최근 다양한 비즈니스 모델 및 컴퓨팅 환경이 웹 서비스로 집결됨에 따라 웹 애플리케이션 형태의 다양한 제품들이 개발되고 있다. 이에 따라 국내외 대부분의 기업/조직들이 웹 소프트웨어 개발에 있어서 SOA(Service Oriented Architecture)를 적용한 사례들이 늘어나고 있다. SOA는 네트워크가 가용한 소프트웨어 자원에 대해 느슨한 결합과 프로토콜 독립 그리고 표준화 분산 컴퓨팅 접근방법 이다. SOA는 다양한 기업의 서비스 조합을 통한 프로세스의 통합을 요구하는 비즈니스 사용자의 신속함과 융통성을 제공하는 향후 기업의 관심 있는 기술이다. 하지만 SOA의 표준모델에서는 특정한 개발 방법론이 제시되지 않아 기존의 방법론들을 적용하여 개발하거나 SOA 솔루션 업체에서 제안하는 방법론으로 SOA 기반 애플리케이션을 구축하고 있다. 이로 인해 SOA를 초기 도입하는 기업의 경우 개별 프로젝트 단위에서 부분적 도입에 그치고 있어서 SOA의 장점 활용하는 것이 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는 소규모 웹 프로젝트의 생산성 향상과 SOA의 효과적 적용을 위해 Agile 개발 방법론을 SOA에 적용하는 프레임워크를 제안한다. SOA 아키텍처를 기반으로 하여 Agile 방법론을 도입한 아키텍처를 설계 구현하며 프레임워크 개발과정에서 필요한 다양한 Practice요소를 도입하여 프로세스 모델을 제안한다. 프레임워크 실행을 통해 향상된 개발속도와 고객의 변화하는 요구 수용성 및 유지보수성 향상을 평가하게 된다.

네 개의 반작용휠이 장착된 위성에 두 개의 우주검증용 제어모멘트자이로가 탑재되었다고 가정하고, 이들을 이용한 위성 고기동 방법에 대해서 연구해 보았다. 토크가 큰 제어모멘트자이로를 먼저 사용하여 위성의 자세오차를 줄인 후에, 반작용휠을 통해 나머지 자세오차를 제어하는 방법을 제안하였다. 본 방법을 사용할 경우, 제어모멘트자이로에서 발생하는 특이점 문제를 회피할 수 있으며, 토크 명령 계산시 김벌각 정보가 필요 없다는 장점이 있다. 또한 시뮬레이션을 통해, 본 방법이 기존에 연구된 방법들에 비해 위성의 기동성능에는 큰 차이가 없으며, 필요한 반작용휠의 모멘텀도 크게 줄어드는 것을 확인하였다.

애자일 방법과 소프트웨어 재사용의 장점을 통합하는 여러 연구가 나타나고 있다. 대부분의 연구는 스크럼 방법에 재사용을 도입하기보다는 소프트웨어 프로덕트라인에 애자일 방법을 도입하고 있다. 스크럼은 가장 인기있는 애자일 방법이지만 재사용 결합의 연구는 부족하다. 한편, 백로그와 점증적 산출물과 같은 스크럼 개발의 자산은 재사용이 가능하다. 본 연구는 스크럼 방법에서 재사용이 가능한 통합 자산인 백로그 바인더를 식별하고 이들의 재사용을 지원하는 백로그 바인더 재사용 방안을 제안하였다. 아울러, 제안한 기술을 구인 구직 응용에 적용하여 백로그 바인더와 자산 재사용의 프로토타이핑을 보일 수 있었다.

Recently, the smart grid (SG) has been introduced to solve the serious network issues caused by the increasing electrical demand and the complex nonlinear nature of the electric power distribution network. The SG, regarded as the next generation power grid, can transmit power in more efficient ways by building an automatic and distributed energy delivery network. In this paper, we first assess how various existing networking technologies, such as IEEE 802.11 (WiFi) and IEEE 802.15.4 (ZigBee), meet the requirements of the SG communication protocols. Specifically, we classify the existing network protocols into three categories: WSN-based networking, WiFi-based networking, and wireline-based networking. We then survey the security issues regarding the SG. Finally, we propose an agile SG networking architecture and show the effectiveness of different adopted networking technologies and, as a result, present a candidate solution to implement agile networking in SGs.

In this paper, we proposed a method to shift the resonant frequency by applying the electric field to microstrip patch antenna using piezoelectric substrates. We fabricated microstrip patch antenna using Y-cut LiNbO3, Quartz and FR-4 substrates. We designed and simulated the microstrip antennas by Ensemble V 7.0 of the simulation too1. We observed the resonant frequency by DC applied electric field in a microstrip patch antenna. When the electric field was 300 V/mm, the resonant frequency agile of Y-cut LiNbO3 microstrip patch antennas were 29 MHz. When the electric field was 400 V/mm, the frequency agile of X-cut, Y-cut and Z-cut quartz microstrip patch antennas were 55.2 MHz, 34.2 MHz and 28.0 MHz, respectively. However, when the electric field was 400 V/mm, the resonant frequency of FR-4 microstrip patch antenna does not changed. It was shown that the resonant frequency agile of Y-cut and Z-cut quartz microstrip patch antennas are due to piezoelectric phenomenon not to be permittivity.

Standish Group 조사에 의하면 1994년부터 2004년까지 10년간 소프트웨어 프로젝트의 원가 초과율이 180%에서 56%로 낮아졌고 납기 초과율은 164%에서 84%로 낮아져 프로젝트의 품질 수준이 높아진 것으로 조사되었다. 이러한 결과의 교훈은 SW 프로젝트를 보다 작은 시간 프레임으로 나눠 짧은 시간 프레임 내에서 설계, 프로토타이핑, 개발, 테스트를 반복적으로 수행하고 소프트웨어가 자라는 방식의 프로세스 적용이라고 설명했는데 이러한 특징을 갖는 것이 바로 애자일(Agile:기민한) 방법론이다.[1] 그렇다면 애자일 방법 적용이 과연 프로세스 품질 성숙도를 어느 정도 충족시킬 수 있는지에 대한 접근도 이제는 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 웹 서비스 제품 개발 프로세스에 Agile 방법론 중 하나인 Scrum 방법론을 적용한 조직의 사례를 통하여 프로세스 품질 성숙도 요소 충족 여부를 분석함으로써 애자일 방법론을 적용한 조직의 프로세스 품질 성숙도 측정에 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다.

In empirical software engineering research, there is an increased use of questionnaires and surveys to collect information from practitioners. Typically, such data is then analyzed based on overall, descriptive statistics. Overall, they consider the whole survey population as a single group with some sampling techniques to extract varieties. In some cases, the population is also partitioned into sub-groups based on some background information. However, this does not reveal opinion diversity properly as similar opinions can exist in different segments of the population, whereas people within the same group might have different opinions. Even though existing approach can capture the general trends there is a risk that the opinions of different sub-groups are lost. The problem becomes more complex in case of longitudinal studies where minority opinions might fade or resolute over time. Survey based longitudinal data may have some potential patterns which can be extracted through a clustering process. It may reveal new information and attract attention to alternative perspectives. We suggest using a data mining approach to finding the diversity among the different groups in longitudinal studies (agile skeptics). In our study, we show that diversity can be revealed and tracked over time with the use of clustering approach, and the minorities have an opportunity to be heard.

The main purpose of the study is to analyze the features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy. The research methodology implies the use of modern methods of analysis. Improving the business processes of an organization is associated with improving activities, the formation of effective management systems and processes, especially the organization's policy in the field of quality, rational use of resources, increasing the responsibility of management, social responsibility of the organization, etc. The modern knowledge economy places high demands on the effectiveness of behavioral models of employees of the organization. The role of the human factor in the production system is becoming more and more obvious. Therefore, it is important to study the competence of the personnel of any socio-economic system. Based on the results of the study, the key features of the influence of Agile management on the competence of the personnel of the socio-economic system in the digital economy were identified.

Recently the business environment surrounding the financial investment industry is changing rapidly, and the demands of customers (diversity and the cycle of change etc.) are getting shorter. In this context, it can be said that companies are forced to adopt an agile management environment. In particular, non-face-to-face channels, including MTS, is adopting the agile system into the digital finance sector from a company-wide and strategic perspective. This study analyzed the effects of MTS services' environment quality on customer satisfaction and continuous intention to use for MTS users who are rapidly increasing under the agile management environment in the financial investment industry. This study surveyed the quality of service environment (accessibility, convenience, design, security), customer satisfaction, and continuous intention to use for 350 MTS users. First, accessibility, convenience, and security of MTS service environment quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction, and design was rejected Second, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on continuous intention to use. Third, convenience and security of MTS service environment quality have positive effects on continuous intention to use, and accessibility and design were rejected. The results of this study, together with demographic analysis, are expected to provide useful implications for MTS activation studies and securities firms' strategies.
