline.
