교번자속인가에 의한 비정질 실리콘 박막의 결정화거동에 대한 연구 (Solid Phase Crystallization of LPCVD Amorphous Silicon Thin Films by Alternating Magnetic Flux)

  • A new method for the fabrication of poly-Si films is reported using by alternating magnetic flux crystallization (AMFC) of LPCVD a-Si films. In this work we have studied the crystallization of LPCVD a-Si films by alternating magnetic flux. A-Si films were 1200$\AA$-thick deposited at 48$0^{\circ}C$ at a total pressure of 0.25Torr using Si$_2$H$_{6}$/H$_2$. After this step, these a-Si films were thermally annealed by Alternating Magnetic Flux at 43$0^{\circ}C$ for 1hours. The annealed films were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman Spectra, Atomic Force Microscopy(AFM). Both alternating magnetic flux crystallization and solid phase crystallization were investigated to compare enhanced crystallization a-Si. We have found that the low temperature crystallization method at 43$0^{\circ}C$ by alternating magnetic flux.x.

Effect of Alternating Magnetic Field on Ion Activation in Low Temperature Polycrystalline Silicon Technology

  • Statistical design of experiments was successfully employed to investigate the effect of alternating magnetic field on activation of polycrystalline Si (p-Si) doped as n-type using $\textrm{PH}_3$, by full factorial design of three factors with two levels. In this design, the input variables are graphite size, alternating current, and activation time. The output parameter, sheet resistance, is analyzed in terms of the primary effects and multi-factor interactions. Notably, the three-factor interaction is calculated to be a dominant interaction. The interaction between graphite size and activation time and the main effect of current are important effects compared to the other variables and relevant interactions. Alternating magnetic flux activation is proved a significantly beneficial processing technique.

  • This paper investigates the magnetic field behavior and its iron losses in the stator core using electrical steels. The analysis model is a brushless motor with the permanent magnet. The elliptical rotating and alternating flux distributions with non-sinusoidal waveform are obtained by Finite Element Method and then their harmonic components are extracted. Based on these results, the local iron losses in the stator core caused by the harmonic flux are calculated. And then this paper explains the relation between flux waveform and iron loss produced in each part of the stator core. Furthermore, the iron loss at no load condition is measured and compared with the analysis results.

교류전위차법에 의한 강자성체의 응력확대계수 결정 (Determination of stress intensity factor by means of ACPD technique for ferromagnetic materials)

  • In order to determine the Mode I stress intensity factor ($K_1$) experimentally by means of the alternating current potential drop(ACPD) technique, the change in potential drop due to load for a ferromagnetic material containing a two-dimensional surface crack was examined. The cause of the change in potential drop and the effect of the magnetic flux on the change in potential drop were clarified by using the measuring systems with and without removing the magnetic flux from the circumference of the specimen. To remove the magnetic flux, a new measuring system was made by utilizing the characteristic of coaxial transmission line. The change in potential drop in the case without magnetic flux in the air was caused by the change in electromagnetic properties near the crack tip due to magnetization. The relationship between the change in potential drop and the change in $K_I$ was linealized by demagnetization and was found to be independent of the crack length.

  • With the equivalent series circuit analyzed aby revolving field theory and drawn by using the equivalent circuit constant ratios in capacitor motor with windings not in quadrature having space harmonics in its magnetic field (the above ratios are the equivalent circuit constants for the fundamental flux to the magnetizing reactance of the circuit), the equation for the alternating torque with twice line freequency in the motor is directly derived, and the alternating torque is measured with the self-made stator vibration angle amplitude measuring apparatus that is composed of a pickup, filter, photoelectric pickoff etc. The measured values satisfactorily compared with computed values. The properties of the alternating torque characteristics for respective harmonic fluxes and the r5esultant alternating torque characteristic, the effects of the alternating torque characteristics for respective harmonic fluxes on the resultant alternating torque characteristic, the effects of the variation in the motor constants and the equivalent circuit constant ratios for the fundamental flux on the alternating torque characteristics for respective harmonic fluxes and the resultant alternating torque characteristic, are made clear, applying the equation. There exist the optimum values of the motor constants and the equivalent circuit constant ratios for the fundamental flux for decreasing the alternating torque, and the value could be determined in design by the method presented in this paper.

응력확대계수측정을 위한 하중에 의한 자속밀도변화의 실험적 연구 (Experimental Research of Change in Magnetic Flux Density Due to Load for Measuring KI)

  • In order to determine the effective way of measuring the Mode I stress intensity factor, $K_I$, by means of the alternating current potential drop(ACPD) technique for a material containing a two-dimensional surface crack, the change in magnetic flux density above the cracked specimen surface was studied experimentally. The change in magnetic flux in the air above the cracked specimen made of aluminum alloy is measured by changing the load by four-point bending. The magnetic flux in the air is almost not changed by increasing the load in teh specimen. The change in potential drop due to load is not caused by the change in electro-motive force induced in the coiled measuring system. This experimental result agree to the result of theoretical analysis in reference 7).

  • This paper deals with the magnetic properties under the rotational magnetic field on the electrical steel sheet by using Single Sheet Tester with two excitation coils. Actually, the magnetic flux of stator cores in running motors have the behaviour of rotating and alternating flux. In order to improve motor characteristics, it is require to estimate these magnetic properties. When the magnetic field vectors are rotating around in the plane of the sheet during one period of cycle, the magnetization properties and the core loss are measured and then, the results are compared with the magnetic properties obtained by the alternating magnetic fields.

Iron Loss Analysis Considering Excitation Conditions Under Alternating Magnetic Fields

  • In this paper, the nature of iron loss in electrical steel during alternating field excitation is investigated more precisely. The exact definition of AC iron loss is cleared by accurately measuring the iron loss for conditions of both the sinusoidal magnetic field and sinusoidal magnetic flux density. The results of this approach to iron loss calculations in electrical steel are compared to experimentally-measured losses. In addition, an inverse hysteresis model considering eddy current loss was developed to analyze the iron loss when the input is the voltage source. With this model, the inrush current in the inductor or transformer as well as the iron loss can be calculated.

강편 빌레트의 건식 자분 탐상 (Dry Magnetic Particle Inspection of Ingot Cast Billets)

  • 본 연구는 강편 빌레트의 표면 결함을 검출하기 위한 건식 자분 탐상에 관한 것으로 자분 탐상능을 대상체에 흘리는 자화 전류, 대상체의 온도, 자분의 총 분사량 등에 대하여 평가하였다. 선재 제품의 등급에 따라 필요로 하는 몇 가지 강종을 선택하여 강종별 자기적 특성을 평가하였으며, 이를 입력 자료로 하여 유한 요소법에 의한 자기 해석을 행하였고, 그 결과를 직류 자화 전류에 의한 누설 자속 측정 결과와 비교 분석하였다. 교류 자화 전류에 의한 건식 자분 탐상능을 직류 자화 전류에 의한 탐상능과 비교하여 강종 및 자화 전류의 유형에 따른 자화 전류치를 결정하였다. 직류 자화 전류에 의한 자분 탐상 결과를 유한 요소법에 의한 계산과 비교하였고, 빌레트의 표면과 표면 결함 부위에서 측정한 누설 자속으로 비교 결과를 평가하였다. 각 강편재의 경우 직류 자화 전류에 의한 표면 자장은 그 형상에 의한 영향으로 코너 부위에서는 면 중앙의 표면 자장치에 비해 30% 정도였으며, 교류 자화 전류에 의해서는 그 비율이 70% 정도였다. 교류 자화 전류는 코너로부터 면중앙으로 10mm 되는 영역을 제외하고는 전 면에서 균일한 표면 자장을 발생하였다. 대상체의 온도에 따른 자분의 흡착은 대상체의 온도 $150^{\circ}C$ 까지는 큰 변화가 없으나 자분의 고착에 있어서 $60^{\circ}C$ 이상의 고온재에 대해서는 융착 용매로 메틸렌 크로라이드를 사용하는 것이 부적합하였다. 자분의 총분사량은 자분 탐상능에 상당히 큰 영향을 미침을 확인하였고 이에 대한 정량적 평가를 행하였다.

Flux Loss and Neutron Diffraction Measurement Ag-sheathed Bi-2223 Tapes in terms of Flux Creep

  • Alternating current (AC) losses of two Bi-2223 ([Bi, Pb]: Sr: Ca: Cu: O = 2:2:2:3) tapes [(Tape I, un-twist-pitch) and the other with a twist-pitch of 10 mm (Tape II)] were measured and compared. These samples, produced by the powder-in-(Ag) tube (PIT) method, are multi-filamentary. Also, it's produced by non-twist and different twist pitch (8, 10, 13, 30, 50 and 70 mm). The critical current measurement was carried out under the environment in liquid Nitrogen and in zero-field by 4-probe method. Susceptibility measurements were conducted while cooling in a magnetic field. Flux loss measurements were conducted as a function of ramping rate, frequency and field direction. The AC flux loss increases as the twist-pitch of the tapes decreased, in agreement with the Norris Equation. Neutron-diffraction measurements have been carried out investigate the crystal structure, magnetic structures, and magnetic phase transitions in Bi-2223([Bi, Pb]:Sr:Ca:Cu:O)
